不锈钢材质的过滤器表面处理工艺,其流程主要有:1、抛磨、抛光:根据亮带装饰的位置,对焊接完毕的过滤器亮带进行抛磨、抛光,抛光完毕后将过滤器表面清理干净。2、抛丸:将抛光完毕的过滤器进行抛丸,抛丸时间约30-40分钟,抛丸时间可适当调整。抛丸完毕后进行表面、内部清洁。3、防护:防护过滤器法兰及筒体外表面,防止喷漆时污染法兰及筒体外表面。4、内部防腐:内表面喷防腐面漆,喷涂三遍,如漆膜厚度达不到要求,可适当调整喷漆遍数。喷涂完毕后,进行烘干。5、酸洗钝化:对过滤器进行酸洗钝化。6、喷漆:将过滤器外表面及内部进行防护,对法兰密封面喷防腐漆处理,以美观平整为准。喷漆完毕后烘干。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于不锈钢材质过滤器表面处理工艺,属于不锈钢过滤器制造领域。
背景技术
在给排水设备、化工机械中经常用到不锈钢材质的过滤器,此类过滤器在制造过程中经过焊接工序,而且焊缝易变色,严重影响过滤器的美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够解决以上问题,既可提高过滤器表面美观性和耐腐蚀能力,又容易实施的表面处理技术。
本发明采用抛光处理、抛丸处理及内部防腐处理,是工件表面美观、耐腐蚀能力都得到提高,提高产品的档次。
具体实施方式
本方法适合用于不锈钢材质的过滤器表面处理工艺,其具体操作流程如下:
1、抛磨、抛光:根据亮带装饰的位置,对焊接完毕的过滤器亮带进行抛磨、抛光,抛光完毕后将过滤器表面清理干净。
2、抛丸:将抛光完毕的过滤器进行抛丸,抛丸时间约30-40分钟,抛丸时间可适当调整。抛丸完毕后进行表面、内部清洁。
3、防护:防护过滤器法兰及筒体外表面,防止喷漆时污染法兰及筒体外表面。
4、内部防腐:内表面喷防腐面漆,喷涂三遍,如漆膜厚度达不到要求,可适当调整喷漆遍数。喷涂完毕后,进行烘干。
5、酸洗钝化:对过滤器进行酸洗钝化。
6、喷漆:将过滤器外表面及内部进行防护,对法兰密封面喷防腐漆处理,以美观平整为准。喷漆完毕后烘干。

1.一种应用于不锈钢材质过滤器表面处理工艺,其特征在于有如下操作流程:
抛磨、抛光:根据亮带装饰的位置,对焊接完毕的过滤器亮带进行抛磨、抛光,抛光完毕后将过滤器表面清理干净。
2.抛丸:将抛光完毕的过滤器进行抛丸,抛丸时间约30-40分钟,抛丸时间可适当调整,抛丸完毕后进行表面、内部清洁。
3.防护:防护过滤器法兰及筒体外表面,防止喷漆时污染法兰及筒体外表面。
4.内部防腐:内表面喷防腐面漆,喷涂三遍,如漆膜厚度达不到要求,可适当调整喷漆遍数,喷涂完毕后,进行烘干。
5.酸洗钝化:对过滤器进行酸洗钝化。
