一种快递车车厢，由箱盖、箱体组成；箱盖的结构包括：楔形凹槽、车轮滑槽、档条、倒刺；箱体结构包括：拉手、车轮、车底倒刺；箱盖通过车轮滑槽与箱体紧密结合，上下车厢通过倒刺与车底倒刺固定以防滑动；车轮正好可以嵌入到车轮滑槽内，将快递放入箱体内，以防止在分拣快递过程中抛货，将箱体由叉车装入大的车厢内。本发明在快递运输过程中效率高、速度快、损坏率低；在设备成本上具有结构简单、制作成本低、使用方便、操作简单等特点。

技术领域
本发明属于物流交通工具领域，特别涉及一种快递车车厢。
背景技术
近几年，快递行业飞速发展，快递公路运输业成为公路行业中发展可以的一个新兴行业细分市场。快递车作为快递公路运输的必不可少的一部分。对其进行研究具有实际的价值。
通过对于快递交通工具系统在装载货物、运输货物、卸载货物的过程设计研究，总结并得出了提高快递车的系统效率、减少包裹的损坏，让包裹以最快的速度到收件人的手中。主要研究的方面：快递车装载货物的过程进行优化，运输货物的安全性，分货流程的分析，卸载货物的方便性和快捷性。现有的快递车辆运输的分拣和装卸主要依靠人工，机械化水平低，效率较低。
发明内容
   本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种效率高、分拣速度快、包裹损坏度低的快递车厢。
     本发明所述快递车车厢由箱盖、箱体组成；箱盖的结构包括：楔形凹槽、车轮滑槽、档条、倒刺；箱体结构包括：拉手、车轮、车底倒刺；箱盖通过车轮滑槽与箱体紧密结合，上下车厢通过倒刺与车底倒刺固定以防滑动；车轮正好可以嵌入到车轮滑槽内，将快递放入箱体内，以防止在分拣快递过程中抛货，将箱体由叉车装入大的车厢内。
   本发明的有益效果是：在快递派送流程中，把快递中很费时间的分货简化，减少反复的拆包打包；考虑到上下车货物重量和数量，把空间分割成较小的个体，同时加以车轮的辅助，让装货和卸货更加便捷和轻松；为防止箱体的滑落，采用倒刺的结构，让上下成为一个整体；本发明在快递运输过程中效率高、速度快、损坏率低；在设备成本上具有结构简单、制作成本低、使用方便、操作简单等特点。

  具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的详细说明。
本发明所述快递车车厢结构如图1，主要由箱盖（1）、箱体（2）组成。箱盖（1）的结构有楔形凹槽（3）、车轮滑槽（4）、档条（5）、倒刺（6）。箱体（2）的结构有拉手（7）、车轮（8）、车底倒刺（9）.箱盖（1）通过车轮滑槽（4）与箱体（2）紧密结合。上下车厢通过倒刺（6）与车底倒刺（9）固定以防滑动。车轮（8）正好可以嵌入到车轮滑槽内（4）。将快递放入箱体（2）内，可以防止在分拣快递过程中抛货，最直接将箱体由叉车装入大的车厢内。

1.一种快递车车厢，其特征在于：所述车厢由箱盖、箱体组成；
箱盖的结构包括：楔形凹槽、车轮滑槽、档条、倒刺；箱体结构包括：拉手、车轮、车底倒刺；箱盖通过车轮滑槽与箱体紧密结合，上下车厢通过倒刺与车底倒刺固定以防滑动；车轮正好可以嵌入到车轮滑槽内，将快递放入箱体内，以防止在分拣快递过程中抛货，将箱体由叉车装入大的车厢内。
