Abstract

本发明公开一种防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,包括一透明基材层,此透明基材层的上、下表面分别涂覆有第一防蓝光胶粘层、第二防蓝光胶粘层,所述第一防蓝光胶粘层另一表面贴覆有第一离型材料层,所述第二防蓝光胶粘层另一表面贴覆有第二离型材料层;所述第一防蓝光胶粘层、第二防蓝光胶粘层均由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯固化剂0.075~0.1份、丁酮10~20份、纳米CeO2:Er 荧光粉2~5份、六甲基磷酰三胺0.2~0.5份、过氧化苯甲酰1~2份、硅油0.2~0.5份。本发明防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带具有抗蓝光的作用,也解决了厚度不易控制,固化收缩容易产生气泡的问题,从而在触摸显示屏上得到更好的应用。

Description

防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,特别涉及一种用于触摸屏能够对无机玻璃及有机塑料片具有较好粘结性能的OCA光学胶带。
背景技术
近年来,触摸屏的发展极为迅速,随着对多媒体信息查询的与日俱增,人们对触摸屏的应用越来越多。OCA光学胶带由于具备无色透明、透过率在90%以上、胶结强度良好、具有固化收缩小,不产生黄变等优点,特别对ITO玻璃以及光学元件无腐蚀等优点,所以凭借其优良的物理和化学性能,被最广泛的应用于触摸屏行业。
同时随着电子科技的迅猛发展,手机电脑、电视等电子产品成了人们生活的必需品,人们每天需要花费很多的时间来面对这些电子产品,然而这些电子产品的LED灯发出的光中包含有对人体伤害非常大的蓝光。蓝光是指波长为380nm~480nm的高能量光,其可以穿透晶状体到达视网膜,使视网膜色素的上皮细胞衰亡,导致光敏感细胞缺少养分,从而引起不可逆的视力损伤,并且蓝光在遇到空气中的细小粒子时散射几率较高,容易产生眩光,此外蓝光还会刺激大脑,抑制褪黑素分泌并提高肾上腺皮质素的生成从而破坏激素分泌平衡直接影响睡眠质量。
因此,开发一种防蓝光光学胶带,将其用于电子产品中,在具有较佳光学性能的前提下,还能吸收蓝光,这将对保护人体的健康有着非常重大的意义。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,此防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带具有抗蓝光的作用,也解决了厚度不易控制,固化收缩容易产生气泡的问题,从而在触摸显示屏上得到更好的应用。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,包括一透明基材层,此透明基材层的上、下表面分别涂覆有第一防蓝光胶粘层、第二防蓝光胶粘层,所述第一防蓝光胶粘层另一表面贴覆有第一离型材料层,所述第二防蓝光胶粘层另一表面贴覆有第二离型材料层;所述第一防蓝光胶粘层、第二防蓝光胶粘层均由以下组分组成:
丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂 100份,
异氰酸酯固化剂 0.075~0.1份,
丁酮 10~20份,
纳米CeO2:Er 荧光粉 2~5份,
六甲基磷酰三胺 0.2~0.5份,
过氧化苯甲酰 1~2份,
硅油 0.2~0.5份;
所述异氰酸酯固化剂型号为拜耳L-75;
所述的丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围200~800万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃;
所述透明基材层厚度为50~100μm,透光率>98%,雾度<1.0%。
上述技术方案中进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述防蓝光涂层的厚度为0.5~3μm。
2. 上述方案中,所述透明基材层为聚乙烯薄膜层或聚丙烯薄膜层或聚酯薄膜层。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,其既具有抗蓝光的作用,对蓝紫高能短波有吸收转化的功能,360nm-500nm 蓝光波段过滤率达90% 以上,更好的保护眼睛健康;也对无机玻璃及有机塑料片具有较好粘结性能;其次,特定的配方组合,解决了液态光学胶由于纳米CeO2:Er 荧光粉加入导致厚度不易控制,固化收缩容易产生气泡的问题,从而有效避免了气泡的产生,在触摸显示屏上得到更好的应用。

实施例1~4:一种防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,包括一透明基材层1,此透明基材层1的上、下表面分别涂覆有第一防蓝光胶粘层2、第二防蓝光胶粘层3,所述第一防蓝光胶粘层2另一表面贴覆有第一离型材料层4,所述第二防蓝光胶粘层3另一表面贴覆有第二离型材料层4;所述第一防蓝光胶粘层2、第二防蓝光胶粘层3均由以下组分组成:

上述防蓝光涂层的厚度为0.5μm或者2μm或者1.5μm或者3μm。
上述述透明基材层1实施例1为聚乙烯薄膜层,实施例2为聚丙烯薄膜层,实施例3为聚酯薄膜层,实施例4为聚乙烯薄膜层。

1.一种防蓝光OCA光学双面胶带,其特征在于:包括一透明基材层(1),此透明基材层(1)的上、下表面分别涂覆有第一防蓝光胶粘层(2)、第二防蓝光胶粘层(3),所述第一防蓝光胶粘层(2)另一表面贴覆有第一离型材料层(4),所述第二防蓝光胶粘层(3)另一表面贴覆有第二离型材料层(4);所述第一防蓝光胶粘层(2)、第二防蓝光胶粘层(3)均由以下组分组成:
丙烯酸酯系胶粘剂 100份,
异氰酸酯固化剂 0.075~0.1份,
丁酮 10~20份,
纳米CeO2:Er 荧光粉 2~5份,
六甲基磷酰三胺 0.2~0.5份,
过氧化苯甲酰 1~2份,
硅油 0.2~0.5份;
所述异氰酸酯固化剂型号为拜耳L-75;
所述丙烯酸酯系胶粘剂粘的重均分子量范围200~800万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃;
