技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种菌草茎秆榨汁饮料。
背景技术
菌草在温度适宜地区为多年生植物。抗逆性强,产量高,粗蛋白和糖分含量高,是很好的饮料原料。目前尚未公开相关利用菌草为原料制作的饮料。菌草产业是应用菌草技术及相关技术发展起的一个新的生产体系。使植物-菌物-动物三物对资源的利用形成多次循环转化、综合利用,使菌草产业的社会、经济、生态三点效益有机结合起来。发展菌草产业投资少、周期短、见效快,将对草地开发利用,对水土流失,对菌业、林业、牧业生产,农业结构调整和地区经济发展产生深远影响。
目前,市面上有各种各样的饮料,一般有水果饮料,蔬菜饮料或者植物蛋白饮料。而菌草茎秆未见作为饮料原料使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种菌草茎秆榨汁饮料,充分利用菌草资源和丰富饮料原料来源以达到降低成本,同时提供一种新口味,营养,口感好的饮料。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
菌草茎秆榨汁饮料。由菌草茎秆原汁、水、甜味剂、食品添加剂组成,其中各原料重量百分比为:菌草茎秆原汁 25~95 %,水 5-80%, 甜味剂0%-10%, 食品添加剂0-1.8%。所述菌草系指“杂交狼尾草、细茎杂交狼尾草、紫象草、矮象草、红象草、象草、牧草蔗、巨菌草、皇竹草、台湾甜草、拟高粱、美洲狼尾草、桂牧、南牧、台农、王草、闽牧”其中的一种或几种。
所述甜味剂系指蜂蜜,白砂糖,蔗糖,葡萄糖,果糖,木糖醇,果葡糖浆其中的一种或几种。
所述食品添加剂系指苯甲酸,苯甲酸钠,山梨酸,山梨酸钾,D-异抗坏血酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、维生素C、碳酸氢钠、食用香精、糖精、甜味素、苹果酸、阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜其中的一种或几种。
菌草榨汁饮料的加工工艺为:
(1)收割新鲜菌草,剥去叶片,取茎秆部位备用;
(2)将所得菌草茎秆用清水洗净,晾干,然后放入榨汁机内进行压榨,茎秆压榨至总重量的15%-60%,得到菌草茎秆原汁。
(3)滤去菌草茎秆原汁中的残渣,将菌草茎秆原汁脱色或不脱色。
(4)将菌草茎秆原汁加热至100-105℃保持3-5分钟,钝化酶,冷却备用;
(5)将菌草茎秆原汁与水、甜味剂和食品添加剂充分搅拌均匀。
(6)将混合好的菌草茎秆汁在均质机中进行均质,经高温瞬时杀菌,无菌灌装,冷却成品。
采取上述措施的本发明,保证了产品的质量安全,并能最大程度保持菌草茎秆的营养。改善菌草茎秆榨汁的风味,并提高其营养价值,且适合于各消费群体饮用,且具有显著的保健功能。本产品以新颖材料结合现代生产工艺生产出成本低,风味独特,口感好,且健康的饮料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
(1)取100公斤生长四周的鲜活杂交狼尾草,剥去叶片,取鲜嫩的茎秆部位备用;
将所得杂交狼尾草茎秆用清水洗净,晾干,然后放入榨汁机内进行压榨,榨至总重量的45%.
(2)利用活性炭等进行脱色后,通过离心机或过滤机滤去残渣。
(3)将杂交狼尾草茎秆汁加热至100℃保持3分钟,钝化酶,冷却得到菌草茎秆汁备用;
(4)将45公斤杂交狼尾草茎秆汁与5公斤蜂蜜、2公斤木糖醇,0.02公斤柠檬酸,40公斤水,充分搅拌均匀,过滤得到混合好的菌草茎秆汁。
(5)将混合好的菌草茎秆汁在均质机中进行均质,经高温瞬时杀菌,无菌灌装,冷却后即成。
实施例2
(1)取100公斤生长四周的鲜活巨菌草、紫象草、台湾甜草,剥去叶片,取鲜嫩的茎秆部位备用;
(2)将所得菌草茎秆用清水洗净,晾干,然后放入榨汁机内进行压榨,压榨至总重量的50%。
(3)利用活性炭等进行脱色后,通过离心机或过滤机滤去残渣。
(4)将巨菌草茎秆汁加热至102℃保持4分钟,钝化酶,冷却得到菌草茎秆汁备用;
(5)将20公斤巨菌草茎秆汁、20公斤紫象草茎秆汁、20公斤台湾甜草茎秆汁与8公斤白砂糖、2公斤果葡糖浆、30公斤水、0.008公斤山梨酸钾、0.01公斤D-异抗坏血酸钠、0.006公斤六偏磷酸钠、0.04公斤食用香精充分搅拌均匀,过滤得到混合好的菌草茎秆汁。
(6)将混合好的菌草茎秆汁在均质机中进行均质,经高温瞬时杀菌,无菌灌装,冷却后即成。

1.一种菌草茎秆榨汁饮料,其特征在于由菌草茎秆原汁、水、甜味剂、食品添加剂组成,其中各原料重量百分比为:菌草茎秆原汁 25~95 %,水 5-80%, 甜味剂0%-10%, 食品添加剂0-1.8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种菌草茎秆榨汁饮料,其特征在于:所述菌草指杂交狼尾草、细茎杂交狼尾草、紫象草、矮象草、红象草、象草、牧草蔗、巨菌草、皇竹草、台湾甜草、拟高粱、美洲狼尾草、桂牧、南牧、台农、王草、闽牧其中的一种或几种。
