Description

用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及用于焊接由聚氯乙烯(Polyvinylchloride,PVC)或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法和相关装置。
背景技术
在现有技术中,PVC型材件主要用作窗框和门框,通过将各端面熔融而将PVC型材件焊接在一起,从而用于制作适于门或窗户的框架结构。
特别地,通过使用合适的电热板对待连接部分进行加热来实现熔融,然后将受热部分彼此压抵,以有利于其焊接。
一般来说,受热部分是型材件的头端部,适于以45度切割,以限定例如各窗框或门框的直角部分。
通过焊接机执行该方法,焊接机装备有型材件的各锁紧件,各锁紧件在相互靠近的移动方向移动,以将受热的端部焊接接触。
其他设备装备有修整系统,适于移除在两个型材件的熔融过程中形成的珠子或焊珠。
实际上,与两个型材件的接合线(45度的表面切割)相对应,熔融材料多余的部分流出并形成从型材件的可视面突出的焊珠。
因此,为了赋予完成的门框或窗框相当具有美感的外观,一旦被焊接,型材件需经历熔融焊珠移除的操作。
然而,上面简述的已知焊接装置具有重大缺陷,其主要与上述焊珠的限定有关。
事实上,必须考虑地是,PVC型材件的焊接区不是完全一致且平行于对应的型材件,因此,为使表面均匀,需要熔融很多材料而必然形成大量焊珠,并因此不得不移除大量废料。
此外,为移除焊珠和清理焊接区域所做的修整工作对于加工门框或窗框所需总时间具有很大的影响。事实上,应该意识到,对于每个门框或窗框的焊接操作,必须对型材件进行足够的加工。
此外,就上述型材件而言,所述焊珠的移除非常复杂。
此外,用于上述修整操作的设备非常笨重并且相当昂贵。
由于非常笨重的设备和工具的出现,导致需要承担额外的成本和工作时间。
发明内容
在本文中,本发明潜在的技术目标是提出一种用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法和相关装置,其克服了上述现有技术的缺点。
具体而言,本发明的目的是提供用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的两个型材件的方法和相关装置,其能够除去用于移除焊珠的所有后续多余操作。
本发明的另一目的是提供用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法,其与焊装生产线和后续清洁相比比较快速且成本低。
通过用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法和相关装置可以大致实现上述目的,这里,所述方法和装置包括在任意所附权利要求中记载的技术特征。

具体实施方式
具体参照所附附图,附图标记1表示的是用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的装置。
所述装置执行用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法,其中设置至少两个型材件3,具有彼此面对的各待焊接区域4。
如下文详细说明的,根据该方法,通过移除操作(铣削、熔融、挖槽等)制做与型材件3的各待焊接区域4对应的沟槽19。
随后,将待焊接区域4加热,通过彼此挤压型材件3以保持待焊接区域4相互接触,将所述待焊接区域4互相连接。这样,两个型材件3的沟槽19限定容纳室19a,用于容纳在各型材件3的熔融过程中产生的珠子或焊珠。
本说明书的其他部分示出适于焊接两个单独型材件的端部的单个焊接装置1。而且,本发明可包括一系列装置1,各装置1在型材件3的各端部进行操作。例如,为了制做用于门框或窗框的矩形框架,使用四个装置1,各装置1对应所述框架的直角以焊接型材件3。
参见图1,值得注意的是,装置1包括PVC制成的各型材件3的一对锁紧件2,适于将型材件3自身与彼此面对的相应的待焊接区域4接合。
具体而言,各锁紧件2包括基部5和布置在基部5上方的可动部6,型材件3位于基部5上。可动部6适于朝基部5移位并因此保持型材件3。
如附图所示,各型材件3由此布置在基部5和可动部6之间,各头端部突出。型材件的头端部限定待焊接区域4,并因此彼此面对。
还值得注意的是,待焊接区域4适于以45度切割,以限定两个成直角的型材件之间产生的对接。
另外,装置1包括锁紧件2的移动装置7,以在第一相互远离位置与第二相互靠近位置之间移动型材件3,在第二相互靠近位置,待焊接区域4对接在一起。
具体而言,对于各锁紧件2,移动装置7具有导轨8,其平行于型材件3的纵向延长体延伸。在导轨上装有与上述基部5成一体的托架9。此外,各托架9与移动系统10相连,移动系统10适于使锁紧件2的两个托架9相互靠近/远离移动。
装置1还包括加热装置11,用于加热上述由PVC制成的型材件3的待焊接区域4。加热装置11优选在工作状态和非使用状态之间可动,在工作状态,加热装置11设置在型材件3之间,在非使用状态,加热装置11远离所述型材件(3)移动。
具体而言,应该注意到当型材件3由移动装置7在相互远离的移动方向布置时,它们限定了加热装置11的运送区域。这样,一旦待焊接区域4被加热,型材件3一起靠近移动并且被各端部彼此挤压。
有利的是,加热装置11包括热板热封件12,其由例如大致板状电阻制成,安装在移动件13上。优选地,移动件13由一对以滑动方式安装在各轨道15上的托架14组成,并且各托架14布置在上述电阻12的相对侧上。这样,电阻12固定至托架14并由托架14沿导轨15移动。托架14还通过曲柄连杆17以可操作方式连接至电机16。有利的是,曲柄连杆17将电机16给出的旋转动作转化为托架14和电阻12的前后运动,以将电阻12安装在上述型材件3之间或从上述型材件3移开电阻12。
装置1还装备有移除装置18,以在至少一个待焊接区域4的周缘上制做至少一个沟槽19。
移除装置18为例如铣削类型的,并包括设置在锁紧件2上方的支撑框架20,还包括面对型材件3的至少一个加工工具21,以制作待焊接区域4上的上述沟槽19。
工具21通过电机部件22以旋转方式移动,电机部件22优选为电动类型并且为具有高转速的小型、无刷无传感器电机。此外,工具21由移动件23在第一怠速状态(工具21没有放置在型材件3之间的位置)和第二工作状态(工具21放置在由PVC制成的型材件3之间的位置)之间移动。
更具体地,提供铣削的移除装置18优选包括一对加工工具21,各加工工具21在各待焊接区域4的周缘上装备有活动头21a。
如在细节图中示出的,工具21彼此相对,以在两个型材件3上同时工作。
换句话说,两个工具21在支撑框架20的相对侧围绕同一旋转轴旋转;这样,支撑框架20的移动允许控制一个待焊接区域4上工作的工具21向前移动,并且允许控制另一待焊接区域4上工作的另一工具21向前移动。
通过各工具21获得的沟槽19具有大致方形阶梯结构,即以90度成型,其沿待焊接区域4的整个延伸体延伸。
通过这种方法制成的沟槽19在侧面限定的容纳室19a由基壁60和一对相对的侧壁61划定界限。
基壁60为大致水平的,而侧壁61为大致竖直的。
此外,框架20具有布置在锁紧件2之上方、并设计成支撑工具21的支撑棒24,工具21在这种情况下安装在棒24自身的下端。
棒24以可操作方式连接至移动件23,以对应待焊接区域4移动。
有利的是,通过上述移动件23的移动,将工具21定位为与待焊接区域4的侧缘相对应。
具体而言,件23包括一对支撑引导装置25,棒24在支撑引导装置25上以可滑动方式安装并由已知的电机使其移动,电机在此不详述。
此外,棒24通过与框架20相对应布置的蜗杆26沿轴线竖直移动。
有利的是,工具21和电机部件22由棒24支撑并随其在水平方向(沿引导装置25)和竖直方向(通过蜗杆26)移动。
装置1还具有与工具21同心的漩涡抽吸系统29a、29b,其允许移除在铣削的移除操作中形成的削屑。
举例来说,抽吸系统29a、29b包括腔29a,其围绕各工具21布置并连接至将削屑移走的抽吸管29b。
为此,工具21还包括螺旋形切刀,其朝腔29a内部传送移除的削屑,以更易于抽吸削屑。
有利的是,通过铣削的移除操作产生的所有塑料的削屑都易于被抽吸。
装置1还具有压制装置27、28,其适于邻接在沟槽19上,以协同沟槽自身限定容纳室19a。
实际上,压制装置27、28意味着封闭容纳室19a的与基壁60相对并且与侧壁61相邻的一侧,以防止任意熔融材料从容纳室自身流出。
压制装置27、28具体包括:
-具有突出部63的至少一个第一工作面62,;以及
-最终修整的至少一个第二工作面64。
压制装置27、28与适于在如下位置之间交替地移置压制装置27、28的操作装置65、66协作:
-从型材件3移开的怠速位置;
-第一工作位置,其中第一工作面62邻接沟槽19,突出部63至少部分位于容纳室19a内,以朝容纳室19a的侧壁61偏离焊珠;以及
-第二工作位置,其中第二工作面64邻接沟槽19,以获得修整的焊珠。
压制装置27、28包括具有第一工作面62和第二工作面64的至少一个容纳压具27、28。
然而,不排除在其他实施例中,第一工作面62和第二工作面64安装在彼此不同并且单独移动的部件上。
在图示装置1的实施例中,压制装置27、28包括一对容纳压具27、28,其在平放型材件3的平面的相对侧(上方和下方)彼此面对。
具体而言,第一容纳压具27布置在型材件3上方,并且后文称为上容纳压具,而第二容纳压具28布置在型材件3下方,并且后文称为下容纳压具。
容纳压具27、28在相互靠近的移动方向都为可动的,以协同沟槽19限定在型材件3的相对侧获得的两个容纳室19a,从而容纳并限制材料从容纳室自身流出。
事实上需要注意到,沟槽19应用于型材件3的外部可视部分,即,以45度切割的面的上边缘和下边缘,当将以45度切割的面彼此焊接时其确定突出焊珠的形成。
在这种情况下,珠子不会从容纳室19a流出而是被容纳在其中。
各容纳压具27、28包括杆68,其沿大致平行于沟槽19的纵向A延伸。
具体而言,纵向为大致水平方向。
杆68为刚性的并由例如钢制成。
对于各容纳压具27、28,杆68包括第一纵向面69和第二纵向面70,第一工作面62布置为与第一纵向面69相对应,第二工作面64布置为与第二纵向面70相对应。
第一纵向面69和第二纵向面70为大致相对的并且彼此平行。
由与第一纵向面69通过例如胶合相关联的插入件71限定第一工作面62。
插入件71为刚性的并由例如硬塑料制成。
第一工作面62具有平坦部72,突出部63从平坦部72延伸。
突出部63沿大致杆68的整体在纵向延伸。
替代地,在横向截面中,突出部63具有一对腔73,其在第一工作位置安置为大致面对容纳室19a的侧壁61。
换句话说,腔73的存在导致突出部63的横截面下部被切去一部分。
更详细的,突出部63具有大致成型为具有伸出的、较长底边的等腰梯形的横截面。
据此,在本申请说明书的范围内,强调的是,“伸出的、较长底边的”意味着梯形的较短底边被定义为与平坦部72相对应,而梯形的等腰侧边从平坦部72突出延伸,并在梯形较长底边的下面延伸,因此,梯形较长底边相对于平坦部72设置在远端位置。
在本实施例中,突出部63的横截面的腔73限定在梯形的等腰侧边和平坦部72之间。
然而,并不排除在其他实施例中,突出部的横截面具有不同的结构。
例如图12示出了另一实施例,其中,突出部63的横截面大致为矩形。
第二工作面64由适于邻接在沟槽19上的片状件74和支撑片状件74的减震件75限定。
片状件74包括例如减少厚度或挠性硬塑料的金属片。
另一方面,减震件75是设置在第二纵向面70和片状件74之间例如由橡胶等屈服材料制成的膜层。
在图示的实施例中,第二工作面64为大致平坦的,并允许获得大致平坦的修整焊珠。
然而,不排除在其他实施例中,第二工作面64具有突起和/或凹进,以再现在刚加热的热片上的具体形状。实际上这种仍然热的材料易于弯曲。
比较容易理解的是,由于具有所述可视面的型材件3的存在,第一工作面62和第二工作面64成型以用于跟随可视面的形状。
在此方面,有用的是,需强调容纳压具27、28可从装置1的其他部分释放,并且可由具有取决于待焊接型材件3类型的多元化形状的容纳压具27、28代替。
操作装置65、66包括至少一个切换单元65,以沿方向B切换压制装置27、28,方向B横切于型材件3的移动方向。
横切方向B与平放型材件3的平面大致成直角,并因此为竖向。
图1a和图1b仅详细示出用于改变上容纳压具27的切换单元65。
该切换单元65由具有可移动端的竖向气压缸限定,支撑件76安装在该可移动端。
然而,切换单元65的其他可选实施例也是存在的。
操作装置65、66还包括至少一个旋转单元66,其适于围绕纵向A旋转容纳压具27、28的杆68,并且适于交替地使第一工作面62和第二工作面64朝沟槽19转向。
考虑到第一工作面62和第二工作面64安装在杆68的相对面上,旋转单元66适于使杆68绕其自身以180度旋转。
然而,不排除下述可选实施例,其中工作面62、64布置在杆68的相邻且连接的表面上,在这种情况下,杆68的旋转减小至正好90度。
图1a和图1b仅详细示出用于旋转上容纳压具27的旋转单元66。
该旋转单元66由位于杆68的支撑件76和夹持端77之间的旋转电机限定。
然而,旋转单元66还具有其他实施例,例如其包括由动力油缸和操作杆限定的曲柄机构的情况。
上述用通用结构术语描述的装置1可实施限定本发明主题的焊接方法。
该方法包括准备至少两个型材件3的步骤,其中,对应锁紧件2,将两个型材件3彼此相向地布置在各自的待焊接区4。
然后,对应型材件3的各待焊接区域4制做沟槽19。
通过对各型材件3的头端部限定的周缘上的材料进行移除操作以执行制做沟槽19的步骤。
通过工具21的铣削来进行移除。
在移除步骤中,由具有螺旋形状和轴向抽吸功能的工具21执行削屑的保留步骤,工具21将移除的削屑朝腔29a内部传送。
随后,通过在热板热封件12的相对侧上按压待焊接区域4,将待焊接区域4加热,并通过将型材件3相互挤压而将待焊接区域4对接在一起。
待焊接区域4的连接使它们保持相互接触以将其熔融在一起并限定焊珠。
在待焊接区域4的连接中,执行子步骤,其包括对应沟槽19布置压制装置27、28,以协同沟槽自身限定焊珠的容纳室19a。
经由操作装置65、66执行该子步骤,其交替地在怠速位置、第一工作位置和第二工作位置之间移动压制装置27、28。
在该子步骤中,容纳压具27、28在型材件3上方、下方和相对侧进行操作并被布置于此。
图8至图11仅示出上容纳压具27的操作,但易于联想到下容纳压具28也具有类似操作。
一旦待焊接区域4被彼此靠近在一起,通过切换单元65的操作,容纳压具27、28从怠速位置移动至第一工作位置,其中,切换单元65沿横切方向B移动压制装置。
这样,各容纳压具27、28的第一工作面62邻接沟槽19,并且突出部63位于各容纳室19a内(图8)。
通过型材件3的相对靠近移动产生的焊珠立在容纳室19a的中央,直至其与突出部63形成接触,突出部63将其朝侧壁61偏离直至腔73被填充(图9)。
为了使用形成焊珠的熔融塑料完全正确地填充整个容纳室19a,突出部63的存在是很重要的。
在这方面,需强调地是在没有突出部63的情况下,焊珠趋于保持在容纳室19a的中央,并且当材料已开始硬化时在更晚时间到达侧壁61,这样可以确定容纳室19a的填充,所述填充不是一直处于最佳状态,并且在任何情况下为非功能性方式。
接着,容纳压具27、28沿横切方向B从型材件3远离。
由突出部63的梯形限定的底切使先前占据腔73的两个塑料唇状物78略微上升,唇状物78由于仍处于柔软状态而易于变形(图10)。
此时,移动容纳压具27、28并使其围绕纵向A旋转,以代替第一工作面62使第二工作面64朝沟槽19转向。并且,容纳压具27、28靠近型材件3移动,直至它们被布置在第二工作位置。
在第二工作位置,片状件74向下推动并使之前上升的唇状物78变平,并抑制焊珠的任意向外插入。
事实上,在该步骤中,型材件3的待焊接区域4继续靠近移动并且熔融的塑料继续形成,直至容纳室19a完全填满并且唇状物78合拢(图11)。
图8至图11所示的所有子步骤在适当时间内被快速执行,以防止熔融材料在容纳室19a被完全充满前硬化。
在这方面,需强调的是,在第二工作位置,减震件75的存在允许沿整个容纳室19a以一致且相同的方式分配在操作期间沟槽19内产生的内压。
本发明实现了提议的目的。
具体而言,将焊珠保持在由两个沟槽限定的容纳室内能够防止过量材料流出。
因此,移除多余材料的所有表面修整工作都无需执行,从而在时间、能源和节省使用其他设备方面产生优势。
必须补充的是,由于具有突出部的第一工作面和最终修整的第二工作面的交替介入,型材件的最后结果从审美角度来说较优秀并远远优于已知的任何焊接方法和装置。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于焊接由聚氯乙烯或其他塑料制成的型材件的方法,包括如下步骤:
-准备由塑料制成的至少两个型材件(3),所述至少两个型材件(3)布置在彼此面对的各自的待焊接区域(4);
-加热所述待焊接区域(4);
-通过彼此挤压所述型材件(3),以保持所述待焊接区域(4)互相接触,将所述待焊接区域(4)互相连接;
-所述将所述待焊接区域(4)互相连接的步骤限定将所述待焊接区域(4)彼此熔融以限定焊珠的子步骤;
其特征在于,在加热步骤之前,所述方法包括对应各所述待焊接区域(4)的周缘制做沟槽(19)的步骤,所述连接所述待焊接区域(4)的步骤包括如下子步骤:
-对应所述沟槽(19)布置压制装置(27、28),以协同所述沟槽(19)限定所述焊珠的至少一个容纳室(19a),所述压制装置(27、28)包括:
-具有突出部(63)的至少一个第一工作面(62);以及
-最终修整的至少一个第二工作面(64);以及
-交替地在如下位置之间移置所述压制装置(27、28):
-从所述型材件(3)移开的怠速位置;
-第一工作位置,其中所述第一工作面(62)邻接所述沟槽(19),所述突出部(63)至少部分位于所述容纳室(19a)内,以朝所述容纳室(19a)的侧壁(61)偏离所述焊珠;以及
-第二工作位置,其中所述第二工作面(64)邻接所述沟槽(19),以获得修整的焊珠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述制做沟槽(19)的步骤通过对所述塑料的移除操作来执行。
3.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移置包括沿横切于所述型材件(3)的移动方向的方向(B)移动所述压制装置(27、28)。
4.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移置包括沿平行于所述沟槽(19)的纵向(A)旋转所述压制装置(27、28),并交替地使所述第一工作面(62)和所述第二工作面(64)朝所述沟槽转向。
5.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其特征在于,所述布置压制装置(27、28)包括布置一对容纳压具(27、28),所述容纳压具(27、28)在相对于所述型材件(3)的放置平面的相对侧彼此面对,并相互朝彼此靠近移动,以协同所述沟槽(19)限定在所述型材件(3)的相对侧获得的两个容纳室(19a)。
6.一种用于焊接由PVC或其他塑料制成的型材件的装置(1),包括:
-塑料制成的各型材件(3)的一对锁紧件(2),用于将所述型材件(3)与对应的、彼此面对的待焊接区域(4)相接合;
-所述型材件(3)的所述待焊接区域(4)的加热装置(11),所述加热装置(11)在工作状态和非使用状态之间移动,其中,在工作状态,所述加热装置(11)设置在所述型材件(3)之间,在非使用状态,所述加热装置(11)远离所述型材件(3)移动;
-所述锁紧件(2)的移动装置(7),在第一相互远离移动位置和其中所述待焊接区域(4)彼此连接的第二相互靠近移动位置之间移置所述型材件(3);
其特征在于,所述装置(1)包括:
-移除装置(18),用于在各所述待焊接区域(4)的周缘制作至少一个沟槽(19);
-压制装置(27、28),适于邻接所述沟槽(19),用于协同所述沟槽(19)限定焊珠的容纳室(19a),其中,所述压制装置(27、28)包括:
-具有突出部(63)的至少一个第一工作面(62),;以及
-最终修整的至少一个第二工作面(64);以及
-操作装置(65、66),用于在如下位置之间交替地移置所述压制装置(27、28):
-从所述型材件(3)移开的怠速位置;
-第一工作位置,其中所述第一工作面(62)邻接所述沟槽(19),所述突出部(63)至少部分位于所述容纳室(19a)内,以朝所述容纳室(19a)的侧壁(61)偏离所述焊珠;以及
-第二工作位置,其中所述第二工作面(64)邻接所述沟槽(19),以获得修整的焊珠。
7.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述压制装置(27、28)包括至少一个容纳压具(27、28),所述容纳压具(27、28)具有所述第一工作面(62)和所述第二工作面(64)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述容纳压具(27、28)包括杆(68),所述杆(68)沿大致平行于所述沟槽(19)的纵向(A)延伸;以及所述杆(68)包括第一纵向面(69)和第二纵向面(70),与所述第一纵向面(69)相对应布置所述第一工作面(62),与所述第二纵向面(70)相对应布置所述第二工作面(64)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一纵向面(69)和所述第二纵向面(70)大致与对方相对并互相平行。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述操作装置(65、66)包括至少一个旋转单元(66),所述旋转单元(66)适于围绕所述纵向(A)旋转所述杆(68),并适于交替地使所述第一工作面(62)和所述第二工作面(64)朝所述沟槽转向。
11.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述操作装置(65、66)包括至少一个切换单元(65),所述切换单元(65)用于沿横切于所述型材件(3)移动方向的方向(B)切换所述压制装置(27、28)。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述横向(B)与所述型材件(3)的放置平面大致呈直角。
13.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述突出部(63)具有包括一对腔(73)的横截面,在所述第一工作位置,所述一对腔(73)面对所述容纳室(19a)的所述侧壁(61)。
14.根据权利要求13所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述突出部(63)具有大致成型为具有伸出的、较长底边的等腰梯形的横截面。
15.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述突出部(63)具有大致为矩形的横截面。
16.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二工作面(64)由片状件(74)和减震件(75)限定,所述片状件(74)适于邻接所述沟槽(19),所述减震件(75)支撑所述片状件(74)并由屈服材料制成。
17.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述容纳压具(27、28)能够被释放,并且取决于所述型材件(3)的类型能够被具有多元化形状的容纳压具(27、28)替换。
18.根据前述权利要求中任意一项权利要求所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述压制装置(27、28)包括一对所述容纳压具(27、28),所述一对容纳压具(27、28)在所述型材件(3)的放置平面的相对侧彼此面对,并相互朝彼此靠近移动,以协同所述沟槽(19)限定在所述型材件(3)的相对侧获得的两个所述容纳室(19a)。
