[0034] 具体来说,脱硫除尘器,包括:卧式喷淋房1、脱硫喷头2、降温喷头3、立式烟囱4、旋风除尘器5和第一污水槽6;烟气进入除尘器后,先由卧式喷淋房的所述脱硫喷头2喷淋碱液脱硫、去除大颗粒粉尘及初步降温;然后经过所述降温喷头3喷淋降温液体,如低温惰性液态气体,通过多级喷淋液氮快速降温,使水蒸气凝结为大液滴,甚至凝固为小冰晶、冰块,同时将小颗粒的粉尘融到液滴或冰块中,减少游离的微小颗粒,形成大颗粒;然后进入立式烟囱,并由所述旋风除尘器5的壳体的直筒段上部的侧面设置的烟气进口 8进入烟囱顶部的旋风除尘器5,通过气流与旋风除尘器5内壁碰撞,去除剩余的粉尘及污染物,由所述旋风除尘器5的壳体的顶部设置的出气口 7排出清洁烟气,图1中箭头表示了烟气在所述旋风除尘器5中的走向。
[0035] 由于降温之后进入旋风除尘器除尘之后才排出,因此不会产生白烟。

Claims (9)
1.一种脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,包括: 卧式喷淋房、脱硫喷头、降温喷头、立式烟囱、旋风除尘器和第一污水槽; 其中,所述立式烟囱设置在所述卧式喷淋房远离烟气入口一侧的上方; 所述脱硫喷头设置在所述卧式喷淋房靠近烟气入口 一侧的顶部; 所述降温喷头设置在所述卧式喷淋房靠近所述立式烟囱一侧的顶部,所述降温喷头用于喷出低温惰性液态气体对所述脱硫除尘器中的烟气进行降温; 所述第一污水槽设置在所述卧式喷淋房远离所述烟气入口 一侧的底部; 所述旋风除尘器设置在所述立式烟囱内;所述旋风除尘器的壳体包括直筒段和椎体段组成;所述旋风除尘器的壳体的顶部设置有出气口;所述旋风除尘器的直筒段的一侧与除尘塔一体成型共用塔壁,所述直筒段的另一侧与除尘塔塔壁隔开,所述旋风除尘器的壳体的直筒段上部的侧面设置有烟气进口,烟气上行至除尘塔顶端,直接通过所述烟气进口进入旋风除尘器内;所述旋风除尘器的壳体的椎体段的下端设置有污水排出口,所述污水排出口下方设置有第二污水槽; 所述卧式喷淋房的顶部和底部交错设置有挡板,用于增加烟气在所述卧式喷淋房中的停留时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述旋风除尘器的壳体的所述出气口处安装有下端敞口的圆筒,所述圆筒的直径大于或等于所述出气口的直径且与所述出气口同轴心。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述挡板的长度大于所述卧式喷淋房高度的三分之二。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述立式烟囱的底部的四周还设置有所述降温喷头。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述脱硫喷头用于喷出碱性液体对所述除尘器中的烟气进行脱硫。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述降温喷头用于喷出液氮对所述除尘器中的烟气进行降温。
7.根据权利要求5所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述脱硫喷头以相同的间隔均匀设置在所述卧式喷淋房的顶部。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述降温喷头以相同的间隔均匀设置在所述卧式喷淋房的顶部。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的脱硫除尘器,其特征在于,所述卧式喷淋房的内壁涂有耐磨耐腐蚀层。
