Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包含至少两种甘油酯的润滑剂组合物。两种甘油酯的该组合使得可获得具有非常低的摩擦系数的润滑剂组合物。该润滑剂组合物的使用促进了燃料节约。其尤其能够用于润滑轻型车辆、重型货车(HGV)或船舶的发动机。
背景技术
由于环境问题,存在越来越多的努力以降低污染排放和实现交通工具中的燃料节约。发动机润滑剂的性质对这两个现象具有影响。
润滑剂在降低摩擦方面的行为对于燃料消耗具有影响。主要是单独的或者与改善粘度指数(VI)的聚合物和调节摩擦(FM)的添加剂组合的基础油的品质赋予了润滑剂其“燃料经济性(Fuel Eco)”(FE)性质。
在通常使用的摩擦改进剂中,可提及作为无机摩擦改进剂的二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(或Mo-DTC)和作为有机摩擦改进剂的单油酸甘油酯(或GMO)。与Mo-DTC相反,GMO是具有如下优点的摩擦改进剂:其不含灰分、磷或硫且由可再生来源的原材料制得。但是,其摩擦性质不像例如Mo-DTC的摩擦性质那样好。
因此,期望能够配制这样的润滑剂组合物,其具有由来源于可再生来源的原材料的化合物获得的摩擦改进剂、不含灰分、具有相对于包含GMO的润滑剂组合物的改善的摩擦性质。
从文献US2005/075254和WO2005/030912获知了酯的混合物用来降低发动机中的摩擦的用途。这些酯由多元醇与包含12-28个碳原子的环状脂肪酸和/或包含12-28个碳原子的支链脂肪酸之间的酯化反应获得。
文献US2008/176778描述了乳液形式的润滑剂组合物。该组合物尤其包含亲油性化合物和乳化剂。所述亲油性化合物可特别地选自甘油三辛酸酯或甘油三癸酸酯且乳化化合物可特别地为甘油单油酸酯。
文献US5064546描述了包含基础油和摩擦改进剂(其可为椰子油)的润滑剂组合物。
文献JP2005082709描述了使用至少包含甘油酯的润滑剂组合物来降低发动机中的摩擦的方法。这些酯得自包含10-18个碳原子的羧酸。
文献US2005/070450描述了包含通过甘油的酯与不同于甘油的多元醇的酯之间的酯交换反应获得的产物的润滑剂组合物。
因此,本发明涉及包含至少两种具有不同化学性质的甘油酯的润滑剂组合物,特别是用于发动机的润滑剂组合物。这两种不同化学性质的甘油酯的组合使得可获得在摩擦和燃料经济性方面良好的性能。
发明内容
本发明的主题是润滑剂组合物,特别是用于发动机的润滑剂组合物,其包含至少两种不提供任何硫酸盐化灰分、硫或磷的摩擦改进剂添加剂;这些添加剂完全或部分地替代用于该类型应用的常规添加剂,例如二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼或甘油单油酸酯。而且,彼此组合的这些不提供任何硫酸盐化灰分的摩擦改进添加剂允许所述润滑剂组合物保持在燃料经济性(又称FuelEco)方面的最佳性质并同时具有低或非常低含量的硫酸盐化灰分、硫和磷。本发明组合物是润滑剂组合物,特别是用于发动机的润滑剂组合物,其包含:
a)至少一种基础油,
b)至少一种甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,标记为E1,
c)至少一种甘油与C4-C10羧酸的酯,标记为E2。
在本发明的实施方案中,所述润滑剂组合物可包含至少一种基础油以及至少两种甘油酯E1和E2,甘油酯E1为甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,且甘油酯E2为甘油与C4-C10羧酸的酯,所述酯E1为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯及游离甘油的混合物且所述酯E2为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯及游离甘油的混合物。
有利地,本发明的润滑剂组合物允许在发动机起动阶段期间得到相对于包含Mo-DTC的润滑剂组合物的燃料节约。
因此,本发明的主题是润滑剂组合物,其包含至少一种基础油以及至少两种甘油酯E1和E2,甘油酯E1为甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,且甘油酯E2为甘油与C4-C10羧酸的酯。
在本发明的变型中,所述甘油酯E1和E2独立地选自甘油单酯、二酯和三酯、以及它们的混合物。
在本发明的变型中,所述甘油酯E1和E2的羧酸为饱和或不饱和的、直链或支链羧酸、其任选地被羟基和/或环氧基取代。
在本发明的变型中,所述润滑剂组合物还可包含甘油。

具体实施方式
甘油酯
令人惊奇地,本申请人已经证明,使用至少两种在化学上不同的甘油酯(一种酯得自“长链”羧酸且另一种得自“短链”羧酸)使得可配制具有非常良好的燃料经济性(Fuel Eco)性能的润滑剂组合物,特别是用于发动机的润滑剂组合物。
所用的酯为甘油酯。第一酯E1为甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,且第二酯E2为甘油与C4-C10羧酸的酯。
第一酯E1为甘油与C12-C26、优选C14-C24、更优选C16-C22、甚至更优选C18-C20羧酸的酯。
优选地,甘油酯E1为甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,所述羧酸的烃链包含至少两个不饱和度。
第一酯E1为甘油与C12-C26、优选C14-C24、更优选C16-C22、甚至更优选C18-C20脂肪酸的酯。
在本发明的含意中,“脂肪酸”是指包含12-16个碳原子、优选14-24个碳原子、更优选16-22个碳原子、甚至更优选18-20个碳原子的羧酸。
用于制备甘油酯E1的脂肪酸是饱和或不饱和的、直链或支链的脂肪酸,其任选地被羟基和/或环氧基取代。

在本发明的含意中,“可再生来源的原材料”是指与来源于化石材料的原材料形成对照的包含碳14(标记为14C)的原材料。通过国际标准ASTMD6866-06中所描述的方法特别是通过质谱法或通过液闪光谱法实施的测量从而使得可将源自可再生材料的原材料与化石来源的原材料区分开来。这些测量可用作用于鉴别原材料来源的测试。
可用于形成第一甘油酯E1的脂肪酸例如为单独或以混合物形式使用的以下脂肪酸:月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、十五烷酸、棕榈酸、十七烷酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、山萮酸、木蜡酸、蜡酸、异棕榈酸、异十七烷酸、反式(ante)-异十七烷酸、异硬脂酸、反式-异硬脂酸、落花生油酸、棕榈油酸、油酸、反油酸、异油酸、岩芹酸、鳕油酸、巨头鲸鱼酸、酮式油酸(ketoleic acid)、芥酸、反芥酸、神经酸、亚油酸、三烯酸、亚麻酸、γ-亚麻酸、桐酸、帕里拉油酸、高(homo)-γ-亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、鰶鱼酸、塔日酸、白檀子油酸(santalbic acid)或西门木炔酸(xymenic acid)、生红酸、二羟基硬脂酸、软木醇酸、脑酮酸、蓖麻油酸、羟基二十碳烯酸(lesquerolic acid)、羟基神经酸、十八烷酸(densipolic acid)、羟基十八碳三烯酸(kamlonenic acid)、里卡利酸、斑鸠菊酸、香豆酸(coronaric acid)。
这些不同的脂肪酸可在以下植物油、动物或植物来源的脂肪、以及蜡中寻得:蜂蜡、扁桃仁油、花生油、巴巴苏油、鲸蜡、猴面包油、乳脂、桐油、可可脂、亚麻荠油(camelina oil)、巴西棕榈蜡、红花油、大风子油、马脂、菜籽油、椰子油、棉籽油、巴豆油、鲱鱼油、雾冰草脂、霍霍巴油、牛油果油、羊毛脂、褐煤蜡、亚麻籽油、玉米胚芽油、鲱油、鳕鱼肝油、芥子油、榛子油、核桃油、新菜籽油(new colza oil)、核油、香石竹油、鹅脂、桠油、橄榄油、月见草油、骨脂、棕榈油、卷心棕榈油(cabbage palm oil)、葡萄籽油、牛蹄油、鲨鱼肝油、蓖麻油、米糠油、猪油、沙丁鱼油、芝麻油、豆油、鲸蜡、牛脂、向日葵油、妥尔油等。
优选的油是棕榈油、橄榄油、花生油、菜籽油、向日葵油、豆油、玉米油、红花油、亚麻荠油、亚麻油或棉籽油。更优选地,所述油为花生油、菜籽油、向日葵油、豆油、玉米油、红花油、亚麻荠油、亚麻油或棉籽油。甚至更优选地,所述油为向日葵油、豆油、玉米油、红花油或棉籽油。优选的油包含不可忽略量的亚油酸,即,它们包含相对于所述油的脂肪酸总质量的25-85质量%、优选35-75质量%、优选45-65质量%的亚油酸。
根据本发明的甘油酯E1有利地为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯和游离甘油的混合物。
优选地,根据本发明的甘油酯E1包含相对于所述甘油酯的总质量的0.1-15质量%、更优选0.5-10质量%、甚至更优选1-5质量%的游离甘油。
优选地,根据本发明的甘油酯E1包含相对于所述甘油酯的总质量的30-70质量%、更优选40-60质量%、甚至更优选45-55质量%的甘油单酯。
优选地,根据本发明的甘油酯E1包含相对于所述甘油酯的总质量的20-60质量%、更优选30-50质量%、甚至更优选35-45质量%的甘油二酯。

在本发明的含意中,“短链”羧酸是指包含4-10个碳原子、优选5-9个碳原子、优选6-8个碳原子、优选具有7个碳原子的羧酸。
用于制备甘油酯E2的羧酸是饱和或不饱和的、直链或支链羧酸,其任选地被羟基和/或环氧基取代。
在实施方案中,甘油酯E2由可再生来源的原材料获得。
可用于形成第二甘油酯E2的羧酸例如为单独或以混合物形式使用的源自植物油、动物或植物来源的脂肪的羧酸,例如丁酸、戊酸、己酸、庚酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、巴豆酸、异巴豆酸、山梨酸、异戊酸。
在另一实施方案中,甘油酯E2由化石来源的原材料获得。因而,使用术语合成羧酸。
此外,可使用合成羧酸,例如丁酸(butanoic acid)、戊酸(pentanoic acid)、己酸(hexanoic acid)、庚酸(heptanoic acid)、辛酸(octanoic acid)、壬酸(nonanoicacid)、癸酸(decanoic acid),其单独或以混合物形式使用。
根据本发明的甘油酯E2有利地为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯和游离甘油的混合物。
优选地,根据本发明的甘油酯E2包含相对于所述甘油酯的总质量的0.1-20质量%、更优选0.5-15质量%、甚至更优选1-10质量%的游离甘油。
优选地,根据本发明的甘油酯E2包含相对于所述甘油酯的总质量的30-70质量%、更优选40-60质量%、甚至更优选45-55质量%的甘油单酯。

具有其单酯、二酯和三酯形式以及任选存在的甘油的甘油酯E1和甘油酯E2的质量比为10:1至1:10、优选5:1至1:5、更优选2:1至1:2、甚至更优选等于1:1。
灰分含量
优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物是所谓的低灰分组合物(LOW SAPS)。
术语“低灰分”(LOW SAPS)是指特别地配制以满足一些规范的润滑剂。由European Automobile Manufacturers Association(ACEA)制定的这些规范要求润滑剂组合物满足对于硫酸盐化灰分(通过金属的存在而产生)、硫和磷的含量的限度,因此,标记“Low SAPS”是针对“硫酸盐化灰分、硫、磷”的。在本申请的剩余部分中,术语“灰分”或“硫酸盐化灰分”将可互换地使用。
实际上,硫、磷和硫酸盐化灰分可损害交通工具上所安装的后处理系统。灰分对于颗粒过滤器是有害的且磷起到催化体系的毒物的作用。
优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物具有根据国际标准ASTM D874测得的小于或等于0.8质量%、更优选小于或等于0.5质量%的硫酸盐化灰分含量。优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物具有根据国际标准ASTM D5185测得的小于或等于900ppm、更优选小于或等于500ppm(ppm是指以质量计的百万分率)的磷含量。
优选地,本发明的润滑剂组合物具有根据国际标准ASTM D5185测得的低于0.32%、更优选小于或等于0.3%、甚至更优选小于或等于0.2%的硫含量。
基础油
本发明的润滑剂组合物包含一种或多种基础油,其通常占所述润滑剂组合物的至少50质量%、通常大于70质量%且能够最高达90质量%或更高,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总质量。
用于本发明的润滑剂组合物中的基础油可为根据API分类(AmericanPetroleum Institute)(或者它们的根据ATIEL分类(Association Technique del'Industrie Européenne des Lubrifiants-Technical Association of the EuropeanLubricants Industry)的等同物)中所定义的分类的第I至V组(如下面所概述)的矿物或合成来源的油,其为单独的或混合物形式。
这些油可为植物、动物、或矿物来源的油。根据本发明的矿物基础油包括通过如下获得的所有类型的基础物:原油的常压和真空蒸馏,随后进行精炼操作,例如,溶剂萃取、脱沥青、溶剂脱蜡、加氢处理、加氢裂化和加氢异构化、加氢精制。
本发明的润滑剂组合物的基础油还可为合成油,例如,羧酸与醇的一些酯、或者聚α烯烃。用作基础油且不同于也存在于本发明组合物中的重质聚α烯烃的聚α烯烃例如得自具有4-32个碳原子和根据国际标准ASTM D445测得的1.5-15cSt的在100℃下的粘度的单体(例如辛烯、癸烯)。它们的质均分子质量典型地为根据国际标准ASTM D5296测得的250-3000g/mol。
还可使用合成油与矿物油的混合物。
优选地,本发明组合物具有根据国际标准ASTM D445测得的3.8-41cSt、优选3.8-32.5cSt、甚至更优选3.8-24cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度(KV100)。
优选地,可有利地使用具有低于0.3%的硫含量的基础油例如第III组的矿物油、和不含硫的合成基础物优选第IV组的合成基础物、或者它们的混合物。
因此,本发明的润滑剂组合物可包含至少70质量%的基础油,典型地至少60质量%的一种或多种第III组的基础油和至少10质量%的一种或多种第IV组的基础油,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总质量。
在优选实施方案中,本发明组合物是具有根据国际标准ASTM D445测得的3.8cSt-26.1cSt、优选4.1cSt-21.9cSt、优选5.6cSt-16.3cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度(KV100)的发动机油。本发明的发动机油为根据SAE J300分类的等级20、30和40,优选等级30或等级40。根据尤其优选的实施方案,本发明组合物为根据SAE J300分类(SAE stands for Society of AutomotiveEngineers)的等级5W-30。
本发明的发动机油优选具有大于或等于130、优选大于或等于150、优选大于或等于160的粘度指数VI。
在另一实施方案中,本发明的润滑剂组合物为具有根据标准ASTMD445测得的4.1cSt-41cSt、优选4.1cSt-32.5cSt、优选4.1cSt-24cSt、优选4.1cSt-18.5cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度的传动油,优选变速箱油。本发明的传动油为根据SAE J306分类的等级75W、80W、85W、80、85和90。
其它添加剂
本发明组合物可进一步包含如下所述的至少一种添加剂或若干种添加剂。根据润滑剂组合物的用途选择所加入的添加剂。这些添加剂可分开地引入和/或包含在用于润滑剂组合物(特别用于发动机)的配制物的添加剂料包中。
因此,本发明的润滑剂组合物可特别地且非限制性地包含抗磨和极压添加剂、抗氧化剂、清洁剂(其是或者不是高碱性的)、改善粘度指数的聚合物、倾点改进剂、分散剂、消泡剂、增稠剂等。
所述抗磨和极压添加剂通过形成吸附在摩擦表面上的保护膜而保护了这些表面。
存在许多种抗磨添加剂,但是,在特别用于发动机的润滑剂组合物中最多使用的类型是含磷和含硫添加剂类型,例如烷基硫代磷酸金属盐,特别是烷基硫代磷酸锌,且更具体地是二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或ZnDTP。优选的化合物具有式Zn((SP(S)(OR1)(OR2))2,其中R1和R2为烷基、其优选包含1-18个碳原子。
胺磷酸盐也是通常使用的抗磨添加剂。但是,由这些添加剂供给的磷起到汽车催化体系的毒物的作用,而且,它们还供给灰分。通过部分地替代为不供给磷的添加剂(例如多硫化物,特别是含硫烯烃),可使这些影响最小化。
同样产生灰分的含氮和含硫类型的抗磨和极压添加剂(例如二硫代氨基甲酸金属盐,特别是二硫代氨基甲酸钼)也通常在润滑剂组合物中发现。
所述抗磨和极压添加剂以0.01-6质量%、优选0.05-4质量%、更优选0.1-2质量%的含量存在于本发明润滑剂组合物中,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的质量。
可任选地向包含至少两种甘油酯E1和E2的润滑剂组合物中加入摩擦改进剂。
任选地加入到特别用于四冲程发动机的润滑剂组合物中的这些摩擦改 进剂可为供给金属元素的化合物或者不含灰分的化合物。还可存在固体化合物,例如二硫化钼、石墨或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。
所述金属化合物例如为过渡金属例如Mo、Sb、Sn、Fe、Cu、Zn的络合物,其配体可为包含氧、氮、硫或磷原子的烃化合物。具体地说,包含钼的化合物可为特别有效的,例如二硫代氨基甲酸钼或二硫代磷酸钼。
所述不含灰分的摩擦改进剂可例如为脂肪醇、脂肪酸、酯、脂肪胺。
这些任选地加入的摩擦改进添加剂以相对于所述润滑剂组合物总质量的0.01-5质量%、优选0.1-2质量%的含量存在。通过组合两种甘油酯E1和E2,可配制这样的润滑剂组合物,相对于包含Mo-DTC的润滑剂组合物,其有利地在发动机起动阶段期间具有改善的摩擦性质。这些摩擦改进剂E1和E2具有其为不供给硫酸盐化灰分、磷和硫的添加剂的优点。
在实施方案中,除了所述甘油酯E1和E2以外,本发明润滑剂组合物可进一步包含其它摩擦改进剂,但是其量将受到限制。
在本发明的实施方案中,不同于所述两种甘油酯E1和E2的摩擦改进剂的量为小于或等于2质量%、更优选小于或等于1质量%、甚至更优选小于或等于0.5质量%、甚至更优选小于或等于0.1质量%,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总质量。

在本发明的另一实施方案中,本发明的润滑剂组合物不含供给灰分的摩擦改进剂,例如基于钼的摩擦改进剂,例如MoDTC。
抗氧化剂减缓油在使用中的降解;其降解能够导致形成沉积物、出现淤渣、或者提高油的粘度。它们起到自由基抑制剂或氢过氧化物破坏剂的作用。通常使用的抗氧化剂包括酚类或氨基型的抗氧化剂。这些添加剂中的一些(例如含磷和含硫的抗氧化剂)可产生灰分。
所述酚类抗氧化剂可为不含灰分的、或者具有中性或碱性金属盐的形式。典型地,它们是包含位阻羟基的化合物,例如,当两个羟基相对于彼此位于邻位或对位时,或者当用包含至少6个碳原子的烷基取代苯酚时。
氨基化合物是另一类抗氧化剂,其可任选地与所述酚类抗氧化剂组合使用。典型的实例是具有式R8R9R10N的芳族胺,其中R8是脂族基团、或者任选取代的芳族基团,R9是任选取代的芳族基团,R10是氢、或者烷基或芳基、或者具有式R11S(O)xR12的基团,其中R11和/或R12是亚烷基、亚烯基、或亚芳烷基,且x为等于0、1或2的整数。
硫化烷基酚或者它们的碱金属和碱土金属盐也用作抗氧化剂。
另一类抗氧化剂为油溶性铜化合物抗氧化剂,例如,硫代磷酸铜或二硫代磷酸铜、铜与羧酸的盐、二硫代氨基甲酸铜、磺酸铜、苯酚铜、和乙酰丙酮化铜。使用琥珀酸或酸酐的I价和II价铜盐。
单独或混合物形式的抗氧化剂典型地以0.1-5质量%的量存在于本发明润滑剂组合物中,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总质量。
本发明的润滑剂组合物可包含本领域技术人员已知的所有类型的抗氧化剂添加剂。优选不含灰分的抗氧化剂。
清洁剂通过溶解氧化和燃烧的副产物而减少了在金属部件表面上的沉积物形成。可用于本发明润滑剂组合物的清洁剂是本领域技术人员所熟悉的。
通常用于配制润滑剂组合物的清洁剂典型地为包含亲油性长烃链和亲水性头部的阴离子型化合物。所结合的阳离子典型地为碱金属或碱土金属的金属阳离子。
所述清洁剂优选选自羧酸、磺酸根、水杨酸根、环烷酸根的碱金属或碱土金属盐、以及酚根的盐。
所述碱金属和碱土金属优选为钙、镁、钠或钡。
这些金属盐能够包含以近似化学计量量或者过量(以大于化学计量量的量)的金属。在后一情况下,这些清洁剂被称作高碱性清洁剂。
使清洁剂具有其高碱性特性的过量的金属是以不溶于油的金属盐形式存在的,例如,碳酸盐、氢氧化物、草酸盐、醋酸盐、谷氨酸盐,优选碳酸盐。
改善粘度指数的聚合物使得可保证良好的低温稳定性和在高温下的最小粘度,尤其对于配制多等级级油(multigrade oil)而言。向润滑剂组合物中加入这些化合物允许润滑剂组合物达到赋予其良好燃料经济性(Fuel Eco)或燃料节约的粘度指数(VI)值。
因此,优选地,根据国际标准ASTM D2270测得的本发明润滑剂组合物的粘度指数(VI)大于或等于130、优选大于或等于150、优选大于或等于160。
在这些化合物中,可例如提及聚合物酯,共聚物烯烃(CPO),苯乙烯、丁二烯或异戊二烯的氢化或未氢化的均聚物或共聚物,以及聚甲基丙烯酸酯(PMA)。
本发明的润滑剂组合物可包含约0.1-10质量%、优选0.5-5质量%、优选1-2质量%的改善粘度指数的聚合物,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总质量。
倾点下降剂通过减缓石蜡(paraffin)晶体的形成而改善油的低温行为。这些是例如烷基聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、多芳基酰胺、多烷基酚、多烷基萘、烷基化聚苯乙烯等。
分散剂(例如琥珀酰亚胺、PIB(聚异丁烯)琥珀酰亚胺、曼尼希碱)确保保持处于悬浮状态并且确保除去由当润滑剂组合物在使用时所形成的氧化副产物构成的不溶性固体杂质。
表面
本发明的润滑剂组合物可用于润滑常见于发动机中的部件(例如活塞、环、缸套(liner)的系统)的表面。它们还可用于润滑传动系统,例如手动或自动变速箱。本发明的润滑剂组合物不但可以用于轻型车辆、重型货车中,而且可用于船舶中。
本发明的另一主题是用于润滑发动机的至少一个机械部件的方法,所述方法包括其中使所述机械部件与至少一种如前所定义的润滑剂组合物接触的步骤。
在实施方案中,所述机械部件选自活塞、环、缸套的系统。
在另一实施方案中,所述机械部件形成机械组件,例如传动系统,优选手动变速箱或自动变速箱。
本发明的另一主题是用于降低交通工具的燃料消耗的方法,所述方法包括使如前所定义的润滑剂组合物与所述交通工具的发动机的至少一个机械部件接触的步骤。
在实施方案中,所述交通工具为轻型车辆、重型货车或者船舶。
实施例1
由以下物质制备不含摩擦改进剂的对照润滑剂组合物T:
-具有等于6cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度(KV100)(根据国际标准ASTMD445测定)的第III组基础油,
-具有等于4cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度(KV100)(根据国际标准ASTMD445测定)的第III组基础油,
-轻质聚α烯烃(PAO),其为具有等于6cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度(KV100)(根据国际标准ASTM D445测定)的第IV组基础油,
-线型的乙烯/丙烯烯烃共聚物(OCP),其包含相对于该共聚物质量的50质量%的乙烯,具有等于171,700g/mol的重均分子质量Mw(根据国际标准ASTM D5296测定)和等于91,120g/mol的数均分子质量Mn(根据国际标准ASTM D5296测定),
-具有等于1000cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度(KV100)(根据国际标准ASTM D445测定)的重质PAO,
-倾点下降剂(PPD),其为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,
-包含略微或高度(slightly and highly)的高碱性清洁剂、酚类和胺抗氧化剂、琥珀酰亚胺型分散剂、基于胺磷酸盐和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)的抗磨添加剂的添加剂料包,
在下表I中给出了不同成分的质量百分数、以及该对照润滑剂组合物的性质。

向该组合物中加入多种摩擦改进剂:
-由Stéarinerie Dubois以名称DUB OG销售的甘油单油酸酯(GMO)。
-亚油酸甘油酯,其包含相对于亚油酸甘油酯总质量的45质量%的单酯、40质量%的二酯、10质量%的三酯、5质量%的游离甘油。该亚油酸甘油酯得自脂肪酸的混合物,其中,亚油酸占所述脂肪酸总质量的75-80质量%,余量由以下物质构成:
·肉豆蔻酸(低于所述脂肪酸总质量的1%),
·棕榈酸(所述脂肪酸总质量的5-8%),
·硬脂酸(所述脂肪酸总质量的2-3%),
·油酸(所述脂肪酸总质量的11-15%),
·亚麻酸(低于所述脂肪酸总质量的2%),
·花生酸(低于所述脂肪酸总质量的1%),和
·鳕油酸(低于所述脂肪酸总质量的1%)。
该酯由Stéarinerie Dubois以名称DUB LIG销售。
-庚酸甘油酯,其包含相对于庚酸甘油酯总质量的47质量%的单酯、36质量%的二酯、6质量%的三酯、11质量%的游离甘油。该酯由庚酸获得。
-如申请WO2010064220中所描述的季戊四醇酯,具有以下特性:n1=73.2%,n2=26.8%,KV100=4.657cSt,KV40=18.50cSt,且粘度指数=183。
-由Adeka公司以名称Sakura-lube 525销售的二硫代氨基甲酸钼。
组合物C7说明了包含Mo-DTC的组合物,其处理水平通常符合市场上可获得的具有400质量ppm的Mo-DTC的润滑剂组合物。
在下表II中给出了所得组合物的质量百分数。

然后,通过Cameron Plint Friction实验室试验,使用Cameron-Plint TE-77型往复式摩擦计测量组合物的摩擦系数。该试验的工作台由浸在待测试的油中的圆筒在平面上的摩擦计(cylinder-on-flat tribometer)组成。向经加热的平面施加可变的法向力并测量所得的摩擦力。改变温度、载荷以及频率条件。
在下表IV中示出了在不同的温度、载荷及频率下获得的摩擦系数值、以及这六个不同状态(phase)的总体平均值。

可以看出,加入1%的GMO使得能够降低润滑剂组合物的总体平均摩擦系数(对于所有6个状态)。
这同样适用于1%亚油酸甘油酯或1%庚酸甘油酯的加入。
在2%的有效(活性)成分下,组合物C4具有润滑剂组合物T、C1~C6中的最低摩擦系数。
在1质量%的有效物质下,基于长链/短链甘油酯的混合物的润滑剂组合物C5具有比基于同样在1质量%有效物质下的其它化合物的润滑剂组合物T、C1~C3和C6低的总体摩擦系数。
与包含Mo-DTC的组合物(组合物C7)相比,组合物C4和C5使得能够在发动机启动阶段期间(即,在温度为100℃的情况下)获得庚低的摩擦系数。
实施例2
该实施例的目的是示出在根据本发明的酯E1的C12-C26羧酸中的不饱和度的存在对于润滑剂组合物的摩擦性质的影响。
为此,通过向实施例1的对照组合物中加入以下摩擦改进剂来制备组合物C8和C9:
-由Stéarinerie Dubois以名称DUB ISG销售且得自饱和C18羧酸的单异硬脂酸甘油酯,
-由Stéarinerie Dubois以名称DUB OG销售且得自含有一个不饱和度的不饱和C18羧酸的甘油单油酸酯。该甘油单油酸酯包含相对于甘油单油酸酯总质量的32-52质量%的单酯、30-50质量%的二酯、5-20质量%的三酯、至多6质量%的游离甘油。
-由含有两个不饱和度的不饱和C18羧酸获得的亚油酸甘油酯,其组成描述于实施例1中。
-庚酸甘油酯:其组成描述于实施例1中。
在下表V中给出了所得组合物的质量百分数。

Claims (18)
1.润滑剂组合物,包含至少一种基础油以及至少两种甘油酯E1和E2,甘油酯E1为甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,甘油酯E2为甘油与C4-C10羧酸的酯,所述酯E1为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯及游离甘油的混合物且所述酯E2为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯及游离甘油的混合物。
2.权利要求1的润滑剂组合物,其中,所述甘油酯E1和E2的羧酸为饱和或不饱和的、直链或支链羧酸,其任选地被羟基和/或环氧基取代。
3.权利要求1或2中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其中,甘油酯E1为甘油与C14-C24、优选C16-C22、更优选C18-C20羧酸的酯。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其中,甘油酯E2为甘油与C5-C9、优选C6-C8、更优选C7羧酸的酯。
5.权利要求1-4中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其中,甘油酯E1选自亚油酸甘油酯及其混合物,且甘油酯E2选自庚酸甘油酯及其混合物。
6.权利要求1-5中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其中,相对于所述润滑剂组合物的总质量,所述甘油酯E1和E2的质量总和占0.1-5质量%、优选0.2-4质量%、更优选0.5-3质量%、甚至更优选1-2质量%。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其中,所述甘油酯E1与所述甘油酯E2的质量比为10:1至1:10、优选5:1至1:5、更优选2:1至1:2、甚至更优选等于1:1。
8.权利要求1-7中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其具有根据标准ASTM D874测得的小于或等于0.8%、优选小于或等于0.5%的硫酸盐化灰分含量。
9.权利要求1-8中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其具有根据标准ASTMD5185测得的小于或等于900ppm、优选小于或等于500ppm的磷含量。
10.权利要求1-9中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其具有根据标准ASTMD5185测得的小于或等于0.32%、优选小于或等于0.3%、更优选小于或等于0.2%的硫含量。
11.权利要求1-10中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其具有根据标准ASTMD445测得的3.8-41cSt的在100℃下的运动粘度。
12.权利要求1-11中任一项的润滑剂组合物,其不含基于钼的摩擦改进添加剂例如Mo-DTC。
13.权利要求1-12中任一项所定义的润滑剂组合物的用途,用于降低轻型车辆、重型货车或船舶的燃料消耗。
14.发动机油,其包含至少一种权利要求1-12中任一项所定义的润滑剂组合物。
15.权利要求13的发动机油,其为根据SAE J300分类的等级5W-30。
16.权利要求14或15的发动机油,其具有大于或等于130、优选大于或等于150、优选大于或等于160的粘度指数。
17.包含至少一种权利要求1-12中任一项所定义的润滑剂组合物的液压油、传动油、齿轮油、动力转向液、减震器液、制动液。
18.至少两种甘油酯E1和E2在基础油中用于降低轻型车辆、重型货车或船舶的燃料消耗的用途,所述酯E1为甘油与C12-C26羧酸的酯,所述酯E2为甘油与C4-C10羧酸的酯,所述酯E1为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯及游离甘油的混合物且所述酯E2为甘油单酯、甘油二酯、甘油三酯及游离甘油的混合物。
