Abstract

一种翻板装置,用于机动车的热交换器的散热风扇,包括一形成有通道的支撑结构,所述支撑机构的通道处枢接有一翻板,所述翻板可绕一水平枢轴在休眠低位与工作高位之间转动,所述水平枢轴靠近翻板的第一端部而远离翻板的第二端部,在所述休眠低位翻板封闭通道,在所述工作高位翻板打开气流可沿预定方向流过所述通道,使用时所述翻板在气流的撞击下由休眠低位转向工作高位,并在气流停止在重力作用下复位,所述翻板在其靠近枢轴的第一端部上形成有至少一凸起,在翻板复位时所述凸起先于翻板的第二端部与支撑结构触碰,从而翻板与支撑结构的碰撞点处翻板的线速度得以大幅减小,相应地,碰撞产生的噪音的强度得以降低。

Description

机动车热交换器的散热风扇的翻板装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机动车的热交换器的散热风扇的翻板装置。
背景技术
图1所示为一种机动车的热交换器(散热器)的散热风扇1,所述散热风扇1包括一呈平板状的支撑结构或罩子2,所述支撑结构或罩子2具有一圆形的开口3,所述开口3内设置有电扇4。
通常,所述电扇4包括一电动马达(图1中未示出),所述马达的转子枢接有一叶轮5,所述叶轮5包括一轮毂6,所述轮毂6上向外延伸形成有若干弯曲的叶片7,叶片7的末端连接于一外环8。
在图1所示实施例中,所述支撑结构或罩子2在其角落位置处分别设置有一翻板装置9,每一翻板装置9包括有一大致呈方形的通道10以及对应该通道10的一翻板11,所述翻板11大致呈方形。
每一翻板装置9的翻板11可绕水平枢轴X-X在休眠低位与工作高位之间转动,如图1及图3所示,在休眠低位时所述翻板11封闭所述通道10,在工作高位时所述翻板11打开(如图3中虚线所示),气流可以按预定方向,大致为水平方向,流过所述通道10。
每一翻板11的枢轴X-X靠近翻板11的第一端部11a。
上述翻板装置9在使用时,按预定方向流动的气流撞击所述翻板11使翻板11由休眠低位朝向工作高位转动,在气流消失时翻板11在重力的作用下复位。
如图2及图3所示,现有翻板装置9中,翻板11远离枢轴X-X的第二端部11b形成有止挡部11c,在翻板11转向休眠低位复位时,止挡部11c与支撑结构或罩子2的止挡元件2a触碰。
翻板11在休眠低位时,其第一端部11a的边缘12(图2及图3)面向所述支撑结构或罩子2的内边缘2b并与之间隔一定距离,所述内边缘2b即为通道10的边缘12,环绕所述通道10。
工作时,由于机动车向前行驶,气流撞击翻板11,在其作用下所述翻板装置9的翻板11从休眠低位向工作高位移动。当所述气流消失时,或者说当机动车缓行至停止时,所述翻板11在重力的作用下复位。
上述现有翻板装置9的翻板11在关闭引擎、驾驶员以及乘客离开机动车并关闭车门时可能会产生让人无法忍受的撞击噪音。
上述问题不仅存在于传统热机中,也会在新兴的电动汽车或混合动力汽车中出现。
发明内容
本发明提供一种能有效克服上述问题的翻板装置。
一种翻板装置,用于机动车的热交换器的散热风扇,包括一形成有通道的支撑结构,所述支撑机构的通道处枢接有一翻板,所述翻板可绕一水平枢轴在休眠低位与工作高位之间转动,所述水平枢轴靠近翻板的第一端部而远离翻板的第二端部,在所述休眠低位翻板封闭通道,在所述工作高位翻板打开气流可沿预定方向流过所述通道,使用时所述翻板在气流的撞击下由休眠低位转向工作高位,并在气流停止在重力作用下复位,其特征在于:所述翻板在其靠近枢轴的第一端部上形成有至少一止挡部,在翻板复位时所述止挡部先于翻板的第二端部与支撑结构触碰。
较佳地,所述止挡部为一凸起,所述凸起与翻板为一体结构。
本发明翻板装置在翻板靠近枢轴的第一端部上形成有至少一止挡部,所述止挡部与枢轴X-X之间的间距远远小于现有翻板装置中枢轴与翻板的第二端部和支撑结构的触碰点之间的距离,从而翻板与支撑结构的碰撞点处翻板的线速度得以大幅减小,相应地,碰撞产生的噪音的强度得以降低。

具体实施方式
图4至图7所示为本发明翻板装置9,图示中与背景技术所描述的现有翻板装置9中相同或相应的部分及元件以相同的标号标示。
本发明翻板装置9中,至少一凸起13形成于翻板11的第一端部11a的边缘12处,优选地所述凸起13与翻板11为一体结构(如图5与图7所示)。
本实施例中,所述翻板11靠近枢轴X-X的第一端部11a的边缘12的两端分别形成有一凸起13。
所述凸起13如此设计:当翻板11转至休眠低位时,凸起13与支撑结构或罩子2的内边缘2b触碰。实际上,所述凸起13与支撑结构或罩子2的内边缘2b的触碰形成了翻板11的休眠低位,也即是说,所述凸起13形成翻板11的止挡部与支撑结构或罩子2抵碰。
如图5所示,当所述翻板11位于其休眠低位时,翻板11的第二端部11b的止挡部11c与支撑结构或罩子2的相应的止挡元件2a之间形成有微小的间隙。
换句话说,本发明翻板装置9中,在翻板11的第二端部11b的止挡部11c与支撑结构或罩子2的止挡元件2a触碰之前,翻板11上的凸起13与支撑结构或罩子2的内边缘2b相触碰。
由于本发明翻板装置9的凸起13与枢轴X-X之间的间距远远小于现有翻板装置中枢轴X-X与翻板11的第二端部11b的止挡部11c和支撑结构或罩子2的止挡元件2a的触碰点之间的距离,本发明翻板装置9的翻板11与支撑结构或罩子2的碰撞点处翻板11的线速度得以大幅减小。
相应地,翻板11与支撑结构或罩子2的碰撞产生的噪音的强度得以降低。
需要说明的是,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,根据本发明的创造精神,本领域技术人员还可以做出其他变化,这些依据本发明的创造精神所做的变化,都应包含在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种翻板装置,用于机动车的热交换器的散热风扇,包括一形成有通道的支撑结构,所述支撑结构的通道处枢接有一翻板,所述翻板可绕一枢轴在休眠低位与工作高位之间转动,所述枢轴靠近翻板的第一端部而远离翻板的第二端部,在休眠低位时翻板封闭通道,在工作高位时翻板打开气流可沿预定方向流过所述通道,使用时所述翻板在气流的撞击下由休眠低位转向工作高位,并在气流减弱或消失时在重力作用下复位,所述支撑结构具有与所述翻板的第一端部对应的第一端和与所述翻板的第二端部对应的第二端,其特征在于:所述翻板的第一端部上形成有至少一凸起,在休眠低位时,所述翻板的第一端部与所述支撑结构的第一端之间间隔一定距离,所述翻板的第一端部经由所述凸起接触所述支撑结构的第一端,在所述凸起触碰所述支撑结构的第一端时,所述翻板的第二端部与所述支撑结构的第二端之间具有一间隙,使得翻板复位时所述凸起在翻板的第二端部与支撑结构的第二端接触之前与支撑结构的第一端触碰。
2.如权利要求1所述的翻板装置,其特征在于,所述凸起与翻板为一体结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的翻板装置,其特征在于,所述翻板的沿与所述枢轴平行的两端分别设置有一轴孔,用于容置所述枢轴。
4.如权利要求1至3任意一项所述的翻板装置,其特征在于,所述翻板的第一端部上形成有两个凸起,所述两个凸起沿与所述枢轴平行的方向分别位于所述第一端部的两端。
