本发明公开了一种粉末橡胶制备方法,涉及橡胶制备技术领域,包括球磨、搅拌和喷雾干燥三个工艺步骤,该发明方法中,经湿法球磨处理可提高炭黑的亲水性,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠有利于炭黑在天然胶乳中的分散,炭黑与天然胶乳混合时充分搅拌,有利于制备状态稳定的炭黑/天然胶乳悬浮液,在相近的条件下,与机械混炼胶料相比,喷雾干燥法制备的粉末橡胶硫化性能大幅度提高,硫化曲线转矩峰值提高约1倍,可有效缩短橡胶制备时的焦烧时间,且制备工艺简单。

一种粉末橡胶制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制备技术领域,具体涉及一种粉末橡胶制备方法。
背景技术
粉末橡胶有便于计量、利于实现加工自动化和连续化、缩短混炼时间和延长焦烧时间等优点,深受橡胶工业领域的重视,20世纪后期,粉末橡胶被广泛应用于橡胶制品、粘合剂和聚合物改性领域,形成了以块状胶(生胶块和硫化剂)、胶乳、胶液和悬浮液为基料,以成粉技术和隔离技术为基础的多种制备方法,其中喷雾干燥法是胶乳和胶液成粉的主要方法,制备出的粉末橡胶颗粒细小、圆整,申请号为CN201310263094.7公开了一种粉末橡胶的制备方法,即将隔离剂与凝聚剂水溶液同时加入到有机溶剂中,室温下,充分搅拌使其形成分散体系;后继续搅拌,同时缓慢加入橡胶乳液,再经分离、洗涤、脱水、干燥得到粉末橡胶,所得粉末橡胶粒子均匀且粒子间不粘接,储存时不结块,成粉快、生产效率高,且有机溶剂采用无毒或低毒溶剂,使用后可有效回收重复利用,损失小对环境无害,可适用于含凝胶、不含凝胶、高门尼粘度、低门尼粘度的橡胶胶乳的成粉工艺,但是该种方法生产出的粉末橡胶硫化性能低,延长了橡胶制备时的焦烧时间,且制备工艺复杂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种硫化性能高,制备工艺简单的粉末橡胶制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种粉末橡胶制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)球磨:取造粒炭黑50-60g,加入水300-350g,并按配方依次加入相应质量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫黄、促进剂CZ和DM,放入球磨机中,其中炭黑/磨球质量比为1/5,设定球磨转速为360-380 r/min,时间240min,每隔28-43min换向,球磨后的炭黑悬浮液加水至500-600g,超声处理1-2h;
(2)搅拌:取天然胶乳167-183g,加水1000-1200mL稀释,在增力电动搅拌器上搅拌,边搅拌边加入炭黑的悬浮液,继续搅拌3-4h;
(3)喷雾干燥:采用喷雾干燥机将炭黑/水/天然胶乳悬浮液通过雾化器分散为雾滴,雾滴经热干燥介质加热后除去水分,得到粉末橡胶。
优选的,所述配方为天然乳胶100Phr,炭黑52Phr,十二烷基苯磺酸钠7 Phr,氧化锌6 Phr,硬脂酸3 Phr,硫磺1.6 Phr,促进剂CZ1.3 Phr和促进剂DM0.1 Phr。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中的热干燥介质具体为空气。
采用本发明的技术方案,经湿法球磨处理可提高炭黑的亲水性,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠有利于炭黑在天然胶乳中的分散,炭黑与天然胶乳混合时充分搅拌,有利于制备状态稳定的炭黑/天然胶乳悬浮液,在相近的条件下,与机械混炼胶料相比,喷雾干燥法制备的粉末橡胶硫化性能大幅度提高,硫化曲线转矩峰值提高约1倍,可有效缩短橡胶制备时的焦烧时间,且制备工艺简单。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
一种粉末橡胶制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)球磨:取造粒炭黑52g,加入水310g,并按配方依次加入相应质量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫黄、促进剂CZ和DM,放入球磨机中,其中炭黑/磨球质量比为1/5,设定球磨转速为365r/min,时间240min,每隔28min换向,球磨后的炭黑悬浮液加水至500g,超声处理1-2h,其中,所述配方为天然乳胶100Phr,炭黑52Phr,十二烷基苯磺酸钠7 Phr,氧化锌6 Phr,硬脂酸3 Phr,硫磺1.6 Phr,促进剂CZ1.3 Phr和促进剂DM0.1 Phr;
(2)搅拌:取天然胶乳169g,加水1050mL稀释,在增力电动搅拌器上搅拌,边搅拌边加入炭黑的悬浮液,继续搅拌3h;
(3)喷雾干燥:采用喷雾干燥机将炭黑/水/天然胶乳悬浮液通过雾化器分散为雾滴,雾滴经热干燥介质加热后除去水分,得到粉末橡胶,所述热干燥介质具体为空气。
在本实施例中,所述天然橡胶、胶粉、纳米氧化锌、偶联剂、促进剂NOBS、硫磺和硬脂酸的加入量分别为100Phr、50Phr、7.5 Phr、2.5 Phr、0.5Phr、1.5 Phr和1.5 Phr。
基于上述,本发明中,经湿法球磨处理可提高炭黑的亲水性,表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠有利于炭黑在天然胶乳中的分散,炭黑与天然胶乳混合时充分搅拌,有利于制备状态稳定的炭黑/天然胶乳悬浮液,在相近的条件下,与机械混炼胶料相比,喷雾干燥法制备的粉末橡胶硫化性能大幅度提高,硫化曲线转矩峰值提高约1倍,可有效缩短橡胶制备时的焦烧时间,且制备工艺简单。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种粉末橡胶制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)球磨:取造粒炭黑50-60g,加入水300-350g,并按配方依次加入相应质量的十二烷基苯磺酸钠、氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫黄、促进剂CZ和DM,放入球磨机中,其中炭黑/磨球质量比为1/5,设定球磨转速为360-380 r/min,时间240min,每隔28-43min换向,球磨后的炭黑悬浮液加水至500-600g,超声处理1-2h;
(2)搅拌:取天然胶乳167-183g,加水1000-1200mL稀释,在增力电动搅拌器上搅拌,边搅拌边加入炭黑的悬浮液,继续搅拌3-4h;
(3)喷雾干燥:采用喷雾干燥机将炭黑/水/天然胶乳悬浮液通过雾化器分散为雾滴,雾滴经热干燥介质加热后除去水分,得到粉末橡胶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末橡胶制备方法,其特征在于:所述配方为天然乳胶100Phr,炭黑52Phr,十二烷基苯磺酸钠7 Phr,氧化锌6 Phr,硬脂酸3 Phr,硫磺1.6 Phr,促进剂CZ1.3 Phr和促进剂DM0.1 Phr。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种粉末橡胶制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的热干燥介质具体为空气。
