技术领域
本发明涉及一种可外用治疗肥胖的药物，还涉及该药物的应用。
背景技术
肥胖是指人体脂肪过多，使体重超出正常标准的一种状态。当体重指数BMI大于25时可称为肥胖症，无明显病因者称单纯性肥胖症，具有明确病因者称为继发性肥胖症。肥胖症患者体内的甘油三酯水平常常呈现异常。
中药在治疗肥胖方面有较多的研究。例如：山楂具有显著的降脂减肥作用；五味子中的多糖成分能明显降低肥胖小鼠体重、脂肪指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、血糖含量。上市产品降脂化浊胶囊以大黄、决明子、山楂、茵陈、泽泻、栀子、莪术、何首乌、柴胡等药物为组方，具有清热排毒，化瘀降脂的功效。
然而，目前的绝大多数药物均是需要内服。在外用减肥方面，研究还非常有限。
洪珠等报道(国外医药-植物药分册,2001,16(1):P36)，大黄提取物、杏仁提取物、山茱萸提取物具有较好的外用减肥效果。
李子昆等报道(四川日化,1997,(1),P12-15)，红海藻具有显著外用脂解脂肪的作用。红海藻通过诱发脂解作用对脂质细胞的受体起到一种信号作用，这种“信号作用”能够使一种物质在皮肤内层发挥生理学上的机能，从而发挥减肥的功效。
宫本英和报道(国外医学-中医中药分册,2004:26(6),362-363)，何首乌、苦参、芍药、桑白皮等中药显示出较高的促脂肪分解活性。受试者使用含有这些中药的外用乳剂后，65%的受试者在一个月内出现腰围缩小的情况。
随着生活水平的提高和生活方式的改变，肥胖症的发病率呈逐年增加的趋势。发明人试图研究一种可外用的减肥药物，为临床治疗减肥提供更多的选择。
发明内容
本发明的目之一是提供现有中药的一种新用途，目的之二是为临床治疗减肥提供一种新的选择。
中药萝藦是萝藦科植物Metaplexis japonica (Thunb.) Makino.的全草、果壳或茎。具有补虚劳、益精气、化毒解疔等功效。中药梦花根为瑞香科植物结香Endgeworthiachrysantha Lindl.的根皮及茎皮，具有祛风通络、滋养肝肾等功效。
发明人在研究中意外地发现了上述两种药物的一种新用途。因此，本发明的一种技术方案是：
包含萝藦和梦花根的药物组合物在制备减肥药物中的应用。
优选地，所述减肥药物是指外用治疗肥胖的药物。
优选地，所述药物组合物由萝藦和梦花根组成。
优选地，所述药物组合物中萝藦和梦花根的重量比为5：1~1：5。在某些具体实例中，优选的重量比是5：1、2：1、1：1、1：2或1：5。
更优选地，所述药物组合物中萝藦和梦花根的重量比为2：1~1：2。
发明人在发现萝藦和梦花根具有新用途的基础上，进而得到了一种药物组合物，即本发明的另一技术方案：
一种外用治疗肥胖的药物组合物，所述药物组合物中含有萝藦和梦花根。
优选地，所述药物组合物中萝藦和梦花根的重量比为5：1~1：5。在某些具体实例中，优选的重量比是5：1、2：1、1：1、1：2或1：5。

本发明首次发现了萝藦和梦花根外用能治疗肥胖，扩展了现有中药的新用途，为临床治疗肥胖提供了新的选择。通过试验表明，含有萝藦和梦花根的组合物能显著降低肥胖模型动物的BMI指数、总胆固醇、甘油三酯以及高密度脂蛋白，显示出良好的减肥效果。

下面用实施例和试验例对本发明的技术方案进行更详细的说明，但并不构成对本发明的限制。

分别取市售酸枣仁36g、丹参20g、夜交藤18g、麦冬16g、夏枯草16g、白芍16g、山茱萸14g、合欢皮12g、五味子12g、栀子12g、山楂10g、决明子10g、柴胡8g、淫羊藿40g、骨碎补32g、牛膝30g、续断24g、吴茱萸16g、茯苓10g、绞股蓝6g，粉碎成细粉，混合均匀，得到358g对比组合物I。
实施例1
取市售萝藦100g和梦花根20g，粉碎成细粉，混合均匀，得到药物组合物I。
实施例2~5
分别取市售萝藦80g和梦花根40g、萝藦100g和梦花根100g、萝藦50g和梦花根100g、萝藦40g和梦花根200g，按照实施例1的方法操作，分别得到药物组合物II~V。
实施例6
取179g对比例6中的对比组合物I，再取市售萝藦11g、梦花根10g，粉碎成细粉，混合均匀，得到药物组合物VI。

取一市售床垫，将床垫上表面的材料小心剪开，取100g实施例3中的药物组合物III、市售铁粉10g和市售电气石粉40g，混合均匀后，均匀分散在床垫中。再取10块条形磁铁，分别在床垫头和床垫尾各放置5块，放置好后，将床垫上表面用布缝好，即得药物床垫。
试验例
试验药物：对比例中的对比组合物I，实施例中的药物组合物I~VI。
实验动物：清洁级SD大鼠，雌雄各半，体重在150±20g。喂饲普通饲料，正常饮水。
实验动物按体重随机分为9组：空白组、模型组、对比组合物I组、药物组合物I组、药物组合物II组、药物组合物III组、药物组合物IV组、药物组合物V组、药物组合物VI组。每组10只动物。
试验方法：
造模：除空白组外，其余各组动物每天上午灌胃给予高脂饲料20mg/kg，连续4周。高脂饲料配方为：每100mg饲料内含鸡蛋黄15g，花生酱5g，全脂奶粉10g，芝麻油5g，胆固醇2g，猪胆盐1g，蔗糖6g。
脱毛：对各组大鼠进行脱毛处理，将8%硫化钠涂于大鼠腹部，脱毛面积为3cmx3cm,1min后，用干净的蒸馆水清洗皮肤，脱毛后正常饲养24h。
给药：每天上午分别取对比组合物I和药物组合物I~VI，用适量色拉油润湿后，分别涂抹在对应组别大鼠脱毛处，用无纺布包裹，给药剂量1g/100g，空白组与模型组只涂抹色拉油。持续4周。除空白组外，其余各组在给药同时依然喂养高脂饲料。
数据采集：
每周称动物体重两次。各组动物末次给药后，禁食不禁水12h，称体重，戊巴比妥钠麻醉后，测量体长（从鼻到肛门的距离），计算肥体质量指数BMI（BMI=体重÷体长的平方）。打开腹腔，自腹主动脉采血6ml，室温静置10min，4000r/min离心10min，分离血清，取适量血清用全自动生化分析仪检测血清TC（总胆固醇）、TG（甘油三酯）和HDL-C（高密度脂蛋白）的含量。
试验结果：对各组数据进行统计分析，主要结果如表1所示。
从试验结果可以看出，与模型组相比，药物组合物I~VI组的BMI指数、TC含量、TG含量以及HDL-C含量均明显下降。说明本发明的组合物具有良好的降脂和减肥效果。而未加萝藦和梦花根的对比组合物I组效果较差。
另外，萝藦与梦花根的比例在2：1~1：2的药物组合物I、II、III、VI与其他比例的药物组合物相比，具有更优的效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种外用药物组合物在制备减肥药物中的应用，其特征是，所述的药物组合物由重量比为5：1～1：5的萝藦和梦花根组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用，其特征是，所述的药物组合物中萝藦和梦花根的重量比为2：1～1：2。
3.一种药用床垫，包括床垫和设置在床垫中的药用物质，其特征是，所述药用物质为权利要求1或2中所述的药物组合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的药用床垫，其特征是，所述床垫中还设置有磁铁、铁粉和电气石粉。
