发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,轻质碳酸钙2-4,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇2-6,三乙醇胺1_2,氧化铝0.1-0.3,硅藻土 1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,拉开粉0.5-1,碳酸氢钠1_3,硼酸1-2,瓜尔ϋ月父1-3 ;
其中复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.5-1,草酸0.5-1,山梨醇4-8,苎麻纤维4-8,黄麻纤维2_4,小麦秸杆2_4,硅烷偶联剂ΚΗ550 0.2-0.5,三异丙醇胺3-6,甘油25-50 ;
复合助剂的制备方法是:
将苎麻纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸杆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂ΚΗ550,60-80°C、600-800r/min搅拌10_30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入草酸、单宁酸、山梨醇和甘油,140-180°C、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得;
一种仿真皮服装用聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取面层原料,将骨粉与海藻粉混合后研磨至200-300目,加入适量2-6%的醋酸溶液40-50°C处理6-8h,加入壳聚糖、葡萄糖和酪朊酸钠,400-600r/min搅拌10_30min,冷冻干燥后研磨至500-600目,加入其余原料600-800r/min、70-80°C搅拌30_60min,得面层浆料;将面层浆料均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-120°C干燥后形成面层;
(2)称取发泡层原料,将氧化铝和硅藻土混合后800-1000°C煅烧2-4h,将温度降至400-600°C,加入白炭黑和轻质碳酸钙后处理l_2h,冷却后加入三乙醇胺、碳酸氢钠和硼酸,研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料60-80°C、600-800r/min搅拌3_6h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,100-140°C烘干;
(3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后120-140°C烘干;
(4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。

本发明的合成革外观、质感接近真皮,透湿、透气性能优良、手感柔软,物理性能达标,既具有天然皮革所固有的优势,同时又具备天然皮革不具备的良好耐化学性、防水、防霉变性等;原料来源广泛,价格相对天然皮革更加低廉,有效节约成本;制造工艺安全环保,减少有害污染物的排放,符合产业政策。适用于制造服装类产品。

一种仿真皮服装用聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、面层和发泡层,其中:
面层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂90,骨粉5,酪朊酸钠1.5,海藻粉6,赤藓糖酸钠0.4,壳聚糖0.8,葡萄糖0.6,肌醇六磷酸0.2,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.6,三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯0.4,色膏1.5,复合助剂4 ;
发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得:
水性聚氨酯树脂70,轻质碳酸钙3,白炭黑1.5,聚乙二醇4,三乙醇胺1.5,氧化铝0.2,硅藻土 1.5,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1.5,拉开粉0.8,碳酸氢钠2,硼酸1.5,瓜尔豆胶2 ;其中复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
单宁酸0.8,草酸0.8,山梨醇6,苎麻纤维6,黄麻纤维3,小麦秸杆3,硅烷偶联剂KH5500.4,三异丙醇胺5,甘油40 ;
复合助剂的制备方法是:
将苎麻纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸杆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至100目,再加入娃烧偶联剂KH550,60°C、600r/min搅拌15min,干燥后研磨至500目,加入草酸、单宁酸、山梨醇和甘油,160°C、400r/min搅拌5h,冷却后即得;
所用水性聚氨酯树脂为拜耳Impranil LP RSC 1380 (60%固含量)。
[0007] 一种仿真皮服装用聚氨酯合成革的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取面层原料,将骨粉与海藻粉混合后研磨至200目,加入适量2-6%的醋酸溶液40°C处理8h,加入壳聚糖、葡萄糖和酪朊酸钠,400r/min搅拌lOmin,冷冻干燥后研磨至500目,加入其余原料600r/min、80°C搅拌30min,得面层楽料;将面层楽料均勾涂覆在离型纸上,100°C干燥后形成面层;
(2)称取发泡层原料,将氧化铝和硅藻土混合后800°C煅烧2h,将温度降至400°C,加入白炭黑和轻质碳酸钙后处理2h,冷却后加入三乙醇胺、碳酸氢钠和硼酸,研磨至500目,加入其余原料80°C、600r/min搅拌3h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,120°C烘干; (3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后140°C烘干;
(4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。

经向撕裂负荷21N,玮向撕裂负荷18N ;
表面颜色牢度彡4级,耐折牢度23 °C,10万次无裂口。

1.一种仿真皮服装用聚氨酯合成革,包括基布层、发泡层和面层,其特征在于: 所述的面层由下述重量份的原料制得: 水性聚氨酯树脂80-100,骨粉3-6,酪朊酸钠1-2,海藻粉4-8,赤藓糖酸钠0.2-0.5,壳聚糖0.5-1,葡萄糖0.5-1,肌醇六磷酸0.1-0.3,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5_1,三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯0.2-0.5,色膏1-2,复合助剂2-6 ; 所述的发泡层由下述重量份的原料制得: 水性聚氨酯树脂60-80,轻质碳酸钙2-4,白炭黑1-2,聚乙二醇2-6,三乙醇胺1_2,氧化铝0.1-0.3,硅藻土 1-2,椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱1-2,拉开粉0.5-1,碳酸氢钠1_3,硼酸1-2,瓜尔ϋ月父1-3 ; 所述复合助剂由下列重量份的原料制成: 单宁酸0.5-1,草酸0.5-1,山梨醇4-8,苎麻纤维4-8,黄麻纤维2_4,小麦秸杆2_4,硅烷偶联剂ΚΗ550 0.2-0.5,三异丙醇胺3-6,甘油25-50 ; 所述复合助剂的制备方法是: 将苎麻纤维、黄麻纤维和小麦秸杆混合后加入三异丙醇胺初步研磨至50-100目,再加入硅烷偶联剂ΚΗ550,60-80°C、600-800r/min搅拌10_30min,干燥后研磨至500-800目,加入草酸、单宁酸、山梨醇和甘油,140-180°C、400-600r/min搅拌5-10h,冷却后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿真皮服装用聚氨酯合成革的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: (1)称取面层原料,将骨粉与海藻粉混合后研磨至200-300目,加入适量2-6%的醋酸溶液40-50°C处理6-8h,加入壳聚糖、葡萄糖和酪朊酸钠,400-600r/min搅拌10_30min,冷冻干燥后研磨至500-600目,加入其余原料600-800r/min、70-80°C搅拌30_60min,得面层浆料;将面层浆料均匀涂覆在离型纸上,100-120°C干燥后形成面层; (2)称取发泡层原料,将氧化铝和硅藻土混合后800-1000°C煅烧2-4h,将温度降至400-6000C,加入白炭黑和轻质碳酸钙后处理l_2h,冷却后加入三乙醇胺、碳酸氢钠和硼酸,研磨至500-800目,加入其余原料60-80°C、600-800r/min搅拌3_6h,得发泡层浆料;将配制好的发泡层浆料机械发泡后均匀涂覆在面层上,100-140°C烘干; (3)在发泡层上涂覆水性聚氨酯粘结浆料,与基布层粘接后120-140°C烘干; (4)将离型纸剥离,切边收卷,得到合成革成品。
