Description

机车货箱固定装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种机车货箱固定装置,尤其涉及一种适用于三轮机车的货箱固定装置。
背景技术
随着电子商务的盛行,人们网购的频率也越来越高,物流需求更不断提高。一般来说,以机车作为配送工具的送货员会在机车后座上装设货箱,并且利用货箱盛装货物来进行配送。
然而,现有技术中,装设在机车上的货箱为了避免在配送途中从机车上脱落,货箱一般都是固定在机车上。也就是说,货箱的箱门都只能朝向单一方向开启,使用者(即送货员)无法调整箱门的方向。此外,目前装设在机车上的货箱都为单一个体的大货箱,使得囤放在货箱内的货物不易分类,造成卸货时的困难。因此,现有技术的装设在机车上的货箱在结构上仍然具有可改善空间。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的不足提供一种机车货箱固定装置,来改善传统的机车货箱因为固定在机车上而无法调整箱门方向的问题。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明所采用的其中一个技术方案是提供一种机车货箱固定装置,其包括一承载平台、多组第一滑轨组、多个货箱以及多个第二滑轨组。承载平台固定在一机车上。多组第一滑轨组设置在承载平台上。每一货箱具有一箱门。多组第二滑轨组设置在每一货箱的底部。每一货箱用于通过其中一组第二滑轨组可滑动的装设于其中一组所述第一滑轨组而固定在所述承载平台上,且每一货箱用于依据多组第二滑轨组与多组第一滑轨组之间的装配组合而改变箱门所朝向的方向。
优选地,所述第一滑轨组设置在所述承载平台上的数量为四组,四组所述第一滑轨组用于将所述承载平台划分为四个承载区,每一所述承载区用于对应承放一个所述货箱。
优选地,相邻的两个所述货箱之间的间距小于相邻的两组所述第一滑轨组之间的间距。
优选地,每组所述第一滑轨组包括两个第一滑动件,两个所述第一滑动件之间具有一第一预定距离,所述第一预定距离大于相邻的两组所述第一滑轨组之间的间距。

实施例
参阅图1至图3所示,图1为本发明的机车货箱固定装置的立体示意图,图2为本发明的机车货箱固定装置的承载平台的俯视示意图,图3为本发明的机车货箱固定装置的货箱的立体示意图。本发明提供一种机车货箱固定装置D,其包括一承载平台1、多组第一滑轨组、多个货箱3以及多组第二滑轨组。承载平台1可以螺丝锁固或是焊接的方式固定在机车M的后座上,本发明不以承载平台1固定在机车M后座的方式为限。如图3所示,每一货箱3具有一箱门31以及设置在箱门31的一锁扣件32,使用者可通过开启箱门31来拿取货物,以及通过锁扣件32来锁上箱门31,避免货物由货箱3中掉出或者被其他人士偷取。
承上述,多组第一滑轨组设置在承载平台1上,而多组第二滑轨组设置在每一货箱3的底部30,本发明不以第一滑轨组设置在承载平台1以及第二滑轨组设置在货箱3的底部30的方式为限。举例来说,第一滑轨组与第二滑轨组可用螺丝锁固或是黏合的方式分别设置在承载平台1以及货箱3的底部30。继续参阅图2与图3所示,承载平台1上设置有四组第一滑轨组,而每一货箱3的底部30设置有两组第二滑轨组,两组第二滑轨组的排列方向相互垂直。第一滑轨组设置在承载平台1上的数量为四组,四组第一滑轨组用于将承载平台1划分为四个承载区,每一承载区用于对应承放一个货箱3(即承载平台1可一次承载四个货箱3)。每一货箱3可通过其中一组第二滑轨组可滑动的装设于其中一组第一滑轨组而固定在承载平台1上,由于每一货箱3上的两组第二滑轨组的设置方向不同,因此当每一货箱3改以另一组第二滑轨组装设于第一滑轨组时,便会改变箱门31所朝向的方向,如图1所示,由图1中可看出承载平台1上的前后两个货箱3(即靠近车头的货箱 3与靠近车尾的货箱3)其箱门31的朝向方向不同。换言之,每一货箱3能够依据多组第二滑轨组与多组第一滑轨组之间的装配组合而改变箱门31所朝向的方向。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的机车货箱固定装置,其特征在于,每组所述第二滑轨组包括两个第二滑动件,两个所述第二滑动件之间具有一第二预定距离,且所述第二预定距离等于所述第一预定距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的机车货箱固定装置,其特征在于,所述第二预定距离大于每一所述第二滑动件与所述货箱的底部边缘之间的间距的两倍。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的机车货箱固定装置,其特征在于,每组所述第二滑轨组中的两个所述第二滑动件对称设置在所述货箱的底部。
