技术领域
本申请涉及车辆中的空气通风领域,更特别地涉及一种用于将空气压力排出至机动车辆外部的压力释放阀。
背景技术
压力释放阀广泛应用于机动车辆中以释放乘客室中空气压力波动或峰值,例如在门被猛烈地关闭时导致空气压力的波动或者峰值。阀通常包括安装在车体面板中的孔中的简单的刚性框架或者壳体。活门形式的阀构件连接至框架以遮盖车体面板中的孔。阀构件相对于框架打开以打开孔,从而释放空气压力波动。

发明内容

根据本发明所构造的压力释放阀的示范性的实施例在图1-4中示出。如现有技术已知的,根据本发明的压力释放阀10可位于机动车辆的竖直主体面板的孔中。压力释放阀10可在车辆中具有其它位置。压力释放阀10可位于连接到乘客室的车辆后备箱的区域中。本发明的压力释放阀10被设计为安装在车辆的竖直面板上。
压力释放阀10包括壳体12和阀构件或活门(flap)14(图1-3)。壳体12为大体上矩形的刚性结构。壳体12包括侧壁18,所述侧壁绕着矩形壳体的周边延伸并限定了至少一个中心空气流动通道24。中心空气流动通道24将乘客室与车辆外部的大气连通并在乘客室和外部大气之间建立相等的气压。尽管壳体12已经描述为具有大体矩形结构,然而可以理解的是,壳体结构可具有包括诸如正方形、三角形、多边形、椭圆形以及圆形等等的任何几何形状。

阀构件或活门14(图4)具有大体上矩形结构。还应当可以理解的是,活门14可具有任何形状,诸如三角形或者正方形。阀构件14可具有由诸如塑料的刚性材料制成的中心部分70。阀构件14的周边部分72可由柔性弹性体材料制成以提供密封,所述密封在阀构件处于闭合状态时防止空气、水、灰尘和外部物质通过空气流动通道24进入乘客室中。

弹簧130(图1和2)施加力以朝向如图1和3所示的闭合状态压迫阀构件或者活门14。弹簧130为直的丝弹簧。弹簧130具有延伸至壳体12上的弹簧支撑件134中的第一端部部分132。壳体12上的弹簧支撑件134从接近于较长侧壁部分38的较短侧壁部分40伸出。在活门14相对壳体12作枢转运动期间第一端部部分132可相对于弹簧支撑件134滑动。
弹簧130的第二端部部分136延伸至阀构件14的突出部122中的开口124中。因此,弹簧130跨过空气流动通道24对角地延伸。壳体12的肋60具有凹口140,弹簧130延伸穿过所述凹口。当阀构件处于闭合状态时,弹簧130沿着直线从壳体12的弹簧支撑件134延伸穿过阀构件14中的凹陷部120并进入阀构件上的突出部122中。因此,弹簧130沿着阀构件14的内部表面110延伸。在阀构件14相对于壳体12作枢转运动期间第二端部部分136可在开口124中滑动。尽管弹簧130被描述为延伸穿过阀构件14的内部表面110中的凹陷部120,但是可以预见的是,阀构件的内部表面可不包括凹陷部。
阀构件14可在覆盖中心空气流动通道24的闭合状态(如图1和3所示)和允许空气仅在一个方向上流过中心空气流动通道24的打开状态(如图2所示)之间移动。在闭合状态下,第一和第二较短侧边缘98、100位于从侧壁部分40、42伸出的凸缘54、56上。类似地,在闭合状态下,阀构件14的第一较长周边边缘94位于第一较长侧壁部分36的凸缘44上。阀构件14当处于闭合状态时还可接合肋60。阀构件14通过弹簧130和重力保持在闭合状态。阀构件14仅可在壳体12的向外方向上打开,且由于凸缘和肋60阻碍了阀构件向内运动,因此不能在壳体12向内的方向打开。
压力释放阀10竖直地安装在车辆的主体面板中。在这个定向上,壳体12的接片106当安装在主体面板时接近于顶部设置。在闭合状态下,阀构件14在对角地向下的方向上延伸。当车辆的乘客室内的空气压力和大气压之间的差值低于预定值时,阀构件14受到重力和弹簧130的作用,以有助于使阀构件保持在闭合状态。
当大气压在车辆的乘客室内的压力之上时,大气压作用在阀构件14上以将阀构件保持在闭合状态。由于阀构件的边缘抵靠凸缘和肋60安放以防止阀构件相对于壳体向内运动,所以阀构件14不会转动。因此,防止了来自大气的空气流、水、灰尘以及外部物质通过中心空气通道24进入车辆的乘客室中。
当乘客室内的空气压力比大气压力大预定水平(即克服作用在阀构件14上的重力和弹簧力的水平)时,阀构件14将在壳体12向外的方向远离中心空气通道24而转动,以打开中心空气通道24且使得空气能够从乘客室流向大气。
当阀构件14从闭合状态朝向打开状态转动时,弹簧130弯曲。如图2所示,阀构件14上的突出部122向外地远离肋60移动。在活门相对于壳体移动期间,弹簧130的第一和第二端部132和136可相对于壳体12和活门14滑动。
当阀构件14转动以打开中心空气通道24并使得空气能够从乘客室流到大气时,阀构件14处于打开状态。当车辆的乘客室和大气之间的气压差降低到预定水平以下时,作用在阀构件14上的重力和弹簧力使得阀构件向回旋转至关闭状态。
可以预见的是,可用多个活门阀构件代替单个活门阀构件与壳体在多个通孔中连接,以形成压力释放阀10。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于使车辆中的乘客室通风的装置,该装置包括:
壳体,所述壳体至少局部地限定了空气流动通道,
阀构件,所述阀构件能从闭合状态移动至打开状态,以使空气流动通过空气流动通道,所述阀构件具有内部表面,当阀构件处于闭合状态时,所述内部表面面向空气流动通道,所述阀构件具有与内部表面相反的外部表面,当阀构件处于闭合状态时,所述外部表面背向空气流动通道;以及
弹簧丝,在阀构件从闭合状态朝向打开状态移动时,所述弹簧丝弯曲并有效地朝向闭合状态压迫阀构件,当阀构件处于闭合状态时,弹簧丝从壳体沿直线延伸至阀构件的内部表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,阀构件包括在内部表面中的凹陷部,所述弹簧丝延伸穿过所述凹陷部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述弹簧丝的第一端部延伸至从阀构件的内部表面伸出的突出部中的开口中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,在阀构件相对于壳体运动期间,所述弹簧丝的第一端部相对于所述突出部滑动。
5.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,所述弹簧丝的第二端部延伸至壳体上的弹簧支撑件中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其中,在阀构件相对于壳体运动期间,所述弹簧丝的第二端部相对于弹簧支撑件滑动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述阀构件包括刚性的中心部分和围绕所述中心部分延伸的柔性的周边部分,所述弹簧丝连接到所述中心部分。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述中心部分包括在所述中心部分的内部表面上的凹陷部,弹簧丝延伸通过中心部分中的凹陷部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述壳体包括至少一个肋,所述至少一个肋跨过空气流动通道延伸,当处于闭合状态时,所述阀构件接合所述至少一个肋,所述肋具有凹口,当阀构件处于闭合状态时,弹簧丝延伸通过所述凹口。
