背景技术
众所周知,胡萝卜不仅富含胡萝卜素,还富含维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、铁、磷等维生素和矿物质。由于胡萝卜中的维生素B2和叶酸有抗癌作用,经常食用可以增强人体的抗癌能力,所以被称为“预防癌症的蔬菜”。美国科学家的一项研究表明,常吃胡萝卜可以预防肺癌。中医认为胡萝卜味甘,性平,有健脾和胃、补肝明目、清热解毒、壮阳补肾、透疹、降气止咳等功效,可用于肠胃不适、便秘、夜盲症(维生素A的作用)、性功能低下、麻疹、百日咳、小儿营养不良等症状。胡萝卜富含维生素,并有轻微而持续发汗的作用,可刺激皮肤的新陈代谢,增进血液循环,从而使皮肤细嫩光滑,肤色红润,对美容健肤有独到的作用。同时,胡萝卜也适宜于皮肤干燥、粗糙,或患毛发苔藓、黑头粉刺、角化型湿疹者食用。胡萝卜里面的胡萝卜素和很多微元素让人的免疫系统增强。胡萝卜素也可以让人体细胞显得更加年轻,让我们的身体呈现出一个较为年轻的机体。胡萝卜素转变成维生素A,有助于增强机体的免疫轼能,在预防上皮细胞癌变的过程中具有重要作用。胡萝卜中的木质素也能提高机体免疫机制,胡萝卜则能降低肺癌患病率。
现有技术中虽然有将胡萝卜榨汁饮用的,但是由于所采用的胡萝卜都是采用一般种植方法收获的胡萝卜,所以其中并没有含有多少人体所需要的锌元素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁及其制备方法,该方法是利用胡萝卜在生长过程中能够有效吸收土壤中微量元素和锌元素并在植物体内富集的原理,在胡萝卜种植过程中,使其充分吸收矿物质,进而是有益元素富集在其内,从而使微量元素和锌大量富集并补充人体。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案为:一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,由新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁得到,所述新鲜的胡萝卜在播种时是播种在表面覆盖有1-2cm厚营养土层的土壤中,按照重量比,所述营养土层的有效成分由7-9份硒矿石粉、8-10份的天青石粉、18-20份的闪锌矿粉、22-24份的氯化锌粉和5-7份的氧化铁粉混合而成。
所述营养土层中还含有7-9份的氮肥、8-10份的磷肥和11-13份的钾肥。

上述富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁的制备方法,所述新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁的具体操作为:采摘成熟的胡萝卜,然后将其切碎后送入蔬菜榨汁机中榨汁,接取榨得的汁液,然后向汁液中加入其重量5%的活性炭粉末,并采用频率为100-120KHZ的超声波震荡2-3min,而后静置、过滤掉活性炭粉末,并向其中加入其总重0.5%的山梨酸钾即得到产品。

1)本发明通过在含有硒矿石粉、天青石粉、闪锌矿粉、氯化锌粉和氧化铁粉的营养土层上种植胡萝卜,使得胡萝卜在生长过程中,一直吸收营养土层中的硒元素、天青石中的镁元素、钙元素、微量锶元素、大量的锌元素和铁元素,并使这些元素在胡萝卜内进行富集,最后通过榨汁被人饮用并吸收,从而补充人体所需的微量元素和锌元素;
2)本发明通过在营养土层表面喷洒盐酸溶液,并覆盖塑料薄膜后静置,从而使营养土层中的营养元素被溶解并渗透到土壤中,更容易被胡萝卜所吸收,喷洒碳酸氨一方面可以调节土壤的pH值,另一方面,也能为土壤提供氮元素,促进胡萝卜的生长;
3)胡萝卜榨汁后,通过超声波震荡处理,能够破坏胡萝卜汁中的植物细胞,从而使细胞中富集的营养元素和微量元素更好的释放出来从而被人体所吸收。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的阐述。
实施例1
一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,由新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁得到,所述新鲜的胡萝卜在播种时是播种在表面覆盖有1cm厚营养土层的土壤中,按照重量比,所述营养土层的有效成分由7份硒矿石粉、8份的天青石粉、18份的闪锌矿粉、22份的氯化锌粉和5份的氧化铁粉混合而成。
以上为本实施例的基本实施方式,可在以上基础上做进一步的改进和优化:
如,所述营养土层中还含有7份的氮肥、8份的磷肥和11份的钾肥;
又如,所述营养土层中还含有6份的花生粕和7份的酒糟;
再如,所述胡萝卜播种之前,先出营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为20%的盐酸溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的15%,喷洒完毕后,用塑料薄膜覆盖在营养土层表面,待3天后揭开塑料薄膜,再向营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为15%的碳酸氨溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的20%,喷洒完毕后继续覆上塑料薄膜静置2天方可播种胡萝卜种子。
上述富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁的制备方法,所述新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁的具体操作为:采摘成熟的胡萝卜,然后将其切碎后送入蔬菜榨汁机中榨汁,接取榨得的汁液,然后向汁液中加入其重量5%的活性炭粉末,并采用频率为100KHZ的超声波震荡2min,而后静置、过滤掉活性炭粉末,并向其中加入其总重0.5%的山梨酸钾即得到产品。
实施例2
一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,由新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁得到,所述新鲜的胡萝卜在播种时是播种在表面覆盖有2cm厚营养土层的土壤中,按照重量比,所述营养土层的有效成分由9份硒矿石粉、10份的天青石粉、20份的闪锌矿粉、24份的氯化锌粉和7份的氧化铁粉混合而成。

如,所述营养土层中还含有9份的氮肥、10份的磷肥和13份的钾肥;
又如,所述营养土层中还含有8份的花生粕和9份的酒糟;
再如,所述胡萝卜播种之前,先出营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为24%的盐酸溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的20%,喷洒完毕后,用塑料薄膜覆盖在营养土层表面,待5天后揭开塑料薄膜,再向营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为20%的碳酸氨溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的22%,喷洒完毕后继续覆上塑料薄膜静置3天方可播种胡萝卜种子。
上述富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁的制备方法,所述新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁的具体操作为:采摘成熟的胡萝卜,然后将其切碎后送入蔬菜榨汁机中榨汁,接取榨得的汁液,然后向汁液中加入其重量5%的活性炭粉末,并采用频率为120KHZ的超声波震荡3min,而后静置、过滤掉活性炭粉末,并向其中加入其总重0.5%的山梨酸钾即得到产品。
实施例3
一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,由新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁得到,所述新鲜的胡萝卜在播种时是播种在表面覆盖有1.5cm厚营养土层的土壤中,按照重量比,所述营养土层的有效成分由8份硒矿石粉、9份的天青石粉、19份的闪锌矿粉、23份的氯化锌粉和6份的氧化铁粉混合而成。

如,所述营养土层中还含有8份的氮肥、9份的磷肥和12份的钾肥;
又如,所述营养土层中还含有7份的花生粕和8份的酒糟;
再如,所述胡萝卜播种之前,先出营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为22%的盐酸溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的17.5%,喷洒完毕后,用塑料薄膜覆盖在营养土层表面,待4天后揭开塑料薄膜,再向营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为17.5%的碳酸氨溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的21%,喷洒完毕后继续覆上塑料薄膜静置2.5天方可播种胡萝卜种子。
上述富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁的制备方法,所述新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁的具体操作为:采摘成熟的胡萝卜,然后将其切碎后送入蔬菜榨汁机中榨汁,接取榨得的汁液,然后向汁液中加入其重量5%的活性炭粉末,并采用频率为110KHZ的超声波震荡2.5min,而后静置、过滤掉活性炭粉末,并向其中加入其总重0.5%的山梨酸钾即得到产品。

1.一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,由新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁得到,其特征在于:所述新鲜的胡萝卜在播种时是播种在表面覆盖有1-2cm厚营养土层的土壤中,按照重量比,所述营养土层的有效成分由7-9份硒矿石粉、8-10份的天青石粉、18-20份的闪锌矿粉、22-24份的氯化锌粉和5-7份的氧化铁粉混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,其特征在于:所述营养土层中还含有7-9份的氮肥、8-10份的磷肥和11-13份的钾肥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,其特征在于:所述营养土层中还含有6-8份的花生粕和7-9份的酒糟。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁,其特征在于:所述胡萝卜播种之前,先出营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为20-24%的盐酸溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的15-20%,喷洒完毕后,用塑料薄膜覆盖在营养土层表面,待3-5天后揭开塑料薄膜,再向营养土层表面喷洒质量浓度为15-20%的碳酸氨溶液,喷洒量为营养土层重量的20-22%,喷洒完毕后继续覆上塑料薄膜静置2-3天方可播种胡萝卜种子。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种富含锌元素的胡萝卜汁的制备方法,其特征在于,所述新鲜的胡萝卜榨汁的具体操作为:采摘成熟的胡萝卜,然后将其切碎后送入蔬菜榨汁机中榨汁,接取榨得的汁液,然后向汁液中加入其重量5%的活性炭粉末,并采用频率为100-120KHZ的超声波震荡2-3min,而后静置、过滤掉活性炭粉末,并向其中加入其总重0.5%的山梨酸钾即得到产品。
