Description

具有集成式固定件的颗粒泡沫部件及其制造方法
本发明涉及一种带有由热塑性或弹性塑料制成的嵌入式紧固元件的颗粒泡沫部件(Partikelschaum-Bauteil)。
本发明还涉及一种具有嵌入式紧固装置的颗粒泡沫部件的制造方法以及被引入颗粒泡沫部件的紧固装置。
由发泡塑料制成的颗粒泡沫部件因其具有在重量和绝缘方面的显著优势而以各种设计方式被熟知并且在众多的工业领域中使用。它们例如在汽车工业中多用于金属部件的轻量化(Gewichtseinsparung)或用作针对声音、热量或机械应力的绝缘部件。然而,这种情况下其缺点在于,相对难以将传递足够大的力的紧固元件安装在颗粒泡沫部件上。
众所周知,可事后拧入销钉(Dübel)作为颗粒泡沫部件中的固定件(Befestigung),但是销钉仅能接受较小的力并且在负荷的过程中存在被拔起的风险。
或者,已知可预制紧固元件并将其与颗粒泡沫(Partikelschaum)一起发泡。通过形状配合来实现所述固定件和泡沫之间的连接,然而,该形状配合要求较大的表面积并由此要求大量的材料和大的重量以能够传递足够大的力。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种颗粒泡沫部件,其中以简单的方式将紧固元件牢固地安装在该颗粒泡沫部件中。进一步地,应提供一种能够以简单的方式制造相应的颗粒泡沫部件的方法。
此外,应提供一种被引入颗粒泡沫部件中的紧固装置,其能够以简单的方式被进一步加工。
上述关于本发明的颗粒泡沫部件的目的通过具有权利要求1的特征的颗粒泡沫部件得以实现。在这种情况下规定,由优选致密的热塑性或弹性塑料制成的紧固元件少部分地被由第一塑料的第一颗粒泡沫制成的包封部包围,其中,在所述紧固元件和包封部之间的第一接触面中形成材料接合和/或形状配合的材料连接部,并且至少所述包封部至少部分地被由第二塑料的第二颗粒泡沫制成的模制件(Formteil)包围,其中在所述包封部和模制件之间的第二接触面中形成材料接合的材料连接部。
根据本发明基于这样的基本思路,紧固元件可以是例如销钉或止动轴(Rastdorn)或螺纹杆,所述紧固元件不与或至少不仅仅与形成模制件并由此形成自有部件的第二颗粒泡沫连接,而是在紧固元件与第二颗粒泡沫之间形成由第一颗粒泡沫制成的包封部。所述包封部以材料接合和/或形状配合的方式与所述紧固元件连接,以将相对大的力传递至所述第一接触面积。
由第二颗粒泡沫制成的模制件和由第一颗粒泡沫制成的包封部之间的连接是面积相对较大的,并且存在材料接合的材料连接部。由于所述包封部和模制件之间的第二接触面相对较大,因而第二颗粒泡沫的选择可能性明显更大,由于不必按以下标准来选择所述第二颗粒泡沫,即该第二颗粒泡沫必须通过紧固元件在相对小的面积上传递大的力。
此外,优势在于,预制带有包封部的紧固元件并且可用其事后包围形成模制件的第二颗粒泡沫。
所述用于形成包封部的第一颗粒泡沫可凭其属性特别适合的是,该颗粒泡沫与紧固元件的材料形成良好的材料接合和/或形状配合的连接。所述形成第一颗粒泡沫的第一塑料优选为发泡聚丙烯(EPP)或发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)。
