Claims (12)
- 導電層を有する材料を加熱するための誘導加熱装置(10)であって、
第1の導電パターン(111)を備える第1の導体(11)と、
第2の導電パターン(121)を備える第2の導体(12)とを備え、
前記第1の導電パターン(111)および前記第2の導電パターン(121)は、
使用時には交流電流に接続され;
重ね合わされることによって前記第1の導電パターンが前記第2の導電パターンに重なる少なくとも1つのセクション(OL)をもたらし;かつ
導電層を有する材料を受け入れるように配置された少なくとも1つのスペース(61)によって分離され、
前記交流電流が供給されるとき、特定のセクション(OL)における前記第1の導電パターンの前記交流電流は、前記セクション(OL)における前記第2の導電パターンの前記交流電流と同じ方向となる、誘導加熱装置(10)。 - 前記第1の導電パターン(111)は、前記交流電流がその第1の端部(111a)から第2の端部(111b)へ流れることを可能にするように配置され、前記第2の導電パターン(121)は、前記交流電流がその第1の端部(121a)から第2の端部(121b)へ流れることを可能にするように配置されている、請求項1に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導電パターンの前記第2の端部(111b)は、前記第2の導電パターン(121)の前記第1の端部(121a)に電気的に接続されている、請求項2に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導体(11)はさらに、前記第1の導電パターン(111)に接続された少なくとも1つの冷却要素(112)を備え、前記第2の導体(12)はさらに、前記第2の導電パターン(121)に接続された少なくとも1つの冷却要素(122)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導体(11)はさらに、前記第1の導電パターン(111)が接続された支持体(113)を備え、前記第2の導体(12)はさらに、前記第2の導電パターン(121)が接続された支持体(123)を備える、請求項4に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導体(11)および前記第2の導体(12)のうち少なくとも一方はさらに、磁気挿入物(114、124)を備える、請求項4に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導電パターン(111)および前記第2の導電パターン(121) のうち少なくとも一方は、方形波形状である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導電パターン(111)および前記第2の導電パターン(121) のうち少なくとも一方は、鋸歯形状である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記第1の導電パターンが前記第2の導電パターンに重なる少なくとも2つのセクション(OL)を備える誘導加熱装置(10)であって、隣接する2つのセクション(OL)は、前記第1の導電パターンが前記第2の導電パターンの前記交流電流と反対方向となる導体セクションによって分離されている、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 前記誘導加熱装置は、前記交流電流がパルス状に供給される第1の動作モード、および前記交流電流が連続的に供給される第2の動作モードを有する、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)。
- 液体製品を封入するカートンベースのパッケージを提供するための充填機であって、ポリマー材料の縦長ストリップをカートンベースの包装材料の側方端部に取り付けるために請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの誘導加熱装置(10)を備える、充填機。
- ポリマー材料の縦長ストリップをアルミニウムの層を含むカートンベースの包装材料の側方端部に取り付けるための方法であって、
請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の誘導加熱装置(10)のスペース(61)において前記縦長ストリップを前記包装材料と位置合わせするステップと、
前記包装材料の前記アルミニウム層に渦電流を生成することにより前記縦長ストリップおよび前記包装材料を加熱するために、前記誘導加熱装置(10)の前記第1および第2の導体(11、12)を通る交流電流を提供するステップと、
前記縦長ストリップを前記包装材料に積層するために前記縦長ストリップを前記包装材料に押し付けるステップとを含む、方法。
