技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压制动系统,更详细地,涉及可以降低在泵的运行期间所产生的压力脉动的液压制动系统。
背景技术
通常,车辆必须安装用于刹车的制动系统,最近为了获得更加强力且稳定的制动力而提出各种各样的制动系统。

但是,现有的制动系统中,在增大制动压力期间因泵的驱动而产生的突然的压力脉动通过设置在流出口的节流孔来减小,这纯粹是为了减小阻尼而以调节油路的截面积的结构来组成,因此在减小压力脉动方面存在一定限制。

本发明的一个实施例的液压制动系统包括:制动踏板10,接收驾驶员的操作力;制动助力器11,根据制动踏板10的踏板力并利用真空压与大气压之间的压力差使踏板力倍增;主缸20,通过所述制动助力器来产生压力;第一液压回路40A,连接所述主缸20的第一端口21与两个车轮制动器(或车轮缸)30,由此控制液压的传送;第二液压回路40B,连接主缸20的第二端口22与剩余的两个车轮制动器30,由此控制液压的传送。第一液压回路40A和第二液压回路40B紧凑地设置在液压模块(未示出)上。

内壳54以强制压入的方式结合在外壳51的开放的下部,并密封外壳51的内部空间。内壳54包括杆54a和设置在杆54a的端部的凸缘54b。杆54a具有小于外壳的内径的机体,与外壳结合时与外壳的内壁隔开而形成空间,凸缘54b的外径与外壳51相同,由此容易设置在液压模块上。并且,杆54a的末端与外壳结合时,所述末端与外壳的底面紧贴,由此通过上述的第一流入口52和第二流入口53流入至节流孔内部的油可以相互分离。
内壳54在其中心具备贯穿孔55。贯穿孔55的一端与外壳51的第一流入口52连通并与泵44的出口连接,且放置凸缘54b的另一端形成流出口56并连接在主缸的主流路47a。
设置在内壳54的中心的贯穿孔55形成第一流路L1,内壳54的外周与外壳51的内壁之间的空间形成第二流路L2。通过配置在外壳51的底面的外围的同心圆上的各第二流入口53的油通过第二流路L2并融合。
油从第一流路L1和第二流路L2的一端向另一端移动的距离相互不同。例如,第一流路L1设置为直线形状,第二流路L2设置为曲线形状的迂回回路,即,可在内壳54的外周面上加工螺旋槽57并设置为螺旋形状。即,第二流路L2设置为比第一流路L1的长度延长的形状,结果,在两个流路L1、L2之间产生流速的差距,由此可以抵消流体的脉动。
在与凸缘54b相邻的杆54a的端部上设置贯穿孔58,以便连通第一流路L1与第二流路L2。贯穿孔58在内壳54上沿半径方向贯穿,由此连通设置在外周面的第二流路L2与设置在中心的第一流路L1,最终连接至流出口56。
在此,本实施例将第二流路L2例示为螺旋形,然而本发明并不限定于此。例如,第二流路L2可以具有其长度不同于第一流路L1的各种形态,进一步地,在螺旋形的情况下,可以通过调整螺距和流路的尺寸(口径)来抵消流体的脉动。并且,在形成第二流路时,可以通过所述调节方法改变脉动频率成分,因此可以只将特定波段的噪声作为目标并消除。
并且,本实施例的节流孔,尤其,外壳可将金属材料以锻造的方式加工,内壳可将金属材料以辊压方式加工,因此可以大幅降低制造成本。
下面,说明具有上述结构的本发明的用于车辆的液压制动系统的制动作用。
首先,驾驶员在汽车的行驶过程中或在停止状态下,为了车辆的减速或者保持停止状态而踩制动踏板10。通过踩踏板在制动助力器11中形成大于入力的出力,且通过所述出力在主缸20中产生压力非常大的制动液压。制动液压通过电磁阀41传送至前轮FR、FL和后轮RR、RL,从而实现制动作用。而且若驾驶员逐渐或完全把脚从制动踏板10上挪开,则各个车轮制动器内的油压通过电磁阀41重新回送至主缸20,由此减小制动力或者消除制动作用。
另一方面,在进行制动动作时,一对泵44通过一个驱动马达49驱动,且具有180度的相位差,通过所述一对泵44在液压制动系统中产生有规律的半正弦波的压力脉动,该压力脉动通过节流孔50衰减。
即,通过泵44的流出口流出的油压根据在经过设置在节流孔50内部的不同长度的第一流路L1和第二流路L2时所产生的流速的差距来衰减大部分的压力脉动,由此变均匀的油压被传送至主缸20或者电磁阀41。
另一方面,图4是示出本发明的另一个实施例的液压制动系统的节流孔的剖视图。本实施例重点说明与一实施例的不同点,而且相同的附图标记表示相同的功能,因此省略其详细说明。
本实施例的节流孔60与一实施例相比,只有省略外壳的内壳64插入并设置在液压模块的油路。为此,内壳64的杆64a的外径和凸缘64b的外径与形成在液压模块上的主流路47a的直径相同。
因而,设置在液压模块的流路上的内壳64的贯穿孔65形成第一流路L1,内壳的外表面与流路之间的空间形成第二流路L2,沿着内壳64的半径方向贯穿设置的通孔68连通设置在外周面的第二流路L2与设置在中心的第一流路L1,最终两个流路L1、L2在流出口66汇合。
在此,基于由铝材料组成的液压模块的特性,本实施例的节流孔在其尺寸精度不高的情况下,在液压模块的流路被削而产生的异物可能浸透至流路L1、L2中,因此加工时需要注意。

Claims (10)

1.一种液压制动系统,包括:
主缸,根据制动踏板的动作产生制动液压;
车轮制动器,其分别设置在车辆的前轮和后轮,接收主缸的制动液压并产生制动力;
电磁阀,分别设置在车轮制动器的入口和出口,用于控制制动液压的流动;
低压储油器,用于临时储存运行电磁阀的减压制动时从车轮制动器流出的油;
泵,加压储存在低压存储器的油,并根据需要向车轮制动器或主缸排出;
节流孔,其设置在泵的流出口,
其中,所述节流孔,包括:
外壳;
内壳,与外壳组装时在其之间形成空间;
第一流路,其贯穿设置在所述内壳上;
第二流路,其设置在所述外壳的内壁与内壳的外周之间的空间,所述第一流路和第二流路的长度相互不同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压制动系统,所述第一流路设置在内壳的中心。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压制动系统,所述外壳设置为一侧开放的圆筒形状,
所述内壳包括:杆单元,当所述内壳与所述外壳结合时,可以使内壳与外壳的内壁隔开而形成空间;凸缘,与所述外壳结合,其外径与所述外壳的外径相同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的液压制动系统,所述外壳与内壳以强制压入的方式结合,
所述杆单元的末端与外壳的底面进行结合时呈紧贴状态,以便可以分离第一流路与第二流路。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液压制动系统,所述外壳包括设置在底面的中心的第一流路口,以及从第一流入口隔开并设置在底面的外围的第二流路口。
6.一种液压制动系统,包括:
主缸,根据制动踏板的动作产生制动液压;
车轮制动器,其分别设置在车辆的前轮和后轮,接收主缸的制动液压并产生制动力;
电磁阀,分别设置在车轮制动器的入口和出口,用于控制制动液压的流动;
低压储油器,用于临时储存运行电磁阀的减压制动时从车轮制动器流出的油;
泵,加压储存在低压存储器的油,并根据需要向车轮制动器或主缸排出;
节流孔,其设置在泵的流出口,
其中,所述节流孔包括长度相互不同的第一流路和第二流路,
所述第一流路贯穿设置在节流孔,第二流路设置在节流孔的内壳的外周面与设置节流孔的液压模块的内壁之间的空间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的液压制动系统,所述第一流路设置在节流孔的中心。
8.根据权利要求1或6所述的液压制动系统,所述第二流路为螺旋形状。
9.根据权利要求1或6所述的液压制动系统,所述节流孔包括用于连通第一流路与第二流路的通孔。
10.根据权利要求9所述的液压制动系统,经过所述第一流路和第二流路的油通过第一流路的流出口向外排出。
