Abstract
本发明公开了一种软质聚氨酯复合防水吸音膜的配方,包括聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、辛酸亚锡催化剂、三乙烯二胺催化剂、有机硅油、二氯甲烷、磷酸酯阻燃剂、三聚氰胺,并限定了各原料的用量。本发明成型性能优越,减少发泡过程中泡沫结构针孔的产生,使制品泡孔细密均匀;采用反应阻燃剂磷酸酯(优选为FR-117)与添加性阻燃剂三聚氰胺的迦加作用,使海绵体分子结构中含有较高的阻燃元素量,避免制品烧芯物性变差。同时控制了水的用量,防止由于水量过多,反应产生的含脲链过多使得泡沫体泡孔变粗回弹力下降。

技术领域:
本发明涉及聚氨酯发泡工艺,具体涉及一种软质聚氨酯复合防水吸音膜的配方。
背景技术:
聚氨酯发泡工艺和条件的不同或基团分子的组合差异,其性能质量体现出明显的差别,现有的发泡工艺生产的产品普遍存在隔热防水效果差,涂层不均匀,表面不光洁的缺点。
发明内容:
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:
一种软质聚氨酯复合防水吸音膜的配方,包括主料、催化剂、表面活性剂、发泡剂、助发剂、阻燃剂,由如下重量份的原料组成:
本发明选用有机硅油,优选的,选用B8150型硅油,使得成型性能优越,减少发泡过程中泡沫结构针孔的产生,使制品泡孔细密均匀;采用反应阻燃剂磷酸酯(优选为FR-117)与添加性阻燃剂三聚氰胺的迦加作用,使海绵体分子结构中含有较高的阻燃元素量,避免制品烧芯物性变差。
同时控制了水的用量,防止由于水量过多,反应产生的含脲链过多使得泡沫体泡孔变粗回弹力下降。
