本发明提供了一种PVC发泡剂配方，由以下重量份的组分组成：偶氮二甲酰胺70-77份；合成植物酯10.5-14份；复合钙锌热稳定剂2.1-2.8份；PE蜡0.07-0.7份；石蜡0.07-0.7份；钛白粉0.7-3.5份；引发剂0.7-1.4份；碳酸钙7-10.5份。本发明的成分简单合理，发泡均匀，效果好，并且发泡后稳定性较强，便于推广实用。

本发明涉及发泡剂配方领域，特别是涉及一种PVC发泡剂配方。
背景技术
塑料制品生产中，发泡效果的好坏对产品质量有着至关重要的影响。发泡效果直接影响原料品质，以及成型时的均匀程度和产品运输、使用时的稳定性。现在市面上成分简单合理，发泡均匀，效果好，并且发泡后稳定性较强的发泡剂配方还不多见，有待开发。
发明内容
为了克服现有发泡剂配方的不足之处，本发明提供了一种PVC发泡剂配方。
