技术领域
本发明属于生物技术领域,具体涉及一种屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂及喷雾干燥方法。
背景技术
屎肠球菌喷雾干燥技术的关键就是干燥保护剂的筛选,优良的保护剂能极大的降低屎肠球菌在喷雾干燥过程中的死亡率,目前屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂大多是以脱脂奶粉为主,辅以麦芽糊精,海藻糖等组合;由于脱脂奶粉,海藻糖价格高导致生产成本偏高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为解决现有技术的不足而提供一种屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂及喷雾干燥方法。
本发明的目的是以下述技术方案实现的:
一种屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:大豆蛋白胨4-7份,山梨醇5-7份,麦芽糊精3-6份,蔗糖1-3份。
进一步,优选的由以下重量份的原料组成:大豆蛋白胨5份,山梨醇6份,麦芽糊精5份,蔗糖2份。
使用上述屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥方法,包括以下步骤:
①取液态发酵制备的屎肠球菌菌浓液,加入如权利要求1所述的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,混合均匀;所述保护剂的加入量为菌浓液质量的13-23%;
②将步骤①中的混合菌液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥器塔内的进风温度150℃~155℃,塔内温度 80℃~95℃,真空度-0.01 MPa ~-0.02MPa,出风温度70℃~85℃。
喷雾干燥后产品含水量小于10%。
本发明提供的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂原料物美价廉,生产成本低,同时使用本发明喷雾干燥方法,屎肠球菌存活率高,因此本发明屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂极具市场竞争力。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明提供的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:大豆蛋白胨4-7份,山梨醇5-7份,麦芽糊精3-6份,蔗糖1-3份。
屎肠球菌喷雾干燥方法,包括以下步骤:
①取液态发酵制备的屎肠球菌菌浓液,加入上述的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,混合均匀;所述保护剂的加入量为菌浓液质量的13-23%;
②将步骤①中的混合菌液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥器塔内的进风温度150℃~155℃,塔内温度 80℃~95℃,真空度-0.01 MPa ~-0.02MPa,出风温度70℃~85℃。
喷雾干燥后产品含水量小于10%。
实施例2
本发明提供的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:大豆蛋白胨50kg,山梨醇60kg,麦芽糊精50kg,蔗糖20kg。
屎肠球菌喷雾干燥方法,包括以下步骤:
①将含有屎肠球菌的液态发酵液1200公斤经过离心机分离,得到1000公斤菌浓液;取样100克检测活菌含量为:每克400亿;
②将步骤①中得到的1000公斤菌浓液在混合罐中加入上述屎肠球菌干燥保护剂充分混合均匀;
③将步骤②中的菌混合液体进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥器塔内的进风温度153℃,塔内温度 85℃,真空度-0.02MPa,出风温度80℃;得到喷干产品380公斤;
④检测喷干产品含水量8%,活菌含量:每克845亿;屎肠球菌存活率为:(845×380×1000)÷(1000×1000×400)=0.802=80.2%
实施例3-16中保护剂配方及喷雾干燥工艺参数见表1-2,其他同实施例2。

1.一种屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:大豆蛋白胨5份,山梨醇6份,麦芽糊精5份,蔗糖2份。
2.使用如权利要求1所述屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①取液态发酵制备的屎肠球菌菌浓液,加入如权利要求1所述的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥保护剂,混合均匀;所述保护剂的加入量为菌浓液质量的13-23%;
②将步骤①中的混合菌液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥器塔内的进风温度150℃~155℃,塔内温度 80℃~95℃,真空度-0.01 MPa ~-0.02MPa,出风温度70℃~85℃。
3.如权利要求2所述的屎肠球菌喷雾干燥方法,其特征在于喷雾干燥后产品含水量小于10%。
