Abstract
本发明公开了一种EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,包括EPP基座和嵌设于EPP基座内并与EPP基座一体成型的用于连接的PP卡接件;采用EPP和PP复合一体成型的结构,在保证装配强度的同时避免了EPP产品卡扣在频繁使用过程中松动;PP结构部分(卡接件)大大减小,模具、材料等成本降低;使EPP产品生产更加简单,质量更容易把控;通过这种方法使密度较低的EPP产品也可以保证卡扣的装配强度,只需满足卡接部分高密度即可满足强度需求;不仅降低EPP产品成本,改善EPP产品整体质量,还可以满足低密度EPP产品装配结构要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及领域EPP汽车部件领域,具体涉及一种EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣、制备方法及其EPP产品。
背景技术
EPP作为国际公认环保材料,是一种性能卓越的高结晶型聚丙烯/CO2复合材料,以其独特而优越的性能成为目前增长最快的环保新型抗压缓冲隔热材料,广泛运用于汽车、玩具、包装、体育等领域,但是EPP本身强度无法满足较复杂的装配结构,所以需配合其它高强度材料(最常用为PP塑料)的装配结构才能满足装配需要,常用配合方式是塑料卡扣嵌入到EPP产品中,其存在以下问题:1.塑料卡扣预装在蒸汽成型模具中时,其PP材料和EPP材料融合度一般,产品在较频繁使用过程中容易松动;2.为保证装配强度,塑料卡扣嵌入部分设计较大,导致塑料卡扣本身成本偏高;3.较大的塑料卡扣会让EPP产品生产更加复杂,更容易出现质量问题,相应的产品成本也会有影响;4.密度较低的EPP产品无法嵌入塑料卡扣,装配强度达不到要求。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣、制备方法及其EPP产品,解决EPP产品装配结构的问题,改善塑料卡扣直接嵌入EPP产品中带来的如长期使用易松动、生产效率低、合格率低、成本偏高等问题。
本发明的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,包括EPP基座和嵌设于EPP基座内并与EPP基座一体成型的用于连接的PP卡接件。
进一步,所述PP卡接件通过注塑与EPP基座一体成型;
进一步,所述PP卡接件由PP粒子在EPP基座上注塑成型;
进一步,所述EPP基座设置有用于PP卡接件注塑成型的环形腔;
进一步,将成型的EPP基座预装在注塑模具中,然后通入PP粒子注塑成型。
本发明公开一种EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.EPP基座成型:将EPP原材料预压后先后经蒸汽单面加入和蒸汽双面加热,
冷却后脱模;
b.PP卡接件成型:将成型的EPP基座装在注塑模具中,然后通入PP粒子经干燥塑化后锁模,然后经注塑、保压处理后冷却,脱模。
进一步,步骤a和b中,脱模后还需经修边处理。
本发明还公开一种EPP产品,所述EPP产品设置有EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,所述EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣与EPP产品熔接成型于一体。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明公开的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣、制备方法及其EPP产品,采用EPP和PP复合一体成型的结构,在保证装配强度的同时避免了EPP产品卡扣在频繁使用过程中松动;PP结构部分(卡接件)大大减小,模具、材料等成本降低;使EPP产品生产更加简单,质量更容易把控;通过这种方法使密度较低的EPP产品也可以保证卡扣的装配强度,只需满足卡接部分高密度即可满足强度需求;不仅降低EPP产品成本,改善EPP产品整体质量,还可以满足低密度EPP产品装配结构要求。

具体实施方式
本实施例的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,包括EPP基座1和嵌设于EPP基座1内并与EPP基座1一体成型的用于连接的PP卡接件;EPP基座1和PP卡接件2通过工艺成型为一体,EPP基座1和PP卡接件2的材料融合为一体,保证装配卡扣的强度和稳定性,避免了EPP产品卡扣在频繁使用过程中松动。该方法专门用于各种EPP产品的装配结构,使具备优良性能的EPP产品不再因为装配问题而被限制,大大拓展了EPP的应用范围,可以是EPP+PP一体成型D型卡扣、EPP+PP一体成型螺母、EPP+PP一体成型BOSS柱、EPP+PP一体成型熔焊柱等车用标件。而在使用过程中,更换相应PP部分即可满足不同装配要求。
本实施例中,所述PP卡接件2通过注塑与EPP基座1一体成型;通过注塑使EPP基座1和PP卡接件2连接部的材料融为一体,提高EPP基座1和PP卡接件2的融合度,提高装配强度。可以是成型的PP卡接件2与成型的EPP基座1之间通过注塑成型,也可以是PP卡接件2先成型,然后再通过EPP在PP卡接件2上注塑成型为EPP基座1,也可以是EPP基座1先成型,然后再在EPP基座1上通过注塑成型PP卡接件2,EPP基座1和PP卡接件2的结构都是在模具中通过EPP材料和PP成型的。
本实施例中,所述PP卡接件2由PP粒子在EPP基座1上注塑成型;优选为先成型EPP基座1,然后再在EPP基座1上通过注塑成型形成PP卡接件2,通过使EPP和PP两种材料完全熔接,EPP和PP两种材料之间较高的融合度,提高整体成型的结构强度,产品在较频繁使用过程中不容易松动,。
本实施例中,所述EPP基座1设置有用于PP卡接件2注塑成型的环形腔;EPP基座1可以具有中空的环形腔,那么PP卡接件2与EPP基座1之间在注塑成型后形成熔接一体的嵌设结构,在EPP基座1内的PP卡接件2底表面与EPP基座1底表面齐平。EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣主要分为两大类型:凹型螺母类(图1)和凸型螺栓类(图2),成型后的PP卡接件2与EPP基座1之间的扭转摩擦力更大。
本实施例中,将成型的EPP基座1预装在注塑模具中,然后通入PP粒子注塑成型;先制作EPP基座1,例如,EPP基座1为中空的螺母座,将该螺母座放入注塑模具中,然后通入PP塑料粒子,在模具中通过注塑形成嵌于螺母座中并且连接部与螺母座熔接为一体的PP卡接件2(螺母或螺钉),解决了现有产品中塑料螺母和螺钉直接嵌设产品本体脱落的风险,既保证了螺母在产品本体上的安装精度,又保证了螺母座(EPP基座1)与本体(PP卡接件2(螺母或螺钉))的脱拨出力要求。EPP基座1可以作为通用件,可以根据装配需要在EPP基座1这各通用件上通过注塑成型更换PP卡接件2的类型,提高通用性,整个产品开发周期大大缩短,有多种型号螺母螺钉(PP卡接件2)规格可选用。螺母座可以是一个型号,只需根据需要设定PP连接件的型号,在基材成型时,效率大大提高,机械手或人工放螺母潜件都比较方便,减少出错率。
本发明公开一种EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a.EPP基座1成型:将EPP原材料预压后先后经蒸汽单面加入和蒸汽双面加热,冷却后脱模;EPP原材料预压参数:

冷却步骤的工艺参数为:
b.PP(聚丙烯)卡接件2成型:将成型的EPP基座1装在注塑模具中,然后通入PP粒子经干燥塑化后锁模,然后经注塑、保压处理后冷却,脱模;注塑成型的相关工艺参数为:料筒喂料区温度为30-50℃,PP粒子在喂料区,PP粒子依次经料筒的五个温度区:区1,160-250℃;区2,200-300℃;区3,220-300℃;区4,220-300℃;区5,220-300℃;模件流长与壁厚之比为50:1-100:1;熔料温度220-280℃,模具温度20-70℃。
本实施例中,步骤a和b中,脱模后还需经修边处理。
本发明还公开一种EPP产品3,所述EPP产品3设置有EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,所述EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣与EPP产品3熔接成型于一体。也就是说,将EPP基座1(如螺母座)做成通用件的形式,后续所有的汽车EPP产品3需要安装的地方都用该通用螺母座作为潜件放入,可以通过熔接将EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣与EPP产品3熔接为一体,实现和钣金件的连接。这样EPP基座1(螺母座)可以和EPP产品3本体非常好的融合在一起,既保证了螺母在产品本体上的安装精度,又保证了EPP基座1(螺母座)与EPP产品3本体的脱拨出力要求。
最后说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的宗旨和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

1.一种EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,其特征在于:包括EPP基座和嵌设于EPP基座内并与EPP基座一体成型的用于连接的PP卡接件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,其特征在于:所述PP卡接件通过注塑与EPP基座一体成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,其特征在于:所述PP卡接件由PP粒子在EPP基座上注塑成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,其特征在于:所述EPP基座设置有用于PP卡接件注塑成型的环形腔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,其特征在于:将成型的EPP基座预装在注塑模具中,然后通入PP粒子注塑成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
a.EPP基座成型:将EPP原材料预压后先后经蒸汽单面加入和蒸汽双面加热,冷却后脱模;
b.PP卡接件成型:将成型的EPP基座装在注塑模具中,然后通入PP粒子经干燥塑化后锁模,然后经注塑、保压处理后冷却,脱模。
7.根据权利要求6所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤a和b中,脱模后还需经修边处理。
8.一种EPP产品,其特征在于:所述EPP产品设置有权利要求1-7任一所述的EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣,所述EPP和PP复合一体成型卡扣与EPP产品熔接成型于一体。
