一种大麦固体饮品及其制备方法,其特征是以大麦粉为主要原料,配以胡萝卜粉、山药粉、绿豆粉、红枣粉、藕粉、甘草粉、生姜粉,其组分的重量百分比为:大麦粉50-70%、胡萝卜粉10-20%、山药粉5-20%、绿豆粉3-20%、红枣粉3-20%、藕粉3-10%、甘草粉1-10%、生姜粉1-5%,再经混合、制浆、杀菌、均质、喷雾干燥、制粒、包装步骤制成。
所述的大麦粉、胡萝卜粉、山药粉、绿豆粉、红枣粉、藕粉、甘草粉、生姜粉分别以大麦、胡萝卜、山药、绿豆、红枣、藕、甘草、生姜为原料,经预处理、烘炒、粉碎制得。

实施例1:
采收称取大麦、胡萝卜、山药、绿豆、红枣、藕、甘草、生姜,分别经过筛选除去泥土、碎石、杂质等,然后分别经过淘洗并脱水处理,备用;
采收称取生姜粉,备用;
将上述经脱水处理的大麦、胡萝卜、山药、绿豆、红枣、藕、甘草原料分别在160℃下烘炒25分钟,分别烘炒至微焦香,备用;
将上述烘炒过后的大麦、胡萝卜、山药、绿豆、红枣、藕、甘草原料分别粉碎至150目,备用;
按比例称取制得与备好的的大麦125公斤、胡萝卜19公斤、山药粉15公斤、绿豆粉11公斤、红枣粉11公斤、藕粉9公斤、甘草粉9公斤、生姜粉1公斤,以总原料混合均匀加水制成浆液,加适量的水使得浆液的固体重量含量达到30%,然后进行杀菌,将浆液升温至95℃,继续保持保持15min,再将上述浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为120mpa、温度为65℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级液体,再送入喷雾干燥设备干燥至含水量为5%,然后以摇摆式颗粒机进行造粒,过20目筛制粒,将湿粒置于45℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥,干燥终点以颗粒水分降至3%,再经包装步骤制成本发明大麦固体饮品。
实施例2:

Claims (4)
1.一种大麦固体饮品及其制备方法,其特征是以大麦粉为主要原料,配以胡萝卜粉、山药粉、绿豆粉、红枣粉、藕粉、甘草粉、生姜粉,其组分的重量百分比为:大麦粉50-70%、胡萝卜粉10-20%、山药粉5-20%、绿豆粉3-20%、红枣粉3-20%、藕粉3-10%、甘草粉1-10%、生姜粉1-5%,再经混合、制浆、杀菌、均质、喷雾干燥、制粒、包装步骤制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麦固体饮品及其制备方法,其特征在于所述的大麦粉、胡萝卜粉、山药粉、绿豆粉、红枣粉、藕粉、甘草粉、生姜粉分别以大麦、胡萝卜、山药、绿豆、红枣、藕、甘草、生姜为原料,经预处理、烘炒、粉碎制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大麦固体饮品及其制备方法,其特征在于所述的所述的均质是将浆液进行均质处理,使其颗粒进一步细微化,通过超高压均质机使浆液在压力为100-120mpa、温度为50-65℃条件下进行均质2次,使其浆液细化到纳米级液体。
