Abstract
本发明公开了一种防爆护眼保护膜,包括基材,所述基材为光学级的缓冲材料TPU或EVA基材,所述TPU或EVA基材的一面涂覆亚克力胶水层并复合一层防蓝光PET,防蓝光PET外层涂覆硅胶层并复合一层离型膜,所述TPU或EVA基材的另一面涂覆一层防UV亚克力胶层,并于防UV亚克力胶层外复合一层高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜,所述高硬度防蓝光PET膜外复合一层离型膜;所述高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜是由防蓝光PET经过硬化处理得到,硬度≥3H。本发明集缓冲减震、柔性防爆、防蓝光、防UV、耐磨防刮等功能于一体,能同时实现防刮防爆和护眼等功能,可以取代传统护眼钢化膜以及单纯的防蓝光保护膜,可用于手机和笔记本等触摸显示保护,电子教育产品儿童视力保护等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及电子应用胶带领域,具体为一种新型防爆护眼保护膜。
背景技术
随着电子产品的普及,各大LED显示电子产品,如手机、电脑、电视机、平板等深入千家万户,成为了日常生活不可或缺的一部分。但是电子产品显示领域,高能量的蓝光、及近紫外光的高能量光波,对人眼视网膜的伤害越来越大,而且在早教电子产品缺乏有效的护眼保护膜,导致近年儿童近视越来越多。市场上已有具有综合防蓝光和钢化膜功能的保护膜,但真正影响视力及眼睛健康的还有高能量的近紫外光,而且其防蓝光效果实测并不理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种集缓冲减震、柔性防爆、防蓝光、防UV、耐磨防刮等功能于一体,能同时实现防刮防爆和护眼的防爆护眼保护膜,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案为:
一种防爆护眼保护膜,包括基材,所述基材为光学级的缓冲材料TPU或EVA基材,所述TPU或EVA基材的一面涂覆亚克力胶水层并复合一层防蓝光PET,防蓝光PET外层涂覆硅胶层并复合一层离型膜,所述TPU或EVA基材的另一面涂覆一层防UV亚克力胶层,并于防UV亚克力胶层外复合一层高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜,所述高硬度防蓝光PET膜外复合一层离型膜;所述高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜是由防蓝光PET经过硬化处理得到,硬度≥3H。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
优选的,所述的防UV亚克力胶层内添加有能吸收高能量UV的助剂(如CeO2、Er荧光粉)或能吸收蓝光的染料(如偶氮类有机物等)。
优选的,所述防爆护眼保护膜的厚度为0.08~0.4mm。
优选的,所述基材的透光率高于90%,所述助剂对高能UV光波的吸收率达90%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
本发明的防爆护眼保护膜,采用光学级的缓冲材料TPU作为基材,其透光率高于90%,缓冲性良好;防UV亚克力胶水,添加有能吸收高能量UV的助剂,对高能UV光波的吸收达到90%,能够有效减少高能紫外光对视网膜的伤害;防蓝光PET经过硬化处理得到高硬度防蓝光PET,其在保证高硬度的同时,具有防刮、耐磨、防指纹及防蓝光的功能。因此本发明集缓冲减震、柔性防爆、防蓝光、防UV、耐磨防刮等功能于一体,能同时实现防刮防爆和护眼等功能,可以取代传统护眼钢化膜以及单纯的防蓝光保护膜,可用于手机和笔记本等触摸显示保护,电子教育产品儿童视力保护等领域。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下文将结合说明书附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作更全面、细致地描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。
参见图1所示,一种本发明的防爆护眼保护膜的较佳实施例,在本实施例中,防爆护眼保护膜的厚度为0.08~0.4mm,其基材4为光学级的缓冲材料TPU或EVA基材,在TPU或EVA基材的一面涂覆亚克力胶水层5并复合一层防蓝光PET6,防蓝光PET6外层涂覆硅胶层7并复合一层离型膜1;TPU或EVA基材的另一面涂覆防UV亚克力胶层3,并于防UV亚克力胶层3外复合一层高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜2,高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜2外也复合一层离型膜1,形成本发明的具有柔性防爆防蓝光抗UV功能的护眼保护膜。采用光学级的缓冲材料TPU作为基材,其透光率高于90%,缓冲性良好;防UV亚克力胶水,添加有能吸收高能量UV的助剂,对高能UV光波的吸收达到90%,能够有效减少高能紫外光对视网膜的伤害;防蓝光PET经过硬化处理得到高硬度防蓝光PET,硬度≥3H。其在保证高硬度的同时,具有防刮、耐磨、防指纹及防蓝光的功能。因此本发明集缓冲减震、柔性防爆、防蓝光、防UV、耐磨防刮等功能于一体,能同时实现防刮防爆和护眼等功能。
本实施例中,防UV亚克力胶层内添加有吸收高能量UV的助剂如CeO2、Er荧光粉或能吸收蓝光的染料如偶氮类有机物等。
本实施例中,采用的防蓝光PET6本身的性能方面就能有效提高护眼保护膜的护眼性能;而高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜2是防蓝光PFT6经过硬化处理得到,使其在保证高硬度的同时,还具有防刮、耐磨、防指纹及防蓝光的功能,更有效地提高了护眼保护膜的优良性能。

1.一种防爆护眼保护膜,包括基材,其特征在于:所述基材为光学级的缓冲材料TPU或EVA基材,透光率高于90%;所述TPU或EVA基材的一面涂覆亚克力胶水层并复合一层防蓝光PET,防蓝光PET外层涂覆硅胶层并复合一层离型膜,所述TPU或EVA基材的另一面涂覆一层防UV亚克力胶层,并于防UV亚克力胶层外复合一层高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜,所述高硬度防蓝光PET膜外复合一层离型膜;所述高硬度防蓝光PET薄膜是由防蓝光PET经过硬化处理得到,硬度≥3H;所述的防UV亚克力胶层内添加有能吸收高能量UV的助剂或能吸收蓝光的染料,所述助剂包括CeO2、Er荧光粉;所述染料包括偶氮类有机物;所述助剂对高能UV光波的吸收率达90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防爆护眼保护膜,其特征在于:所述防爆护眼保护膜的厚度为0.08~0.4mm。
