Abstract
本发明提供了一种气体处理塔以及气体处理系统。其中,气体处理塔用于气体净化或分离,包括:塔体;填料层,横跨在在所述塔体内,至少设置一层,其侧壁与所述塔体的四周内壁连接;管道喷洗系统,设置于所述塔体的内部,用于对所述填料层进行冲洗;所述填料层包括丝网层和设置于所述丝网层内部的若干球形填料。所述气体处理塔通过在塔体内设置填料层,使得烟气通过填料层时,填料层能够更好的实现气液分布,使其充分接触,有效地对旋流气体进行消旋和分散,气体夹带的雾沫和烟尘有效且迅速地被球形填料及其形成的液膜吸附和截留,从而达到洁净烟气的目的,且提高了烟气净化效率。同时,通过利用管道喷洗系统对烟气进行冲洗,从而进一步净化烟气。

技术领域
本发明涉及脱硫、除尘除雾技术领域,具体涉及一种气体处理塔及气体处理系统。
背景技术
烟气是气体和烟尘的混合物,气体中包括水蒸汽、SO2、CO、CO2、NOX等,烟尘包括燃料的灰分、煤粒以及高温裂解产物等。在火电、化工、冶炼等领域中都会产生烟气,其是造成大气污染的主要原因之一。因此,对烟气进行净化处理就显得十分必要。
以锅炉尾气为例,锅炉尾气除尘常用方法有布袋除尘、电除尘和电袋复合除尘,烟气除尘后经过脱硫塔进行湿法脱硫。湿法脱硫后的烟气雾沫夹带严重,即使前面除尘装置处理后的烟气中的颗粒物已经达标,但经过湿法脱硫后颗粒物浓度会因夹带而增加。
目前,解决湿法脱硫后雾沫夹带的方法主要是在脱硫塔末端增加除雾器,用来分离湿法脱硫烟气所携带的液滴及粉尘。传统的除雾器一般是叶片式,形状可分为折线型和流线型,通常由高分子材料或不锈钢两大类材料制作而成。叶片式除雾器接触面积小,若增加叶片间距来增加接触面积,则气体通量减小,塔压降增大,可适应烟气量的弹性较差。此外,叶片式除雾器长期使用会逐渐结垢,使脱硫塔压降增大,系统无法长周期的稳定运行,严重时必须进行停炉冲洗或更换除雾器。
目前减少湿法脱硫后雾沫夹带的颗粒的通用方法是在脱硫塔末端增加一套湿式电除尘以实现超低排放。湿式电除尘方法对除尘的深度净化效果较好,但存在造价昂贵、占地面积大、运行成本高的缺点,且其对煤种、一级除尘和脱硫系统等要求较高。在我国的应用实践表明,入口粉尘浓度要求低于18mg/Nm3,方能保证湿电除尘器出口粉尘低于5mg/Nm3。此外,湿式电除尘技术虽然能够有效去除脱硫烟气中的颗粒,但是无法去除湿烟气中的水雾含量,甚至会增加湿烟气中的水雾含量,加大烟囱冒“白烟”的现象。
综上所述,湿法脱硫后的烟气需增加除尘和除雾两个过程,且两个过程之间不能形成良好配合,使得烟气净化效率较低。针对上述问题,目前还没有有效的解决方法。
发明内容
因此,本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中烟气净化效率较低的缺陷。
为此,本发明提供了一种经过实际测试、效果良好的气体处理塔,包括:塔体;填料层,横跨在所述塔体内,至少设置一层,其侧壁与所述塔体的四周内壁连接;管道喷洗系统,设置于所述塔体的内部,用于对所述填料层进行冲洗;所述填料层包括丝网层和装填在所述丝网层内部的若干散装填料,以球形填料为佳。
优选的,所述塔体内设置有放大节,所述塔体的所述放大节处的内径大于所述塔体的其它部分的内径;所述填料层与所述塔体的所述放大节处的内壁或所述放大节上方的内壁连接。
优选的,所述放大节包括圆筒塔体以及与所述圆筒塔体的两端连接的梯形筒塔体,且沿远离所述圆筒的方向上所述梯形筒塔体的直径逐渐减小。
优选的,所述填料层为一层,其设置在所述圆筒塔体处;或者,所述填料层为多层,其中多层设置在所述圆筒塔体处,且有一层设置在所述梯形筒塔体的上方。
优选的,所述填料层为多层,每层所述填料层中的所述球形填料的外径相同;或者,从所述塔体的底部向着所述塔体的顶部方向上,各所述填料层中的所述球形填料的孔径依次减小。
优选的,球形填料为丝网状的多孔空心体球形填料。
优选的,所述球形填料的外径为15-100mm,优选为25-60mm,最优选为50mm;所述球形填料中的四边形孔尺寸为(1-5mm)×(1-6mm),优选为(2-3mm)×(3-6mm),最优选为2mm×3mm。
优选的,所述填料层3的高度为0.1-10m,优选为0.2-1m。
优选的,所述填料层相对于水平面设为屋脊状、斜板状或平板状。
优选的,所述填料层设为一层,且所述管道喷洗系统包括设置于所述填料层的下方和/或上方的喷洗管道,所述喷洗管道上设置有至少一个喷孔或喷头。
优选的,所述填料层设为多层,所述管道喷洗系统包括设置于所述填料层上方和/或下方的喷洗管道,且所述喷洗管道上具有单个喷孔或者喷头,或者间隔设置的多个喷孔或者喷头,各喷孔或喷头按照竖直向上和竖直向下的方向交错设置。
优选的,所述塔体上设置有人孔,与所述填料层相通。
优选的,气体处理塔还包括开口向上的集液槽,所述集液槽设置于所述塔体的内壁上,且位于最底侧的所述填料层的下方。
优选的,所述集液槽上设置有连接到所述塔体外部的出口,所述出口与过滤装置相连,且所述过滤装置与所述管道喷洗系统连通。
优选的,气体处理塔还包括设置于所述塔体内的净化器,所述填料层和所述管道喷洗系统均设置于所述净化器的上方。
优选的,所述塔体为洗涤塔,所述净化器为洗涤器;或者,所述塔体为脱硫塔,所述净化器为脱硫器。
优选地,所述喷头包括定子,以及可转动套设在所述定子上的转子,所述定子连接在所述管道喷洗系统上,所述转子包含流体腔、动力喷嘴以及普通喷嘴,所述流体腔中的流体一部分喷射到动力喷嘴上带动所述转子转动并从动力喷嘴被雾化喷出,另一部分从所述普通喷嘴中喷出雾化。
本发明还提供了一种气体处理系统,包括依次设置的除尘器或除雾器,以及烟气净化塔或分离塔,所述烟气净化塔或分离塔为本发明提供的气体处理塔。
本发明的技术方案,具有如下优点:
1.本发明提供的气体处理塔,在塔体内设置填料层,烟气通过填料层时,能够与球形填料充分接触,有效地对旋流烟气进行消旋和分散,烟气夹带的雾沫和烟尘有效且迅速地被球形填料及形成的液膜吸附和截留,达到洁净烟气的目的;同时,利用管道喷洗系统对烟气进行冲洗,起到进一步净化烟气的作用,从而将洁净的烟气排出塔外,通过这一个净化塔能够同时完成除雾和除尘,提高了烟气净化效率,降低了成本。
2.本发明提供的气体处理塔,塔体优化结构是设置有放大节,并将所述填料层与所述放大节的内壁或所述放大节上方的所述塔体内壁连接,使得旋流上升的带有雾滴和烟尘的烟气经过此处时流速迅速降低,削弱螺旋上升的烟气旋转速度,促使雾滴相互碰撞,凝聚成较大的雾滴,从而更有利于气体夹带的雾沫和烟尘有效且迅速地被球形填料形成的液膜吸附和截留。
3.本发明提供的气体处理塔,设置集水槽来收集冲洗液,集液槽上设置有连接到所述塔体外的出口,可以将收集的冲洗液送出塔外进入过滤装置,经过过滤装置过滤后再次被用于冲洗烟气,不但使得冲洗液不会直接落入塔底,避免造成洗下的颗粒物的二次夹带;而且,回收的冲洗液可以得到进一步利用,具有较好的节能降耗效果。
4.本发明提供的气体处理塔,所述填料层上设置人孔,方便填料的添加及卸料,从而使得除尘除雾装置易清洗和在线更换。
5.本发明提供的气体处理塔及气体处理系统,例如锅炉尾气处理或其它净化系统,包括本发明提供的气体高效净化塔,因而具有上述优点。

实施例1
本实施例提供了一种气体处理塔,如图1至图8所示,包括:
塔体1;
填料层3,横跨在所述塔体1内,至少设置一层,其侧壁与所述塔体1的四周内壁连接;
管道喷洗系统4,设置于所述塔体1的内部,其安装有朝向所述填料层3设置的喷头42;
其特征在于,所述填料层3包括丝网层和装填于所述丝网层内部的若干散装填料,以球形填料为最佳。
上述气体处理塔,在塔体1内设置填料层3,烟气通过填料层3时,能够与球形填料充分接触,有效地对旋流烟气进行消旋和分散,烟气夹带的雾沫和烟尘有效且迅速地被球形填料和形成的液膜吸附和截留,达到洁净烟气的目的;同时,利用管道喷洗系统4对烟气进行冲洗,起到进一步净化烟气的作用,从而将洁净的烟气排出塔外,通过这一个气体处理塔能够同时完成除雾和除尘,提高了烟气净化效率。
需要说明的是,上述气体处理塔,根据处理量以及处理的程度需要,所述填料层3可以设置为一层或多层。如图5所示,当所述填料层3设置为一层时,其可以设置在所述塔体1的靠近底部位置,也可以设置在塔体1的靠近顶部位置,或设置在塔体1的中部位置。如图1、图2、图3、图4、图6和图8所示,当所述填料层3设置为多层时,多层所述填料层3沿着所述气体处理塔的高度方向间隔设置。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述填料层3设置为多层,从所述塔体1的底部向着所述塔体1的顶部方向上,多个所述填料层3中的所述球形填料的孔径逐渐减小。也即,靠近所述塔体1的底部的烟气进口处的填料层3选择孔径大的球形填料,用于粗除雾和除尘;而靠近所述塔体1的顶部的烟气出口处的填料层3选择孔径小的球形填料,用于精除雾和除尘。填料层3的上述设置方式使得烟气能够依次经过多次除尘和除雾,以减少压力降和填料用量,提高净化效率。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述填料层3设置为一层,其设置在所述塔体1的中部位置上,这样的设置方式能够使得烟气被球形填料消旋和分散后在塔体内低速均匀的流动,从而便于通过冲洗液对烟气进行进一步冲洗,进一步提高除雾除尘效果。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述塔体1内设置有放大节,所述塔体1的所述放大节处的内径大于所述塔体1的其它部分的内径;所述填料层3为一层,其设置于所述塔体1的所述放大节处的内壁上。
由于所述填料层3设置在放大节处的内壁上,烟气从较小直径的塔体1处向上流动过程中,进入放大节处时,空间突然增加,使得旋流上升的带有雾滴和烟尘的烟气经过此处时流速迅速降低,削弱螺旋上升的烟气的旋转速度;烟气充分地扩散到所述放大节处的填料层3上,烟气中的雾滴和烟尘由于速度降低被球形填料及形成的液膜充分地截留,在此过程中,喷头52中喷出的冲洗液同时对烟气进行清洗,进一步提高净化效果。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述放大节包括圆筒塔体11以及与所述圆筒塔体11的两端连接的梯形筒塔体12,且沿远离所述圆筒塔体11的方向上所述梯形筒塔体12的直径逐渐减小;进一步优选地,两个所述梯形筒塔体12对称设置在所述圆筒塔体11的上下两端。与此同时,所述填料层3设置为两层,其中一层设置在所述圆筒塔体11处,另一层设置所述梯形筒塔体12的上方。优选的,圆筒塔体11位于除雾区。
烟气从所述球形填料中流出之后,进一步向上运动过程中,在经过梯形筒塔体12的过程中,空间逐渐减小,烟气之间相互碰撞的几率增大,雾滴相互碰撞,凝聚成较大的雾滴,该较大雾滴在向上运动过程中,轻易地即可被位于梯形筒塔体12上方的填料层3进一步截留,从而提高除雾效果。
上述放大节的尺寸可以根据经过此处烟气的流速进行设置。作为一种可选的实施方式,所述圆筒塔体的直径为1-20m,所述圆筒塔体的高度为10-50m;至少一个所述梯形筒塔体的短边的直径为5-15m。
如图1至图6所示,上述填料层3相对于水平面可以设置为屋脊状、斜板状或平板状。作为一种优选的实施方式,设置于所述圆筒塔体处的所述填料层3为对称设置的屋脊形状,如图1所示。屋脊形状的所述填料层3有利于降低烟气经过此处时的流速,从使得夹带的雾沫和烟尘更加彻底地被球形填料吸附和截留。
作为优选的实施方式,所述填料层3为多层,每层所述填料层3中的所述球形填料的外径相同,每层所述丝网层的网眼尺寸相同并小于相应所述球形填料的尺寸,从所述塔体1的底部向着所述塔体1的顶部方向上,各所述填料层3中的所述球形填料的孔径依次减小。
上述气体处理塔中,所述填料层3中的球形填料的形状和尺寸可以根据流入烟气的速度进行选择。作为优选的实施方式,所述球形填料为丝网状的多孔空心体球形填料,所述球形填料的外径为15-100mm,优选为25-60mm,最优选为50mm;所述球形填料中的四边形孔尺寸为1-5mm×1-6mm,优选为2-3mm×3-6mm,最优选为2mm×3mm;所述填料层3的高度为0.1-10m,优选为0.2-1m。
丝网状的多孔空心体球形填料具有巨大的传质接触面,高达99%的空隙率。网球形填料具有各向同性的球形单元,能够对旋流上升的烟气进行消旋,又能保持气液走廊的畅通形成较大通量。球形填料具有孔隙率大、处理能力大、重量轻、传质效率高,多孔与内空结构有助于湍动和气液有效接触与分布,不但大大提高除尘效率,而且经过特殊的结构设置,可以实现在线清洗和更换。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述球形填料可浮动设置于所述丝网层的内部。在净化处理的后期,由于填料层截留了烟气中的大量的烟尘,容易造成球形填料之间空隙的拥堵,影响进一步净化效果,将所述球形填料设置为可浮动设置在所述丝网层的内部,可以在净化处理的后期通过烟气对于球形填料的冲击引起的球形填料的浮动来提高填料层3的烟尘截留的能力以及效果。所述球形填料的材料可以为金属或塑料等。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述填料层3具有开口,所述开口位于所述塔体1上并伸出至塔体1的外部,所述开口上设置有封住所述开口的可拆卸结构,以方便对球形填料进行拆卸和清洗。其中,可拆卸结构优选为法兰。
作为一种优选的实施方式,所述填料层3设为一层,且所述管道喷洗系统4包括设置于所述填料层3的下方或/和上方的喷洗管道51,所述喷洗管道41上设置有至少一个喷孔或喷头42。
作为另一种优选的实施方式,所述填料层3设为多层,所述管道喷洗系统4包括设置于所述填料层3上方和下部的喷洗管道41,且所述喷洗管道41上具有间隔设置的多个喷孔或者喷头42,各喷孔或喷头42按照竖直向上和竖直向下的方向交错设置。
上述设置的管道喷洗系统4和喷头42能够使得冲洗水与烟气的接触更加均匀,有利于烟气的充分清洗。
作为一种具体的实施方式,所述填料层3设为多层,所述管道喷洗系统4包括设置于所述填料层3上部和下部的喷洗管道41,且所述喷洗管道41上具有间隔设置的多个喷头42,各喷头42按照竖直向上和竖直向下的方向交错设置。
如图1所示,作为优选的实施方式,上述气体处理塔还包括开口向上的集液槽5,所述集液槽5设置于所述塔体1的内壁上,且位于最底侧的所述填料层3的下方,所述集液槽5上设置有连接到所述塔体1外部的出口6,所述出口6与过滤装置相连,且所述过滤装置与所述管道喷洗系统4连通。
设置集水槽5来收集冲洗液,集液槽7上设置有连接到所述塔体外的出口6,可以将收集的冲洗液送出塔外进入过滤装置,经过过滤装置过滤后再次被用于冲洗,不但使得冲洗液不会直接落入塔底,避免造成洗下的颗粒物的二次夹带;而且,回收的冲洗液可以得到进一步利用,具有较好的节能降耗效果。
作为优选的实施方式,上述气体处理塔还包括设置于所述塔体1内的净化器2,所述填料层3和所述管道喷洗系统4均设置于所述净化器2的上方。优选的,所述塔体1为洗涤塔,所述净化器为洗涤器;或者,所述塔体1为脱硫塔,所述净化器为脱硫器。所述塔体1的底端设置有烟气入口,所述塔体1的顶端设置有气体出口。
为了说明上述气体处理塔的技术效果,我们在20吨/小时燃煤锅炉的直径为2米,高度为36米的烟道气双碱法湿式净化塔实际装置上进行了不同情况下的除尘效果测试。针对图1示出的气体处理塔中不同填料层层数和高度的气体处理塔编号为1#、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#的净化率除雾和除尘率,其中,1#的填料层只有一层且设置在圆筒塔体处,2#、3#、4#、5#、6#中分别具有两层填料层,第一层填料层设置在圆筒塔体(放大节)11处,第二层填料层设置在梯形筒塔体12的上方(烟道),选用316L不锈钢丝网状的多孔空心体球形填料,直径为Φ50mm,孔径为2mmx3mm,气体处理塔的其余结构特征均相同。测试结果见表1。

实施例2
本实施例进一步对3×75吨/小时热电燃煤锅炉的直径为8米的无放大节烟道气氨法湿式脱硫塔的上半部原折流板除雾系统进行了改造,
其中烟气净化塔不同实验情况的编号为1#、2#、3#、4#、5#、6#。如图7所示,1#的填料层只有一层且设置在圆筒塔体处,塔内径为8米,球形填料的直径为Φ50mm,为防止堵塞采用了316L不锈钢丝网状的多孔空心体球形填料。如图8所示,2#、3#、4#、5#、6#中分别具有两层填料层,塔内径均为8米,下层为填充800mm高度的球形填料层,上层为高度200mm折流板7,折流板7上直接平铺了高度为300mm的球形填料层。测试结果见表2。

由表2可知,在烟气量增加了10倍以上,塔直径增加4倍,氨逃逸严重和粉尘难以达标的大型净化塔中,即使没有放大节无论满负荷还是低负荷均有很好的除尘效果。同一填料层高度下,开管道喷洗系统要比不开管道喷洗系统除雾除尘效果好。800mm填料层高度要比500mm填料层高度除雾除尘效果好。两级除雾(两层填料层)要比一级除雾除尘效果好。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。
由表1可知,同样填料层高度的情况下,两级除雾(两层填料层)要比一级除雾除尘效果好。两级除雾的出口烟尘含量能够达到小于75mg/m3的国标要求,在优化的工况下甚至可以低于10mg/m3。同时球形填料通量较大,系统满负荷运行时除雾器压降小于150Pa,不影响烟道气外排,容易清洗和更换。对引风机电流和烟气排放速度均无影响,可起到强化脱硫、除尘、除雾沫和进一步净化气体的作用。
需要指出的是,本发明上述气体处理塔中使用的喷头42可以是市面上能够买到的任意一种现有喷头,也可以是优化设置后的旋转喷头,作为优选的实施方式,所述喷头42为旋转喷头,其包括定子,以及可转动套设在所述定子上的转子喷头,所述定子连接在所述管道喷洗系统4上,所述转子喷头具有流体腔、动力喷嘴以及普通喷嘴,所述流体腔中的流体一部分喷射到动力喷嘴上带动所述转子喷头转动并从动力喷嘴处被雾化喷出,另一部分从所述普通喷嘴中喷出雾化。由于该喷头42通过流体冲击动力喷嘴使得转子喷头旋转,从而可以使得位于转子喷头上的普通喷嘴被带动而旋转,在此过程中,流体从动力喷嘴中雾化喷出,该种喷头能够在塔体1同一水平面上进行360度旋转,进而使得烟气被充分地清洗,并且,直接利用流体动能驱动转子喷头旋转,降低了能耗,进一步节约成本。
需要说明的是,本发明的上述气体处理塔不但可以用于湿法脱硫后的烟气处理,还可以用于气体净化或分离需要的除尘和除雾的场合。
Claims (15)
1.一种气体处理塔,用于气体净化或分离,包括:
塔体(1);
填料层(3),横跨在所述塔体(1)内,至少设置一层,其侧壁与所述塔体(1)的四周内壁连接;
管道喷洗系统(4),设置于所述塔体(1)的内部,用于对所述填料层(3)进行清洗;
其特征在于,所述填料层(3)包括丝网层和装填在所述丝网层内部的若干散装填料,填料为丝网状的多孔空心体球形填料;所述球形填料可浮动设置于所述丝网层的内部;
所述填料层(3)设为一层,且所述管道喷洗系统(4)包括设置于所述填料层(3)的上方和下方的喷洗管道(41),且所述喷洗管道(41)上设置有至少一个喷孔或喷头(42);
或者,所述填料层(3)设为多层,所述管道喷洗系统(4)包括设置于所述填料层(3)上方和下方的喷洗管道(41),且所述喷洗管道(41)上具有单个喷孔或者喷头(42),或者具有间隔设置的多个喷孔或者喷头(42),各喷孔或喷头(42)按照竖直向上和竖直向下的方向交错设置;
所述填料层(3)的高度为0.2-1m,所述球形填料的外径为15-100mm;所述球形填料中的四边形孔尺寸为(1-5mm)×(1-6mm)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述塔体(1)内设置有放大节,所述塔体(1)的所述放大节处的内径大于所述塔体(1)的其它部分的内径;所述填料层(3)与所述塔体(1)的所述放大节处的内壁或所述放大节上方塔体的内壁连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述放大节包括圆筒塔体(11)以及与所述圆筒塔体(11)的两端连接的梯形筒塔体(12),且沿远离所述圆筒塔体(11)的方向上所述梯形筒塔体(12)的直径逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求3所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述填料层(3)为一层,其设置在所述圆筒塔体(11)处;或者,所述填料层(3)为多层,其中多层设置在所述圆筒塔体(11)处,且有一层设置在所述梯形筒塔体(12)的上方。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述填料层(3)为多层,每层所述填料层(3)中的所述球形填料的外径相同;或者,从所述塔体(1)的底部向着所述塔体(1)的顶部方向上,各所述填料层(3)中的所述球形填料的孔径依次减小。
6.根据权利要求5所述的气体处理塔,所述球形填料的外径为25-60mm;所述球形填料中的四边形孔尺寸为(2-3mm)×(3-6mm)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的气体处理塔,所述球形填料的外径为50mm;所述球形填料中的四边形孔尺寸为2mm×3mm。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述填料层(3)相对于水平面设为屋脊状、斜板状或平板状。
9.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述塔体(1)上设置有人孔,与所述填料层(3)相通。
10.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,还包括开口向上的集液槽(5),所述集液槽(5)设置于所述塔体(1)的内壁上,且位于最底侧的所述填料层(3)的下方。
11.根据权利要求10所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述集液槽(5)上设置有连接到所述塔体(1)外部的出口(6),所述出口(6)与过滤装置相连,且所述过滤装置与所述管道喷洗系统(4)连通。
12.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述塔体(1)内的净化器(2),所述填料层(3)和所述管道喷洗系统(4)均设置于所述净化器(2)的上方。
13.根据权利要求12所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述塔体(1)为洗涤塔,所述净化器(2)为洗涤器;或者,所述塔体(1)为脱硫塔,所述净化器(2)为脱硫器。
14.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的气体处理塔,其特征在于,所述喷头(42)包括定子,以及可转动套设在所述定子上的转子,所述定子连接在所述管道喷洗系统(4)上,所述转子包含流体腔、动力喷嘴以及普通喷嘴,所述流体腔中的流体一部分喷射到动力喷嘴上带动所述转子转动并从动力喷嘴处被雾化喷出,另一部分从所述普通喷嘴中喷出雾化。
15.一种气体处理系统,包括依次设置的除尘器或除雾器,以及烟气净化塔或分离塔,其特征在于,所述烟气净化塔或分离塔为权利要求1至14中任一项所述的气体处理塔。
