在这种相关技术中,翘起机构是复杂的,从而增加了制造成本也会使得座椅重。出于该原因,需要进行改进。
本发明的目的在于提供一种车辆座椅,其包括简单的翘起机构并且因此制造成本低以及重量轻。

具体实施方式
通过以下构造来实现提供一种车辆座椅的目的,所述车辆座椅包括简单的翘起机构,因此制造成本低且重量轻。具体地,所述构造包括:连结单元;座垫框架,所述座垫框架连结到座椅座垫、围绕第三枢转部可转动地支撑在连结单元上并且固定到所述第三枢转部;连结到座椅靠背并且可转动地支撑在连结单元上的框架;步入元件,其围绕第一枢转部可转动地支撑在连结单元上并且具有输入部和输出部,其中第一枢转部位于输入部与输出部之间;解除接合元件,其围绕第二枢转部可转动地支撑在连结单元上,解除接合元件具有经由杆连结到输出部的一个端部、布置在与所述一个端部成直角的位置处的另一端部以及形成在所述一个端部上的按压部;所述杆,其连结步入元件的输出部和解除接合元件的所述一个端部;以及翘起锁定元件,其围绕第二枢转部可转动地支撑在连结单元上,所述翘起锁定元件具有与按压部接触的一个端部、以分叉形状形成在所述一个端部上的另一端部以及从所述一个端部和另一端部朝向前侧延伸的接合部;弹簧,其悬吊于翘起锁定元件的另一端部和连结单元之间并围绕第二枢转部在逆时针方向上持续地旋转偏压所述翘起锁定元件;设置在所述连结单元中的移动孔;止动元件,其连结到座垫框架并且能够与翘起锁定元件的接合部接合以及解除接合,所述止动元件响应于座垫框架围绕第三枢转部的转动而在移动孔内侧移动;以及偏压单元,其在逆时针方向上向第三枢转部施加旋转偏压力。所述框架的向前倾斜导致步入元件的转动,步入元件的转动导致解除接合元件转动,所述解除接合元件的转动导致翘起锁定元件的转动从而从所述止动元件解除接合,并且然后座垫框架通过由偏压单元所施加的旋转偏压力而翘起。
下面,将参照图1至图5描述根据本发明一个实施例的车辆座椅1。在图1至图4中,FR、RR、LWR、UPR、RH、LH分别表示朝向车辆前侧、后侧、下侧、上侧、右侧和左侧的方向。车辆座椅1包括:座椅座垫2;连结到座椅座垫2的座垫框架2a;座椅靠背3;连结到座椅靠背3的框架3a;连结座垫框架2a与框架3a的连结单元18;以及支撑在座椅靠背3的顶部上的头枕4。座垫框架2a固定到第三枢转部14并且围绕第三枢转部14可转动地支撑在连结单元18上。框架3a可转动地支撑在连结单元18上。步入开关3b支撑在框架3a上。
至少步入元件5、解除接合元件7、翘起锁定元件11、止动元件12以及偏压单元16支撑在连结单元18上。
步入元件5通过第一枢转部6可竖直转动地支撑在连结单元18上。步入元件5具有设置在上端部处的输入部5a和设置在下端部处的输出部5b。输入部5a和输出部5b布置成使得第一枢转部6位于所述输入部5a和输出部5b之间。当框架3a随着座椅靠背3向前倾斜而朝向前侧FR倾斜(步入操作)时,框架3a的步入开关3b在图5中空心箭头的方向上推动步入元件5的输入部5a。结果,步入元件5在图5中所示的顺时针方向上围绕第一枢转部6转动以使得输出部5b在图5中所示的黑色箭头方向上围绕第一枢转部6转动。
解除接合元件7支撑在连结单元18上,其中翘起锁定元件11以如此的方式置于所述解除接合元件7与所述连结单元18之间以使得翘起锁定元件11可通过第二枢转部8围绕第二枢转部8竖直地转动。解除接合元件7具有通过杆9连结到步入元件5的输出部5b的一个端部7a以及布置在这样的位置以与所述一个端部7a成直角的另一端部7b。滑动解除接合缆线10连结到解除接合元件7的另一端部7b。杆9锁定于其中的通孔7aa形成在解除接合元件7的所述一个端部7a中。滑动解除接合缆线10锁定于其中的通孔7ba形成在解除接合元件7的另一端部7b中。按压部7ab形成在解除接合元件7的所述一个端部7a上。
翘起锁定元件11具有:接触解除接合元件7的按压部7ab的一个端部11a;以分叉形状形成在所述一个端部11a上的另一端部11b;以及从所述一个端部11a和另一端部11b朝向前侧FR延伸的接合部11c。翘起锁定元件11通过第二枢转部8可竖直转动地支撑在连结单元18上。拉伸弹簧17悬吊于另一端部11b和通过切除并升高连结单元18的一部分而获得的支架2ba之间并持续地围绕第二枢转部8在图5中所示的逆时针方向上旋转地偏压翘起锁定元件11。
止动元件12连结到座垫框架2a。止动元件12可在移动孔13内侧移动,所述移动孔13设置在连结单元18中并且朝向前侧FR和后侧RR是长的。所述止动元件12响应于座垫框架2a围绕第三枢转部14的转动而在移动孔13内侧移动。止动元件12能够与翘起锁定元件11的接合部11c接合并且能够从翘起锁定元件11的接合部11c解除接合。具体地,在如图5所示其中所述止动元件12与翘起锁定元件11的接合部11c接合并支撑在翘起锁定元件11的接合部11c上的状态下,座垫框架2a保持处于正常的可就座位置。另一方面,在如图3所示其中止动元件12从接合部11c解除接合并移动到移动孔13的前端部的状态下,座垫框架2a翘起,从而使得车辆座椅1在前后方向上更短。
偏压单元16是围绕第三枢转部14缠绕的螺旋弹簧,座垫框架2a围绕第三枢转部14转动并翘起。偏压单元16的端部16a支撑在设置于连结单元18上的止动销15上。通过这种构造,施加使得第三枢转部14逆时针方向转动的偏压力。
如图1中所示,滑轨20固定到车辆的地板上,所述滑轨20为长导轨,车辆座椅1能够在滑轨20上朝向前侧FR和后侧RR移动。横向滑动装置21附接到车辆座椅1,所述横向滑动装置21连结到连结单元18并使得车辆座椅1能够在车辆的左右方向上移动。
当处于图2所示的可就座位置下的座椅靠背3(框架3a)向前倾斜时,框架3a的步入开关3b推动步入元件5的输入部5a,从而使得步入元件5围绕第一枢转部6在顺时针方向上(在图3的上部左侧区域中的空心箭头的方向上)转动。通过步入元件5的转动,步入元件5的输出部5b拉动杆9,从而使得解除接合元件7围绕第二枢转部8转动。结果,解除接合元件7的一个端部7a在顺时针方向上移动,并且按压部7ab按压翘起锁定元件11的一个端部11a以使得翘起锁定元件11围绕第二枢转部8在顺时针方向上转动。因此,翘起锁定元件11和止动元件12彼此解除接合。同时,解除接合元件7的另一端部7b在顺时针方向上移动,从而拉动滑动解除接合缆线10以使得相应滑轨20的未示出的滑动锁被解锁。一旦翘起锁定元件11和止动元件12解除接合,所述止动元件12可在移动孔13内侧自由移动。通过来自偏压单元16的偏压力,座椅座垫2(座垫框架2a)围绕第三枢转部14转动以使得座椅座垫2(座垫框架2a)的前端部翘起。如上所述,当座椅靠背3(框架3a)向前倾斜时,滑动锁被解锁,从而允许座椅座垫2向前移动并且座椅座垫2(座垫框架2a)也自动翘起。
根据本发明的实施例,能够提供一种车辆座椅,其包括简单的翘起机构,因此制造成本低且重量轻。

Claims (1)

1.一种车辆座椅,其包括:
连结单元;
座垫框架,所述座垫框架连结到座椅座垫、围绕第三枢转部可转动地支撑在所述连结单元上并且固定到所述第三枢转部;
连结到座椅靠背并且可转动地支撑在所述连结单元上的框架;
步入元件,其围绕第一枢转部可转动地支撑在所述连结单元上并且具有输入部和输出部,所述第一枢转部位于所述输入部与所述输出部之间;
解除接合元件,其围绕第二枢转部可转动地支撑在所述连结单元上,所述解除接合元件具有经由杆连结到所述输出部的第一端部、布置在与所述第一端部成直角的位置处的第二端部以及形成在所述第一端部上的按压部;
所述杆,其连结所述步入元件的所述输出部和所述解除接合元件的所述第一端部;
翘起锁定元件,其围绕所述第二枢转部可转动地支撑在所述连结单元上,所述翘起锁定元件具有与所述按压部接触的第三端部、以分叉形状形成在所述第三端部上的第四端部以及从所述第三端部和所述第四端部朝向前侧延伸的接合部;
弹簧,其悬吊于所述翘起锁定元件的所述第四端部和所述连结单元之间并围绕所述第二枢转部在逆时针方向上持续地旋转偏压所述翘起锁定元件;
设置在所述连结单元中的移动孔;
止动元件,其连结到所述座垫框架并且能够与所述翘起锁定元件的所述接合部接合以及解除接合,所述止动元件响应于所述座垫框架围绕所述第三枢转部的转动而在所述移动孔内侧移动;以及
偏压单元,其在逆时针方向上向所述第三枢转部施加旋转偏压力,
其中所述框架的向前倾斜导致所述步入元件的转动,所述步入元件的转动导致所述解除接合元件的转动,所述解除接合元件的转动导致所述翘起锁定元件转动从而从所述止动元件解除接合,并且然后所述座垫框架通过由所述偏压单元所施加的旋转偏压力而翘起。
