蛋黄果喜温暖多湿气候,年均温24-27.5℃适宜。能耐短期高温及寒冷,40℃或1-2℃短时间植株不致受害。花期阴雨高温严重落花,果熟期忌低温,冬季低温果实变硬,颇能耐旱,对土壤适应性强,以沙壤土生长最好。按果实形状可分为圆果形或卵圆形、桃果形和纺锤形3个类型。
蛋黄果果肉含糖29.1-30.5%,淀粉5.6-8.1%,粗脂肪1-1.14%,每100克果肉含维生素C24.3mg。树姿美丽,适合作庭园栽培。蛋黄果含有丰富的磷、铁、钙、维生素C、类胡萝卜素等营养物质及人体必须的十七种氨基酸,具有帮助消化、化痰、补肾、提神醒脑、活血强身、镇静止痛、减压降脂等功效。

所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁按比例将白砂糖、阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸甲、L-抗坏血酸、羧甲基纤维素钠加入,然后加入部分饮用水而得。
所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁装罐,将果汁加热,在果汁温不低于80℃条件下装罐并迅速封口,并封口后对其杀菌消毒,进行冷却、包装、储存。

Claims (7)
1.一种蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的成分组成:25-40%蛋黄果果桨或汁、35-50%饮用水、8-10%浓缩番茄汁、8-10%浓缩木瓜汁、5-15%白砂糖、0.1-0.5%阿斯巴甜、0.1-0.3%柠檬酸、0.01-0.03%柠檬酸钠、0.01-0.08%山梨酸甲、0.1-0.5%L-抗坏血酸、0.1-0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于所述蛋黄果果汁由以下重量百分比的成分组成:35%蛋黄果果桨或汁、35.95%饮用水、9%浓缩番茄汁、9%浓缩木瓜汁、10%白砂糖、0.2%阿斯巴甜、0.2%柠檬酸、0.02%柠檬酸钠、0.03%山梨酸甲、0.3%L-抗坏血酸、0.3%羧甲基纤维素钠。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料选择和清洗:选用优质新鲜、成熟度为全熟的蛋黄果果实,用自来水清洗蛋黄果果皮上的浮尘并沥干水分;
(2)打浆及榨汁:用打浆机对沥干后的蛋黄果果进行打浆,先过150目筛网后,再经刮板过滤器滤去果皮,将滤液静置沉淀,取上层澄清的蛋黄果果桨或汁浓缩得到浓缩液备用;
(3)煮沸、过滤:将搅拌均匀的混合物煮沸,然后再过180目筛网后静置沉淀,过滤,再加入饮用水补足。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于所述的番茄原汁是将成熟、新鲜的番茄洗净去皮补水打浆,再将浆料通过180目筛网静置沉淀,过滤,去除浆液中的籽杂质制得。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于所述的木瓜原汁是将成熟、新鲜的木瓜洗净去皮补水打浆,再将浆料通过180目筛 网静置沉淀,过滤,去除浆液中的籽杂质制得。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁按比例将白砂糖、阿斯巴甜、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸甲、L-抗坏血酸、羧甲基纤维素钠,然后加入部分饮用水而得。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁,其特征在于所述的蛋黄果、番茄、木瓜养身营养果汁装罐,将果汁加热,在果汁温不低于80℃条件下装罐并迅速封口,并封口后对其杀菌消毒,进行冷却、包装、储存。
