背景技术
饮料是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造工艺生产出来,供人们直接饮用的液体食品。饮料除提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、乳以及各种氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等营养成分。现在随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对饮料的营养价值要求越来越高,普通饮料已不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
针对上述现状,本发明的目的是提供一种蜂蜜山药汁,其富含山药和蜂蜜及其它成分的营养物质,具有很高的保健价值。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种蜂蜜山药汁,由以下重量份原料制成:

上述蜂蜜山药汁的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将山药清洗干净放入蒸锅中,蒸15分钟;
(2)将蒸熟的山药放入削皮机中削皮,然后加适量水送入打浆机中打浆,得山药浆液备用;
(3)将苹果和柠檬清洗干净,去皮送入榨汁机中榨汁,过滤得苹果柠檬汁;
(4)将苹果柠檬汁加热,并加入蜂蜜、牛奶、白砂糖搅拌均匀,煮沸5分钟;
(5)将山药浆液和步骤(4)得到的果汁混合搅拌均匀;
(6)装罐、消毒、入库。
本发明的主原料山药,味甘,性平;归肺、脾、肾经。具有以下几种功效:1.健脾益胃助消化:有利于脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之品。不论脾阳亏或胃阴虚,皆可食用。临床上常与胃肠饮同用治脾胃虚弱,食少体倦,泄泻等病症。2.滋肾益精:强健机体,滋肾益精的作用。大凡肾亏遗精、妇女白带多、小便频数等症,皆可服之。3.降低血糖:有降低血糖的作用。可用于治疗糖尿病,是糖尿病人的食疗佳品。4.延年益寿有效阻止血脂在血管壁的沉淀,预防心血疾病。取得益志安神,延年益寿的功效。
本发明的主原料蜂蜜是一种营养丰富的食品。蜂蜜中的果糖和葡萄糖容易被人体吸收,蜂蜜对某些慢性病还有一定的疗效。常服蜂蜜对于心脏病、高血压、肺病、眼病、肝脏病、痢疾、便秘、贫血、神经系统疾病、胃和十二指肠溃疡病等都有良好的辅助医疗作用。蜂蜜含有其他多种人体不可或缺的微量元素,所以还是天然的美容保健品。
本发明的主原料苹果是种低热量食物,每100克只产生60千卡热量;苹果中营养成份可溶性大,易被人体吸收,故有“活水”之称,有利于溶解硫元素,使皮肤润滑柔嫩。苹果中还有铜、碘、锰、锌、钾等元素。
本发明的山药汁,原料易得,制备方法简单,也适合家庭制作,富含多种营养物质,是一种尚佳的饮品。
