一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,涉及一种植物纤维、粉、屑类复合材料制造成型的设备,包括支撑台、送料挤注系统、加热成型系统、操作控制器,所述的支撑台内设置有机电箱,所述的送料挤注系统包括料斗、锣杆式送料装置和柱塞式挤注装置,所述的加热成型系统包括加热板、开合模装置和模具微动装置。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:能高效、精确、快速的把纤维絮状、粉末状、屑状的植物类复合材料加工成产品,并且能在产品成型的过程中进行微动,防止产品在成型过程中内缩,保持产品密度均匀,保证产品成型质量。

Description

一种植物类材料挤注成型设备
技术领域
 本发明涉及一种利用植物类复合材料挤注成型的设备,尤其涉及一种植物纤维、粉、屑类复合材料制造成型的设备。
背景技术
现在我们对植物类复合材料的应用主要在制造家具件上,主要工艺为热压、异型模压等技术。热压工艺主要利用植物类复合材料制造板材,如果要进行制造出精细的植物类复合材料产品就必须使用异型模压技术。异型模压工艺是一种利用植物类复合材料制造产品的新工艺,但是由于现有植物类复合材料是一种纤维絮状状物质,本身不具有延展性,通过这种方法制造出来的产品密度很难达到一致,家具件表面花纹发脆,容易磨损,使用范围具有极大的局限性。为此申请人申请了一种新的植物类复合材料以及利用此材料制造新产品的挤注工艺,本申请则是把新材料进行挤注成型的设备。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,能高效、精确、快速的把纤维絮状、粉末状、屑状的植物类复合材料加工成产品,并且能在产品成型的过程中进行微动,防止产品在成型过程中内缩,保持产品密度均匀,保证产品成型质量。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,包括支撑台、送料挤注系统、加热成型系统、操作控制器,所述的支撑台内设置有机电箱,其特征为,所述的送料挤注系统包括料斗、锣杆式送料装置和柱塞式挤注装置,所述的加热成型系统包括加热板、开合模装置和模具微动装置。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的锣杆式送料装置包括料筒,所述的料筒内设置有锣杆,所述的料筒底部设置有驱动所述的锣杆的电机,所述的料筒连接所述的料斗和所述的柱塞式挤注装置。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的柱塞式挤注装置包括挤注筒和控制所述挤注筒的行进马达,所述的挤注筒由两个半圆筒体组成,两个所述的半圆筒体之间可分离,所述的挤注筒内设置有柱塞杆,所述的柱塞杆顶部设置有加热装置,所述的挤注筒底部设置有驱动所述的柱塞杆的液压油缸,所述的挤注筒与所述的锣杆式送料装置和所述的开合模装置连通,所述的挤注筒顶部设置有可拆卸射料口。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的开合模装置包括四个格林柱,所述的格林柱上设置有前放置板和后放置板,所述的加热板设置在所述的后放置板上,所述的加热板为电磁加热板,所述的前放置板上设置有顶出机构,所述的格林柱上滑动有连接所述前放置板的移动架,所述的移动架上设置有曲臂,所述的曲臂上连接有螺杆,所述的移动架上设置有与所述螺杆相配合的螺母,所述的螺杆上还设置有伺服油缸,所述的伺服油缸也连接所述的曲臂。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述的料斗上还设置有加热器。
本发明所述的装置是一种专门为植物类复合材料成型的设备,其主要原理是把定量的植物类复合材料挤注到模具中,然后加热成型。由于植物类复合材料富含水分,在加热成型的过程中会产生大量的水蒸气,让模具型腔内的压力随着加热时间的增加而变大,从而影响到最终成型的效果。为此在成型的过程中需要对模具进行微动,让模具型腔内的水蒸气排出,保证模具型腔内的压力稳定不波动,防止产品内缩以及材料回溢。为此本发明最主要的改进点就是在加热过程中让通过伺服油缸让模具产生0.05毫米至0.1毫米之间微动,让模具型腔内由于高温产生的水汽逸出,释放多余压力。不仅如此,本装置在料斗内设置有加热装置,可以让植物类复合材料在料斗内进行预软化处理,还可以降低含水率;同时采用曲臂结构保障模具在柱塞杆在高压挤注时的冲型压力。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:能高效、精确、快速的把纤维絮状、粉末状、屑状的植物类复合材料加工成产品,并且能在产品成型的过程中进行微动,防止产品在成型过程中内缩,保持产品密度均匀,保证产品成型质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示, 一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,包括支撑台1、送料挤注系统、加热成型系统、操作控制器9,所述的支撑台1内设置有机电箱11,所述的送料挤注系统包括料斗21、锣杆式送料装置和柱塞式挤注装置。所述的锣杆式送料装置包括料筒22,所述的料筒22内设置有锣杆23,所述的料筒22底部设置有驱动所述的锣杆23的电机24。所述的柱塞式挤注装置包括挤注筒31和控制所述挤注筒31的行进马达34,所述的挤注筒31由两个半圆筒体组成,两个所述的半圆筒体之间可分离,这样容易对挤注筒31进行清洁,所述的挤注筒31内设置有柱塞杆32,所述的柱塞杆32顶部设置有加热装置36,所述的挤注筒31底部设置有驱动所述的柱塞杆32的液压油缸33,所述的挤注筒31顶部设置有可拆卸射料口35,所述的料筒22连接所述的料斗21和所述的挤注筒31。所述的料斗上还设置有加热器25。所述的加热成型系统包括加热板53、开合模装置和模具微动装置。所述的开合模装置包括四个格林柱41,所述的格林柱41上设置有前放置板51和后放置板52,所述的加热板53设置在所述的后放置板52上,所述的加热板53为电磁加热板,所述的前放置板51上设置有顶出机构54,所述的格林柱41上滑动有连接所述前放置板51的移动架42,所述的移动架42上设置有曲臂43,所述的曲臂43上连接有螺杆44,所述的移动架42上设置有与所述螺杆44相配合的螺母47,所述的螺杆44上还设置有伺服油缸45,所述的伺服油缸45也连接所述的曲臂43。所述的伺服油缸45通过油路46连接机电箱11。
实际使用时,先通过待安装模具的大小调节移动架42在格林柱41上的位置,然后把带压力监控装置的模具分别安装到前放置板51和后放置板52上,随后进行调试,确定模具可以紧密密合。然后在挤注筒31顶部安装于模具相配合的射料口35,并在行进马达34的作用下让射料口35与模具接触密封,此时合并模具并开启加热板53,让模具加热到120℃至150℃。再然后把粉末状或纤维絮状或屑状的植物类复合材料放入到料斗中,并且进行加温,保持植物类复合材料的温度在50℃到70℃之间,再然后打开料斗底部让部分植物类复合材料进入到料筒22。在料筒22内,通过锣杆23把定量的植物类复合材料送入到挤注筒31内,输送完后锣杆23停止转动,挤注筒31内的柱塞杆32顶部具有加热装置36可以继续保持植物类复合材料的温度。然后柱塞杆32根据植物类复合材料的使用量先慢速低压的进行挤注,对植物类复合材料进行排气,然后进行快速高压挤注,把植物类复合材料注入到模具型腔内并让柱塞杆32保持一定压力。模具型腔内的材料表面凝固后,启动伺服油缸45带动曲臂43做没3秒至5秒每次0.05毫米至0.1毫米的微动,让模具的前后模之间出现缝隙,让模具型腔内的气体溢出,保持模具型腔内的压力稳定。于此同时,柱塞杆32与伺服油缸45同频率震动,每当模具微动时柱塞杆32对模具型腔加大压力,这样可以保证模具型腔内的压力平衡。最终,当模具型腔内压力与外界一致时,说明产品成型,通过螺杆44移动曲臂43让前后模脱离,然后通过模具上的顶出机构54顶出产品。由于模具型腔的不同,以及最终产品所需密度的不同,在本实施例中的各种技术参数同需要通过实际调配,同时所有参数设置与机器运作都可以在操作控制器9完成。通过本设备可以快速高效大量的制造出花纹质量高,产品密度均匀,没有内缩的植物类复合材料成品。

Claims (5)

1.一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,包括支撑台(1)、送料挤注系统、加热成型系统、操作控制器(9),所述的支撑台(1)内设置有机电箱(11),其特征为,所述的送料挤注系统包括料斗(21)、锣杆式送料装置和柱塞式挤注装置,所述的加热成型系统包括加热板(53)、开合模装置和模具微动装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,其特征为,所述的锣杆式送料装置包括料筒(22),所述的料筒(22)内设置有锣杆(23),所述的料筒(22)底部设置有驱动所述的锣杆(23)的电机(24),所述的料筒(22)连接所述的料斗(21)和所述的柱塞式挤注装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,其特征为,所述的柱塞式挤注装置包括挤注筒(31)和控制所述挤注筒(31)的行进马达(34),所述的挤注筒(31)由两个半圆筒体组成,两个所述的半圆筒体之间可分离,所述的挤注筒(31)内设置有柱塞杆(32),所述的柱塞杆(32)顶部设置有加热装置(36),所述的挤注筒(31)底部设置有驱动所述的柱塞杆(32)的液压油缸(33),所述的挤注筒(31)与所述的锣杆式送料装置和所述的开合模装置连通,所述的挤注筒(31)顶部设置有可拆卸射料口(35)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,其特征为,所述的开合模装置包括四个格林柱(41),所述的格林柱(41)上设置有前放置板(51)和后放置板(52),所述的加热板(53)设置在所述的后放置板(52)上,所述的加热板(53)为电磁加热板,所述的前放置板(51)上设置有顶出机构(54),所述的格林柱(41)上滑动有连接所述前放置板(51)的移动架(42),所述的移动架(42)上设置有曲臂(43),所述的曲臂(43)上连接有螺杆(44),所述的移动架(42)上设置有与所述螺杆(44)相配合的螺母(47),所述的螺杆(44)上还设置有伺服油缸(45),所述的伺服油缸(45)也连接所述的曲臂(43)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种植物类材料挤注成型设备,其特征为,所述的料斗(21)上还设置有加热器(25)。
