一种电容式触摸屏贴合用光热双重固化光学胶粘剂,其由以下按照重量百分比计算的组分组成:主体树脂30%-50%;增塑树脂30%-50%;活性单体10%-35%;光引发剂1%-5%;热引发剂1%-5%;阻聚剂0.1-1%;助剂0.2%-2%;这种用于电容式触摸屏贴合用光热双重固化光学胶粘剂可以进行光热双重固化,具有高折射率、高透光率、低色亮度、低硬度、低固化收缩率、可靠性好以及耐黄变性能好等优点。

本发明属于胶粘剂技术领域,具体涉及一种电容式触摸屏贴合用光热双重固化光学胶粘剂。
背景技术
随着信息产业的快速发展,特别是随着触摸屏技术在手机、笔记本电脑等电子产品中的应用以及爆炸式发展,也使得触摸屏技术得到飞速的发展以及广泛的应用。
电容式触摸屏贴合用液态光学胶粘剂主要是用于电容式触摸屏中镜片和传感器的粘接,以及触摸屏面板与显示器的粘接,必须满足一定的要求,如:无色透明;在指定的光波波段内光透过率大于98%以上;并且固化后胶粘剂的折射率与被粘光学元件的折射率相近,达到1.52;固化后硬度小、延伸率大同时固化收缩率小,不会引起元件表面的变化;耐冷热冲击、耐湿热老化、耐黄变、耐光老化;对人体无害或低毒性等。
在电容式触摸屏(简称:CTP,Capacity Touch Panel)结构中,传感器Sensor上会有金属辅助电极和软性线路板(简称:FPC)等不透明结构,盖板Lens边框上会有黑色或者白色遮光油墨,其对紫外光的阻挡会使得该部分的液态光学胶不能固化,这样就会导致该部分结构的粘接带有隐患,而目前部分厂家采用的侧灯固化工艺,又因为胶层深度较深照射面积非常小而不能固化完全,不能达到较好的粘接效果,同时又增加了一道复杂的工序,非常不合算。所以液态光学胶在光固化为主体固化的前提下,在CTP不能接受到紫外光照射的部分采用光热双重固化方式,可以很好解决上述问题。所以光热双重固化有较大的需求和意义。
