背景技术

具体实施方案
根据优选的实施方案,清洗设备可以包括盖和布置在盖内的可移动隔膜。可移动隔膜可以包含容纳清洗剂的空腔。当医疗器具插入清洗设备中时,清洗剂可以在隔膜周围流动并且被应用于医疗器具。这种配置不需要在传统的医疗器具清洗设备中常见的泡沫或湿垫/可压缩材料。
清洗剂可以是清洗细菌或病毒微生物的致污点的任何化学制品、物质或材料,或包含该化学制品、物质或材料的任何载体。一种清洗剂的例子包括但不限于:异丙醇、洗必泰、聚维酮碘、过氧化氢、肥皂和盐酸。在一些实施方案中,清洗剂是流体或液体,也可以实施为触变胶体、粉末或其他状态。

图10是图9中所示的壳体50的横截面图。清洗剂可以容纳在空腔59中。壳体50可以配置为具有耦联机构,如螺纹、全螺纹、一个或多个凸缘、突起、柔性的凸出部、粘合剂、柔性唇部或向内定向的突起、或其他类型的耦联机构、或它们的任意组合。
图11是具有底边缘64的可移动隔膜60的横截面图。可移动隔膜60可以作为阳鲁尔元件以及清洗剂的保存机构。凸缘62可以压靠在壳体10的内壁上以将清洗剂保持在空腔17中。可移动隔膜60上的锥形壁63可以由基本上柔性的材料制成,该材料容许锥形壁与插入的阴鲁尔元件相配并密封阴鲁尔元件的内腔。如上所述,壳体10可以具有从壳体10的内表面向上伸出的一个或多个突起15,以给可移动隔膜60的运动提供阻挡或限制。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于医疗器具的致污点的清洗设备,所述清洗设备包括:
壳体;
在所述壳体的内表面上的耦联机构;
所述壳体内的清洗剂;
所述壳体中的可移动隔膜,所述可移动隔膜包括柔性凸缘;以及
阳鲁尔元件,所述阳鲁尔元件与所述壳体成整体并且从与所述壳体的开口相对的所述壳体的远侧内表面向上伸出并穿过所述可移动隔膜的开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,还包括与所述壳体耦联的可移除的密封件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其中,所述柔性凸缘沿所述可移动隔膜的外边缘布置,并且配置为在所述可移动隔膜和所述壳体之间创建干涉配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,还包括布置在所述可移动隔膜中的一个或多个孔,当所述可移动隔膜被所述医疗器具推入所述壳体中时,所述一个或多个孔容许所述清洗剂通过所述一个或多个孔从所述壳体通到所述医疗器具的所述致污点。
5.根据权利要求4所述的清洗设备,其中,所述一个或多个孔具有一个或多个尺寸,所述尺寸容许当所述清洗剂处于低压力状态中时,所述清洗剂的表面张力保持在所述可移动隔膜下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,还包括沿着所述可移动隔膜的顶面布置的一个或多个凸起结构,所述凸起结构在所述医疗器具的表面和所述可移动隔膜的顶面之间维持一空间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的清洗设备,其中,所述一个或多个凸起结构是截头圆锥形结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,还包括从与所述壳体的开口相对的所述壳体的远侧内表面向上伸出的一个或多个突起,所述一个或多个突起配置为在所述可移动隔膜被推入所述壳体中时阻挡所述可移动隔膜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其中,所述可移动隔膜包括沿着所述可移动隔膜的所述开口的内边缘布置的柔性凸缘。
10.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其中,所述阳鲁尔元件从与所述壳体的开口相对的所述壳体的内表面向上并朝向所述开口伸出,并且其中,所述可移动隔膜布置在所述阳鲁尔元件周围并且可相对于所述阳鲁尔元件移动。
11.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其中,所述清洗设备不包含可压缩材料。
12.根据权利要求11所述的清洗设备,其中,所述可压缩材料是泡沫和湿垫中的至少一种。
13.根据权利要求1所述的清洗设备,其中,所述耦联机构与所述壳体成整体。
