Abstract
本发明公开了一种低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法和装置,属于烟气污染处理领域,本发明将脱硫浆液分隔成两个独立的脱硫喷淋浆液循环系统,采用双浆液收集装置(浆液池/箱)、双浆液密度、控制不同区域浆液pH值的三循环脱硫工艺,达到降低能耗、满足PM、SO2超净或近零排放目的。通过设置双浆液池/箱、控制双浆液池/箱不同浆液密度、控制不同区域浆液的pH值,并形成两个独立的浆液循环回路,实现脱硫后净烟气液滴含固量低于10%和系统脱硫效率大于99%的目的;通过塔外浆液箱高液位布置,以及更少的喷淋层,达到降低循环泵功率、降低脱硫运行电耗目的。

背景技术
[0002] 湿法烟气脱硫技术由于工艺成熟、脱硫效率较高、投资和运行成本较低,在火电厂烟气脱硫领域得到了广泛的应用。其中,石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺由于发展较早、技术成熟可靠、脱硫剂原料廉价易得,占据了我国火电厂烟气脱硫90%以上的市场份额。目前,已有的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺的脱硫效率通常能达到95%以上。
[0003] 国家政策的引导,促使火电厂烟气污染物朝超净或近零排放水平靠拢。烟气污染物排放要满足:颗粒物(PM) < 5.0mg/Nm3、S02 < 20mg/Nm3、N0x < 30mg/Nm3。当烟气中二氧化硫浓度大于2000mg/Nm3时,要满足二氧化硫浓度达到超净或近零排放水平,脱硫效率必须大于99%或更高的脱硫效率,已有的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺将难以达到如此高的脱硫效率,其通常的改进方法是增加吸收塔的喷淋层数,如设置5层以上的喷淋层加大喷淋量的方式来提高脱硫效率,但是这种简单增加喷淋层加大喷淋量的方式将会相应增大循环泵功率,导致运行电耗和成本的大幅增加。
[0004] 另外,目前石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺还普遍存在石膏雨现象或脱硫后净烟气带高浓度石灰石/石膏固体颗粒的液滴,液滴含固量通常达到15-30%,给脱硫下游PM的后续处理增加了难度,难以保证PM < 5.0mg/Nm3的指标要求。
发明内容
[0005] 本发明的目的在于:提出一种运行能耗低、能实现烟气超净排放的脱硫方法和装置,解决已有石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺脱硫净烟气携带过高固体浓度的液滴、脱硫效率低、脱硫副广物石骨品质不闻以及运行能耗闻的问题。
[0006] 本发明目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
[0007] 一种低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法,包括自下而上的烟气被自上而下的喷淋装置喷淋脱硫浆液逆流接触洗涤,所述脱硫浆液形成独立的两级浆液循环,其中一级浆液循环包括一级喷淋装置,以及其下方收集其喷淋的脱硫浆液并返回所述一级喷淋装置的一级浆液收集装置,所述烟气在所述一级浆液循环中进行一次洗涤,二级浆液循环包括位于一级喷淋装置上方的二级喷淋装置,以及其下方收集其喷淋的脱硫浆液并返回所述二级喷淋装置的二级浆液收集装置,所述烟气在所述二级浆液循环中进行再次洗涤,所述一、二级喷淋装置喷淋的脱硫浆液PH值控制在5.5-8.5,一、二级浆液收集装置中的脱硫浆液pH控制在4.0-5.5,所述二级浆液循环中脱硫浆液的浆液密度控制在1150kg/m3以下,一级浆液循环中的脱硫浆液的浆液密度控制在1150-1300kg/m3。
[0008] 上述方案中,打破现有技术长久以来的脱硫浆液单一循环方案,巧妙设计独立的两级浆液循环,由此同时实现不同的PH和浆液密度控制,最终同时实现低能耗、低PM、高脱硫效率、高石膏品质的一举四得效果:
[0009] 通过控制循环系统不同区域浆液的pH值不同,同时达到提高脱硫效率和利于脱硫副产物(石膏)氧化和结晶目的,即提高喷淋装置喷淋浆液/吸收区浆液的PH值达到5.5-8.5,以利于浆液对烟气SO2的吸收,提高脱硫效率,而在循环过程中,浆液吸收烟气SO2后又重力跌落到一、二级浆液收集装置,由于脱硫化学反应作用,浆液pH值降低到
4.0-5.5,以利于脱硫副产物石膏的氧化和结晶,提高石膏品质,一举两得。
[0010] 通过两级独立循环,使得两个独立浆液循环系统具有不同的浆液密度,实现各自的有利功能,即一级浆液循环浆液密度控制为1150-1300kg/m3,以利于脱硫装置外排的脱硫副产物进行脱水、提高石膏纯度;二级浆液循环浆液密度控制为1150kg/m3以下,以满足脱硫净烟气携带的液滴含固量低于10%,同时利于脱硫效率提高,再次实现一举两得目的。

[0038] 本发明的有益效果:本发明提供一种运行能耗低、能实现烟气超净排放的脱硫方法和装置。本发明将脱硫浆液分隔成两个独立的脱硫喷淋浆液循环系统,采用双浆液收集装置(浆液池/箱)、双浆液密度、控制不同区域浆液PH值的三循环脱硫工艺,达到降低能耗、满足PM、SO2超净或近零排放目的。通过设置双浆液池/箱、控制双浆液池/箱不同浆液密度、控制不同区域浆液的PH值,并形成两个独立的浆液循环回路,实现脱硫后净烟气液滴含固量低于10%和系统脱硫效率大于99%的目的;通过塔外浆液箱高液位布置,以及更少的喷淋层,达到降低循环泵功率、降低脱硫运行电耗目的;通过设置吸收塔浆液池内三级浆液循环系统,配合氧化空气系统,使浆液池内浆液充分均匀混合,达到完全氧化脱硫副产物、提高石膏品质和纯度达到95%以上和防止浆液沉积的目的。

[0044] 烟气从吸收塔I的烟气入口 2进入吸收塔I后由下向上流动,首先与一级浆液循环喷淋系统5中的一级浆液喷淋层5-4喷出的浆液逆流接触,烟气中的SO2与脱硫剂浆液进行一次初步洗涤发生烟气脱硫反应;随后烟气从屋脊式气液分流装置6-5的分流脊6-51和集液槽6-52之间的间隙由下向上穿过,在此过程中烟气与沿分流脊6-51边沿流下的浆液液膜接触进行二次洗涤发生烟气脱硫反应,此过程可使系统脱硫效率提高10-50% ;烟气穿过屋脊式气液分流装置后继续向上流动,并与二级浆液循环系统6中的二级浆液喷淋层6-4喷出的浆液逆流接触,烟气中的SO2与脱硫剂浆液进行三次洗涤发生脱硫反应;烟气完全穿过浆液喷淋层6-4之后将流经设置在吸收塔I上部的除雾器7,烟气中的大部分雾滴被除去后,脱硫后净烟气由烟气出口 3排出吸收塔1,净烟气中的液滴含固量低于10%。经过两级浆液循环系统中三次5.5-8.5的高pH值的浆液逆流洗涤后,系统脱硫效率可以达到99%以上,乃至浆液100%地吸收烟气S02。

[0046] I)—部分新鲜的脱硫剂浆液通过管道5-5与一级浆液循环系统喷淋层5-4入口前的一级浆液循环输送管5-3相连。新鲜的脱硫剂浆液与一级浆液循环泵5-2泵出的浆液通过一级浆液循环输送管道5-3送至一级浆液喷淋层5-4 ;浆液喷淋层5-4喷出pH值5.5-8.5的浆液有利于浆液对烟气SO2的吸收、提高脱硫性能。从浆液喷淋层5-4喷出的脱硫剂浆液与烟气中S02&生脱硫反应后跌落到吸收塔浆液池4,形成一级浆液循环。新鲜的脱硫剂浆液通过管道5-5也可与一级浆液循环输送泵5-2之前、吸收塔浆液池4的一级循环浆液出口管5-1相连。一级浆液循环系统的吸收塔浆液池4内的脱硫副产物石膏经石膏排出泵11送至下游的石膏旋流站处理。通过石膏排出泵11,控制一级浆液循环系统的浆液密度为1150-1300kg/m3,为下游的石膏处理创造条件、提高石膏纯度。
[0047] 2)另一部分新鲜浆液通过管道6-8与二级浆液循环系统喷淋层6-4入口前的二级浆液循环输送管6-3相连,新鲜的脱硫剂浆液与二级浆液循环泵6-2泵出的浆液通过二级浆液循环输送管道6-3送至二级浆液喷淋层6-4 ;浆液喷淋层6-4喷出pH值5.5-8.5的浆液有利于浆液对烟气SO2的吸收、提高脱硫性能。从浆液喷淋层6-4喷出的脱硫剂浆液与穿过屋脊式气液分流装置6-5的烟气中的SO2进行三次洗涤发生脱硫反应后,被屋脊式气液分流装置6-5收集,并经浆液引出管道6-6从塔外浆液箱8的二级循环浆液入口 6-7以重力自流形式回到塔外浆液箱8,形成二级浆液循环。新鲜的脱硫剂浆液通过管道6-8也可与二级浆液循环输送泵6-2之前、塔外浆液箱8的二级循环浆液出口管6-1相连。塔外浆液箱8设置有搅拌装置8-1或其他防止浆液沉积的装置,以防止脱硫副产物在塔外浆液箱8内沉淀。

[0050] 4) 二级浆液循环系统的塔外浆液箱8的浆液与吸收塔浆液池4的液位具有一定的高度差。塔外浆液箱8脱硫产物出口 8-2经脱硫副产物输送管道13可重力流入吸收塔浆液池4,在脱硫副产物输送管道13上可以设置阀门调节其流量,或采用其他方式控制二级浆液循环系统浆液密度为1150kg/m3以下,使二级浆液循环系统浆液呈低密度介质运行,可将脱硫后的净烟气液滴含固量控制在10%以下,为脱硫下游烟气PM的去除创造条件,同时浆液介质密度从1150-1300kg/m3降低到1150kg/m3以下,会促进浆液对烟气SO2的吸收、提高脱硫效率1_3%。
[0051] 5)三级浆液循环系统9将塔内浆液池浆液从上部浆液出口 9-1抽出经三级浆液循环泵9-2施加能量后再返回塔内,将浆液经三级浆液喷射层9-3喷射到浆液池4底部,使塔内浆液均匀混合并保持悬浮状态,防止脱硫副产物在浆液池4底部沉淀引起结垢、堵塞。吸收塔内浆液池浆液也可采用机械搅拌实现浆液悬浮防止浆液沉积。

1.一种低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法,包括自下而上的烟气被自上而下的喷淋装置喷淋脱硫浆液逆流接触洗涤,其特征在于:所述脱硫浆液形成独立的两级浆液循环,其中一级浆液循环包括一级喷淋装置,以及其下方收集其喷淋的脱硫浆液并返回所述一级喷淋装置的一级浆液收集装置,所述烟气在所述一级浆液循环中进行一次洗涤,二级浆液循环包括位于一级喷淋装置上方的二级喷淋装置,以及其下方收集其喷淋的脱硫浆液并返回所述二级喷淋装置的二级浆液收集装置,所述烟气在所述二级浆液循环中进行再次洗涤,所述一、二级喷淋装置喷淋的脱硫浆液PH值控制在5.5-8.5,一、二级浆液收集装置中的脱硫浆液PH控制在4.0-5.5,所述二级浆液循环中脱硫浆液的浆液密度控制在1150kg/m3以下,一级浆液循环中的脱硫浆液的浆液密度控制在1150-1300kg/m3。
2.如权利要求1所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法,其特征在于:所述二级喷淋装置与二级浆液收集装置之间形成可供烟气通过的浆液液膜,烟气在通过液膜的过程中被再次洗涤。
3.如权利要求1所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法,其特征在于:所述一级浆液收集装置还进行浆液内部循环。
4.如权利要求1所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法,其特征在于:所述一、二级浆液收集装置连通并能相互泵送排空脱硫浆液。
5.如权利要求1所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫方法,其特征在于:所述一、二级浆液收集装置均通入空气进行氧化。
6.一种低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫装置,包括吸收装置,其具有下部的烟气入口,和上部的喷淋装置,以及底部的浆液池,所述喷淋装置包括若干喷淋层,其特征在于:还包括脱硫浆液补充系统,浆液箱,以及将所述喷淋层分隔成上方的二级浆液喷淋层和下方的一级浆液喷淋层,形成两个独立浆液循环系统的气液分流装置,其中一级浆液循环系统包括相连通的所述一级浆液喷淋层,以及其下方收集其喷淋的脱硫浆液并返回所述一级浆液喷淋层的所述浆液池,二级浆液循环系统包括所述二级浆液喷淋层,其下方收集其喷淋的脱硫浆液的所述气液分流装置,以及收集所述气液分流装置的脱硫浆液并返回所述二级浆液喷淋层的浆液箱,所述浆液箱自流连通至所述浆液池,且所述浆液池设有脱硫副产物排出装置;所述气液分流装置包括分流机构和汇集机构,所述汇集机构汇集所述二级浆液喷淋层喷淋至分流机构后流落的脱硫浆液后输送至所述浆液箱,且分流机构与汇集机构之间间隔形成可供烟气通过的浆液液膜;所述脱硫浆液补充系统分别与浆液池至一级浆液喷淋层的管路,以及浆液箱至二级浆液喷淋层的管路连通。
7.如权利要求6所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于:所述气液分流装置为屋脊式气液分流装置,包括分流脊,以及其下方的集液槽和汇流槽,分流脊和集液槽以屋脊型式正、反镜像交错布置,集液槽收集分流脊流落的浆液,汇流槽汇集所述集液槽的浆液并输送至所述浆液箱。
8.如权利要求6所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于:还包括三级浆液循环系统,其包括依次连通构成循环的所述浆液池、三级浆液循环泵,以及设于所述浆液池内的三级浆液喷射层。
9.如权利要求6所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于:还包括氧化空气系统,其包括连通的氧化风机,以及设于所述浆液池和浆液箱的氧化空气管。
10.如权利要求6所述的低能耗、超净排放的烟气脱硫装置,其特征在于:所述浆液池与浆液箱之间还设置用以浆液排空的互倒泵相连通。
