本发明公开了一种曲臂连杆结构,包括通过转轴对接的第一杆体和第二杆体,以及与第二杆体轴面通过转轴相连的液压顶杆,所述套杆上设有贯穿下部外壁的长条孔,所述第一杆体上端穿过长条孔并通过转轴与承重杆右侧下部相连,第二杆体下端通过转轴与下顶杆外壁相连,所述液压顶杆底座通过转轴连接于下顶杆外壁上。本发明适用于多层房屋、狭小房间及防盗窗外吊运物品。

本发明专利申请是发明创造名称“一种伸缩式高层吊装机”的分案申请,原申请的申请日为2013年9月9日,申请号为2013104069162。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种伸缩式高层吊装机。
技术背景
多层式房屋室内装修时,所需装修材料品种多、数量大,单纯依靠人力搬运劳动强度大,耗时耗力且人工成本高,如今市面上也出现了许多吊机,结构较为复杂,操作繁琐,占用空间较大,且无法适用于已经安装了防盗窗房间的吊运。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种曲臂连杆结构,能进行自动伸缩,结构简单可靠。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种曲臂连杆结构,包括通过转轴对接的第一杆体和第二杆体,以及与第二杆体轴面通过转轴相连的液压顶杆,所述套杆上设有贯穿下部外壁的长条孔,所述第一杆体上端穿过长条孔并通过转轴与承重杆右侧下部相连,第二杆体下端通过转轴与下顶杆外壁相连,所述液压顶杆底座通过转轴连接于下顶杆外壁上。
优选的,所述下顶杆上端设有凹孔,所述凹孔内设有液压千斤顶,所述上顶杆下端嵌入凹孔内并抵靠液压千斤顶。
本发明采用上述技术方案,有益效果为:
曲臂连杆结构通过液压顶杆驱动承重杆进行伸缩运动,货物靠近房间被取下,依次循环完成吊运工作,结构简单可靠,操作也十分方便,适用于多层房屋、狭小房间及防盗窗外吊运物品。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括上顶杆1和下顶杆2,所述上顶杆1杆体上部左侧水平设置有套杆3,右侧设有第一滑轮101,所述套杆3套接承重杆4,所述承重杆4右端抵靠低压弹簧302,所述低压弹簧301另一端抵靠上顶杆1外壁,所述承重杆4和下顶杆2之间设有可驱动承重杆4向右运动的曲臂连杆结构5,所述承重杆4左端设有第二滑轮102,所述第一滑轮101和第二滑轮102上挂接一端连接吊钩103的钢绳104,所述钢绳104另一端卷绕于卷扬机6上。所述曲臂连杆结构5包括通过转轴对接的第一杆体501和第二杆体502,以及与第二杆体502轴面通过转轴相连的液压顶杆503,所述套杆3上设有贯穿下部外壁的长条孔301,所述第一杆体501上端穿过长条孔301并通过转轴与承重杆4右侧下部相连,所述液压顶杆503底座通过转轴连接于下顶杆2外壁上。所述下顶杆2上端设有凹孔201,所述凹孔201内设有液压千斤顶202,所述上顶杆1下端嵌入凹孔201内并抵靠液压千斤顶202。所述上顶杆1上端和下顶杆2下端分别设有矩形钢板203,所述矩形钢板203上设有若干个通孔。
其中,套杆3右端和固定第一滑轮101中轴的支架焊接于上顶杆1外壁上,承重柱4的右半部嵌入套杆3,固定第二滑轮102中轴的支架焊接于承重柱4的左端,所述矩形钢板203分别与上顶杆1上端和下顶杆2下端焊接,上下两块矩形钢板203分别在上侧面和下侧面上设有橡胶垫。
本发明使用时,现将承重杆4伸出房间调整至合适位置,手动调节液压千斤顶202使上下两块矩形钢板203分别顶住天花板和地板,用膨胀螺丝穿入矩形钢板203上的通孔固定,启动卷扬机6反转放松钢绳104,将吊钩103放下,待吊钩103勾住物品后,启动卷扬机6正转收起钢绳104,直至物品被吊起至方便拿取的高度,停止卷扬机6工作,调节液压顶杆503使其伸长,通过液压顶杆503的推动,第二杆体502沿下端转轴做逆时针旋转运动,从而使第一杆体501做顺时针旋转运动,第一杆体501上端向右运动,从而实现承重杆4的收缩,取下物品后,由于低压弹簧302被压缩产生的弹力作用,承重杆4被推回原位,进行下一次的吊运。

1.一种曲臂连杆结构,其特征在于:包括通过转轴对接的第一杆体和第二杆体,以及与第二杆体轴面通过转轴相连的液压顶杆,所述套杆上设有贯穿下部外壁的长条孔,所述第一杆体上端穿过长条孔并通过转轴与承重杆右侧下部相连,第二杆体下端通过转轴与下顶杆外壁相连,所述液压顶杆底座通过转轴连接于下顶杆外壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲臂连杆结构,其特征在于:所述下顶杆上端设有凹孔,所述凹孔内设有液压千斤顶,所述上顶杆下端嵌入凹孔内并抵靠液压千斤顶。
