Abstract

Description

纵向封缄装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造封缄缝的纵向封缄装置。
背景技术
在水平的软管袋机中,循环的薄膜借助所谓的成形肩部围绕待包装的产品/产品组形成软管,其中,侧向的薄膜边缘彼此重叠成鳍形缝并封缄。为了输送具有位于其中的产品的软管并且由此也将薄膜从薄膜卷上退卷,通常通过反向旋转的辊对实施,所述辊对输送鳍形缝。将辊对中的至少一个加热,由此通过鳍形缝将两个重叠的薄膜区域焊接。
接着,通过横向于软管的行进方向的横向封缄站在产品/产品组之间焊接横向缝,并且通过刀具将所述横向缝分开。由此产生单独的所谓的软管袋。通过这些软管袋一方面保护产品免受机械影响,同样也可实现防止湿气和/或气体/氧侵入。
从现有技术中已知这样的解决方案,所述解决方案通过三个在软管的输送方向上前后相继的辊对来输送并封缄该纵向封缄缝。在此,第一辊对通常设置成冷的,并且仅仅设置用于将待焊接的薄膜部分接合到一起并用于输送该软管。待焊接的薄膜部分也可称为鱼翅形件或鳍形件。鱼翅形件或鳍形件理解成薄膜边缘区域,所述薄膜边缘区域以它们的内侧彼此叠置。其用专业术语称为鳍形缝。第二辊对被加热并且第三辊对同样可被加热,但也可是冷的。在此,第三辊对的目的在于借助压力和附加的可选热量来封缄由所述第二辊对熔融的薄膜区域。因此,第三辊对必须布置在与第二辊对相同的平面或高度上。同时,所述软管由这些辊对输送。
在使用所谓的复合层薄膜或者多层薄膜的情况下,通过三个前后相继布置的辊实现不错的效果。此种薄膜典型地具有机械稳固的并且热敏的支承层以及至少一个或多个封缄层。所述封缄层在热效应下熔融。由于所述支承层,薄膜抵抗由于此种层结构引起的拉力并且是稳定的。所述软管在经熔融的区域上的输送运行良好,这是因为所述支承层提供所需的稳定性。
但也存在使用单薄膜的应用。在此种单薄膜中缺少机械稳定的支承层。同样越来越经常地使用适当的并且更薄的热封薄膜,所述热封薄膜由于加热而极其快速地失去稳定性。如果现在以具有三个辊对的上述装置来输送该单薄膜,则可发现跟着经加热的辊的辊会对所焊接的位置具有不利影响。这会在材料中产生拉力,所述拉力会使得所述焊接位置弱化。此外,会发现薄膜翘曲,这同样是相当不利的,因为会不利地影响焊接位置的封缄性。
尤其是在较高的薄膜速度下,会加剧地出现这些不利因素。
发明内容
按照本发明,提出了一种用于在包装材料上制造纵向封缄缝的纵向封缄装置,所述包装材料具有软管区段以及衔接于所述软管区段的具有所述纵向封缄缝的缝区段,在所述包装材料的缝区段中,所述包装材料的第一层和所述包装材料的第二层彼此叠置,其中,所述软管区段在所述纵向封缄装置的输送平面的第一侧上并且所述缝区段在所述输送平面的第二侧上沿着一平行于所述输送平面延伸的行进方向运动,其中,所述纵向封缄装置包括用于使得两个所述层相互定位的定位装置、被加热的用于在两个所述层之间提供所述纵向封缄缝的封缄辊对以及不被加热的在所述行进方向上观察布置在所述封缄辊对之后的输送辊对,其中,所述封缄辊对包括两个封缄辊,所述封缄辊以封缄面与所述包装材料接触并且所述输送辊对包括两个输送辊,所述输送辊以输送面与所述包装材料接触,其中,所述封缄辊对的封缄面在垂直于所述输送平面的方向上相对于所述输送面错开地布置,并且,所述封缄面由一上边缘和一下边缘限定边界并且所述输送面由一上边缘和一下边缘限定边界,其中,两个所述上边缘关于所述方向以间距相互错开地布置并且所述输送面的上边缘更靠近所述输送平面。
基于现有技术,本发明的目的在于提供一种克服现有技术的缺点的装置。尤其是,本发明的一个目的在于改善纵向封缄缝的质量。本发明的另一目的在于改善热敏薄膜、例如单薄膜或者便宜的薄型热封缄薄膜的纵向封缄缝的质量。尤其是,纵向缝应保持在待生产的包装上,并且也应能在较高的薄膜速度下加工薄膜。
这样的目的通过根据上述技术方案的主题来实现。相应地,一种纵向封缄装置用于在包装材料上制造纵向封缄缝,所述包装材料具有软管区段和衔接于所述软管区段的缝区段,所述缝区段具有纵向封缄缝,在所述包装材料的缝区段中,所述包装材料的第一层和所述包装材料的第二层彼此叠置。所述软管区段在纵向封缄装置的输送平面的第一侧上、优选地在之上,而所述缝区段在所述输送平面的第二侧上、优选地在之下沿着平行于该输送平面延伸的行进方向运动。所述纵向封缄装置包括用于使得两个层相互定位的定位装置,被加热的用于在所述两个层之间提供纵向封缄缝的封缄辊对以及不被加热的从行进方向观察布置在所述封缄辊对之后输送辊对。所述封缄辊对包括两个封缄辊,所述封缄辊以封缄面与所述包装材料接触。所述输送辊对包括两个输送辊,所述输送辊以输送面与所述包装材料接触。封缄辊对的封缄面在垂直于所述输送平面的方向上相对于所述输送面错开地布置。
因此,所述输送辊对以相对于所述封缄面错开的输送面作用到所述包装材料上,由此确保,输送辊对以所述输送面作用到未被所述封缄面加热的包装材料区域上。在此,未加热的区域具有比经加热的区域更大的稳定性,由此改善推进。此外,封缄缝也不会受到所述输送辊的不利影响。这使得力不会仅仅作用在所述封缄缝上。
如果所述封缄面和所述输送面在行进方向观察是重叠的,这是可选的,那么此种构造具有这样的优点,一方面通过所述输送辊在不被加热的区域上作用,并且另一方面在经加热的区域中所述输送辊将所述经加热的区域按压到一起,这对封缄产生积极的效果。
总之可这样说,封缄缝在由所述封缄辊制造之后不会受到所述输送辊的不利影响。就此而言,通过所述纵向封缄装置可提供高质量的封缄缝。
但是也可能的是,所述软管区段位于所述输送平面之下,而所述缝区段位于所述输送平面之上。
所述缝区段尤其优选的是鳍形缝区段,其中,产生鳍形缝。
优选地,所述封缄辊对的封缄面布置成在垂直于所述输送平面的方向上相对于所述输送平面间隔开并且所述输送辊对的输送面在所述方向相对于所述封缄辊对错开。优选地,所述输送面相对于所述输送平面与所述封缄面错开。
优选地,所述封缄面由上边缘和下边缘限定边界并且所述输送面由上边缘和下边缘限定边界。两个上边缘关于所述方向以一定间距错开或者彼此间隔开地布置。所述输送面的上边缘比所述封缄面的上边缘更靠近所述输送平面,由此确保所述输送面总是作用在所述封缄缝的冷区域上。
尤其优选地,所述输送面的下边缘位于所述封缄面的上边缘下方,从而输送辊对以所述输送面作用在所述间距的区域中并且作用在所述封缄辊对的封缄面的有效区域中。换言之:优选地,在行进方向上看,所述输送辊对以所述输送面作用在所述间距的区域中并且作用在所述封缄辊对的封缄面的有效区域中。所述有效区域在上下文中被理解成这样的区域,在所述区域中,所述封缄面与所述包装材料接触。其基本上对应于封缄缝。通过该实施形式,所述输送辊对具有在不被加热的区域进行输送的功能并且具有将压力施加到经加热的封缄位置处的功能,由此所述封缄位置附加地受压。
在一个替代的实施形式中,所述输送面的下边缘位于与所述封缄面的上边缘相同的高度或者在所述封缄面的上边缘的上方,从而所述输送辊对以所述输送面邻近所述封缄辊对的封缄面的有效区域作用或在所述封缄辊对的封缄面的有效区域之外作用。换言之,所述输送辊对以所述输送面仅仅作用在所述封缄面的上边缘和所述输送平面之间的区域中。由此可确保所述输送辊对完全不会对封缄位置造成任何影响。就此而言,此种实施形式基本上适用于敏感的薄膜。
优选地,垂直于所述输送平面观察,所述输送辊对的输送面具有一高度,所述高度小于所述输送平面和所述封缄面的上边缘之间的间距,其中,关于所述输送平面观察,所述输送面仅仅位于所述间距之内。
在一个替代的实施形式中,垂直于所述输送平面观察,所述输送辊对的输送面具有一高度,所述高度大于所述输送平面和所述封缄面的上边缘之间的间距,其中,关于所述输送平面观察,所述输送面位于所述间距之内并且沿行进方向观察位于所述封缄面的有效区域中。
优选地,所述封缄面的上边缘和所述输送面的上边缘之间的间距是至少2mm,尤其优选地至少4mm。替代地,所述封缄面的上边缘和所述输送面的上边缘之间的间距在2mm和25mm之间,尤其是在2mm和15mm之间,尤其优选地在2mm和8mm之间。
优选地,所述封缄辊对的封缄面具有至少1mm且最大15mm、尤其最大10mm、尤其优选地最大5mm的高度。
优选地,所述定位装置包括不被加热的定位辊对,所述定位辊对具有两个定位辊,所述定位辊具有定位面。所述包装材料的两个层能可以通过所述定位装置相互定位,且所述包装材料能沿着行进方向运动,其中,所述定位辊对优选地以面对所述输送平面的端面或者定位面基本上直接地邻接所述输送平面。
优选地,在行进方向上观察,所述定位辊对布置在所述封缄辊对之前。也就是说,针对这些辊对之间的相对布置而言,在行进方向上观察,所述定位辊对是第一辊对。在行进方向上观察,那么所述定位辊对之后跟着所述封缄辊对,而所述封缄辊对再被所述输送辊对跟着。
优选地,所述定位面垂直于所述输送平面观察到的高度基本上对应于所述缝区段垂直于所述输送平面观察到的长度或者大于所述长度。因此,不会有横向力作用到软管袋上。
尤其优选地,所述定位辊对的定位辊的面对所述输送平面的端面位于与所述输送辊对的输送辊的面对所述输送平面的端面相同的高度上。因此,这些辊对位于相同的高度,这同样避免产生横向力。附加地,所述定位面的高度和所述输送面的高度同样可形成为一样高。
优选地,所述输送辊对以面对所述输送平面的端面或者所述输送面基本上直接地衔接于所述输送平面。在一个尤其优选的实施形式中,所述输送辊对和所述定位辊对均以面对所述输送平面的端面基本上直接位于所述输送平面上。
在本发明的一个改进方案中,在所述封缄辊对的区域中布置一冷却元件,所述冷却元件从所述输送平面朝向所述封缄辊对延伸,其中,从所述输送平面观察,所述冷却元件的高度小于所述封缄辊的面对所述输送平面的端面和所述输送平面之间的间距或者所述封缄辊的封缄面的上边缘和所述输送平面之间的间距。
优选地,所述冷却元件具有板形状。
尤其优选地,每个辊对均具有两个彼此间隔开布置的辊,所述辊绕彼此平行地延伸的中轴线旋转,其中,包装材料以缝区段穿过这些辊。
用于制造软管袋的水平软管袋机包括根据上述技术方案中所述的纵向封缄装置,其中,所述输送平面基本上是水平的。

具体实施方式
在图1中示出软管袋机的立体图。原则上此种机器已经由现有技术公开。在此示出的软管袋机包括本发明的用于制造封缄缝的纵向封缄装置1。该软管袋机进一步包括进料段100,待包装的产品由所述进料段供应并且连续的薄膜包围所述产品以形成软管。将具有位于其中产品的软管供应给纵向封缄装置1。在行进方向L上观察,在纵向封缄装置1之后该软管袋机此外包括横向封缄装置101,所述横向封缄装置在软管袋上形成横向于行进方向L的横向封缄缝。因此,软管袋中的产品能够由根据本发明的纵向封缄装置1和横向封缄装置101包装。
在图2a中示出纵向封缄装置1的示意图。该纵向封缄装置1用于在包装材料3上制造纵向封缄缝2。在此,包装材料3在纵向封缄装置1的区域中具有软管区段4以及邻接软管区段4的缝区段5。待填充的产品20处在软管区段4中并且在缝区段5中由纵向封缄装置1制造纵向封缄缝2。在缝区段5中,包装材料3的第一层6和包装材料3的第二层7彼此叠置。优选地,这些层在此重合。软管区段4在此置于纵向封缄装置1的输送平面T之上。该缝区段5在此置于纵向封缄装置1的输送平面T之下。不仅软管区段4而且缝区段5都沿着平行于输送平面延伸的行进方向L运动。所述行进方向在图2a中由箭头L示出。优选地,所述输送平面T水平地延伸。但在其它应用中也可这样设置,使得输送平面T相对于水平线是成角度的。
纵向封缄装置1基本上包括用于使两层6、7相互定位的定位装置8、被加热的用于在两层6、7之间提供纵向封缄缝2的封缄辊对9以及不被加热的在行进方向L上观察布置在封缄辊对9之后的输送辊对10。因此,在行进方向L上观察,在定位装置8之后跟着封缄辊对9并且然后是输送辊对10。在其他实施形式中,也可考虑布置具有相同或不同的功能的其它辊对。同样地,可布置预加热器30用于更好地加热薄膜边缘区域6、7。
从图3中可看出,封缄辊对9包括两个封缄辊9a、9b。封缄辊9a、9b分别以封缄面17与包装材料3或者与第一层6和第二层7接触。通过封缄面17提供实际的纵向封缄缝2,也可在图2b中良好地看到所述封缄面。所述封缄面17可在封缄辊9a、9b的整个高度上或者仅仅在整个高度的一部分上延伸。所述封缄面17的高度由H9指示。所述封缄面17由上边缘17a和下边缘17b限定边界。所述上边缘17a在此比所述下边缘17b更靠近输送平面T。所述上边缘17a和所述下边缘17b是环绕的边缘,所述环绕的边缘绕中轴线M延伸。
从图3中也可看出,输送辊对10包括两个输送辊10a、10b。所述输送辊10a、10b分别包括输送面18,所述输送面与包装材料3接触或者与所述包装材料3的第一层6和第二层7接触。所述包装材料3以所述输送面18沿着行进方向L运动。在图2b中良好地看到输送辊10b的输送面18。在此,所述输送面18在所述输送辊10b的整个高度上延伸。也可考虑的是,所述输送面18并不在所述输送辊10b的整个高度上延伸。所述输送面18的高度由H10指示。所述输送面18由上边缘18a和下边缘18b限定边界。所述上边缘18a在此比所述下边缘18b更靠近输送平面T。所述上边缘18a和所述下边缘18b是环绕的边缘,所述环绕的边缘绕中轴线M延伸。
图2a且尤其是图2b中的放大视图示出,所述封缄辊对9的封缄面17在垂直于输送平面的方向S上相对于输送面18错开地布置。换言之:所述封缄辊对9的封缄面17在垂直于输送平面T的方向上相对于所述输送平面T间隔开地布置并且所述输送辊对10的输送面18在所述方向上相对于所述封缄辊对9错开。因此,所述封缄面17和所述输送面18关于所述输送平面T并不处于相同的高度上。所述封缄面17的上边缘17a和所述输送面18的上边缘18a在所述方向S上相互间隔开地布置。两个上边缘17a和18a之间的间距在附图中由附图标记A指示。在此,所述输送面18的上边缘18a比所述封缄面17的上边缘17a更靠近所述输送平面T。此种错开或者间隔具有这样的优点,使得输送辊对10的输送面18总是作用在包装材料3的未被封缄辊对9加热的区域中。由此,所述输送辊对10总是作用在包装材料3的机械稳定区域上,从而不会在包装材料3中导致翘曲,由此包装材料3在纵向封缄缝2的区域中不会受到不利影响。垂直于输送平面T的所述方向在图2b中由箭头S示出。
封缄面17以一定间距相对于输送平面T隔开,其中,在所述输送平面T和所述封缄面17的上边缘17a之间产生间距区域11。输送面18在此至少部分地位于所述间距区域11中。因此,所述输送面18至少部分地在所述间距区域11中作用在缝区段5上。缝区段5的位于间距区域11中的区域也可称为不被加热的区域21。
在图2b中,输送面18不仅位于间距区域11中,而且位于以封缄面17生产封缄缝2的区域中。在根据图2b的构造中,所述输送面18的下边缘18b位于所述封缄面17的上边缘17a之下,从而所述输送辊对10以所述输送面18作用到所述间距A的区域中以及作用到所述封缄辊对9的封缄面17的有效区域12中。换言之可表述成:所述输送面18也作用到所述封缄面17的有效区域12中。此种实施形式具有的优点是:一方面作用到包装材料3的未被封缄辊对9加热的固定区域上,另一方面作用到由所述封缄辊对9加热的区域上。因此,输送辊对10在此具有这样的功能,一方面确保推进包装材料3,另一方面同时将力施加到纵向封缄缝2上,所述力相应地加固纵向封缄缝。
此外,在图2a和3中,沿行进方向L观察在下游还示意地示出横向封缄站101。横向封缄站101提供横向封缄缝102。因此,通过所述横向封缄装置101将产品20完全地包装在软管袋中,这如同在图2a中示出的那样。此外,在图3中还相应地示出横向封缄缝102。在图2a和3中还可看到进料装置104的进料辊103。包装材料通过所述进料辊103退卷并供应给所述纵向封缄装置1。所述进料装置104和横向封缄装置101基本上已经由现有技术中公开。
图4a和4b示出封缄面17相对于输送面18的布置的第一优选构造。在此,用与之前附图中相同的附图标记来指代相同的部件。通过封缄辊对9或者通过封缄面17来提供纵向封缄缝2。纵向封缄缝2在此基本上位于所述封缄辊对9的有效区域12中。在此,所述输送辊对10以所述输送面18进一步作用在所述纵向封缄缝2的区域中并且作用在所述缝区段5的不被加热的区域21中。这基本上涉及一个与已借助图2b解释的构造类似的构造。
在图4b中示出沿行进方向L的示意图。在输送平面T上方可良好地看出,待包装的产品20由包装材料3、在此由软管区段4包围。进一步可良好地看出,缝区段5穿过输送平面T中的缝隙22向下突出到封缄辊对9和输送辊对10。因此,产品20完全由软管袋4包围,并且软管袋4在缝区段的区域中由纵向封缄缝2封闭,从而所述产品20完全由包装材料3包围。
在附图4b中还可很好地看出间距A和间距区域11。封缄辊9a、9b的封缄面17相对于输送平面T间隔开。输送辊10a、10b在此这样布置,使得所述输送辊以所述输送面18不仅在间距区域11中延伸而且在所述封缄面17的有效区域12中延伸。尤其优选地,如在图4b中示出的那样,所述输送面18也可延伸到有效区域12上。所述输送辊10a、10b由此以所述输送面18也总是作用到冷的、未被封缄辊9a、9b加热的区段上。由此可避免封缄缝2由于所述输送辊遭受负荷。
在图5a和5b中示出封缄辊9a、9b的封缄面17相对于输送辊10a、10b的输送面18的相对布置的第二构造。相同的部件再次设有相同的附图标记。在此,输送面18的下边缘18b位于与封缄面的上边缘17a基本上相同的高度上或者略微在所述上边缘之下,从而所述输送辊对10以所述输送面18基本上邻近于所述封缄辊对9的封缄面17的有效区域12作用。换言之可这样表述,在此,所述输送面18相对于所述封缄面17这样布置,以使得所述输送面18仅仅部分地作用到所述封缄面17的有效区域12中。因此,所述输送面18并非完全在所述封缄缝2上延伸。这具有这样的优点,即可进一步最小化对封缄缝的影响。
在图6a和6b中示出封缄辊9a、9b的封缄面17相对于输送辊10a、10b的输送面18的相对布置的第三可能构造。沿行进方向L观察,所述封缄面17和所述输送面18在此彼此间隔开。这不会发生重叠。输送面18的下边缘18b位于所述封缄面的上边缘17a之上,从而输送辊对10以所述输送面18作用到所述封缄辊对9的封缄面17的有效区域12之外。因此,输送面18在此仅仅作用在缝区段5的不被加热的区域21上。封缄缝2在此不与所述输送面18接触。此种构造被证明在尤其薄的薄膜情况下是有利的。
下文参照图2b的放大视图对纵向封缄装置1的其它特征进行解释。这些特征可应用于所有在此描述的实施例。

优选地,纵向封缄装置1具有定位装置8。定位装置8在此包括不被加热的定位辊对13,所述定位辊对具有两个定位辊13a、13b。所述定位辊13a、13b分别具有定位面19。通过所述定位辊13a、13b能够将包装材料3的两个层6、7相互定位。此外,包装材料3可以通过所述定位辊13a、13b沿着行进方向L运动。尤其优选地,所述定位辊对13以面对输送平面T的端面14或者定位面19基本上直接地衔接于输送平面T。因此,所述定位面19优选地作用到整个缝区段5上。
从图2a可良好地看出,在一个优选的实施形式中,垂直于输送平面T观察,定位面19基本上与缝区段5的垂直于所述输送平面T的长度B一致。但替代地,所述定位面19也可大于所述长度B。
优选地,定位辊对13的定位辊13a、13b的面对输送平面T的端面14与输送辊对10的输送辊10a、10b的面对输送平面T的端面15位于相同的高度。尤其有利的是,定位面19具有与输送面18相同的高度。
此外,在图2a和图3中示出,在封缄辊对9的区域中有利地布置冷却元件31,所述冷却元件从输送平面T朝向封缄辊对9延伸。然而,从输送平面T观察,所述冷却元件31的高度小于封缄辊9a、9b的面对输送平面T的端面和输送平面T之间的间距或者封缄面17的上边缘17a和输送平面T之间的间距。所述冷却元件31防止热量从封缄辊9a、9b朝向不被加热的缝区段5(也由附图标记21指示)扩散。同样,由此也可防止产品不必要地升温。冷却元件31优选地具有金属板的形状,所述金属板位于所述软管袋之外。所述冷却元件31可在封缄辊9a、9b的区域中提供输送平面T。
尤其优选地,将纵向封缄装置1用在用于制造软管袋的水平软管袋机中。在此,输送平面T位于水平。
概括的说,根据本发明的装置的实施形式具有以下优点:
-所述软管袋在冷位置处拉制,由此不会对封缄缝产生不利影响。因此,可生产具有高精度的封缄缝。
-由于作用在该冷的位置上,因而也可使用较薄的薄膜,这实现节约成本但仍是有利于环境的。
-所述封缄装置能在现有的机器中加装。

Claims (23)

1.一种用于在包装材料(3)上制造纵向封缄缝(2)的纵向封缄装置(1),所述包装材料具有软管区段(4)以及衔接于所述软管区段(4)的具有所述纵向封缄缝(2)的缝区段(5),在所述包装材料的缝区段(5)中,所述包装材料的第一层(6)和所述包装材料的第二层(7)彼此叠置,
其中,所述软管区段(4)在所述纵向封缄装置(1)的输送平面(T)的第一侧上并且所述缝区段(5)在所述输送平面的第二侧上沿着一平行于所述输送平面(T)延伸的行进方向(L)运动,
其中,所述纵向封缄装置(1)包括用于使得两个所述层(6、7)相互定位的定位装置(8)、被加热的用于在两个所述层(6、7)之间提供所述纵向封缄缝(2)的封缄辊对(9)以及不被加热的在所述行进方向(L)上观察布置在所述封缄辊对(9)之后的输送辊对(10),
其中,所述封缄辊对(9)包括两个封缄辊(9a、9b),所述封缄辊以封缄面(17)与所述包装材料(3)接触并且所述输送辊对(10)包括两个输送辊(10a、10b),所述输送辊以输送面(18)与所述包装材料接触,
其特征在于,所述封缄辊对(9)的封缄面(17)在垂直于所述输送平面的方向(S)上相对于所述输送面(18)错开地布置,并且,所述封缄面(17)由一上边缘(17a)和一下边缘(17b)限定边界并且所述输送面(18)由一上边缘(18a)和一下边缘(18b)限定边界,其中,两个所述上边缘(17a、18b)关于所述方向(S)以间距(A)相互错开地布置并且所述输送面(18)的上边缘(18a)更靠近所述输送平面(T)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述输送面(18)的下边缘(18b)位于所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)下方,从而所述输送辊对(10)在行进方向(L)上观察以所述输送面(18)作用在所述间距(A)的区域中并且作用在所述封缄辊对(9)的封缄面(17)的有效区域(12)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述输送面(18)的下边缘(18b)位于与所述封缄面的上边缘(17a)相同的高度上或者位于所述封缄面的上边缘上方,从而所述输送辊对(10)在行进方向(L)上观察以所述输送面(18)邻近所述封缄辊对(9)的封缄面(17)的有效区域(12)作用或在所述封缄辊对的封缄面的有效区域之外作用。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述输送辊对(10)的输送面(18)垂直于所述输送平面(T)观察具有高度(H10),所述高度小于所述输送平面(T)和所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)之间的所述间距(11),其中,所述输送面(18)关于所述输送平面(T)观察仅仅位于所述间距(11)之内。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述输送辊对(10)的输送面(18)垂直于所述输送平面(T)观察具有高度(H10),所述高度大于所述输送平面(T)和所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)之间的所述间距(11),其中,所述输送面(10)关于所述输送平面(T)观察位于所述间距(11)之内并且沿所述行进方向观察位于所述封缄面(17)的有效区域(12)中。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)和所述输送面(18)的上边缘(18a)之间的所述间距(A)是至少3mm,或者所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)和所述输送面(18)的上边缘(18a)之间的所述间距(A)在2mm和25mm之间。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄辊对(9)的封缄面(17)具有至少1mm且最大15mm的高度。
8.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述定位装置(8)包括不被加热的定位辊对(13),所述定位辊对具有两个定位辊(13a、13b),所述定位辊具有定位面(19),所述包装材料(3)的两个所述层(6、7)能通过所述定位辊对相互定位并且所述包装材料(3)能通过所述定位辊对沿着所述行进方向(L)运动。
9.根据权利要求8所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述定位辊对(13)在所述行进方向(L)上观察布置在所述封缄辊对(9)之前。
10.根据权利要求8所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述定位辊对(13)以面对所述输送平面(T)的端面(14)或者所述定位面(19)基本上直接地衔接于所述输送平面(T)。
11.根据权利要求8所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述定位面(19)垂直于所述输送平面(T)观察到的高度基本上与所述缝区段(5)垂直于所述输送平面(T)观察到的长度(B)一致或者大于该长度(B)。
12.根据权利要求10所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述定位辊对(13)的定位辊(13a、13b)的面对所述输送平面(T)的端面(14)位于与所述输送辊对(10)的输送辊的面对所述输送平面(T)的端面(15)相同的高度上,和/或所述定位面(19)具有与所述输送面(18)相同的高度。
13.根据权利要求12所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述输送辊对(18)以面对所述输送平面(T)的所述端面(15)或者所述输送面(18)基本上直接地衔接于所述输送平面(T)。
14.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,在所述封缄辊对(9)的区域中布置冷却元件(15),所述冷却元件从所述输送平面(T)朝向所述封缄辊对(9)延伸,其中,从所述输送平面(T)观察,所述冷却元件(15)的高度小于所述封缄辊(9a、9b)的面对所述输送平面(T)的端面(16)和所述输送平面(T)之间的间距或者所述封缄辊(9a、9b)的封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)和所述输送平面(T)之间的间距。
15.根据权利要求14所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述冷却元件(15)具有板形状。
16.根据权利要求8所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,每个所述辊对(9、10、13)均具有两个彼此间隔开布置的辊,所述辊绕彼此平行地延伸的中轴线(M)旋转,其中,包装材料(3)以所述缝区段(5)穿过所述辊。
17.根据权利要求1所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述软管区段(4)在所述纵向封缄装置(1)的输送平面(T)的上方并且所述缝区段(5)在所述输送平面的下方沿着一平行于所述输送平面(T)延伸的行进方向(L)运动。
18.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)和所述输送面(18)的上边缘(18a)之间的所述间距(A)是至少2mm。
19.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)和所述输送面(18)的上边缘(18a)之间的所述间距(A)在2mm和15mm之间。
20.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄面(17)的上边缘(17a)和所述输送面(18)的上边缘(18a)之间的所述间距(A)在2mm和8mm之间。
21.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄辊对(9)的封缄面(17)具有至少1mm且最大10mm的高度。
22.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置,其特征在于,所述封缄辊对(9)的封缄面(17)具有至少1mm且最大5mm的高度。
23.一种水平软管袋机,其用于制造软管袋,其特征在于,所述水平软管袋机具有根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的纵向封缄装置(1),其中,所述输送平面(T)基本上是水平的。
