本发明公开了一种单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具,包括:上分流板、下分流板、型腔板、勒板、型芯和顶出杆,所述上分流板的中部设置一浇口套,所述下分流板上设置一阀针,所述阀针一端连接一热注嘴,所述型腔板内设置有型腔,所述热注嘴内置在型腔内,所述勒板内设置有勒套,所述勒套与型芯套接在一起,所述顶出杆连接勒板。通过上述方式,本发明能够降低了模具成本,使产品更好填充,消除熔接痕。

技术领域
本发明涉及五金制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具。
背景技术
目前,大部分的双折内盖为双浇口,在进行模具制造时,双折内盖为双浇口进浇模具上要做双阀针结构,需要做双阀针结构,结构复杂成本高,同时双折内盖的穿刺面比较大造成成型时易有熔接痕。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具,能够降低了模具成本,使产品更好填充,消除熔接痕。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具,包括:上分流板、下分流板、型腔板、勒板、型芯和顶出杆,所述上分流板的中部设置一浇口套,所述下分流板上设置一阀针,所述阀针一端连接一热注嘴,所述型腔板内设置有型腔,所述热注嘴内置在型腔内,所述勒板内设置有勒套,所述勒套与型芯套接在一起,所述顶出杆连接勒板。
进一步说,所述型腔板与勒板之间设立主分型面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明新产品将浇口改到中心单浇口,减少一只阀针,降低了模具成本,使产品更好填充,消除熔接痕。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:一种单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具,包括:上分流板2、下分流板3、型腔板6、勒板9、型芯10和顶出杆11,所述上分流板2的中部设置一浇口套1,所述下分流板3上设置一阀针4,所述阀针4一端连接一热注嘴5,所述型腔板6内设置有型腔7,所述热注嘴5内置在型腔7内,所述勒板9内设置有勒套8,所述勒套8与型芯10套接在一起,所述顶出杆11连接勒板9,所述型腔板6与勒板9之间设立主分型面12。
本发明的工作过程:在合模状态下,塑料由注塑机射出,进入模具的浇口套1中,再沿着流道进入上分流板2和下分流板3中,再进入热注嘴5中。此时的阀针4在气缸的带动下已经后退,浇口打开。塑料从浇口中冲入型腔7、勒套8和型芯10组成的空腔中,塑料将整个型腔填充满后,阀针4在气缸的带动下前进将浇口封死。产品进行冷却,冷却完毕后,模具的动模侧在注塑机的带动下后退,主分型面12打开,主分型面在打开一定距离后停住,然后注塑机上的顶杆顶模具上的顶出杆11,使勒板9向前顶出,产品掉落,完成一次生产动作。模具合模重复以上动作。

1.一种单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具,其特征在于,包括:上分流板、下分流板、型腔板、勒板、型芯和顶出杆,所述上分流板的中部设置一浇口套,所述下分流板上设置一阀针,所述阀针一端连接一热注嘴,所述型腔板内设置有型腔,所述热注嘴内置在型腔内,所述勒板内设置有勒套,所述勒套与型芯套接在一起,所述顶出杆连接勒板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单阀针中心浇口双折内盖模具,其特征在于,所述型腔板与勒板之间设立主分型面。
