背景技术
随着现代社会科技的进步，汽车工业的发展也越来越迅速，尤其在汽车配件方面，人们更加注重细节的设计。现有的汽车后排座椅与后备箱之间都是呈悬空状态，一旦发生车祸，后排座椅容易后翻至后备箱内，人们的安全得不到保障，安全系数低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种安全系数高的汽车后排座椅防撞架结构。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：汽车后排座椅防撞架结构，包括：防撞空心管本体，分别设置在防撞空心管本体两端的上固定片和下固定片，在上固定片上设置有上固定孔，在下固定片上设置有下固定孔，在所述防撞空心管本体内设置有弹簧。
本发明的优点是：上述汽车后排座椅防撞架结构，能够有效防止汽车座椅后翻至后备箱内，保障人们的生命安全，在发生较大事故时，即使防撞空心管由于撞击力较大发生断裂，设置在防撞空心管内的弹簧可以起到缓冲和二次保护功能，安全系数高。

如图1、图2所示，汽车后排座椅防撞架结构，包括：防撞空心管本体1，分别设置在防撞空心管本体1两端的上固定片2和下固定片3，在上固定片2上设置有上固定孔4，在下固定片3上设置有下固定孔5，在所述防撞空心管本体1内设置有弹簧6。
上述汽车后排座椅防撞架结构安装时，将两根防撞空心管本体1呈八字型对称固定在三个汽车后排座椅7的后面，两上固定片2通过螺钉和上固定孔4固定在车身的上端，两下固定片3通过螺钉和下固定孔5固定在车身的下端，两根防撞空心管本体1的上端同时与中间的汽车后排座椅7相抵，两根防撞空心管本体1的下端分别与边上两个后排座椅7相抵。
上述汽车后排座椅防撞架结构，能够有效防止汽车座椅后翻至后备箱内，保障人们的生命安全，在发生较大事故时，即使防撞空心管由于撞击力较大发生断裂，设置在防撞空心管内的弹簧可以起到缓冲和二次保护功能，安全系数高。
