Abstract
本发明提供一种液晶面板,包括阵列基板及与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板,以及,夹持于所述阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层及围绕液晶层设置的密封胶框,所述阵列基板临近所述胶框位置朝向液晶层设有挡墙,所述挡墙由多个色阻单元在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元由三种以上色阻依次排列形成,并且两个色阻单元相连接的色阻不同。本发明提供一种液晶显示装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种液晶面板及液晶显示装置。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示装置作为电子设备的显示部件已经广泛的应用于各种电子产品中液晶显示装置,液晶面板包括相对设置的阵列基板和彩膜基板、以及夹设在阵列基板和彩膜基板之间的液晶,在所述彩膜基板与阵列基板之间形成封闭液晶的胶框,所述彩膜基板与阵列基板之间设有支撑物,因此在液晶面板上形成显示区、围绕显示区设置的过渡区,围绕过渡区设置的胶框。
一般会在彩膜基板(CF基板)和阵列基板(TFT基板)上涂布一层PI配向膜,起着控制液晶分子方向的功能,在PI外围也会设计PI挡墙避免PI溢出。现有的非COA(CF onArray)制程的产品,通常在TFT基板侧不设计PI挡墙,CF基板侧使用PS(photo spacer)做PI挡墙。但是在COA产品中,RGB色阻设于所述TFT基板侧。如此需要提供一种使用RGB(如B)做TFT侧PI挡墙的设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种液晶面板,可以利用阵列基板的色阻作为挡墙。
本发明还提供一种液晶显示装置。
本发明提供一种液晶面板,包括阵列基板及与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板,以及,夹持于所述阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层及围绕液晶层设置的密封胶框,所述阵列基板临近所述胶框位置朝向液晶层设有挡墙,所述挡墙由多个色阻单元在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元由三种以上色阻依次排列形成,并且两个色阻单元相连接的色阻不同。
其中,所述色阻单元中的色阻为矩形或者Z形。
其中,所述色阻单元由RGB三种色阻排列形成,或者所述色阻单元由WRGB四种色阻排列形成。
其中,所述色阻单元由同一光阻层依次平移后光罩形成。
其中,所述阵列基板还包括与液晶层相邻的配向膜,所述挡墙位于所述配向膜远离液晶层的一侧且靠近所述胶框。
其中,两个所述色阻单元中的同一种色阻之间的距离为两个色阻的尺寸。
本发明提供一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括阵列基板及与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板,以及,夹持于所述阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层及围绕液晶层设置的密封胶框,所述阵列基板朝向液晶层的边缘设有挡墙,所述挡墙由多个色阻单元在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元由三种以上色阻依次排列形成,并且两个色阻单元相连接的色阻不同。
其中,所述色阻单元中的色阻为矩形或者Z形。
其中,所述色阻单元由RGB三种色阻排列形成,或者,所述色阻单元由WRGB四种色阻排列形成。
其中,两个所述色阻单元中的同一种色阻之间的距离为两个色阻的尺寸。
本发明的液晶面板在阵列基板上形成色阻组成的挡墙,所述挡墙由多个色阻单元在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元由三种以上色阻依次排列形成,并非为R、G、B层叠形成,避免挡墙具有过大的厚度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明佳实施方式提供一种液晶面板,其包括阵列基板10及与所述阵列基板10相对设置的彩膜基板20,以及,夹持于所述阵列基板10与彩膜基板20之间的液晶层(图未示)及于所述阵列基板10与彩膜基板20之间位于液晶层周缘的密封胶框25。所述阵列基板10临近所述胶框25位置朝向液晶层设有挡墙30,所述挡墙30由多个色阻单元A在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元A由三种以上色阻32依次排列形成,并且两个色阻单元A相连接的色阻32不同。
本实施例中,所述液晶面板还包括显示区26。所述液晶面板的显示区26与所述密封胶框25具有距离形成过渡区27。所述挡墙30位于过渡区27内。本发明中,以液晶面板的边缘区域的一个阵列基板及彩膜基板为例进行说明。所述挡墙30位于所述液晶面板边缘。
本实施例中,所述阵列基板10包括依次设置的第一玻璃基层11、栅极12、栅极绝缘层13、半导体层14、源漏极15、绝缘层16、像素单元层17、配向层18。所述栅极12形成于所述第一玻璃层11上。所述栅极绝缘层13覆盖所述栅极12及第一玻璃基板11。所述半导体层14及源漏极15位于栅极绝缘层13上,并且所述半导体层14正投影于所述栅极12。所述配向层18形成于像素单元及绝缘层16上与液晶层相邻的配向膜。所述挡墙30位于所述配向膜18远离液晶层的一侧且靠近所述胶框25。所述彩膜基板20包括第二玻璃基板21及形成与第二玻璃基板21的矩阵层22。所述矩阵层22朝向所述液晶层。
进一步的,所述色阻单元A由RGB三种色阻排列形成,或者所述色阻单元A由WRGB四种色阻排列形成。所述挡墙30有多个色阻单元A形成。本实施例中,所述色阻单元A由RGB三种色阻形成。其中,R、G、B分别是代表红、绿、蓝三种颜色。所述挡墙30为长条形,围绕着所述液晶面板液晶层周缘而设。
请再次参阅图2,本实施例中,所述色阻单元A中的色阻32为矩形。具体的所述色阻32为三种颜色或者四种颜色,每一种色阻为一矩形区域,每一个色阻大小相同。其中,两个所述色阻单元A中的同一种色阻32之间的距离为两个色阻的尺寸,也就是说,两个连接的色阻单元A中的两个色阻R之间的间隙恰好是收容色阻G和色阻B的距离。请参阅图3,在其它实施例中,所述色阻32为Z形。Z形的所述色阻32依次首尾连接形成挡墙。
进一步的,所述色阻单元A由同一光阻层依次平移后光罩形成。具体的,在制造所述阵列基板时,提供一光阻层,第一次光罩时形成挡墙30上所述有的R色阻,每两个R色阻之间的距离为两个色阻的大小。然后平移光阻层进行第二次光罩,紧邻R色阻形成G色阻。再次移动光阻层进行第三次光罩形成B色阻。其中,所述的挡墙30为三个色阻平铺形成的条状。在此过程中,三个色阻的形成只用了一个光阻进行光罩,节省了制造的成本。
本发明还提供一种具有上述液晶面板的液晶显示装置。
本发明的液晶面板在阵列基板上形成色阻组成的挡墙,所述挡墙30由多个色阻单元A在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元A由三种以上色阻32依次排列形成,并非是为R、G、B层叠形成,避免挡墙具有过大的厚度,并呈现出彩色条状。

Claims (7)
1.一种液晶面板,包括阵列基板及与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板,以及,夹持于所述阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层及围绕液晶层设置的密封胶框,其特征在于,所述阵列基板临近所述胶框位置朝向液晶层设有挡墙,所述挡墙由多个色阻单元在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元由三种以上色阻依次排列形成,并且两个所述色阻单元相连接的色阻不同,所述色阻单元中的色阻为Z形,Z形的所述色阻依次首尾连接,所述色阻单元由同一光阻层依次平移后光罩形成。
2.如权利要求1所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述色阻单元由RGB三种色阻排列形成,或者所述色阻单元由WRGB四种色阻排列形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,所述阵列基板还包括与液晶层相邻的配向膜,所述挡墙位于所述配向膜远离所述液晶层的一侧且靠近所述胶框。
4.如权利要求1所述的液晶面板,其特征在于,两个所述色阻单元中的同一种色阻之间的距离为两个色阻的尺寸。
5.一种液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板,所述液晶面板包括阵列基板及与所述阵列基板相对设置的彩膜基板,以及,夹持于所述阵列基板与彩膜基板之间的液晶层及围绕液晶层设置的密封胶框,其特征在于,所述阵列基板朝向液晶层的边缘设有挡墙,所述挡墙由多个色阻单元在同一平面内依次连接形成,所述色阻单元中的色阻为Z形,Z形的所述色阻依次首尾连接,所述色阻单元由三种以上色阻依次排列形成,并且两个色阻单元相连接的色阻不同,所述色阻单元由同一光阻层依次平移后光罩形成。
6.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述色阻单元由RGB三种色阻排列形成,或者,所述色阻单元由WRGB四种色阻排列形成。
7.如权利要求5所述的液晶显示装置,其特征在于,两个所述色阻单元中的同一种色阻之间的距离为两个色阻的尺寸。
