发明内容

在附图的图1至图4中只看到本发明装置的所谓止挡斜坡1、滑座2和焊接顶条3,它们是本身已知的且因此未示出的焊接机头的组成部分。止挡斜坡1贴靠在仅局部外露的空心塑料异型条杆4的顶面上,异型条杆的两个端面被斜角裁切且其内侧通常通过相应设置的连板被分为多个不同大小的连贯腔室。在异型条杆4的不外露的底侧上有最好是相同的且相对于第一止挡斜坡1呈镜像设置的第二止挡斜坡1,在此,异型条杆4被夹紧在两个止挡斜坡1之间且以其端面以大多为约3mm的预定尺寸突出超过比较低的且垂直于异型条杆4的顶面延伸的自由端面5。在其上边缘处,端面5过渡为向后的斜面6。斜面6例如以45°至70°、有利地以60°延伸。滑座2具有楔形横截面(其包括例如垂直于异型条杆4延伸的自由的端面7)且在止挡斜坡1的斜面6处被引导。滑座2的下限界边缘的横截面有利地被倒圆。
前述焊接机头现在仅如图5所示地接纳第二异型条杆4,第二异型条杆按照上述方式也在两个止挡斜坡1之间被夹紧且其中每个止挡斜坡1也对应有一个滑座2。这种布置众所周知地以镜像方式位于焊接顶条3的另一侧。根据焊接设备的设计结构,它能配备有两个、四个或六个焊接机头。
为了开始焊接过程或接合过程,通常位于异型条杆区域外的且被加热的焊接顶条3现在被移入两个异型条杆4的端面或连接面之间,并且每个止挡斜坡1最先离焊接顶条3有约3mm的距离(图1)。现在,用预定的力将这些异型条杆4压紧到焊接顶条3上。由此,这两个异型条杆4的端面或连接面被加热且被熔焊。因为此时异型条杆4作用于焊接顶条3的压紧力的大小得以保持,因此在每个止挡斜坡1和焊接顶条3之间的距离缩小,且在每个异型条杆4的壁之外和之内形成一个所谓的焊缝凸起8a、8b(图2),但其形状不同于简化示出的形状。一旦止挡斜坡1和焊接顶条3之间的距离缩短了约2/3,即约2mm,马上撤回压紧力且异型条杆4撤离焊接顶条3。接着,焊接顶条3从异型条杆4的区域被移除。现在,滑座2发挥作用。滑座通过驱动装置沿止挡斜坡1的端面6从其图1和图2的位置运动到图3的位置。在这里,所出现的外侧焊缝凸起8a必然被向内翻,在此,两个焊缝凸起8a、8b被融为一个较大的焊缝凸起8c,其形状也不是恰好与所画形状一致。
紧随其后,使滑座2又回撤到其根据图1和图2的初始位置。接着,重新使焊接顶条3运动至两个异型条杆4的区域中,且异型条杆4又被压紧到焊接顶条3上。但此压迫过程只是短暂的且以很小的压紧力执行,因此,异型条杆4的长度只略微缩短,而异型条杆端面被二次加热(图4)。
一旦焊接顶条离开了其在两个异型条杆4之间的位置,所述异型条杆马上被压合。在此,之前根据图3和图4被向内翻的焊缝凸起8c增大且具有根据图5的大小和形状8d。在这里,简化所示的焊缝凸起8c形状不一定与所选的显示一致。但在此重要的是在异型条杆4的壁的外表面上不再有焊缝凸起,而该外表面随后是在其外露侧或者说顶侧和底侧的窗框外表面。相反,在这里可能出现其横截面大致呈V形的小凹窝,这是因为大多在异型条杆4的连接面的上部区域中没有形成尖棱角。
常见的是,塑料异型条杆为形成窗框在其顶面或正面很少完全平坦地构成。大多在内边缘和/或外边缘上设有斜面或倒圆。为了也在此区域内保证在那里不再有外侧焊缝凸起,例如可以以异型形式(profiliert)构成滑座2。设有至少两个相互分开的滑座2是有利的,其中的第二滑座2以一角度相对于第一滑座2延伸,该角度的大小使得它在其范围内大致垂直碰到外侧焊缝凸起8a。

Claims (8)

1.一种焊接两个空心的塑料异型条杆以形成窗框的方法,其中,待相互连接的所述异型条杆通过将焊接顶条插入所述异型条杆的连接面之间并且将所述连接面压紧到焊接顶条上形成焊缝凸起而被加热到预定温度,并且在移除所述焊接顶条之后在增大所述焊缝凸起的同时在压力下被接合,其特征是,在移除所述焊接顶条之后,在所述两个异型条杆的连接部位的区域内在随后窗框的外露面上出现的所述焊缝凸起的外侧部分被向内压,并且随后所述焊接顶条被重新移动至所述异型条杆的连接面之间,所述连接面在被向内压的所述焊缝凸起变形的同时被二次加热,最后,在移除所述焊接顶条之后,所述两个异型条杆的连接面被接合在一起。
2.一种执行根据权利要求1的方法的装置,该装置由具有焊接顶条的焊接机头和两个夹紧单元构成,该两个夹紧单元分别具有上止挡斜坡和下止挡斜坡并且接纳两个异型条杆以及将该两个异型条杆的连接面相对一个焊接顶条压紧,其特征是,至少一个滑座(2)在每个止挡斜坡(1)的彼此相向的端面区域中被引导,该滑座配设有驱动装置,用于短暂压紧并且使在随后的窗框的外露面的区域内构成的焊缝凸起(8a)的外侧部分发生变形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是,每个止挡斜坡(1)的端面以一角度朝向其底面延伸。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征是,在所述止挡斜坡(1)的端面和底面之间的角度等于约45°至70°。
5.根据权利要求2至3中任一项所述的装置,其特征是,所述滑座(2)具有楔形的横截面。
6.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是,所述滑座(2)的自由端面垂直于或近似垂直于所述止挡斜坡的底面延伸。
7.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是,所述滑座(2)的末端具有倒圆的横截面。
8.根据权利要求2所述的装置,其特征是,至少一个附加滑座(2)以关于第一滑座(2)的一定角度被引导。
