本发明公开一种防气泡型护眼贴膜,其防蓝光胶粘层与光学胶粘层相背的表面贴覆有离型材料层;所述防蓝光胶粘层由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂、异氰酸酯固化剂、石墨烯、纳米CeO2:Er荧光粉、六甲基磷酰三胺、过氧化苯甲酰、硅油;异氰酸酯固化剂型号为拜耳L 75;丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围200~800万,玻璃化温度为60~30℃;透明基材层厚度为50~100μm,透光率>98%,雾度<1.0%。本发明防气泡型护眼贴膜既具有抗蓝光的作用,更好的保护眼睛健康;也对无机玻璃及有机塑料片具有较好粘结性能。

Description

一种防气泡型护眼贴膜
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防气泡型护眼贴膜,特别涉及一种用于触摸屏能够对无机玻璃及有机塑料片具有较好粘结性能的OCA光学胶带。
背景技术
随着电子科技的迅猛发展,手机电脑、电视等电子产品成了人们生活的必需品,人们每天需要花费很多的时间来面对这些电子产品,然而这些电子产品的LED灯发出的光中包含有对人体伤害非常大的蓝光。蓝光是指波长为380nm~480nm的高能量光,其可以穿透晶状体到达视网膜,使视网膜色素的上皮细胞衰亡,导致光敏感细胞缺少养分,从而引起不可逆的视力损伤,并且蓝光在遇到空气中的细小粒子时散射几率较高,容易产生眩光,此外蓝光还会刺激大脑,抑制褪黑素分泌并提高肾上腺皮质素的生成从而破坏激素分泌平衡直接影响睡眠质量。
因此,开发一种防蓝光光学胶带,将其用于电子产品中,在具有较佳光学性能的前提下,还能吸收蓝光,这将对保护人体的健康有着非常重大的意义。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防气泡型护眼贴膜,此防气泡型护眼贴膜既具有抗蓝光的作用,360nm-500nm蓝光波段过滤率达90%以上,更好的保护眼睛健康;也有效避免了气泡的产生。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防气泡型护眼贴膜,包括一透明基材层,此透明基材层的上、下表面分别涂覆有抗刮涂层、光学胶粘层,所述光学胶粘层与透明基材层相背的表面涂覆有防蓝光胶粘层,所述防蓝光胶粘层与光学胶粘层相背的表面贴覆有离型材料层;所述防蓝光胶粘层由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯固化剂0.085份、石墨烯14份、纳米CeO2:Er荧光粉3.2份、六甲基磷酰三胺0.4份、过氧化苯甲酰1.5份、硅油0.3份;
所述异氰酸酯固化剂型号为拜耳L-75;
所述的丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围200~800万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃;
所述透明基材层厚度为50~100μm,透光率>98%,雾度<1.0%。

由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果:
本发明防气泡型护眼贴膜,其既具有抗蓝光的作用,对蓝紫高能短波有吸收转化的功能,360nm-500nm蓝光波段过滤率达90%以上,更好的保护眼睛健康;也对无机玻璃及有机塑料片具有较好粘结性能;其次,特定的配方组合,解决了液态光学胶由于纳米CeO2:Er荧光粉加入导致厚度不易控制,固化收缩容易产生气泡的问题,从而有效避免了气泡的产生,在触摸显示屏上得到更好的应用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:一种防气泡型护眼贴膜,包括一透明基材层,此透明基材层的上、下表面分别涂覆有抗刮涂层、光学胶粘层,所述光学胶粘层与透明基材层1相背的表面涂覆有防蓝光胶粘层,所述防蓝光胶粘层与光学胶粘层相背的表面贴覆有离型材料层;所述防蓝光胶粘层由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯固化剂0.085份、石墨烯14份、纳米CeO2:Er荧光粉3.2份、六甲基磷酰三胺0.4份、过氧化苯甲酰1.5份、硅油0.3份;
所述异氰酸酯固化剂型号为拜耳L-75;
所述的丙烯酸系胶黏剂的重均分子量范围200~800万,玻璃化温度为-60~-30℃;
所述透明基材层厚度为50~100μm,透光率>98%,雾度<1.0%。
上述防蓝光涂层的厚度为0.5μm或者2μm或者1.5μm或者3μm。
实施例透明基材层为聚酯薄膜层。

所述光学胶粘层与透明基材层相背的表面涂覆有防蓝光胶粘层,所述防蓝光胶粘层与光学胶粘层相背的表面贴覆有离型材料层;所述防蓝光胶粘层由以下组分组成:丙烯酸酯系胶黏剂100份、异氰酸酯固化剂0.085份、石墨烯14份、纳米CeO2:Er荧光粉3.2份、六甲基磷酰三胺0.4份、过氧化苯甲酰1.5份、硅油0.3份。
