本发明公开了一种胶合板的生产工艺,所述涂胶量可以在单板表面形成连续胶层而使胶合强度增加,从而提高产品的胶合性能,裁边后再对胶合板进行检验,可以保证生产出来的胶合板质量优良,本生产工艺简单易行,用此种工艺制备的胶合板,具有胶合性能好的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

一种胶合板的生产工艺
技术领域
    本发明涉及胶合板生产工艺,特别是涉及一种胶合板的生产工艺。
背景技术
    胶合板是家具常用包装材料之一,是一种人造板。一组单板通常按相邻层木纹方向互相垂直组坯胶合而成的板材,通常其表板和内层板对称地配置在中心层或板芯的两侧。用涂胶后的单板按木纹方向纵横交错配成的板坯,在加热或不加热的条件下压制而成。层数一般为奇数,少数也有偶数。纵横方向的物理、机械性质差异较小。常用的有三合板、五合板等。胶合板能提高木材利用率,是节约木材的一个主要途径。亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材。
发明内容
本发明提供一种胶合板的生产工艺。为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
  一种胶合板的生产工艺,其具体步骤为:
(1)单板干燥
将单板投入到干燥机中干燥,干燥时间为4-6h,干燥后单板的含水率为 5%-8%;
(2)涂胶
将胶粘剂中加入20-30%的面粉,搅拌10-20min使胶粘剂和面粉混合均匀,然后采用毛刷将胶粘剂均匀涂在单板上;
(3)组坯
将涂好的单板按照纹理交叉的方式进行排列;
(4)预压
将组坯好的板坯放入压机中进行冷压,冷压时间为30-60min,预压压力为0.6-0.8MPa;
(5)热压
将预压好的板坯放入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为110-150℃,热压的速度为为 0.9-1.3min/mm ;
(6)陈放
将热压后的板放入到烘箱中进行干燥,然后将进行裁边处理,形成成品。
优选的,所述步骤(2)中涂胶量为220-300g/m2
优选的,所述步骤(6)中裁边后再对胶合板进行检验。
有益效果:本发明提供一种胶合板的生产工艺,所述涂胶量可以在单板表面形成连续胶层而使胶合强度增加,从而提高产品的胶合性能,裁边后再对胶合板进行检验,可以保证生产出来的胶合板质量优良,本生产工艺简单易行,用此种工艺制备的胶合板,具有胶合性能好的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
      为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
    一种胶合板的生产工艺,其具体步骤为:
(1)单板干燥
将单板投入到干燥机中干燥,干燥时间为5h,干燥后单板的含水率为7%;
(2)涂胶
将胶粘剂中加入25%的面粉,搅拌15min使胶粘剂和面粉混合均匀,然后采用毛刷将胶粘剂均匀涂在单板上,涂胶量为260g/m2;
(3)组坯
将涂好的单板按照纹理交叉的方式进行排列;
(4)预压
将组坯好的板坯放入压机中进行冷压,冷压时间为45min,预压压力为0.7MPa;
(5)热压
将预压好的板坯放入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为130℃,热压的速度为为1.1min/mm ;
(6)陈放
将热压后的板放入到烘箱中进行干燥,然后将进行裁边处理,裁边后再对胶合板进行检验,形成成品。
本发明提供一种胶合板的生产工艺,所述涂胶量可以在单板表面形成连续胶层而使胶合强度增加,从而提高产品的胶合性能,裁边后再对胶合板进行检验,可以保证生产出来的胶合板质量优良,本生产工艺简单易行,用此种工艺制备的胶合板,具有胶合性能好的优点,具有广阔的市场前景。

Claims (3)

1.一种胶合板的生产工艺,其特征在于,其具体步骤为:
(1)单板干燥
将单板投入到干燥机中干燥,干燥时间为4-6h,干燥后单板的含水率为 5%-8%;
(2)涂胶;
将胶粘剂中加入20-30%的面粉,搅拌10-20min使胶粘剂和面粉混合均匀,然后采用毛刷将胶粘剂均匀涂在单板上;
(3)组坯;
将涂好的单板按照纹理交叉的方式进行排列;
(4)预压;
将组坯好的板坯放入压机中进行冷压,冷压时间为30-60min,预压压力为0.6-0.8MPa;
(5)热压;
将预压好的板坯放入到热压机中进行热压,热压的温度为110-150℃,热压的速度为为 0.9-1.3min/mm ;
(6)陈放;
将热压后的板放入到烘箱中进行干燥,然后将进行裁边处理,形成成品。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种胶合板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中涂胶量为220-300g/m2
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胶合板的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中裁边后再对胶合板进行检验。
