本发明公开了一种补气润肤面粉,由下列重量份的原料制成:灌浆期小麦170-180、营养添加剂9-10、黑豆19-21、火龙果10-20、苔干12-13、青梅干3-4、丝瓜络1.8-2、海带4-5、红糖3-4、榛子仁8-12、南瓜子仁3-4、胡萝卜籽4-5、霍霍巴3-4、杜松1-1.8、玉美人1.2-1.4、生地黄2-2.3、荷叶2-3、黄芪2-2.5;本发明方法操作简单、配方合理、原料来源广,比如海带、红糖、黑豆以及一些中草药的添加,使得本发明生产的面粉具有润肤乌发、调养气血、滋阴补肾、健脾升阳的功效,阴阳平衡,营养合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健面粉,尤其涉及一种补气润肤面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统面粉是一种由小麦磨成的粉末,为最常见的食品原料之一。按面粉中蛋白质含量的多少,可以分为高筋面粉、低筋面粉及无筋面粉,面粉的用处很多,因此现在市场中有专门的面包粉、饺子粉、饼干粉等,都是根据改变蛋白质含量、面筋值来制备不同的面粉,然而为了不断提高传统面粉的营养价值,就需要为传统面粉补充更多更好的营养物质。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种补气润肤面粉及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种补气润肤面粉,由下列重量份的原料制成:
灌浆期小麦170-180、营养添加剂9-10、黑豆19-21、火龙果10-20、苔干12-13、青梅干3-4、丝瓜络1.8-2、海带4-5、红糖3-4、榛子仁8-12、南瓜子仁3-4、胡萝卜籽4-5、霍霍巴3-4、杜松1-1.8、玉美人1.2-1.4、生地黄2-2.3、荷叶2-3、黄芪2-2.5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成: 黄皮叶1.4-2、当归1-1.7、山楂核1.8-2.2、忍冬藤2-2.5、酱羊肉15-20、腌青梅4-6、莲藕20-25、鲜玫瑰花瓣4-5、粽叶适量; 制备方法为:(1)将黄皮叶、当归、山楂核、忍冬藤用7-9倍量的水浸提后浓缩,滤得到中药汁;鲜玫瑰花瓣洗净,在沸水中焯一下,取出沥干,与去核的腌青梅混合剁碎,得青梅鲜花碎; (2)莲藕洗净,两端留结,对半切开,将青梅鲜花碎,塞入藕孔内;再将切开的莲藕合上,用粽叶封好置于蒸笼上,用中药汁隔水蒸熟; (3)取出步骤(2)莲藕切片,与酱羊肉混合剁碎,再装盘密封,最后置于烤箱烘烤2-3分钟,取出烘干磨粉即得。
所述的一种补气润肤面粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将霍霍巴、杜松、玉美人、生地黄、荷叶、黄芪用7-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)取重量份8%-10%的灌浆期小麦清洗去杂,加水浸煮3-4小时,然后将该小麦与剩余灌浆期小麦混匀后水磨,得小麦浆料,经喷雾干燥,得粉料,待用;胡萝卜籽磨粉待用;
(3)锅内倒油,再倒入红糖,小火烧至溶化,榛子仁、南瓜子仁混合切碎,再一同倒入锅中,稍稍翻炒后取出晾凉,海带洗净,切成方片状,将各个海带片包裹少量榛子南瓜子仁的混合物,并用棉线固定;
(4)黑豆用温水浸泡5-6小时,取出与火龙果兑7-8倍水混合磨浆,滤得浆液,将浆液入锅大火煮沸,再倒入苔干、丝瓜络、青梅干的混合物,继续煎煮10-12分钟,最后将步骤(3)固定好的海带团置入,20-25分钟后,取出锅内海带团,出去棉线混合烘干磨粉,待用;
(5)将步骤(1)-(4)处理过的物料以及剩余物料按上述重量份加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后再用不锈钢粉碎机粉碎,然后用100-150目的筛网过滤,最后包装、入库,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明提供了一种补气润肤面粉及其加工方法,原料采用灌浆期小麦,此时期小麦制成的面粉营养成分含量最高,也最为丰富;其中添加的营养添加剂口味清新爽滑,使口感更加丰富;本发明方法操作简单、配方合理、原料来源广,比如海带、红糖、黑豆以及一些中草药的添加,使得本发明生产的面粉具有润肤乌发、调养气血、滋阴补肾的功效,阴阳平衡,营养合理。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种补气润肤面粉,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
灌浆期小麦170、营养添加剂9、黑豆21、火龙果15、苔干13、青梅干3、丝瓜络2、海带5、红糖4、榛子仁12、南瓜子仁3、胡萝卜籽5、霍霍巴3、杜松1.8、玉美人1.2、生地黄2.3、荷叶3、黄芪2.5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成: 黄皮叶1.4、当归1、山楂核2.2、忍冬藤2、酱羊肉20、腌青梅4、莲藕20、鲜玫瑰花瓣4、粽叶适量; 制备方法为:(1)将黄皮叶、当归、山楂核、忍冬藤用9倍量的水浸提后浓缩,滤得到中药汁;鲜玫瑰花瓣洗净,在沸水中焯一下,取出沥干,与去核的腌青梅混合剁碎,得青梅鲜花碎; (2)莲藕洗净,两端留结,对半切开,将青梅鲜花碎,塞入藕孔内;再将切开的莲藕合上,用粽叶封好置于蒸笼上,用中药汁隔水蒸熟; (3)取出步骤(2)莲藕切片,与酱羊肉混合剁碎,再装盘密封,最后置于烤箱烘烤3分钟,取出烘干磨粉即得。

(3)锅内倒油,再倒入红糖,小火烧至溶化,榛子仁、南瓜子仁混合切碎,再一同倒入锅中,稍稍翻炒后取出晾凉,海带洗净,切成方片状,将各个海带片包裹少量榛子南瓜子仁的混合物,并用棉线固定;
(4)黑豆用温水浸泡6小时,取出与火龙果兑8倍水混合磨浆,滤得浆液,将浆液入锅大火煮沸,再倒入苔干、丝瓜络、青梅干的混合物,继续煎煮12分钟,最后将步骤(3)固定好的海带团置入,25分钟后,取出锅内海带团,出去棉线混合烘干磨粉,待用;
(5)将步骤(1)-(4)处理过的物料以及剩余物料按上述重量份加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后再用不锈钢粉碎机粉碎,然后用100目的筛网过滤,最后包装、入库,即得。

1.一种补气润肤面粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:灌浆期小麦170-180、营养添加剂9-10、黑豆19-21、火龙果10-20、苔干12-13、青梅干3-4、丝瓜络1.8-2、海带4-5、红糖3-4、榛子仁8-12、南瓜子仁3-4、胡萝卜籽4-5、霍霍巴3-4、杜松1-1.8、玉美人1.2-1.4、生地黄2-2.3、荷叶2-3、黄芪2-2.5;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成: 黄皮叶1.4-2、当归1-1.7、山楂核1.8-2.2、忍冬藤2-2.5、酱羊肉15-20、腌青梅4-6、莲藕20-25、鲜玫瑰花瓣4-5、粽叶适量; 制备方法为:(1)将黄皮叶、当归、山楂核、忍冬藤用7-9倍量的水浸提后浓缩,滤得到中药汁;鲜玫瑰花瓣洗净,在沸水中焯一下,取出沥干,与去核的腌青梅混合剁碎,得青梅鲜花碎; (2)莲藕洗净,两端留结,对半切开,将青梅鲜花碎,塞入藕孔内;再将切开的莲藕合上,用粽叶封好置于蒸笼上,用中药汁隔水蒸熟; (3)取出步骤(2)莲藕切片,与酱羊肉混合剁碎,再装盘密封,最后置于烤箱烘烤2-3分钟,取出烘干磨粉即得。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种补气润肤面粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将霍霍巴、杜松、玉美人、生地黄、荷叶、黄芪用7-9倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(2)取重量份8%-10%的灌浆期小麦清洗去杂,加水浸煮3-4小时,然后将该小麦与剩余灌浆期小麦混匀后水磨,得小麦浆料,经喷雾干燥,得粉料,待用;胡萝卜籽磨粉待用;
(3)锅内倒油,再倒入红糖,小火烧至溶化,榛子仁、南瓜子仁混合切碎,再一同倒入锅中,稍稍翻炒后取出晾凉,海带洗净,切成方片状,将各个海带片包裹少量榛子南瓜子仁的混合物,并用棉线固定;
(4)黑豆用温水浸泡5-6小时,取出与火龙果兑7-8倍水混合磨浆,滤得浆液,将浆液入锅大火煮沸,再倒入苔干、丝瓜络、青梅干的混合物,继续煎煮10-12分钟,最后将步骤(3)固定好的海带团置入,20-25分钟后,取出锅内海带团,出去棉线混合烘干磨粉,待用;
(5)将步骤(1)-(4)处理过的物料以及剩余物料按上述重量份加入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后再用不锈钢粉碎机粉碎,然后用100-150目的筛网过滤,最后包装、入库,即得。
