Abstract
本发明公开了一种女性专用保健饮料及其制备方法,属于保健品领域。该保健饮料是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁30-40%、黄秋葵汁30-40%、金银花提取液10-15%、胡萝卜汁10-20%、柠檬酸0.3-0.5%、蜂蜜3-5%和余量的水。该女性专用保健饮料配方科学合理,既能充分保留原果蔬的营养成分及口感,又形成了新的风味,更能满足现代人的多元化口味。本发明产品中不添加任何防腐剂、着色剂等,各种原料中的营养成分和风味可以得到最大限度的保留,对女性具有极佳的补血益气、美容养颜和预防衰老的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健饮料,具体地说是一种女性专用保健饮料及其制备方法,属于保健品领域。
背景技术
在当今社会,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注自身的健康,在饮食方式及食物选择上也更趋向于富有营养保健功效的天然食品。现代女性不仅承担着跟男性在社会中一样的繁重的事业上的压力,而且她比男性还多了家庭的责任和繁重的家务劳动,特别是孩子的教育,此外还长期承受着无所不在的环境污染,因而大多数女性基本处于亚健康状态。主要表现为更年期提前、气血虚弱、面色黯淡、容易衰老等诸多外在和内在的变化。目前市场上有各式各样的保健药品或保健食品(如粥品、罐头、或饮料等),但专门针对女性调节气血虚弱、改善容颜和预防衰老的保健饮料并不多,且常见的保健饮料采用了某些气味较重的药材,或者采用的原料种类众多造成产品的口感较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种女性专用的保健饮料及其制备方法。该女性专用保健饮料配方科学合理,各组分协同作用,对女性具有极佳的补血益气、美容养颜和预防衰老的作用。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种女性专用保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁30-40%、黄秋葵汁30-40%、金银花提取液10-15%、胡萝卜汁10-20%、柠檬酸0.3-0.5%、蜂蜜3-5%和余量的水。
优选地,所述的女性专用保健饮料是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁35%、黄秋葵汁35%、金银花提取液13%、胡萝卜汁15%、柠檬酸0.4%、蜂蜜4%和余量的水。
一种女性专用保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)选取无腐烂、无虫害、新鲜的蓝莓,清洗后捞出空干水分;加入3倍于其重量的95℃的水中烫漂10min后,用筛板孔径为0.8mm的打浆机打浆破碎成蓝莓果浆,然后用100目筛过滤得蓝莓汁,备用;
(2)将新鲜的黄秋葵嫩荚除柄蒂及杂质,清水冲洗晾干,放入打浆机破碎,经30~50目筛过滤,得黄秋葵滤液,向滤液中加入等体积的矿泉水,摇匀得到黄秋葵汁;
(3)a.将金银花和冷水按照料液比为1g:20ml混合浸泡1~2小时,后大火煎煮至沸腾后换慢火继续煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得一次提取液和滤渣;b.向滤渣中加入5倍于其重量的冷水,以大火煎至沸腾后换小火煎煮30分钟,抽滤后得二次提取液;c.将上述一次提取液和二次提取液混合加热至沸腾后15分钟即得金银花提取液;
(4)选取新鲜的胡萝卜,清洗晾干后用牙签在其上刺几个孔,置于微波器皿,放入功率750W,频率2450MHz的微波炉内,处理时间150~180s,将其软化至果实硬度为7~8kg/cm2,然后取出果实并向其中加入5倍于其重量的清水,用筛板孔径为0.8mm的打浆机打浆,然后用100目筛过滤得胡萝卜汁,备用;
(5)将上述制备的蓝莓汁、黄秋葵汁、金银花提取液、胡萝卜汁、柠檬酸按照比例混合后,加入蜂蜜和适量水调配,120目筛进一步精滤;
(6)将精滤后的混合饮料在20-25MPa的高压均质机内均质15-20 min,真空脱气2-3min,脱气温度65℃,80℃以上灌装后于100℃灭菌5-10s后冷却,即得成品。
本发明配方中:
蓝莓,果实中含有丰富的花青素,而且其所含的花青素、有机锗、有机硒、熊果甙、氨基酸、果酸等特殊营养成分是任何植物都无法比拟的,尤其是由 16 种生物类黄酮组成的花青素,有比一般植物花青素更优越的生理活性。花青素主要有抗生素作用、抗自由基作用、抗视力退化及抗动脉硬化和血栓形成的作用。据美国、日本、欧洲科学家研究,经常食用蓝莓制品,可明显地增强视力,消除眼睛疲劳;营养皮肤;延缓脑神经衰老;对由糖尿病引起的毛细血管病有治疗作用;增强心脏功能;预防老年痴呆。
黄秋葵,是锦葵科一年生的草本植物,以采收嫩荚供食用,花和嫩叶也可食用。黄秋葵的营养保健价值很高,各个部分都含有半纤维素、纤维素和木质素。嫩果含有丰富的蛋白质、游离氨基酸、维生素A、维生素C、维生素E和磷、铁、钾、钙、锌、锰等矿质元素及由果胶和多糖等组成的粘性物质。具有促进胃肠蠕动、防止便秘等保健作用,可以增强人体的耐力;另外,它低脂、低糖,可以作为减肥食品;由于含锌和硒等微量元素,可以增强人体防癌抗癌能力;富含维生素C,可预防心血管疾病发生,提高免疫力。
金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。其对于头昏头晕、口干作渴、多汗烦闷、肠炎、菌痢、麻疹、肺炎、乙脑、流脑、急性乳腺炎、败血症、阑尾炎、皮肤感染、痈疽疔疮、丹毒、腮腺炎、化脓性扁桃体炎等病症均有一定疗效。
胡萝卜是一种质脆味美、营养丰富的家常蔬菜。中医上入脾胃经和肺经,是补血和改善肾虚的上好食物,尤其能改善肝血亏虚引起的视力下降、眼盲症等病症。对于脾虚食滞引起的消化不良和呃逆也有很好的改善作用,故被誉为“东方小人参”。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用新鲜的蓝莓、黄秋葵嫩荚及胡萝卜为原材料,直接破碎,得到的滤液再添加提取的金银花提取液和酸甜味调节剂制成的保健饮料,既能充分保留原果蔬的营养成分及口感,又形成了新的风味,克服了单一原料口感较差的问题,更能满足现代人的多元化口味。本发明产品中不添加任何防腐剂、着色剂等,各种原料中的营养成分可以得到最大限度的保留。此外,虽然蓝莓、黄秋葵、金银花及胡萝卜分别具有一定的保健功能,但其作用机理不同,单一效果也并不明显,而本发明中将几种成分配伍使用后起到协同增效的作用,其抗氧化作用、补血益气的效果要明显高于所有组分的作用效果总和,是一种女性专用的抗衰老、美容养颜、补血益气的天然保健饮料。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种女性专用保健饮料,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁30%、黄秋葵汁30%、金银花提取液10%、胡萝卜汁10%、柠檬酸0.3%、蜂蜜3%和余量的水。
上述保健饮料是采用下述方法制备得到的:
(1)选取无腐烂、无虫害、新鲜的蓝莓,清洗后捞出空干水分;加入3倍于其重量的95℃的水中烫漂10min后,用筛板孔径为0.8mm的打浆机打浆破碎成蓝莓果浆,然后用100目筛过滤得蓝莓汁,备用;

实施例2
一种女性专用保健饮料,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁35%、黄秋葵汁35%、金银花提取液13%、胡萝卜汁15%、柠檬酸0.4%、蜂蜜4%和余量的水。
上述保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种女性专用保健饮料,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁40%、黄秋葵汁40%、金银花提取液15%、胡萝卜汁20%、柠檬酸0.5%、蜂蜜5%和余量的水。
上述保健饮料的制备方法同实施例1。
将上述实施例1-3所制备的保健饮料进行感官质量评价。评价打分标准如表1:
由经过筛选和训练的30人专业感官评价员组成评价小组对其整体的风味、酸度、甜度进行评价打分,该结果中配方1-3分别为上述实施例1-3,评价得分结果见表2。

从表 2中可以看出,配方1-3的整体风味得分均在4.6分以上,口感较好,是一种非常适宜女性饮用的饮品。
测试例
1.体外总抗氧化作用研究实验
对实施例1-3制备的保健饮料以及单一的蓝莓汁、黄秋葵汁、金银花提取液和胡萝卜汁分别采用FRAP法测定其总抗氧化能力。该方法的测定原理为Fe3+-三吡啶三吖嗪(tripyridyl-triazine,TPTZ)可被样品中还原物质还原为二价铁形式,呈现出明显的蓝色,并于593nm处具有最大光吸收,根据吸光度的大小计算样品抗氧化活性的强弱。具体方法如下:取50μL样品,加入2.0mlTPTZ工作液(由0.3mol/L醋酸盐缓冲液25ml,10mmol/LTPTZ溶液2.5ml,20mmol/LFeCl3溶液2.5ml组成),混匀后37℃反应10min,593nm测定吸光度。样品的抗氧化能力以FRAP值表示:1FRAP单位=1mmol/LFeSO4,即样品的抗氧化能力相当于FeSO4的mmol/L数。实验结果如下表3所示。

从上表中的数据可以看出,本发明制备的女性专用保健饮料其总抗氧化性明显优于其他任何单一成分的抗氧化性且其抗氧化效果也优于其他几种单一组分抗氧化性能的总和,这主要是由于该发明中各组分合理搭配产生的协同增效的作用。因而本发明制备的保健饮料适合于女性饮用,能够延缓女性的衰老,起到美容养颜的功效。
2.体内总抗氧化作用研究实验
取48只老龄小鼠,雌雄各半,将动物按体重随机均分为1-8组,其中1-3组每日分别按照30ml/kg实施例1-3制备的保健饮料进行灌胃,第4-7组每日分别对应相同剂量的单一蓝莓汁、黄秋葵汁、金银花提取液和胡萝卜汁灌胃,第8组为对照组,每日按30ml/kg蒸馏水进行灌胃。灌胃4周后每组小鼠拔眼球取血并脱臼处死,3500r/min离心15分钟后分离血清立即装于eppendorf管中,置于-20℃保存待用。按照试剂盒(由南京建成生物工程研究所提供)推荐的测定血清中总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的方法进行测定。所有数据均以表示,采用SAS统计软件对抗氧化指标进行完全随机资料的方差分析。测定结果如下表4所示。
注:*与对照组相比,P>0.05;**与对照组相比,P<0.01。
由上表4中的数据可以看出,本发明制备的女性专用保健饮料其总抗氧化性与对照组相比具有非常显著的统计学意义,而第4-7组结果与对照组相比均不具有显著性差异。
3.本发明产品补血作用效果实验研究
本发明还研究了该女性专用保健饮料对乙酰苯肼致小鼠血虚模型红细胞、血红蛋白的影响。取小鼠100只,随机分为10组,分别为空白对照组、模型组、实施例1-3组以及蓝莓汁组、黄秋葵汁组、金银花提取液组和胡萝卜汁组,各组给药剂量为20ml/kg,空白对照组和模型组给予等容量蒸馏水,每24h灌胃1次,连续给药10d。阳性对照组为复方阿胶浆(20mL/kg)。于实验的第1,4,7天皮下注射2%乙酰苯肼生理盐水溶液,首次剂量为200mg/kg,后2次减半,造模的第9天即可造成溶血性血虚模型。造模的同时开始灌胃给药,于末次给药2h后各组小鼠眼眶采血,观察动物的一般特征及红细胞数和血红蛋白变化情况。

上述实验中,结果造模第4,5天,空白对照组小鼠皮毛光泽而致密,眼睛明亮,活动敏捷,鼻唇湿润呈淡粉色,尾巴粗、圆,色粉红。模型组一般状态最差,活动减少,精神萎靡,闭目,尾、耳颜色苍白,被毛粗乱、蓬松且无光泽,体质量随饮食及饮水量减少而下降。胡萝卜汁组一般状态比模型组稍好,实施例1-3组及复方阿胶浆组逐渐趋于正常,毛色有光泽而致密,活动灵活,耳、尾略露血色。模型组小鼠皮下注射乙酰苯肼后,红细胞数和血红蛋白值均较空白对照组小鼠明显下降(P均<0.01);实施例1-3组及复方阿胶浆组小鼠红细胞数和血红蛋白值均高于模型组。因而从上述结果可以看出,本发明制备的保健饮料对血虚症小鼠的红细胞数量及血红蛋白含量具有明显的升高作用。因而具有极高的临床应用价值,非常适合各个时期气血不足的女性饮用。
Claims (3)
1.一种女性专用保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁30-40%、黄秋葵汁30-40%、金银花提取液10-15%、胡萝卜汁10-20%、柠檬酸0.3-0.5%、蜂蜜3-5%和余量的水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的女性专用保健饮料,其特征在于,它是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:蓝莓汁35%、黄秋葵汁35%、金银花提取液13%、胡萝卜汁15%、柠檬酸0.4%、蜂蜜4%和余量的水。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的女性专用保健饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(1)选取无腐烂、无虫害、新鲜的蓝莓,清洗后捞出空干水分;加入3倍于其重量的95℃的水中烫漂10min后,用筛板孔径为0.8mm的打浆机打浆破碎成蓝莓果浆,然后用100目筛过滤得蓝莓汁,备用;
