本发明公开了一种载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,涉及汽车制造技术领域,包括有装在支撑架上方的工作台,所述工作台与固定在所述支撑架上的多个动力缸连接,在所述支撑架的两侧装有多个限位钩板,所述限位钩板设有向所述工作台上方伸出的卡钩。与现有技术相比,本发明在夹紧的状态下焊接车厢底板,有效减少车厢底板的焊接变形,焊接变形控制在公差范围之内,焊接质量稳定,为后工序组装整个车厢提供一个好的定位基准,从而提高整个车厢的装配质量;焊接速度和生产效率得到提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于载重汽车车厢底板焊接的工装。
背景技术
载重汽车车厢底板为焊接加工件,其尺寸大,通常将车厢底板平放在地面上进行焊接,由于没有专用的载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,车厢底板工件夹紧固定困难,因焊接工作量大,焊后容易变形,造成焊接质量不稳定,精度难以控制,焊接速度也慢,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,以解决车厢底板焊接质量不稳定,精度难以控制的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,包括有装在支撑架上方的工作台,所述工作台与固定在所述支撑架上的多个动力缸连接,在所述支撑架的两侧装有多个限位钩板,所述限位钩板设有向所述工作台上方伸出的卡钩。
上述载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:在所述支撑架的两侧装有多组连接板,每组所述连接板包括相对设置的两块耳板,所述耳板上设有多个安装孔;在两块所述耳板之间插装所述限位钩板,所述限位钩板通过至少两个限位销与两块所述耳板连接。
进一步的,在所述工作台上装有多组固定板,每组所述固定板包括相对设置的两块支板,在两块所述支板之间插装所述动力缸的活塞杆,所述动力缸的活塞杆通过销轴与两块所述支板连接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明包括有装在支撑架上方的工作台,工作台与固定在支撑架上的多个动力缸连接,在支撑架的两侧装有多个限位钩板,限位钩板设有向工作台上方伸出的卡钩;将车厢底板工件放置在工作台上,并用多个限位钩板卡住其两侧,启动多个动力缸推动工作台上升,通过工作台和多个限位钩板将车厢底板工件夹紧,即可对车厢底板工件进行焊接,在夹紧的状态下焊接车厢底板,有效减少车厢底板的焊接变形,焊接变形控制在公差范围之内,焊接质量稳定,为后工序组装整个车厢提供一个好的定位基准,从而提高整个车厢的装配质量;焊接速度和生产效率得到提高。
2、在支撑架的两侧装有多组连接板,每组连接板包括相对设置的两块耳板,耳板上设有多个安装孔;在两块耳板之间插装限位钩板,限位钩板通过至少两个限位销与两块耳板连接;可根据车厢底板的宽度调整限位钩板与两块耳板上不同的安装孔连接,夹紧不同尺寸的车厢底板进行焊接。
3、在工作台上装有多组固定板,每组固定板包括相对设置的两块支板,在两块支板之间插装动力缸的活塞杆,动力缸的活塞杆通过销轴与两块支板连接,动力缸的活塞杆与工作台连接牢固,工作可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图3、图5所示的一种载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,包括有装在支撑架1上方的工作台2,工作台2与固定在支撑架1上的两个动力缸3连接,在工作台2上装有两组固定板,每组固定板包括相对设置的两块支板7,在两块支板7之间插装动力缸3的活塞杆,动力缸3的活塞杆通过销轴8与两块支板7连接,销轴8穿过动力缸3的活塞杆和两块支板7并装有开口销,如图4所示;本实施例的动力缸3为液压油缸,液压油缸通过油缸支座9安装在支撑架1上。在支撑架1的两侧分别装有四组连接板,每组连接板包括相对设置的两块耳板4,耳板4上设有排列成两行的十个安装孔;在两块耳板4之间插装限位钩板5,限位钩板5通过两个限位销6与两块耳板4连接,如图2所示;限位钩板5的上端具有向工作台2上方伸出的卡钩,在工作台2的两侧与限位钩板5相对应的位置开设有凹槽。
工作时,将车厢底板工件10放置在工作台2上,并用八个限位钩板5卡住其两侧,启动两个液压油缸推动工作台2上升,通过工作台2和八个限位钩板5将车厢底板工件夹紧,即可对车厢底板工件进行焊接;焊接完成再夹紧一定时间后,工作台2随两个液压油缸下降回位。本发明在夹紧的状态下焊接车厢底板,有效减少车厢底板的焊接变形,焊接变形控制在公差范围之内,焊接质量稳定。

Claims (2)

1.一种载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,其特征在于:包括有装在支撑架(1)上方的工作台(2),所述工作台(2)与固定在所述支撑架(1)上的多个动力缸(3)连接,在所述支撑架(1)的两侧装有多个限位钩板(5),所述限位钩板(5)设有向所述工作台(2)上方伸出的卡钩,多个所述动力缸(3)推动所述工作台(2)上升,通过所述工作台(2)和多个所述限位钩板(5)将车厢底板工件夹紧;在所述支撑架(1)的两侧装有多组连接板,每组所述连接板包括相对设置的两块耳板(4),所述耳板(4)上设有多个安装孔;在两块所述耳板(4)之间插装所述限位钩板(5),所述限位钩板(5)通过至少两个限位销(6)与两块所述耳板(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的载重汽车车厢底板焊接工装,其特征在于:在所述工作台(2)上装有多组固定板,每组所述固定板包括相对设置的两块支板(7),在两块所述支板(7)之间插装所述动力缸(3)的活塞杆,所述动力缸(3)的活塞杆通过销轴(8)与两块所述支板(7)连接。
