Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及的是浇筑混凝土后不拆卸而直接充当建筑物墙体内外隔热层的隔热性非金属(例如泡沫塑料等发泡材料、塑料材料)面板(浇筑模板的分块面板)的连接面板以及利用该连接面板架设浇筑模板的安装工艺。更具体地说,本发明是关于浇筑混凝土时保持一定的宽度向前延伸分段架设直立分体式面板,而面板的两侧边缘已经贯通锚固件的情况下也能安装H型连接扣件的带有组装凹槽的(而组装凹槽上留有锚固件的贯穿孔洞)面板以及用该面板架设浇筑模板的安装工艺。
背景技术
在建筑工地浇筑墙体时为了使墙体达到规定的形状组装面板、预埋锚固件(既充当混凝土的钢筋又充当互相面对面的面板之间的模板内部支撑架)、围令(在模板外侧露在外面用销子和钩子连结架设的模板外部支撑架)等架设浇筑模板,而面板之间却用连接加固件加强连接。
传统的墙体施工方法基本上采用直立竖起面板后向前伸延进行浇筑的工艺。一段一段面对面竖起模板面板后,面板之间浇注混凝土后养护而完成该部分的直立墙体浇筑。
上述工艺中,浇筑的墙体顶部形成层面(平板)的部分用木料和胶合板打个框,然后在铺垫隔热(防震)泡沫塑料板材。浇筑完成后木料和胶合板还得拆卸。
面板在一段一段往前延伸的时候还得用钢索或其他围令连结一块一块面板。
这种传统的工艺存在如下明显的问题:因为浇筑完成后用于架设模板的面板须拆除,而拆除作业相当麻烦;拆卸面板后在混凝土墙面还另加一个安装隔热板材的工序,降低总体施工效率。
另外,通常用的模板上没有另设锚固件的预留孔洞以及H型连接扣件的连接结构,安装模板围令非常不方便。
发明内容
【要解决的技术问题】
本发明是为了解决上述问题而设计的解决方案,其目的在于为建筑施工提供:既方便施工又具有实用性的浇筑模板的面板以及用该面板架设浇筑模板的安装工艺。这种面板就是:浇筑混凝土后不拆卸而直接当作建筑物墙体内外隔热层使用的隔热性非金属(例如泡沫塑料等发泡材料、塑料材料)面板(浇筑模板的分体面板),而面板本身具有隔热性能且直接充当隔热面板而浇筑完成墙体后既不需要拆卸也不需要另行安装隔热板材。
另外,本发明是为建筑施工提供方便架设而大幅度降低人工和工时来提高施工效率的浇筑模板的面板以及用该面板架设浇筑模板的安装工艺。这种面板在浇筑混凝土时保持一定的宽度向前延伸分段架设,而面板的两侧边缘预留了锚固件的贯穿孔洞和安装H型连接扣件的组装凹槽,连接面板向前延伸非常方便。
【技术方案】
为了达到上述目的,本发明的具体实施例子具有如下特点:面板和面板之间维持规定的间隔向前延伸竖立,其规定的间隔内形成的空间内浇注混凝土使之成为预期的钢筋混凝土墙体,墙体成型后本发明涉及的面板充当墙体的隔热层而不用拆卸,而面板的两侧边缘留有锚固件的贯穿孔洞。

根据所附图片详细说明本发明最佳实施方式如下:
如图1和图5所示,本发明具体实施例子涉及的浇筑模板的分块面板(10)以及维持规定的间隔面对面竖立面板而形成的混凝土浇注空间的安装工艺具有浇筑墙体按照预期成型的功能。
上述分块面板(10)是长方形的板材,其材质为浇筑完成后直接充当隔热层的发泡板材。面板(10)的两侧边缘留有贯穿锚固件(20)的锚固件贯穿孔洞(11)。
上述锚固件(20)的锚固件主体(21)顶端备有和锚固件横截面垂直方向凸起的间隔维持凸起部(22),上述分块面板(10)的锚固件贯穿孔洞(11)分锚固件主体贯穿孔洞(11a)和凸起部贯穿孔洞(11b),可以同时贯穿锚固件主体(21)和间隔维持凸起部(22),形成向左侧卧的T字形结构。

利用上述组装凹槽(12)锚固件(20)和H型连接扣件(30)的竖向连接面板结构如下:通过上述锚固件贯穿孔洞(11)贯穿排放的锚固件(20)的间隔维持凸起部(22)和组装凹槽(12)的内外侧面保持一定的间隔,在组装凹槽(12)上安装上述H型连接扣件(30)时,从组装凹槽(12)的表面和间隔维持凸起部(22)之间的缝隙插入边缘连接部(31),使间隔维持凸起部(22)分别挂钩在H型连接扣件(30)的边缘连接部(31)的外侧面来固定锚固件。

利用上述组装凹槽(12)锚固件(20)和H型连接扣件(30)的竖向连接面板结构如下:通过上述锚固件贯穿孔洞(11)贯穿排放的锚固件(20)的间隔维持凸起部(22)和组装凹槽(12)的内外侧面保持一定的间隔,在组装凹槽(12)上安装上述H型连接扣件(30)时,从组装凹槽(12)的表面和间隔维持凸起部(22)之间的缝隙插入边缘连接部(31),使间隔维持凸起部(22)分别挂钩在H型连接扣件(30)的边缘连接部(31)的外侧面来固定锚固件。
如果使用备有中心贯穿孔洞(15)的面板(10),却使用备有间隔维持凸起垫(26)的锚固件(25),把上述锚固件(25)排放在面对面的一对面板(10)的中心贯穿孔洞(15)上,而间隔维持凸起垫(26)须顶在面板(10)内侧,使面板(10)中心部位也能保持规定的间隔。
在浇筑直立墙体时,可以利用直角连接扣件来连接拐角处的面板(10);浇筑层板时,可以利用直角连接扣件(40)来连接直立墙体浇筑模板的面板(10)和在其上方平面安装的层板浇筑模板(没有图示)的面对的面板。
安装完毕面板(10)后在面板之间的宽度内浇注混凝土并养护,最终完成预期的建筑物直立墙体。
综上所述,根据本发明的具体实施方式,浇筑模板的分块面板以及用该面板架设浇筑模板的安装工艺安装的面板,浇筑工程完成后不用拆卸而直接充当建筑物内外隔热层的隔热性非金属(例如泡沫塑料等发泡材料、塑料材料)面板(浇筑模板的分体面板),面板本身直接充当隔热层,浇筑的混凝土养护完成后省掉拆卸面板的工序和另行安装隔热层的工序。因此,本发明拥有便利性和实用性。用本发明涉及的面板以及安装工艺以规定的间隔竖立面板后向前伸延时,所用的面板两侧的边缘留有已经贯通锚固件的情况下也能安装H型连接扣件的组装凹槽(而组装凹槽上留有锚固件的贯穿孔洞),促使连接面板的作业变得简单且迅速,大幅度降低模板安装工时和人工。因此,本发明又能提高施工效率。
以实施本发明的最佳模式来描述了各种实施例。尽管为了示例说明而公开了本发明的具体实施例,本领域技术人员可以理解,在不背离权利要求所公开的本发明的范围和精神的前提下,可能对其进行各类改进、添加和替换。
Claims (8)
1.一种组装建筑用浇筑模板的面板,其特征在于:面对面竖立若干个这种面板,面板之间保持规定的间隔使中间形成浇注混凝土的空间,向前延伸若干段最后形成浇筑大模板;面板是由隔热性发泡塑料制成,浇筑完成后不用拆卸而直接充当浇筑墙体的隔热层;面板的两侧边缘备有锚固件贯穿孔洞;上述面板的锚固件贯穿孔洞是锚固件主体贯穿孔洞和间隔维持凸起部贯穿孔洞连通的结构,使锚固件主体和间隔维持凸起部都能贯穿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于:面板的两侧边缘上备有从面板内侧到面板之间接触面再到面板外侧ㄈ字型的H型连接扣件的边缘连接部;为了让上述面板的两侧上述边缘连接部和面板的内外侧面处在同一个水平面上,该边缘连接部所处位置上预留了组装凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的预留的组装凹槽的面板,其利用上述组装凹槽,锚固件和H型连接扣件的竖向连接面板结构特征在于:通过上述锚固件贯穿孔洞贯穿排放的锚固件的间隔维持凸起部和组装凹槽的内外侧面保持一定的间隔,在组装凹槽上安装上述H型连接扣件时,从组装凹槽的表面和间隔维持凸起部之间的缝隙插入边缘连接部,使间隔维持凸起部分别挂钩在H型连接扣件的边缘连接部的外侧面来固定锚固件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于:为了向前延伸模板时需要横向连接面板,每块面板备有连接并固定H型连接扣件的销钉的销钉贯穿孔洞。
5.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于:上述面板的和混凝土接触的内侧中心部备有粘着凹槽,以便提高混凝土和面板的粘着力。
6.根据权利要求1所述的面板,其特征在于:上述面板的中心部位备有若干个锚固件中心贯穿孔洞。
7.通过下列工序架设浇筑模板的安装工艺:两侧边缘留有锚固件贯穿孔洞的面板的准备阶段;维持规定的间隔向前延伸竖立面板的阶段;用提前预留的互相面对的一对面板的两侧边缘的锚固件贯穿孔洞排放锚固件后用H型钢条竖向连接面板的阶段;利用上述竖立的面板外侧露在外面的锚固件的销子孔洞用销子连接钩子的阶段;利用钩子安装横向支撑条的阶段;横向连接条和面板之间安装竖向支撑条的阶段。
8.根据权利要求7所述的浇筑模板安装工艺,其特征在于:利用上述组装凹槽,锚固件和H型连接扣件的竖向连接面板结构如下:通过上述锚固件贯穿孔洞贯穿排放的锚固件的间隔维持凸起部和组装凹槽的内外侧面保持一定的间隔,在组装凹槽上安装上述H型连接扣件时,从组装凹槽的表面和间隔维持凸起部之间的缝隙插入边缘连接部,使间隔维持凸起部分别挂钩在H型连接扣件的边缘连接部的外侧面来固定锚固件。
