Abstract

本发明公开了一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料按照重量百分比的原料包括24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱、30D杜邦氨纶,轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料的生产工艺的具体步骤包括取料、包纱、织造坯布、高温预定型、配置前处理剂、前处理、中和以及染色定型。本发明在染整过程中将水溶性维纶纤维溶解掉,形成中空效果,比常规纱线内部多保留空气量、起到更多的保暖效果,同时因为芯纱是十字截面的,可以很好的起到导湿功能,使得最终面料具有中空保暖导湿效果,因此本发明生产的面料薄而暖,具有吸湿速干的功效,弹性适度的织造结构使得衣服穿着舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种针织面料,具体是一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料。
背景技术
目前市场上厚的保暖内衣面料往往是一些拉绒布,一般是化纤绒,有些有花型保暖内衣面料的中间加了蓬松涤纶丝的双层布料,拉绒布和加了蓬松涤纶丝的双层布料都很厚,穿起来太臃肿、甚至行动都不便;有些薄点的保暖内衣面料是较薄的弹力棉、莫代尔单面平布、棉毛布和罗纹布等,但是不够保暖。因此需要开发一种厚薄、保暖效果和穿着舒适度兼得的保暖面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种吸湿快干、舒适度高的轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱、9%的30D杜邦氨纶。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱, 9%的30D杜邦氨纶,91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱,由54%的棉纤维为、16%的水溶性维纶纤维、21%的50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝。
所述轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)取料:按照重量百分比称取各原料;
(2)包纱:将棉纤维和水溶性维纶纤维按照重量比75:25混合均匀,再对50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝包芯得到坯纱;
(3)织造坯纱:采用罗纹机将24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶进行织造得到坯布,坯布克重为285-295g/SQM,门幅为150-160cm;
(4)高温预定型:将半成品放置于185-195℃的环境中1.8-2.2min进行高温预定型,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm;
(5)配置前处理剂:分别取浓度为1-2g/L的渗透剂10-20mL和浓度为4-6g/L的精炼剂20-25mL,将渗透剂和精炼剂混合均匀,放入容器中升温至35-45℃;
(6)前处理:高温预定型后的半成品放置于容器中进行前处理,先浸泡25-35min,加入浓度为3-5g/L的烧碱5-8mL,升温至100-110℃,浸泡50-60min后再降温至58-62℃,继续浸泡10-15min;
(7)中和:将浸泡完成的面料放入温度为35-45℃的热水中清洗2-4次,加入浓度为1-2g/L的醋酸浸泡4-6min进行中和,再用3-5℃的冷水清洗一次;
(8)染色定型:将步骤(7)中的面料进行染色和定型后得到成品,成品面料上实际纱支为28-32S,粗细为24-28s,最终克重为195-205g/SQM,门幅为160-170cm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在染整过程中将水溶性维纶纤维溶解掉,形成中空效果,比常规纱线内部多保留空气量、起到更多的保暖效果,同时因为芯纱是十字截面的,可以很好的起到导湿功能,使得最终面料具有中空保暖导湿效果,因此本发明生产的面料薄而暖,具有吸湿速干的功效,弹性适度的织造结构使得衣服穿着舒适。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
实施例1
请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱, 9%的30D杜邦氨纶,91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱,由54%的棉纤维为、16%的水溶性维纶纤维、21%的50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝。
所述轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)取料:按照重量百分比称取各原料;
(2)包纱:将棉纤维和水溶性维纶纤维按照重量比75:25混合均匀,再对50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝包芯得到坯纱;
(3)织造坯纱:采用罗纹机将24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶进行织造得到坯布,坯布克重为285-295g/SQM,门幅为150-160cm;
(4)高温预定型:将半成品放置于185℃的环境中1.8min进行高温预定型,定型后克重为245g/SQM,门幅为165cm;
(5)配置前处理剂:分别取浓度为1g/L的渗透剂10mL和浓度为4g/L的精炼剂20mL,将渗透剂和精炼剂混合均匀,放入容器中升温至35℃;
(6)前处理:高温预定型后的半成品放置于容器中进行前处理,先浸泡25min,加入浓度为3g/L的烧碱5mL,升温至100℃,浸泡50min后再降温至58℃,继续浸泡10min;
(7)中和:将浸泡完成的面料放入温度为35℃的热水中清洗2次,加入浓度为1g/L的醋酸浸泡4min进行中和,再用3℃的冷水清洗一次;
(8)染色定型:将步骤(7)中的面料进行染色和定型后得到成品,成品面料上实际纱支为28S,粗细为24s,最终克重为195g/SQM,门幅为160cm。
实施例2
请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:10%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱、60%的32s棉纤维、20%的32s水溶性维纶纤维、10%的30D杜邦氨纶。
所述轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)取料:按照重量百分比称取各原料;
(2)包纱:将棉纤维和水溶性维纶纤维按照重量比75:25混合均匀,再对50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝包芯得到坯纱;
(3)织造坯纱:采用罗纹机将24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶进行织造得到坯布,坯布克重为290g/SQM,门幅为155cm;
(4)高温预定型:将半成品放置于190℃的环境中2min进行高温预定型,定型后克重为250g/SQM,门幅为170cm;
(5)配置前处理剂:分别取浓度为1.5g/L的渗透剂15mL和浓度为5g/L的精炼剂22mL,将渗透剂和精炼剂混合均匀,放入容器中升温至40℃;
(6)前处理:高温预定型后的半成品放置于容器中进行前处理,先浸泡30min,加入浓度为4g/L的烧碱7mL,升温至105℃,浸泡55min后再降温至60℃,继续浸泡12min;
(7)中和:将浸泡完成的面料放入温度为40℃的热水中清洗3次,加入浓度为1.5g/L的醋酸浸泡5min进行中和,再用4℃的冷水清洗一次;
(8)染色定型:将步骤(7)中的面料进行染色和定型后得到成品,成品面料上实际纱支为30S,粗细为26s,最终克重为200g/SQM,门幅为165cm。
实施例3
请参阅图1-4,本发明实施例中,一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,按照重量百分比的原料包括:11%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱、56%的32s棉纤维、22%的32s水溶性维纶纤维、11%的30D杜邦氨纶。
所述轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料的生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
(1)取料:按照重量百分比称取各原料;
(2)包纱:将棉纤维和水溶性维纶纤维按照重量比75:25混合均匀,再对50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝包芯得到坯纱;
(3)织造坯纱:采用罗纹机将24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶进行织造得到坯布,坯布克重为295g/SQM,门幅为160cm;
(4)高温预定型:将半成品放置于195℃的环境中2.2min进行高温预定型,定型后克重为255g/SQM,门幅为175cm;
(5)配置前处理剂:分别取浓度为2g/L的渗透剂20mL和浓度为6g/L的精炼剂25mL,将渗透剂和精炼剂混合均匀,放入容器中升温至45℃;
(6)前处理:高温预定型后的半成品放置于容器中进行前处理,先浸泡35min,加入浓度为5g/L的烧碱8mL,升温至110℃,浸泡60min后再降温至62℃,继续浸泡15min;
(7)中和:将浸泡完成的面料放入温度为45℃的热水中清洗4次,加入浓度为2g/L的醋酸浸泡6min进行中和,再用5℃的冷水清洗一次;
(8)染色定型:将步骤(7)中的面料进行染色和定型后得到成品,成品面料上实际纱支为32S,粗细为28s,最终克重为205g/SQM,门幅为170cm。
所述24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶在织造时,按照图1所示的三角排列一路一个制造循环,按照图2所示的一针一个循环,每路均采用24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶进行织造,30D杜邦氨纶采用如图3所示的上下对吃、每路衬的方式,每针吃上两个个纱线,24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱盖住30D杜邦氨纶。
本发明在染整过程中将32s水溶性维纶纤维溶解掉,形成中空效果,比常规纱线内部多保留空气量、起到更多的保暖效果,同时因为芯纱是十字截面的,可以很好的起到导湿功能,使得最终面料具有中空保暖导湿效果,因此本发明生产的面料薄而暖,具有吸湿速干的功效,弹性适度的织造结构使得衣服穿着舒适。

Claims (2)

1.一种轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,其特征在于,按照重量百分比的原料包括:91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱、9%的30D杜邦氨纶;所述轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)取料:按照重量百分比称取各原料;
(2)包纱:将棉纤维和水溶性维纶纤维按照重量比75:25混合均匀,再对50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝包芯得到坯纱;
(3)织造坯纱:采用罗纹机将24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱和30D杜邦氨纶进行织造得到坯布,坯布克重为285-295g/SQM,门幅为150-160cm;
(4)高温预定型:将半成品放置于185-195℃的环境中1.8-2.2min进行高温预定型,定型后克重为245-255g/SQM,门幅为165-175cm;
(5)配置前处理剂:分别取浓度为1-2g/L的渗透剂10-20mL和浓度为4-6g/L的精炼剂20-25mL,将渗透剂和精炼剂混合均匀,放入容器中升温至35-45℃;

(8)染色定型:将步骤(7)中的面料进行染色和定型后得到成品,成品面料上实际纱支为28-32S,粗细相当于24-28s粗细,最终克重为195-205g/SQM,门幅为160-170cm 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻薄保暖包芯中空针织面料,其特征在于,所述91%的24s棉涤皮芯混纺中空纱,54%的由棉纤维、16%的水溶性维纶纤维、21%的50D/48FDTY十字截面低弹丝组成。
