本发明公开了一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,尤其是涉及一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳及其制备方法,本发明属中医中药领域。
背景技术
一般将所有的恶性肿瘤称为癌症,它是由于机体细胞失去正常调控,过度增殖而引起的疾病。与良性肿瘤相比,恶性肿瘤生长速度快,呈浸润性生长,易发生出血、坏死、溃疡等,并常会向远处转移,造成人体消瘦、无力、贫血、食欲不振、发热以及严重的脏器功能受损等,最终会造成患者死亡。据研究,2020年全球人口80亿,癌症发病将达到2000万人,死亡将达到1200万人,癌症将成为新世纪人类第一杀手,对人类生存构成最严重的威胁。
恶性肿瘤早期大多无明显症状,当出现特征性症状时,大多已处在晚期。随着肿瘤所在器官、部位以及发展程度的不同,其临床表现也不同,恶性肿瘤的临床表现一般分为局部表现和全身性症状两个方面:局部会出现肿块、疼痛、溃疡、出血、梗阻等症状。常见的非特异性全身症状有体重减轻、食欲不振、恶病质、大量出汗(夜间盗汗)、贫血、乏力等,恶病质常是恶性肿瘤晚期全身衰竭的表现,不同部位肿瘤,恶病质出现的时间不一样,某些部位的肿瘤可呈现相应的功能亢进或低下,继发全身性改变,如肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤引起高血压,甲状旁腺腺瘤引起骨质改变等。此外,有些肿瘤如肺癌,由于产生内分泌物质,产生与转移、消耗无关的全身症状。
目前对于恶性肿瘤的治疗,主要采用手术治疗、放射治疗、化学治疗、靶向治疗、免疫疗法以及中医中药治疗。其中放射治疗是使用辐射线杀死癌细胞,缩小肿瘤的方法。该治疗方法可经由体外放射治疗或体内接近放射治疗。由于癌细胞的生长和分裂都较正常细胞快,借由辐射线破坏细胞的遗传物质,可阻止细胞生长或分裂,进而控制癌细胞的生长。然而患者在进行放疗时,经常会出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻、食欲不振等症状。一般西医采用对症治疗,通过口服维生素B6、灭吐灵等药物来减轻恶心,肌肉注射灭吐灵等药物治疗严重呕吐,服用维生素B6及助消化药和开胃药来缓解食欲不振,然而所谓的“药补不如食补”、“药食同源”,药膳取药物之性味,用食物之品实,食借药之势,药助食之力,共达防病治病、强身健体的目的。这对保证恶性肿瘤患者的营养供应、改善其生存质量至关重要。
在现有的专利文件中,授权公告号CN101971978B(申请号2010102416865)的专利公开了一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养粥,其特征是由山药、大枣、沙棘、粳米、百合、米皮糠、胡萝卜和黑小麦为原料,与水调配制成,其原料的重量组成份数为:山药1-10、大枣6-20、沙棘0.5-4、粳米2-6、百合0.5-3、米皮糠0.5-2、胡萝卜2-10、黑小麦2-6。申请公告号CN104605372A(申请号201510069865.8)的专利公开了一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:核桃粉3-7份、狮子七5-15份、黑芝麻3-8份、猴头菌2-6份、积雪草1-5份、独活10-20份,山药5-15份、玉米6-13份、大豆7-14份、猪蹄100-200份、黄芪7-15份、葱10-20份、薏米4-10份、何首乌2-6份、虾青素3-6份、大蒜精2-7份。
虽然目前出现了一些基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,但在临床上的应用大多疗效不理想,尚难达到系统辩证,因此开发一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者出现症状的营养药膳,仍是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对恶性肿瘤放疗患者的现状,提供一种制作简单、疗效显著、无毒副作用、安全有效、良药可口,服食方便的营养药膳。
本发明的上述目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:龙虾60-100份、豆腐20-40份、银耳8-16份、胡萝卜5-15份、山楂5-15份、陈皮5-15份、甘松5-15份、大黄4-12份、胡椒3-7份、薏苡仁3-7份、花生3-7份、大蒜1-5份、生姜1-5份。
一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,优选的方案,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:龙虾70-90份、豆腐25-35份、银耳10-14份、胡萝卜8-12份、山楂8-12份、陈皮8-12份、甘松8-12份、大黄6-10份、胡椒4-6份、薏苡仁4-6份、花生4-6份、大蒜2-4份、生姜2-4份。
一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,更加优选的方案,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:龙虾80份、豆腐30份、银耳12份、胡萝卜10份、山楂10份、陈皮10份、甘松10份、大黄8份、胡椒5份、薏苡仁5份、花生5份、大蒜3份、生姜3份。
本发明的另一目的就是提供上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法。
一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过60-100目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡15-25分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸5-10min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量1-5倍的温水,浸泡40-60分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾3-7分钟后,转文火煎煮20-40分钟,过滤,将滤液静置1-3小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮20-40min,放凉即得营养药膳。
上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,步骤1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过70-90目筛(优选的,将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过80目筛)。

龙虾:虾体内含的都是高蛋白、低脂肪,蛋白含量占总体的16%-20%左右,脂肪含量不到0.2%。而且所含的脂肪主要是由不饱合脂肪酸组成的,宜于人体吸收。虾肉内锌、碘、硒等微量元素的含量要高于其它食品,同时,它的肌纤维细嫩,易于消化吸收。龙虾不仅是肉洁白细嫩,味道鲜美,高蛋白,低脂肪,营养丰富,还有药用价值,能化痰止咳,促进手术后的伤口生肌愈合。
豆腐:味甘、咸,性寒,无毒,营养丰富,含有铁、钙、磷、镁和其他人体必需的多种微量元素,还含有糖类、植物油和丰富的优质蛋白,素有“植物肉”之美称。主治宽中益气,调和脾胃,消除胀满,通大肠浊气,清热散血。现代医学证实,豆腐除有增加营养、帮助消化、增进食欲的功能外,对齿、骨骼的生长发育也颇为有益,在造血功能中可增加血液中铁的含量;豆腐不含胆固醇,是高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇症及动脉硬化、冠心病患者的药膳佳肴。也是儿童、病弱者及老年人补充营养的食疗佳品。豆腐含有丰富的植物雌激素,对防治骨质疏松症有良好的作用。还有抑制乳腺癌、前列腺癌及血癌的功能,豆腐中的甾固醇、豆甾醇,均是抑癌的有效成分。
银耳:属于真菌类银耳科银耳属,有"菌中之冠"的美称。味甘、淡、性平、无毒,具有强精、补肾、润肠、益胃、补气、和血、强心、壮身、补脑、提神、美容、嫩肤、延年益寿之功效。它不但能提高肝脏解毒能力,保护肝脏功能,而且能增强机体抗肿瘤的免疫能力,并增强肿瘤患者对放疗、化疗的耐受力。
胡萝卜:甘、辛,微温,无毒。功用:补中气、健胃消食、壮元阳、安五脏,治疗消化不良、久痢、咳嗽、夜盲症等有良好疗效,被誉为“东方小人参”,胡萝卜在人体内可转化为维生素A,提高机体免疫力,间接消灭癌细胞,并可减轻癌症病人的化疗反应,对多种脏器有保护作用。妇女进食胡萝卜可以降低卵巢癌的发病率。另外,胡萝卜内含玻珀酸钾,有助于防止血管硬化,降低胆固醇,对防治高血压有一定效果。
山楂:性味:酸、甘,微温。归经:归脾、胃、肝经。功效:消食健胃,行气散瘀。主治:用于肉食积滞,胃脘胀满,泻痢腹痛,瘀血经闭,产后瘀阻,心腹刺痛,疝气疼痛;高脂血症。焦山楂消食导滞作用增强。用于肉食积滞,泻痢不爽,防治动脉硬化,此外山楂中含有的牡荆素的化合物,具有抗癌的作用。
陈皮:又称橘皮,味辛苦、性温,具有温胃散寒、理气健脾的功效,适合胃部胀满、消化不良、脘腹痞胀、便溏泄泻、食欲不振、咳嗽多痰以及恶心呕吐等症状的人食用。现代研究表明,陈皮中含有大量挥发油、橙皮甙等成分,它所含的挥发油对胃肠道有温和刺激作用,可促进消化液的分泌,排除肠道内积气,增加食欲。
甘松:性味:味辛;甘;性温。归经:归脾;胃经。功效:理气止痛;醒脾健胃。主治:脘腹胀痛;不思饮食;牙痛;脚气。
大黄:别称将军,性味:苦,寒。归经:胃经;大肠经;肝经;脾经。功效:泻下攻积、泻火解毒、活血祛瘀、清泄湿热。主治:实热便秘;热结胸痞;湿热泻痢;黄疸;淋病;水肿腹满;小便不利;目赤;咽喉肿痛;口舌生疮;胃热呕吐;吐血;咯血;衄血;便血;尿血;蓄血;经闭;产后瘀滞腹痛;症瘕积聚;跌打损伤;热毒痈疡;丹毒;烫伤。
薏苡仁:性味:甘;淡;微寒,归经:脾;肺;肾经,功能主治:利湿健脾;舒筋除痹;清热排脓。主水肿;脚气;小便淋沥;湿温病;泄泻带下;风湿痹痛;筋脉拘挛;肺痈;肠痈;扁平疣,临床实验证实,薏苡仁具有一定的抑菌、抗病毒功效,对抗癌也有比较显著的疗效。对在放疗、化疗时出现白细胞下降、食欲不振、腹水、浮肿的癌症患者具有一定功效。
花生:果实含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素E、维生素K,以及矿物质钙、磷、铁等营养成分,含有8种人体所需的氨基酸及不饱和脂肪酸,含卵磷脂、胆碱、胡萝卜素、粗纤维等物质。其中的锌能促进儿童大脑发育,有增强大脑的记忆功能,可激活中老年人脑细胞,延缓人体过早衰老,抗老化,其中的白藜芦醇是肿瘤疾病的天然化学预防剂,能降低血小板聚集,预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病。
胡椒:性味:辛,热。归经:入胃、脾、大肠经。主治:能健胃进食,温中散寒,止痛,脾胃虚寒,呕吐,腹泻。
大蒜:性味:温,辛、甘。功用:温中健胃,消食理气。其中的含硫化合物具有奇强的抗菌消炎作用,对多种球菌、杆菌、真菌和病毒等均有抑制和杀灭作用,是当前发现的天然植物中抗菌作用最强的一种,其中的锗和硒等元素可抑制肿瘤细胞和癌细胞的生长,另外,大蒜还具有排毒清肠,预防肠胃疾病,促进胰岛素的分泌,保护肝脏,调节血糖,保护心血管,抗高血脂和动脉硬化,降低胆固醇,抗血小板凝集的功效。
生姜:性味辛、微温,归肺脾胃经,功效:发汗解表,温中止呕,温肺止咳,解鱼蟹毒,解药毒,抗氧化,抑制肿瘤。适用于外感风寒、头痛、痰饮、咳嗽、胃寒呕吐;在遭受冰雪、水湿、寒冷侵袭后,急以姜汤饮之,可增进血行,驱散寒邪。
与现有技术先比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的营养药膳使用药、食两用之品,“注重整体”、“辩证施食”,既保持了药物的疗效且有食品的色、香、味等特性,配方科学,营养丰富,良药可口,服食方便,无毒副作用,可有效预防和缓解恶性肿瘤患者在放疗时出现的各种症状。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和实验例详细说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取10g):龙虾60份、豆腐20份、银耳8份、胡萝卜5份、山楂5份、陈皮5份、甘松5份、大黄4份、胡椒3份、薏苡仁3份、花生3份、大蒜1份、生姜1份。
上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过60目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡15分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸5min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量1倍的温水,浸泡40分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾3分钟后,转文火煎煮20分钟,过滤,将滤液静置1小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮20min,放凉即得营养药膳。
典型病例一:王XX,男,52岁,山东梁山人,1年前被诊断出患淋巴癌,患者定期通过放疗进行治疗,然而放疗后出现免疫功能下降、恶心呕吐、食欲不振等症状,医生建议服用本发明的营养药膳。
服用本发明实施例1中的营养药膳,患者服用营养药膳治疗10天,恶心呕吐的症状减轻;服用20天后,食欲增加,其他症状也减轻;继续服用2个月,不适症状消失,患者气色变好,精神状况较佳。
实施例2一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取10g):龙虾100份、豆腐40份、银耳16份、胡萝卜15份、山楂15份、陈皮15份、甘松15份、大黄12份、胡椒7份、薏苡仁7份、花生7份、大蒜5份、生姜5份。
上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过100目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡25分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸10min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量5倍的温水,浸泡60分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾7分钟后,转文火煎煮40分钟,过滤,将滤液静置3小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮40min,放凉即得营养药膳。
实施例3一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,优选的方案,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取10g):龙虾70份、豆腐25份、银耳10份、胡萝卜8份、山楂8份、陈皮8份、甘松8份、大黄6份、胡椒4份、薏苡仁4份、花生4份、大蒜2份、生姜2份。
上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过70目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡18分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸6min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量2倍的温水,浸泡45液静置1.5小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮25min,放凉即得营养药膳。
典型病例二:周xx,女,63岁,济宁人,患者缘于5年前被确诊为乳腺癌,遂在当地医院行“左乳房切除术”,2年后患者乳腺癌又复发,遂采用放疗治疗,放疗之后出现恶心呕吐、头晕乏力、消瘦、腹泻腹胀等不适症状。
使用本发明实施例3的营养药膳治疗10天,患者基本不再恶心呕吐,腹泻腹胀,继续服用,50天,不适症状逐渐消失,饭量明显增大,体力明显改善,目前仍在使用中。
实施例4一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,优选的方案,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取10g):龙虾90份、豆腐35份、银耳14份、胡萝卜12份、山楂12份、陈皮12份、甘松12份、大黄10份、胡椒6份、薏苡仁6份、花生6份、大蒜4份、生姜4份。
上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过90目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡23分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸90min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量4倍的温水,浸泡55分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾6分钟后,转文火煎煮35分钟,过滤,将滤液静置2.5小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮35min,放凉即得营养药膳。
实施例5一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,更加优选的方案,取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成(每份取10g):龙虾80份、豆腐30份、银耳12份、胡萝卜10份、山楂10份、陈皮10份、甘松10份、大黄8份、胡椒5份、薏苡仁5份、花生5份、大蒜3份、生姜3份。
上述基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,制备步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过80目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡20分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸7.5min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量3倍的温水,浸泡50分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾5分钟后,转文火煎煮30分钟,过滤,将滤液静置2小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮30min,放凉即得营养药膳。
实验例:1、临床选择:为了验证本发明营养药膳的效果,我们抽取了400名患者进行了实验,平均分为两组,实验组及对照组。
2、入选标准:放疗后出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻、食欲不振、免疫力低下等不适症状的恶性肿瘤患者。
3、防治方法:治疗组:采用本发明实施例5中基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,每次取100g,一天3次。
对照组:使用恶性肿瘤放疗相应症状的西药治疗。
4、疗效情况判定标准:1、有效:服用后,不适症状减轻或部分消失;2、无效:服用后,不适症状无好转或有恶化。
并精确的对数据进行了统计和数理分析,得到具体实验结果如下表:

经临床试验证明,采用本发明营养药膳与相应症状的西药治疗的功效相比,既保持了药物的疗效且有食品的色、香、味等特性,配方科学,营养丰富,良药可口,服食方便,无毒副作用,经临床试验证明,本发明营养药膳的有效率为98%,可有效预防和缓解恶性肿瘤患者在放疗时出现的各种症状。
Claims (9)
1.一种基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:龙虾60-100份、豆腐20-40份、银耳8-16份、胡萝卜5-15份、山楂5-15份、陈皮5-15份、甘松5-15份、大黄4-12份、胡椒3-7份、薏苡仁3-7份、花生3-7份、大蒜1-5份、生姜1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:龙虾70-90份、豆腐25-35份、银耳10-14份、胡萝卜8-12份、山楂8-12份、陈皮8-12份、甘松8-12份、大黄6-10份、胡椒4-6份、薏苡仁4-6份、花生4-6份、大蒜2-4份、生姜2-4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳,其特征在于:取下述重量配比的主要原料制备而成:龙虾80份、豆腐30份、银耳12份、胡萝卜10份、山楂10份、陈皮10份、甘松10份、大黄8份、胡椒5份、薏苡仁5份、花生5份、大蒜3份、生姜3份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过60-100目筛;
2)将银耳浸泡15-25分钟、胡萝卜去皮、大蒜去皮和生姜一起洗净,切成细丝,豆腐切成块;
3)将龙虾洗净,放在蒸笼里蒸5-10min,转入烧干的热锅内,炒制酥脆,研磨成细粉待用;
4)将步骤1)处理的原料置于砂锅内,加原料重量1-5倍的温水,浸泡40-60分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾3-7分钟后,转文火煎煮20-40分钟,过滤,将滤液静置1-3小时,得上清液待用;
5)向步骤4)所得上清液中加入步骤2)-3)所得物,搅拌均匀后加入山楂、薏苡仁和花生,并向其中添加一定量的温水,煮沸后转文火煎煮20-40min,放凉即得营养药膳。
5.根据权利要求4所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过70-90目筛(优选的,将陈皮、甘松、大黄、胡椒除去杂质,粉碎,过80目筛)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)将银耳浸泡18-23分钟(优选的,将银耳浸泡20分钟)。
7.根据权利要求4所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤3)将龙虾洗净后放在蒸笼里蒸7-8min(优选的,蒸7.5min)。
8.根据权利要求4所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤4)加原料重量2-4倍的温水,浸泡45-55分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾4-6分钟后,转文火煎煮25-35分钟(优选的,加原料重量3倍的温水,浸泡50分钟,然后用大火煎煮至沸腾,待沸腾5分钟后,转文火煎煮30分钟)。
9.根据权利要求4所述的基于恶性肿瘤放疗患者的营养药膳的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤5)煮沸后转文火煎煮25-35min(优选的,煮沸后转文火煎煮30min)。
