Abstract
本发明涉及一种放置熏制食品的袋,所述袋是由隔热可折叠的材料制成,最好是由金属箔或纸或由金属膜包覆的纸或类似材料制成。在传统产品上,同时进行调味和熏制是很不方便的。根据本发明的袋(1)的内部装有放出气味的材料,因此在袋内熏制的食品可以得到所希望的味道。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于放置熏制食品的熏制袋,所述袋是用隔热可折叠材料制成,最好是用金属箔或纸或附有金属膜的类似材料制成。
为了加热香肠和其它肉制品,用所谓的焙烧袋,把它们放在一灼热的煤层上或放在火炉中来进行。这样的袋只能用于加热食品。
把鱼和肉放在各种烟气单元,烟气盒,容器及类似物中进行熏制。这类附件有一个与把鱼和肉支撑在其上的炉篦或类似物相结合的可封闭空间。为了产生充满烟气的大气,在烟气空间的底部放置一些适当的小木片,在这些小木片进行闷燃并因此产生一种所希望的气味而使这种味道很象是鱼和肉。烟气盒和类似产品相对较贵,很沉并体积大。从一个地方运到另一个地方很不方便。例如,在捕鱼时并不能确定一定能捕到鱼,因此,随身带上熏制设备是不方便的,所以常常将它们留下。
一般食品是通过放在佐料溶剂中腌泡或在其整个表面上涂或喷淋佐料来进味的。腌制要用很长的时间,而喷淋佐料又很难使佐料均匀。
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于熏制食品的袋,它能克服用常规方法和设备产生的缺点和不足。本发明的目的特别是获得一种适于给食品所希望的味道且提供更快更有效的熏制食品的袋。本发明的进一步目的是提供一种袋,它的生产成本低,结构简单,重量轻,可以折成很小的尺寸并使用方便。
本发明的目的是通过由后面所附的权利要求书中的所述特征来完成的。
本发明的袋预装有适于放出所希望味的材料。袋的材料可以由任何已知的隔热的适于做袋的材料制成,例如金属箔或纸或附有金属膜的类似材料。由于材料很薄,所以袋很轻,生产成本低。该袋是可折叠的,可以占有很小空间并容易运输。放在袋内的用于放出气味的材料是能产生无毒气味的适当的材料。由于食品放入袋内且袋被加热,所以在袋内的材料也被加热。从材料中释放出来的气体混入食品周围的大气中,因而被食品吸收。同时食品原有的味道被盖住。通过适当地选加在袋内的材料,食品原有的味道根据需要可以被加强或被改变。该袋适于做各种食品。
在本发明的一个较好的应用中,在袋内部设有一个或多个中间部壁,且产生气味的材料就放在所述中间部壁和袋底部壁之间的空间中。中间部壁是由适当的材料制成,它有多个孔,该孔可以使气体通过该孔渗透到装有鱼或肉或其它食品的袋内空间。这防止了食品粘到中间部壁上,并可让食品中放出的油脂通过该孔流到中间空间中。
本发明的另一最佳实施例中,至少在袋的一个内壁上附有产生气味的材料。这种材料可以是,例如,薄木片或其它适当材料。这样的薄片材料可以附在烟气熏制袋的一个或多个内壁上。根据本发明,薄片可以是各种合适的尺寸。如一个壁上可以有几个彼此隔开有一小段距离的薄片,因此在这些薄片之间的空隙处可以将袋方便地折叠起来。这种方法提供了一种在运输和储存中能折叠成很小尺寸的袋。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,将木质材料放在袋内,因此该袋象一个熏制盒一样地使用。为此,可以适当地使用几种不同的木质材料。放在袋内的木质材料可以是压制的,切片的,薄片的或其它形式。在另一个较好的实施例中,为了产生气味,在袋内放了不同种的能放出味或颜色的材料或佐料及类似材料。而且木质材料和调味材料和/或佐料可一起放入袋内。

图2表示图1所述袋在打开使用时的横截面侧视图。
根据附图,该袋1是由用金属箔或类似材料制成的袋。在袋的边部是通过隔热密封方法来进行密封的。在图中,上部4设有褶页边5。该褶页边5的下边部与袋底部壁6密封在一起。该底部壁6有一个附在其上的作为中间壁的中间部壁2,并且在中间部壁2和底部壁6之间形成一个间隙3,将一定量的木质材料,例如最好是碎桤木,和糖放在该间隙3中。该中间部壁2是由与袋的材料相同的材料制成,而且在其上打有多个孔。在某些实施例中由于中间部壁2上不用受到象袋底部材料所受的那种高温,所以袋可以用不同的材料构成。
当袋被折叠时,该袋可以象常规的袋一样通过折叠折成一个很小尺寸或易于携带的大小。为了使用,打开袋口,用手放在袋内打开折叠处整成所希望的形状。将要被熏制成食品的鱼或肉放入中间底部上,例如,通过卷起袋口来封住该袋口,并把袋放在明火,闷燃火或其它任何形式的热源上,或在这些附近。在加热袋时,随着鱼或肉的熏制,木质材料迅速烧焦并通过在中间壁上的孔把释放的烟气放入装有鱼或肉的袋内空间中。
在经过熏制后,通过用例如剪子或刀子打开袋的开口,使割开的边摊开以便准备食用鱼或肉。因此肉或鱼就诱人地处于中间底部上准备食用。
必须明白以上所述最佳实施例并不把本发明限制在这些应用上,而可以在所附的权利要求书中所限定的范围内变化。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于熏制食品的袋,其特征在于,具有由隔热、可折叠的材料制成的壁,所述壁包括底部壁(6)和褶页边壁(5),所述的壁之间限定了一个用于接纳并封装被熏制食品的空间,以及在所述接纳食品的空间与至少某些所述的壁之间限定一气体循环间隙孔;
一中间部壁(2)被固定到所述底部壁(6)上,由此所述要熏制的食品将可置于中间部壁(2)上,在所述中间部壁(2)和底部壁(6)之间限定一间隙(3),用于放置放出气味的材料,所述中间部壁(2)上有孔,由此允许气体从所述放出气味材料中释放出而进入气体循环间隙孔;和
一位于所述间隙(3)中用于释放香味气体的材料,所述材料包括木质材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征在于,所述材料包括熏制食品佐料。
3.如权利要求1所述的袋,其特征在于,所述壁是由金属箔材料制成的。
