上述层压板或直接打印板具有相同的优点:可以使用所谓的爪连接(click-connecting)形状,尤其是沿板长度边缘的榫-槽连接形状,该榫槽连接形状允许通过绕互锁形状的角运动来简单互锁,以便本领域普通技术人员也能够安装板。此外,由于装饰物是压印的,因此可以完全自由地选择期望装饰物。因此,例如,可以仿造任何类型的木纹表面以及石纹或砖纹表面。已知层压板或直接压印板的共同点在于它们不适合于在室外区域使用。因此,本发明的目的是改进已知的现有技术,尤其是提供用于室外使用的改进地板,该地板结合了已知层压板对装饰物的灵活性、安装简易性的优点,并且具有室外用实木板的强固性和耐磨性的优点。该目的以及其他目的在阅读下面说明书时变得清楚或者被本领域技术人员理解,并且通过根据权利要求1的地板以及根据权利要求19的使用来实现。
发明内容
根据本发明的室外用地板包括具有前面和背面的载板,其中,载板在其前面上设有装饰层或保护层。本文中的室外用意味着在封闭室的外部使用,其中地板至少部分地暴露到大气中,例如具体用在建筑物的阳台或露台上。前面是在面板的安装状态下向上指向的一面,即台阶面或使用面,背面是在安装状态下面板放置在地面上的相对面。载板在其侧面处,即尤其是,在其纵向边缘和横向边缘处具有槽元件和榫元件形式的联结装置。这种槽元件和榫元件是层压板制造技术领域所公知的,并且允许在平行于前面的方向上以及垂直于前面的方向上通过形状配合(form fit)来连接多个相同面板。因此,在板的各个相对边缘上设置互补联结装置,即,在板的一侧上包含榫并且在板的相对侧上包含相应的槽。根据本发明,载板的特征在于,其由乙酰化材MDF板或HDF板、纤维水泥板或PVC(聚氯乙烯)构成。这些材料很适于室外使用并且抗风化(尤其是湿度)。装饰层或保护层由辐射固化的含丙烯酸酯的膜或具有硬度梯度的聚合物层构成,其中从聚合物层表面看,聚合物层的硬度随着聚合物层表面的深度的增加而降低。
特别地,优选乙酰化材MDF板或HDF板。一般地,乙酰化材是本领域中公知的。在乙酰化过程期间,在化学过程中用无水醋酸对形成MDF板或HDF板的木材或木纤维进行处理。从而,永久地改变木材的细胞结构,并且尤其是,极大降低被处理木纤维的吸湿性。由这样被处理过的木材形成的MDF板或HDF板会显著的抗风化,并且适于和根据本发明的板前面上的装置一起在室外区域使用。商标名为Eternit的提供商所公知的纤维水泥板一般也是合适的。纤维水泥板能够被简单处理并且尤其是必要时与联结装置一起设置到其侧面上。最后,发明人已经注意到基于PVC的载板也适合与新颖的装饰层或保护层结合使用。
根据本发明,装饰层或保护层可由辐射固化的含聚丙烯酸酯的膜构成。尤其是,该膜是纸质的,并且用辐射固化丙烯酸酯系统浸渍或涂布。可以通过,例如电子射线或紫外线处理来影响辐射固化。这种膜,例如,可从DTS  GmbH公司的商标名为Elsco购买得到。已经显示,具有硬度梯度的聚合物膜,作为该特定膜的替代物,提供了室外用地板所需的抗风化的性质。根据本发明,具有硬度梯度的聚合物层的制造例如在本文开头所提到的同一申请人的WO2008/061791中被详细描述。综上所述,应当清楚,装饰层或保护层并非必然为一个层,而是可以包含共同作用的多个不同层以提供保护功能或装饰功能。
在使用装饰层或保护层的膜时,优选地,通过粘合剂尤其是通过聚氨酯粘合剂(例如聚氨酯熔融粘合剂)将该层粘附到载板的前面。聚氨酯粘合剂尤其合适并且提高材料对天气影响的抵抗。在本文描述的所有实施例中,优选地,膜本身压印有装饰图案(例如实木装饰物或石纹装饰物或砖纹装饰物)。可替换地,还可以使用本身没有装饰物的膜,以便膜作为单纯保护层起作用。根据本发明,将纤维水泥板与防水层设置到背面以阻止水渗透。纤维水泥板提供了很高的密度。少量水的单侧渗透导致板向顶侧弯曲,其中光学安装表面被扭曲。可以通过丙烯酸涂层实现背面的密封,可以通过聚氨酯熔融粘合剂隐藏PVC膜,设有聚氨酯粘合剂的玻璃非织造物提供坚硬的保护。
优选地,载板在膜或聚合物层下的前面设有底漆。这种底漆可以提高载板上膜或聚合物的耐用性。尤其是,在聚合物层作为装饰层或保护层的情况中,优选地,底漆本身压印有装饰物。在该压印底漆上方,设置具有硬度梯度的聚合物层。由于聚合物层在固化状态是大致透明的,因此地板按照需要设有富有美感且吸引人的表面。包含具有硬度梯度的聚合物层的地板可以,例如,通过以下方法制造。第一步,提供乙酰化材MDF板或HDF、纤维水泥板或聚氯乙烯的载板。之后,在该载板上施加底涂层并且在底涂层上压印装饰图案。在压印装饰图案之后,在底涂层上施加第一聚合物层,在仍然湿润的第一聚合物层上施加第二聚合物层(与第一聚合物层不同),以便发生涂层介质的部分混合。底涂层和聚合物层的固化可以在一个方法步骤中发生。聚合物层的固化或硬化可以理解为在聚合期间发生的化学反应。应当把这些层的固化与干燥区别开来,其中干燥只是简单地减少或消除水含量。
在本发明的更优选实施例中,在载板上设置底漆层或在底涂层下面涂布底漆层。由此,底漆层,也或被称为粘合剂促进层提高载体材料上底涂层的粘合。因此,本领域技术人员知晓从化学公司购买得到一系列的合适底漆材料。更优选地,在底涂层上使用可聚合打印涂料(墨)(尤其是基于从BASF公司购买得到的可聚合丙烯酸树脂和/或N-乙烯基己内酰胺(液体活性稀释剂))压印装饰图案。
一般地,根据现有技术,用于制造层压板的打印墨是由公知的颜料混合物和基于酪蛋白的结合剂或本领域技术人员所知的丙烯酸结合剂构成的乳化墨。这种乳化墨一般用在典型深度打印过程中。乳化墨是通常由三种主要成分构成的打印墨,这三种主要成分尤其是(a)溶剂(通常为水)、(b)当溶剂蒸发并形成固体层时聚集的塑料聚合物(丙烯酸)形式的结合剂、以及(c)实现期望封面和视觉的颜料。因此,由于结合剂已经作为聚合物存在,所以这些乳化墨的干燥不能通过聚合实现,而是通过溶剂蒸发实现。在结合剂液化期间,分散体中的聚合物以自由物理方式聚集并且形成固体闭合层。
申请人已经惊喜地发现,即便不使用一般乳化墨而使用可聚合打印墨,也可以实现层系统的改进粘合性质,并且可以实现合适的抗风化性以及由此引起的室外用的适用性。这对于具有聚合物层(尤其是具有硬度梯度)的优选应用极其有效。如果打印墨和聚合物层被固化或聚合在一起(在这种情况中,由于打印墨和聚合物层不在功能上分离,所以打印墨和聚合物层能够被当作装饰层或保护层),则该积极效果极其显著。如上所述,将聚合物层或可聚合打印墨(一般为可聚合丙烯酸酯或紫外线反应的颜料)的固化理解为在聚合期间发生的化学反应。这些层的固化与干燥的区别在于,干燥仅仅是以单纯物理的方式使溶剂(例如打印墨或聚合物层)的水含量蒸发或减少。
由于打印墨的可固化成分(丙烯酸树脂系统和/或N-乙烯基己内酰胺)的固化和聚合物层的聚合,因此在分界面实现两个层的化学交联,化学交联被认为引起层的改进粘合并由此引起良好的抗风化性。通常使用的乳化打印墨不提供可聚合成分,使得不会发生打印墨和聚合物层之间的交联。在本发明中优选使用的可聚合成分包括主要成分丙烯酸酯,例如尤其是丙烯酸酯单体、低聚物和可选择性光起始剂以及作为液体活性稀释剂的N-乙烯基己内酰胺。N-乙烯基己内酰胺可以被添加到打印墨中以及额外地丙烯酸酯稀释剂中并且与其一起发生聚合。可替换地,由于N-乙烯基己内酰胺本身能够聚合,因此可以分散丙烯酸酯并因此提供更大量的N-乙烯基己内酰胺。本领域技术人员能够从,例如德国公开文献DE19702476A1中获知细节。在优选实施例中,可聚合成分大致上由N-乙烯基己内酰胺构成。在起始剂在辐射影响下引起聚合物或低聚物的聚合之前,使得打印墨快速固化。
如上所述,本发明一般优选使用的打印墨是可聚合打印墨并且尤其是可聚合丙烯酸酯系统。可聚合打印墨所包括的主要成分为结合剂或含有反应双键的树脂;单体或低聚物形式的可聚合成分,例如丙烯酸酯单体或丙烯酸酯低聚物;可选择的用于辐射固化打印墨的光起始剂;添加剂,例如上述N-乙烯基己内酰胺、消泡剂、延伸添加剂、增稠剂及其他;颜料,例如酞菁颜料、冰染染料、靛蓝染料、黑染料和/或炭黑;以及用于获取特定物理技术性质的填充物。一般优选地,用于本发明的打印墨进一步地是可辐射固化的,例如尤其是可经过紫外线辐射固化(可紫外线固化)的打印墨。更优选地,打印墨是可紫外线固化、可聚合丙烯酸酯系统。
优选地,底涂层基于水性分散体(优选水性丙烯酸酯系统)并且具有合适的成分以便能够利用帘式涂布方法进行涂布。已经惊喜地发现,即便在塑料表面(尤其是PVC表面)上使用水性分散体,也可以实现令人满意的粘附性质。根据现有技术,通过辊子涂布方法将底涂层涂料施加到载体层的表面。在这种辊子涂布方法中,涂布材料(底涂层)通过辊子直接分散到待涂布表面,或者通过挤压辊子间接地挤压到待涂布的部件上的涂布带上。本发明的发明人已经注意到,由于以这种方式生成并且具有精致详细打印物的表面通常对于仿造实木表面是必须的,所以它们不能实现实际期望的分辨率和清晰度。尤其是,使用优选的可聚合打印墨通常导致打印图像中的干扰带。发明人已经惊喜地注意到,如果不使用棍子涂布法而使用帘式涂布法,则可以避免这些问题。在施加涂布材料的情况中,假设辊子涂布法中的辊子或者通过辊子直接施加到待涂布表面,或者间接施加到涂布带上,由于辊子的圆度,能够在转移涂料中实现最小的表面波纹度。然而,该波形表面的峰和谷如此小以致这样生成的表面可以通过已知的乳化墨法压印。然而,假设这样涂布表面的非常小的不平整度在使用可聚合打印墨期间解决了上述问题。在任何情况中,在使用可聚合打印墨(尤其是可聚合丙烯酸酯系统)时产生的不期望的条可以通过施加底涂层涂料来得到有效避免。
本领域技术人员从现有技术(例如,EP1252937A1)中知晓帘式涂布法和系统,因此省略相同内容的详细描述。重点在于在帘式涂布方法产生了涂布材料的液体帘,其中引导待涂布的部件经过该液体帘。不用辊子进行涂布。
在优选实施例中,底涂层提供了15g/m2-150g/m2之间(surfacemass),优选30g/m2-100g/m2之间的表面质量,更优选40g/m2-70g/m2之间的表面质量,以及最优选50g/m2-75g/m2之间的表面质量。在优选实施例中,该表面质量引起厚度在5μm-300μm之间,优选在15μm-200μm之间,更优选在20μm-180μm之间,以及最优选在25μm-100μm之间的底涂层材料的。已经发现,这些表面质量或底涂层涂料的厚度为其上的打印装饰图案提供了最佳覆盖物。
固化后的聚合物层的总厚度应当为20μm-300μm,更优选为40μm-250μm,更优选为50μm-220μm以及最优选为60μm-180μm。用于聚合物层的优选材料为1,6-己二醇酯、聚酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和二丙基二乙酸(dipropylendicyclodiacrylate)。
为了增加地板的耐用性,进一步优选地设置含有紫外线吸收剂和/或原子团拦截剂(radical interceptors)形式的添加剂的膜或聚合物层。优选地,应当以适宜的数量或质量施加紫外线吸收剂,以便达到至少99%的紫外线阻挡。购买得到的原子团拦截剂应当显著减缓由于尤其是太阳辐射所引起的聚合物层的热氧化攻击,。
更优选地,如果地板在其前面边缘包括斜面,则在两个相邻面板的安装状态下下,在面板之间形成V型或U型槽。在矩形面板中,例如面板朝向前面的四个边缘成斜角,以便在安装时在面板的相邻边缘形成这种槽。由于安装时该槽可以很好地在视觉上隐藏底层产生的不平坦,因此该槽是有益的。
载板提供了优选在3-20mm之间,更优选在4-15mm之间,更优选在3-12mm之间,以及最更优选在4-10mm之间的厚度。
本发明还涉及室外用地板的生产方法或使用方法,其中,根据本发明,在室外区域通过连接面板来安装多个面板。根据本发明,如上所述,由于面板的载板相对较薄(尤其是优选厚度仅为3-20mm),因此地板地面优选地被适当预处理以允许不同面板的平坦安装。因此,已经发现,极其适合设置具有砂砾材料层或床的地板地面以便在砂砾材料层上安装面板。例如,使用晶粒尺寸为2mm-32mm的石块或碎矿石成分作为砂砾。更优选地,使用更小的晶粒尺寸,即,优选为3mm-25mm,更优选为3mm-15mm,以及最优选为3mm-10mm。在这些优选晶粒尺寸范围内的砂砾颗粒的质量分数应当至少为90%。换言之,100个砂砾颗粒中至少有90个应当在优选范围内,以实现相对较薄的载板的平坦和适当安装。在安装砂砾床期间,为了避免地板安装区域遭受积水,必须施加合适的排水通道。

具体实施方式
在图1中,在部分剖视示意图中,示出了彼此连接前不久的两个类似地板10和10’。地板10和10’包括载板11和11’,根据本发明,载板11和11’由水泥纤维板、聚氯乙烯板或乙酰化材MDF板或HDF板组成。该地板在其边缘处设有以槽元件14和榫元件15形式存在的联结装置,以允许在平行于前面的方向上以及垂直于前面的方向上通过形状配合(formfit)来连接多个板。因此,每个板在纵向边缘处设有榫元件14并且在相对的纵向边缘处设有相应的槽元件15。在横向边缘处,通常设有补充性联结装置,以允许通过单纯降低(pure lowering)来连接两个板。对层压板生产领域的技术人员而言(例如,同一申请人的W00188306或WO0148332),这种互锁轮廓的细节是公知的。本领域技术人员能够从图2(其中板10和10’被示为处于连接状态)中得出,在图2中不可能通过水平向左或向右移动来分开处于所示连接状态的两个板,也不可能仅仅通过单纯竖直抬起来脱离右板10’与左板10的连接。如图1所隐含的,只有通过角运动才可以实现这些板的结合。在板的前面上,设有装饰层或保护层16,根据本发明,该层可以由具有硬度梯度的辐射固化丙烯酸酯膜或聚合物层构成。层16优选地设有装饰图案(例如实木仿造物),同时层16是透明的并且由此能够看到放置在下方的装饰物,该装饰物可以例如直接设置在载板的前面。
如图1和2中进一步所示,板10和10’在其前面边缘上均设有斜面18,以便在两个相邻板的安装状态下,在板10和10’之间形成V形槽。该V形槽能够在图2中最佳地看到。
图3示出了两个板10和10’被放置在砂砾床上时的示意图。砂砾床30具有,例如1cm-20cm、优选5cm-6cm的厚度。因此,优选地,砂砾由厚度为3mm-10mm、高达90%(质量分数)的晶粒尺寸构成,以便能够极其合适且平坦地安装板10和10’。

Claims (21)

1.一种室外用地板,包括
载板,其具有前面和背面,其中,所述载板在其前面上具有装饰层或保护层并且在其侧面具有槽元件和榫元件形式的联结装置,所述联结装置允许在平行于所述前面的方向以及垂直于所述前面的方向上通过形状配合来连接多个类似面板,其特征在于,
所述载板的材料从以下材料构成的组中选择:
乙酰化材的MDF板或HDF板;
纤维水泥板;
聚氯乙烯;
并且所述装饰层或所述保护层的材料从以下材料构成的组中选择:
辐射固化的含丙烯酸酯的膜;
具有硬度梯度的聚合物层,其中从所述聚合物层的表面看,所述聚合物层的硬度随着深度的增加而大致连续地降低。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述膜通过聚氨酯粘合剂粘合到所述载板的前面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,在所述纤维水泥板的背面设有玻璃非织造物、防水膜(例如PVC)、或丙烯酸酯涂层。
4.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述膜压印有装饰物,尤其是木材装饰物、砖纹装饰物或石纹装饰物。
5.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述载板的前面在所述膜或所述聚合物层下设有底涂层。
6.根据前述权利要求所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述底涂层压印有装饰物。
7.根据前述权利要求所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,用于打印所述装饰物的打印墨含有可聚合丙烯酸树脂和/或N-乙烯基己内酰胺。
8.根据前述权利要求所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,用于打印所述装饰物的打印墨含有占所述打印墨的重量比例为2%-50%,更优选为5%-40%以及最优选为10%-30%的可聚合丙烯酸树脂和/或N-乙烯基己内酰胺。
9.根据权利要求7或8所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述装饰层或所述保护层是具有硬度梯度的聚合物层,并且所述打印墨和所述装饰层优选通过辐射固化在一起。
10.根据权利要求5-9中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述底涂层基于水性丙烯酸酯系统并且优选地适于用帘式涂布法进行涂布。
11.根据权利要求5-10中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述底涂层提供了在5μm-300μm之间,优选在15μm-200μm之间,更优选在20μm-180μm之间,以及最优选在25μm-100μm之间的厚度。
12.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述板不设有耐磨颗粒,例如尤其是氧化铝颗粒。
13.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述膜为纸质膜并且利用丙烯酸酯浸渍。
14.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述膜或所述聚合物层包括紫外线吸收剂和/或原子团拦截剂形式的添加剂。
15.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述膜或所述聚合物层以实现至少99%的紫外线阻挡的方式包含紫外线吸收剂形式的添加剂。
16.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述板在所述前面的边缘处包含斜面,以便在两个相邻板的安装状态下在所述板之间形成V型或U型槽。
17.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述载板提供了在3-20mm之间,优选在4-15mm之间,更优选在3-12mm之间,以及最更优选在4-10mm之间的厚度。
18.根据前面权利要求中任一项所述的室外用地板,其特征在于,所述聚合物层(19)基于以下丙烯酸酯的一者或多者:1,6-己二醇酯、聚酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯和二丙基二乙酸。
19.一种用于制造室外区域的地板的面板的使用方法,包括步骤:
提供根据权利要求1-18中任一项所述的多个板;
通过相应的连接装置连接所述面板来在室外区域安装所述面板。
20.根据权利要求19所述的使用方法,其特征在于,对地板地面提供砂砾材料层并且将所述面板安装在所述砂砾材料层上。
21.根据权利要求20所述的使用方法,其特征在于,所述砂砾材料含有大小在2-32mm之间,优选在3-25mm之间,更优选在3-15之间,以及最优选在3-10mm之间、质量分数为90%的颗粒。
