图示实施例的描述
参照图1-7,根据本发明构造的窗扉式窗组件30包括主支撑框架32,主支撑框架32适于安装在建筑结构的墙的开口中。框架32由通过垂直间隔开的水平框架构件36刚性连接的平行间隔开的垂直框架构件34(图17)形成,且框架构件34和36由诸如聚氯乙烯(PVC)的硬质塑料材料挤压型材形成。每个框架构件34和36具有相同的横截面构型或轮廓,且框架部分34和36以传统的方式通过焊接斜接角接头38连接在一起。如图16和17所示,框架构件34和36具有形成矩形内空腔或凹口42和相应矩形外空腔或凹口44的相对侧面部分。每个框架构件34和36还包括整体挤压并向内突出的T形中心部分46(图16),该中心部分16支撑向外突出的绕凹口42和44的内部延伸的不受天气影响的密封47。
内窗扇组件或单元50定位在内空腔42内,而外窗扇组件或单元52支撑在主支撑框架32的外空腔44内,如图16和17所示。每个窗扇单元50和52包括由诸如PVC的硬质塑料材料的线性挤压型材形成的矩形窗框55,且内外窗框55的大小和横截面轮廓一样。每个窗框55包括向外突出的周界凸缘部分57,该凸缘部分57覆盖主支撑框架32并支撑和携带周界延伸的不受天气影响的密封59。每个窗框55还支撑透明玻璃窗单元65,该玻璃窗单元65示出为由面板67的平行间隔开的玻璃板形成的双窗格隔热玻璃单元,该面板67通过周界延伸的间隔开件框架69分开并通过周界延伸的粘结材料72以传统的方式密封在一起。。窗框55和隔热玻璃窗单元65还可如授予本发明的受让人且其内容以参见的方式纳入本文的美国专利第7,621,082号所公开的那样构造并组装。隔热玻璃或玻璃窗单元65通过单元65和窗框55的周界之间的玻璃密封剂并通过由挤压塑料材料以传统的方式形成的周界延伸玻璃条74可移除地保持在窗框55上。
内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52中的每个通过与主支撑框架32的垂直框架构件34连接的一组或一对隐藏铰链78(图4和6)支持枢转运动,且隐藏铰链78通常用于窗行业。参照图5-10,内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52通过窗扇连接单元85(图8和9)连接,用于关闭位置(图1)和完全打开位置(图5)之间的同时运动。单元85包括通过一对短柱轴91(图9)连接在一起的基板86和盖板88(图18),该短柱轴91支撑一对平的相互啮合的正齿轮93,一对伸缩细长臂95从该正齿轮93延伸。平齿轮93被限制在板86和88之间并与臂95形成窗扇连接单元85。单元水平延伸穿过形成在主支撑框架的水平头部构件36的T形部分46内的槽98(图8),且基板86的角部通过一组紧固件或螺丝钉99固定到头部构件36。
每个伸缩臂95包括通道构件102(图10),该通道构件102捕获并可滑动地支撑平臂构件或杆104。每个臂95的外端部枢转地连接到具有按钮106的相应窗框55的上表面。外窗框55的按钮106与保持在窗框的通道部分108(图8)内的块107(图14和18)连接。按钮106与内窗框55的枢转连接将稍后描述。因此,当内窗扇单元50在其关闭位置和其打开位置之间移动或枢转时,窗扇连接单元85致使外窗扇单元52在其关闭位置和打开位置之间之间同时移动或枢转。
参照图11-15和图18-20,内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52通过锁定机构或系统120同时锁定在一起或松开。系统包括通过齿轮外壳124附连到支持旋转的轴123(图11)的手柄构件122,该齿轮外壳124凹陷在内窗扇单元50的窗框55的外垂直窗框构件内。轴123(图11)延伸穿过包围所连接的齿轮机构(未示出)的外壳124以移动垂直延伸在内窗框55的垂直窗框构件的通道108内的细长条126(图14、15和18-20)。
垂直条126支撑一组上下锁定销或柱螺栓130和中间柱螺栓132,且柱螺栓向外突入在主支撑框架构件34内的内凹口42。垂直条126的上部通过弯曲薄柔性带部分136连接到水平条138,水平条138与具有槽143的内窗扇断开配件142连接,该槽143接纳在内窗扇单元50的臂95的外端上的按钮106。槽143具有端部开口144,按钮106可通过该端部开口144以将内臂95从内窗框55松开。因此,具有柱螺栓130和132的条126的垂直移动有效地使条138和配件142在内窗扇单元50的上框架构件内水平移动短距离具有间隔开的柱螺栓的条和具有绕窗框的角延伸的薄部分的条由诸如内华达州里诺的互锁美国公司和康涅狄格州埃塞克斯的美国罗托弗兰克公司的五金器具制造商生产。
锁定系统120还包括垂直条146(图18-20),垂直条146在外窗框52的外垂直框架构件的通道108内延伸并比条126短。条146还携带具有与条126上的柱螺栓一样的垂直隔距的一组柱螺栓130和132。参照图11-13,锁定系统120还包括由金属支架152形成的窗扇连接件单元150,该金属支架152支撑通过两个柱螺栓156(图13)保持在支架152上的枢转致动器构件或板或者滑动致动器构件或板154,该柱螺栓156突出穿过相应槽157使得致动器板154在支架152上滑动而不会扭转或扣紧致动器板154还通过由销159保持的套管158(图13)保持在支架152上,且一对相反向的叶状弹簧162形成成配合套管158并形成在支撑架152上的致动器板154的中心位置的止动装置。
如图11所示,窗扇连接器单元150延伸穿过在主支撑框架32的外垂直框架构件34的T形中心部分46内的垂直槽163。单元150定位成使得在致动器板154的相对端部内的U形空腔或凹口164接纳在条126和146(图20)上的柱螺栓132,并在窗扇单元在空腔42和44内处于其关闭位置时由内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52的窗框55支撑。
如图14和15和图18-20所示,锁定系统120还包括一组锁定保持器172和174,具有包括单个直角凸片176的内窗框的保持器172和具有一对间隔开的直角凸片178的外窗框的保持器174。保持器172和173安装在主支撑框架32的外垂直框架构件34上,如图3和5所示,且凸片176和178用于在条126和146垂直向下移动到内外窗扇单元50和52的锁定位置(图18)时挡住在内外窗框上的条126和146上的柱螺栓130。
还如图18-20所示,锁定系统120的手柄122具有三个活动位置。当手柄122向下时(图18),条126和146定位成,使得在窗框上的每根条上的上下柱螺栓130位于保持器172和174的凸片176和178后面以便内外窗框都锁在其关闭位置。由于窗扇连接件单元150,条126和146响应手柄122的转动沿同一方向一起垂直移动。如果窗扇连接件单元具有枢转致动器板,那条126和146就沿相反方向移动。当柱螺栓130移动到保持器172上的凸片176和保持器174上的下凸片178后面时,窗框通过凸片向内凸出以将窗框55压靠或抵靠不受天气影响的密封47,以形成每个窗框55和主支撑框架32之间的流体紧密密封。
当手柄构件122转到水平位置时(图20),条126和146向上移动到窗扇单元的打开位置,在该位置,柱螺栓130不再在凸片176和178后面。在水平打开位置,可拉动手柄构件122以将内窗扇单元50转到其打开位置(图5-7)且由于与图8-10有关的上述窗扇互连单元85同时外窗扇单元52转到其打开位置。
当手柄构件122从其关闭或向下位置(图18)移动180度到其向上突出位置(图19)时,条126和146通过窗扇连接器单元150移动到其最上面的位置。在该上位置,内窗框的柱螺栓130位于保持器172的锁定凸片176上方,而条146上的柱螺栓130移到保持器174上的上锁定凸片178后面。当内条126移到其上位置时,条126的上水平部分138水平移动以将内窗扇断开构件142移到松开内窗框的臂95上的按钮106使得柱螺栓106不再确实地连接到内窗框的位置(图20)。内窗扇单元50可接着拉到器打开位置(图3和4),而外窗扇单元52保持锁定到在其关闭位置的主支撑框架32。在图19的这个位置,窗扇连接单元85保持在与臂95成基本平行关系的图9所示的位置。
参照示出本发明的另一实施例的图21-23,遮篷/外推上悬窗组件185以与如图1-20所公开的玻璃窗组件30一样的方式构造,但具有关于类似部件的基本标记。组件185包括与主支撑框架32基本上一样构造的主支撑框架192。内窗扇单元194和外窗扇单元196与内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52基本上一样构造。然而,内窗扇单元194由连接到主支撑框架192的下水平窗扇构件的一组铰链枢转地支撑,
而外窗扇单元196由连接到主支撑框架192的上水平窗扇构件的一组铰链枢转地支撑。主支撑框架192的每个垂直框架构件197支撑窗扇连接单元205(图23),该窗扇连接单元205除了增加互连正齿轮207(图23)外与窗扇连接单元85基本上一样构造。
齿轮207使臂95'能够沿相反方向转动,以便当内窗扇单元194在其关闭位置和其打开位置之间枢转时,外窗扇单元196同时在其关闭位置和其打开位置之间移动,如图21和22所示。内窗扇单元194还设有一个或多个手柄构件122,该手柄构件122通过位于主支撑框架192的上框架构件内的相应窗扇连接器单元150致动或移动凹陷在内窗扇单元194的上框架构件和外窗扇单元196的下框架构件中的相应条126'。因此,当两个手柄构件122都处于打开位置时,内窗扇单元194在其关闭位置和其打开位置之间的倾斜移动使外窗扇单元196在其关闭位置和其打开位置之间同时移动。每个手柄构件122到其锁定位置的移动通过移动绕内窗扇单元194和外窗扇单元196延伸的条126将内窗扇单元194和外窗扇单元196同时锁定到主支撑框架192。
参照示出本发明另一实施例的图24和25,主支撑框架220支撑都通过一组隐藏铰链连接到主支撑框架220的上水平框架构件的内窗扇单元225和外窗扇单元230。一对窗扇连接单元85附连到主支撑框架220的垂直框架构件并连接内窗扇单元225和外窗扇单元230,用于在其打开和关闭位置之间的同时枢转运动。
为了抵消窗扇单元的重量,空气弹簧可连接到内窗扇单元的垂直窗扇构件和主框架的垂直构件的内部。窗扇单元225和230的下框架构件通过与上述锁定系统120基本上一样构造的一组锁定系统锁定到主支撑框架220的下框架构件,但具有定位在主支撑框架220的下水平框架构件内的一对锁定连接件150。因此,手柄构件122在打开位置(图24和25)和关闭位置之间的运动将窗扇单元225和230两者都同时锁定到相应的一组保持器172,该保持器172固定到主支撑框架220的下水平框架构件。如图16和17所示,屏风单元240和可缩回的且可调节的微型活动百叶窗250支撑在内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52之间的闭塞空间内,由此保持屏风单元240和百叶窗单元250。当需要清洁、调节或移除微型百叶窗250或清洁、调节或移除屏风单元240时,内窗扇单元50上的手柄构件122移到其上位置(图19)使得外窗扇单元52保持锁定到主支撑框架而内窗扇单元50松开以枢转到打开位置,如图3和4所示。在寒冷天气下当想要清洁或调节微型百叶窗250或清洁或调节屏风单元240同时防止外面的冷空气穿过窗组件进入时,这是特别令人满意的。
如图1-3、5和7所示,内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52的上下框架构件设有细长排气单元255,该排气单元255较佳地具有在间隔开的排气口或槽后面移动或滑动的感温双金属闭合构件。排气单元255的目的是防止在夏天和冬天内窗扇单元50和外窗扇单元52之间的闭塞空间过热。单元255校准成允许在冬季月份中通过对流将过热空气通过主支撑框架32的T形部分46(图17)中的开口排到排气单元255进入建筑物的内部,并允许在夏季月份期间过热空气通过排气单元排出。如发明人所设计的单元255的一个来源是在新泽西州皮特曼的智能排气产品公司。
从附图和以上描述中,显而易见的是,根据本发明构造的隔热窗组件提供了需要的特征和优点。更具体地说,双隔热窗扇单元通过充分提高抗穿过窗组件的导热性提供了显著的热效率。由于其中一个窗扇单元一直紧紧地压靠主支撑框架以响应正或负风载荷或者碎片撞击,因此双窗扇单元还显著地提高了抗正负风载荷性和抗风暴驱动空气产生的碎片撞击性。每个具有双隔热玻璃板和窗扇单元之间的额外闭塞空间的双窗扇单元还提供了增强的声能传输屏障。另外,窗组件通过方便地拉动窗扇单元上的一个手柄打开两个窗扇单元和推压手柄关闭两个窗扇单元提供了简单操作。转动手柄有效地将两个窗扇单元锁定到主支撑框架并松开,且还允许仅内窗扇单元松开而不用松开外窗扇单元。
具有覆盖主框架构件的凸缘部分57的双隔热窗扇单元还提供或提高抗强行进入性及抗水和空气渗透性。另外,具有相同窗框及玻璃或玻璃窗单元的双隔热窗扇单元的构造由于两个窗扇单元可同时生产而显著地降低了制造窗组件的成本。双窗扇窗组件还为窗百叶窗单元和屏风单元提供保护以免受天气、磨损或昆虫损坏并防止灰尘和污垢聚集。固定或锁定双窗扇玻璃窗组件的外窗扇单元使得外窗扇单元不打开并用作观景窗也是本发明的范围。锁定系统接着允许打开、关闭和锁定仅内窗扇单元到主支撑框架并方便接近微型百叶窗单元和外窗扇单元进行清洗。根据本发明构造的隔热窗组件还可用于形成可提供上述同样优点的门组件。
虽然本文所述的窗组件的形式形成本发明的较佳实施例,但应该理解,本发明不限于这些精确形式,且其中可作出改变而不偏离如所附权利要求书中限定的本发明的范围和精神。

Claims (20)

1.一种隔热窗组件,包括:
主支撑框架,所述主支撑框架用于安装在建筑结构的墙洞中并由通过垂直间隔开的水平框架构件刚性连接的平行间隔开的垂直框架构件形成,所述水平框架构件具有上框架构件和下框架构件,其中所述支撑框架具有形成周界内凹口和周界外凹口的相对侧面部分,
内窗扇单元,所述内窗扇单元包括位于所述内凹口内的内窗框,以及外窗扇单元,所述外窗扇单元包括位于所述外凹口内的外窗框,其中所述每个窗框包围透明玻璃窗单元,
铰链组,所述铰链将所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元分别枢转地连接到所述主支撑框架的所述框架构件中的其中一个,并分别支持所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元在打开位置和关闭位置之间进行枢转运动,所述内窗框和所述外窗框通过不受天气影响的密封与所述主支撑框架的所述相对侧面部分密封,
细长连杆构件组,所述连杆构件将所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元连接到所述主支撑框架的所述框架构件中的其中一个,所述连杆构件连接成提供所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元的同时运动,以及
锁定系统,所述锁定系统具有邻近所述内窗框的手柄构件和在所述主支撑框架的所述框架构件中的其中一个内的窗扇连接件,并可操作成响应所述手柄构件从打开位置到关闭位置的运动将所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元固定到所述主支撑框架的所述相对侧面部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述连杆构件具有通过所述主支撑框架的所述框架构件中的其中一个支持转动的第一端部,以及连接所述第一端部用于所述连杆构件的同时转动的相互啮合的齿轮。
3.如权利要求2所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述连杆构件的所述第一端部通过所述主支撑框架的所述上水平框架构件支持转动。
4.如权利要求2所述的窗组件,其特征在于:每个所述细长连杆构件包括第一部分和为相对伸缩运动而连接的第二部分,每个所述连杆构件的所述第一部分具有支持转动的所述第一端部中的其中一个,而每个所述连杆构件的所述第二部分枢转地连接到所述窗框中的其中一个。
5.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述锁定系统的所述手柄构件具有三个位置:将所述内窗框和所述外窗框两者都锁定到所述主支撑框架的所述相对侧面部分的第一位置,将所述内窗框和所述外窗框两者都从所述主支撑框架的所述相对侧面部分松开的第二位置,以及仅所述内窗框从所述主支撑框架松开同时所述外窗扇单元保持关闭并锁定的第三位置。
6.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述内窗框和所述外窗框的上部和下部具有排气通道,所述排气通道具有可调节闭合构件以允许所述窗扇单元之间的过热空气在每个所述窗扇单元处于所述关闭位置时排出。
7.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述主支撑框架的所述垂直框架构件和所述水平框架构件包括塑料材料的挤压型材并具有基本上一样的横截面轮廓。
8.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:每个所述窗框包括通过垂直间隔开的水平窗框构件刚性连接的水平间隔开的垂直窗框构件,且所述垂直和水平窗框构件包括塑料材料的挤压型材并具有基本上一样的横截面轮廓。
9.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述锁定系统包括通过每个所述窗框支撑用于纵向运动的细长条形构件,每个所述条形构件支撑纵向间隔开的柱螺栓,
所述窗扇连接件包括致动器构件,所述致动器构件支撑在所述主支撑框架的所述框架构件中的其中一个内,用于接纳并配合在每个所述窗框上的所述条形构件上的所述柱螺栓中的其中一个,以及
保持器构件,所述保持器构件安装在所述主支撑框架的至少一个所述框架构件上,用于可松开地配合在每个所述窗框上的所述条形构件上的至少一个所述柱螺栓,以将每个所述窗扇单元锁定在所述关闭位置。
10.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元两者都通过安装在所述主支撑框架的所述垂直框架构件中的其中一个上的所述铰链枢转地支撑。
11.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述内窗扇单元通过安装在所述主支撑框架的所述下水平框架构件上的所述铰链支撑,而所述外窗扇单元通过安装在所述主支撑框架的所述上水平框架构件上的所述铰链支撑。
12.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元两者都通过安装在所述主支撑框架的所述上水平框架构件上的所述铰链枢转地支撑。
13.如权利要求1所述的窗组件,还包括支撑在所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元之间的所述主支撑框架内的微型活动百叶窗。
14.一种隔热窗组件,包括:
主支撑框架,所述主支撑框架用于安装在建筑结构的墙洞中并由通过垂直间隔开的水平框架构件刚性连接的平行间隔开的垂直框架构件形成,所述水平框架构件包括上框架构件和下框架构件,
所述主支撑框架的所述垂直框架构件和所述水平框架构件具有基本上一样的横截面轮廓,且所述主支撑框架具有形成周界内凹口和周界外凹口的相对侧面部分,
内窗扇单元,所述内窗扇单元包括位于所述内凹口内的内窗框,以及外窗扇单元,所述外窗扇单元包括位于所述外凹口内的外窗框,
所述内窗框和所述外窗框基本上一样,且每个所述窗框具有向外突出的周界凸缘部分,所述凸缘部分覆盖所述主支撑框架并包围透明玻璃窗单元,
铰链组,所述铰链枢转地将所述内窗扇单元连接到所述主支撑框架的所述垂直框架构件中的其中一个并支持所述内窗扇单元在打开位置和关闭位置之间进行枢转运动,所述内窗框和所述外窗框具有通过不受天气影响的密封与所述主支撑框架的所述相对侧面部分密封的所述凸缘部分,
锁定系统,所述锁定系统包括活动手表构件和窗扇保持器并可操作成响应所述手柄构件从打开位置到关闭位置的运动将所述内窗扇单元固定在所述主支撑框架的所述凹口内,且

17.如权利要求14所述的窗组件,其特征在于:所述锁定系统包括通过所述内窗框支撑用于纵向运动的细长条形构件,所述条形构件支撑纵向间隔开的柱螺栓,以及保持器构件,所述保持器构件安装在所述主支撑框架的所述垂直框架构件上,用于可松开地配合在所述内窗框上的所述条形构件上的所述柱螺栓,以将所述内窗扇单元锁定在所述关闭位置。
18.如权利要求14所述的窗组件,还包括支撑在所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元之间的所述主支撑框架内的微型活动百叶窗。
19.一种隔热窗组件,包括:
主支撑框架,所述主支撑框架用于安装在建筑结构的墙洞中并由通过垂直间隔开的水平框架构件刚性连接的平行间隔开的垂直框架构件形成,所述水平框架构件具有上框架勾结和下框架构件,其中所述支撑框架具有形成周界内凹口和周界外凹口的相对侧面部分,
内窗扇单元,所述内窗扇单元包括位于所述内凹口内的内窗框,以及外窗扇单元,所述外窗扇单元包括位于所述外凹口内的外窗框,每个所述窗框包围透明玻璃窗单元,
铰链组,所述铰链枢转地将所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元分别连接到所述主支撑框架的所述框架构件中的其中一个,并分别支持所述内窗扇单元和所述外窗扇单元在打开位置和关闭位置之间进行枢转运动,所述内窗框和所述外窗框通过不受天气影响的密封与所述主支撑框架的所述相对侧面部分密封,
