Abstract

Description

用于弱电设备的多触脚接线器
本发明涉及一种用于电话或弱电系统包含无焊绝缘体移除接线装置的模块连接式多触脚接线器。其至少包括一个能向下压在触脚接线器座体上的绕枢轴旋转的转盖。当转盖向下压在座体上时,转盖上与座体接触面上延伸出的横梁进到座体的嵌线槽内,并把嵌入的电线压进触脚上的绝缘体移除器中。
无焊式接线在弱电技术的所有领域中正变得日益重要。在此方面,EP-A-0310832专利中请公开了一种与上述同样类型的多触脚接线器。
但这种接线法实际上存在一个问题:电线在压进槽中之前很容易掉出来。这就意味着必须重新把电线再插进去。并且,还有一个不利的情况是,为了使电线保持在原位,转盖压下去后也必须保持不动。
本发明的任备是制造一种上述类型的,并克服了上述缺陷的多触脚接线器。

本发明的任务是这样实现的:在嵌线槽中安有彼此上下排列的档块,其中至少有一个档块位于靠近电线插入的部位,以使嵌入的电电线定位。并且至少有另一个档块位于靠近绝缘体移除器的部位,以紧固被压进移除器的电线。
这样,插入的电线和压进去的电线就不会从槽中掉出,绕枢轴旋转的转盖上用不着加任何锁定装置。
为了利用越来越有限的有效空间及改进绕枢轴旋转的转盖的操作,一个最佳实施例的特征是:转盖可与其后面的后脊一起使用,并可绕轴转动转盖来接触座体后面的后肩;当把转盖压进座体中时,转盖被侧向地卡紧并可和座体分开,或用栓件或扣件紧固;当转盖被打开时,它和座体的后边完全齐平;转盖能以许多不同的方式协助将电线压入多触脚接线器的绝缘体移除器中。
下面,参照附图对本发明的实施例更详细说明。
图1是本发明多触脚接线器打开转盖的局部剖视图。

图3是图1的嵌线槽放大剖视图。
图1和图2中所示的多触脚接线器通常是一个紧凑的条状块,它为每一根电线20设置一个横向槽5。向下伸延的触脚7上的绝缘体移除器6垂直排列在每一个槽5中,这样相邻的触脚7通常位于不同的平面上(图中未画)。
上面已对多触脚接线器作了说明,下面说明绝缘体移除接线装置。它包括一个可绕枢轴旋转的转盖3。转盖3能向下压在多触脚接线器1的座体2上。彼此有间距的横梁从转盖3的接触面向下延伸,当转盖3向下压在座体2上时,横梁进入座体2的槽5中,并把嵌入的电线20压进触脚7的绝缘体移除器6中。
如本文的开头所述,特别从图3中可看出,本发明的重点是槽5中设置有彼此上下排列的横向档块11、12,至少有一个档块11位于靠近电线插入的部位,以将嵌入的电线定位,并且至少有另一档块12位于靠近绝缘体移除器的部位,以将被压进绝缘体移除器的电线紧固。
上述特征防止了插入的电线在被压入所设计的安放它们的槽中之前掉出来。这就意味着不必再重复这个过程。再者,转盖压下去后不必再为紧固嵌入的电线而保持不动。
为了利用越来越有限的有效空间及改进转盖上的操作,一个最佳实施例的特征是:如图1详细地示出的那样,转盖3的后面附有后脊,并且转盖3绕枢轴转动与座体2后部的后肩8接触。用这种方式连接,特点是转盖3不会超出座体2的后部,即,转盖打开时和座体的后部完全齐平。
另一个优点是,当把转盖3压进座体中时,转盖被侧向地卡紧而可和座体分开,或也可用栓件或扣件紧固转盖(细节没示出)。
由于嵌入的电线20被下档块12向下档住,用转盖3可以在许多不同的方位协助把线压入多触脚接线器的绝缘体移除器中去。

Claims (5)

1.一种用于电话和弱电系统包含无焊绝缘体移除接线装置的模块连接式多触脚接线器,其至少包括一个能向下压在所述多触脚接线器(1)的座体(2)上的绕枢轴旋转的转盖(3),横梁(4)从所述转盖(3)向下延伸,当所述转盖(3)向下压在所述座体(2)上时,所述横梁(4)进到所述座体(2)的嵌线槽(5)中,并把嵌入的电线压入触脚(7)的绝缘体移除器(6)中,其特征在于,所述嵌线槽(5)中装有彼此上下排列的横向档块(11、12),其中至少有一个档块(11)位于靠近电线插入的部位,以将嵌入的所述电线定位,并且至少有另一个档块(12)位于靠近所述绝缘体移除器的部位,以固定被压入所述绝缘体移除器的所述电线。
2.如权利要求1所述的多触脚接线器,其特征在于,所述转盖(3)可与其后面的后脊(9)一起使用,并可绕枢轴转动所述转盖以便和所述座体(2)后部的后肩(8)接触。
3.如权利要求1所述的多触脚接线器,其特征在于,当把所述转盖(3)压进所述座体(2)中,所述转盖(3)被侧向地卡紧而可和所述座体分开,或也可用栓件或扣件紧固所述转盖。
4.如权利要求1所述的多触脚接线器,其特征在于,当转盖(3)打开时,所述转盖和所述座体(2)的后边完全齐平。
5.如权利要求1所述的多触脚接线器,其特征在于,所述转盖(3)能以许多不同的方式协助将所述电线压入所述多触脚接线器的绝缘体移除器中。
