Abstract
本发明提供了一种PVC发泡剂配方,由以下重量份的组分组成:偶氮二甲酰胺70-77份;合成植物酯10.5-14份;复合钙锌热稳定剂2.1-2.8份;PE蜡0.07-0.7份;石蜡0.07-0.7份;钛白粉0.7-3.5份;引发剂0.7-1.4份;碳酸钙7-10.5份。本发明的成分简单合理,发泡均匀,效果好,并且发泡后稳定性较强,便于推广实用。

技术领域
本发明涉及发泡剂配方领域,特别是涉及一种PVC发泡剂配方。
背景技术
塑料制品生产中,发泡效果的好坏对产品质量有着至关重要的影响。发泡效果直接影响原料品质,以及成型时的均匀程度和产品运输、使用时的稳定性。现在市面上成分简单合理,发泡均匀,效果好,并且发泡后稳定性较强的发泡剂配方还不多见,有待开发。
发明内容
为了克服现有发泡剂配方的不足之处,本发明提供了一种PVC发泡剂配方。
