Abstract

本发明涉及一种接线盒状的、由上部和下部组成的电缆连接件(1、2),它在一个接线盒部分(1)上设有一锁闭杆(9、10),为了锁闭这两个接线盒部分(1、2),锁闭杆与在另一个接线盒部分上的凸块(11)配合作用。由此保证无需特别费力地可靠锁闭,以便实际上自动互相连接两根电缆。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆连接器,形式上为一个由至少两个可绕一根回转轴线彼此翻转的部分组成的接线盒,用于将一根具有多条形式上为铰合线的芯线的扁形电缆与至少一根同样具有多条形式上为绞合线的芯线的圆形电缆导电连接,电缆连接器具有一个接线盒上部,用于从侧向彼此分离地容纳处于接线盒上部内的规定的连接段中除去护层的圆形电缆的已除去绝缘层的芯线,并且电缆连接器还具有一个用于安装扁形电缆的接线盒下部,以及一些导电的触点接通元件,所述的圆形电缆的芯线可以与这些触点接通元件连接以及这些触点接通元件设有插尖,用于刺穿芯线绝缘层和插入扁形电缆的芯线的绞合线内。
背景技术
例如在PCT申请WO03/021721中介绍了这样一种电缆连接器,其中,要互相连接的多芯电缆优选地一边设计为扁平电缆以及另一边设计为圆形电缆。
在这种已知的电缆连接器中,触点接通元件固定在构成接线盒上部一个部分的中间件内。触点接通元件有不仅向下而且向上伸出的插尖,所以通过压紧这些接线盒部分自动建立两根电缆之间的连接。与触点接通元件的插尖是压入两根电缆或是只压入一根电缆中无关,都必须用比较大的力量,以便具有所要求的可靠性地实现锁闭过程。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是,克服上述缺点和提供能用简单而廉价的方式锁闭电缆连接器的装置。
一种开头所定义的类型的电缆连接器中,按本发明,此目的通过权利要求1特征部分所述特征达到。
在从属权利要求中说明按本发明的电缆连接器特别的实施形式。

下面借助附图所示的实施例详细阐述本发明。其中:

图1至3中表示的接线盒状电缆连接器有一个接线盒上部1和一个接线盒下部2,它们可以绕一根位于左侧的回转轴线彼此翻转。电缆连接器用于将圆形电缆3的芯线与扁形电缆4的芯线用简单的方法连接起来。
借助线夹5、5’固定在去接线盒上部1进口处的圆形电缆3的各除去绝缘层的芯线3’,(借助夹子7和螺钉8)连接在导电的触点接通元件6上。
配属于各芯线3’的触点接通元件6有向下定向的插尖6’,当两个接线盒部分1、2合拢时插尖6’自动穿过绝缘层刺入扁形电缆4的绞合线4’内以及建立所期望的电连接。
为了能施加为完全合拢接线盒部分所需要的力,作为本发明的核心,在接线盒上部1上铰接一根锁闭杆9。锁闭杆9设计为弓形以及每个弓臂分别铰接在接线盒上部1的一侧。
每个弓臂设一锁闭爪10,它与在接线盒下部2对置侧上的一个相关凸块11配合作用,以便在杆9逆转时借助杠杆作用将两个接线盒部分彼此压紧(和固定),以及在这种情况下不需要特别费力地将插尖6’压入扁形电缆4的绞合线芯线4’内。
图4示意表示按本发明的电缆连接器一种改型。主要的差别在于再为接线盒上部1配设一个中间件1’,它用于固定触点接通元件6。触点接通元件既有向下伸出也有向上伸出的插尖6’或6”。
除去护层的圆形电缆3各芯线3’,在不除去绝缘层的情况下,在连接器闭合时被上部插尖6”抓住并因而电连接(与下部插尖6’相应,它们刺入扁形电缆的绞合线芯线4’内)。为了锁闭电缆连接器在这里也设按本发明重要的锁闭杆9。

Claims (3)

1.电缆连接器,形式上为一个由至少两个可绕一根回转轴线彼此翻转的部分组成的接线盒,用于将一根具有多条形式上为绞合线的芯线的扁形电缆与至少一根同样具有多条形式上为绞合线的芯线的圆形电缆导电连接,电缆连接器具有一个接线盒上部,用于从侧向彼此分离地容纳处于接线盒上部内的规定的连接段中除去护层的圆形电缆的已除去绝缘层的芯线,并且电缆连接器还具有一个用于容纳扁形电缆的接线盒下部以及一些导电的触点接通元件,圆形电缆的芯线可以与这些触点接通元件连接并且这些触点接通元件设有插尖,用于刺穿芯线绝缘层和插入扁形电缆的芯线的绞合线内,其特征为:为了使接线盒上部和接线盒下部合拢和相互闭锁继而将触点接通元件压入到扁形电缆的要连接的芯线内,设有一个锁闭杆,它与回转轴线隔开距离地铰接在一个接线盒部分上并具有一锁闭爪,锁闭爪与另一个接线盒部分上的一个固定凸块相互作用,使得在朝锁闭方向操纵锁闭杆时,两个接线盒部分彼此合拢。
2.按照权利要求1所述的电缆连接器,其特征为:锁闭杆设计为弓状,跨接支承锁闭杆的接线盒部分,并且弓臂铰接在此接线盒部分的两侧以及每个臂具有一个锁闭爪,锁闭爪分别与另一个接线盒部分的在相对置的侧面上的一个相关的凸块配合作用。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的电缆连接器,其中,接线盒上部本身由两个可以互相连接的部分组成,亦即由一个盖和一个位于盖下方的中间体组成,要连接的圆形电缆的未除去绝缘层的芯线应装入盖与中间件之间,其特征为:触点接通元件具有向上和向下伸出的插尖,用于插入两根电缆的绞合线内,并且触点接通元件安装和固定在中间件上,此总体设计为,触点接通元件的插尖从中间件的两个与接线盒上部或接线盒下部的盖相对置的表面如此长地向要互相连接的芯线伸出,即,当借助锁闭杆通过合拢接线盒上部和下部将上部、中间件和下部夹层状组合时,芯线互相自动电连接。
